The location to the conference from the hotel was great & the staff were exceptional especially kerim & inan. I will definately stay there again if in Bomonti.

The cleaning of the room in the bathroom was poorly done.I also used a wine glass on Tuesday & it was never removed or cleaned until check out time. The coffee & sugar in the room were hardly replenished. On wednesday i had to go & ask from the bar. Though the bed was neatly done & beddings very clean including the towels. The lighting in the room can also be increased.

I was welcomed by Taner the front office manager, top professional very friendly and he gave me a very good room. Then bell man, excellent helpful and very professional as well.

طلبت منهم تعديل المكيف يطفي فجاة ثلاث ايام وانا احاول معهم لدرجة صورت فديو اثبت انه يفصل المكيف فجاة وتجاوب معي رغم انهم في البداية لم يصدقو انه يقفل فجاة لكن يوم صورت فديو عدلو الخطاء

Çok yeni, temiz ve güzel bir otel. Özellikle Ümran hanım ve Ali bey bizimle çok iyi ilgilendiler ve yardımcı oldular, çok memnun kaldık.

Konaklamamız gayet güzel geçti. Otel çok modern, güzel ve temiz. Ümran hanım ve Ali beye de ayrı teşekkürler, ilk günden itibaren bizimle ilgilendiler, memnun kalmamız için ellerinden geleni yaptılar.

Odamız çok geniş ve temizdi, genel olarak otel de çok iyiydi. Ali bey ve Ümran hanım baştan sona kadar bizlere çok yardımcı oldu ve ilgilendiler.

Понравилось все. Начиная от персонала до комнат. Расположение тоже очень комфортное. На такси 10 минут до центра. Особенно хочу отметить весь персонал начиная от ресепшна заканчивая до клининга что они были очень прекрасны и доброжелательны

خدمة ممتازه وجدا متعاونين مستر كريم اند مستر علي جدا مدومين وتعاونين ومجموعة النظافه جدا ودودين وأي شئ نطلبه يتم توفيره بسرعه فاقه وبجانبه كافيهات ومطاعم ومخابز سوبرماركت وقريب من الشارع الرئيسي مشي على الأقدام تقريبا 10 دقائق

Уютная гостиница в центре Стамбула привлекла меня своей локацией, рядом до всех достопримечательностей и музеев города

Объект находится в тихом центральном районе , номера чистые и большие, очень хороший завтрак, дружелюбные и услужливые ребята на стойке рецептион, в следующий раз еще вернусь

النظافة والرائحة الجميلة والطاقم المتعاون وأخص الأخ علي محمد من الشفت الليلي والأخت دمران كان حجزي بدون إفطار وعرض علي الإفطار مجانا ولم أجربه الصراحة لأني أصحو متأخر

أصوات إزعاج الشارع لايوجد عزل حجم السرير والغطاء صغير والموقع في مرتفع غير مناسب لكبار السن ولابد من وجود سيارة للتنقل

The staff is always super friendly and the rooms are clean. I’ve already stayed here twice and would happily stay here again.

الموقع جاي في نزله والطلوع متعب وبعيد عن الاماكان. والمكيف يغلق كل ساعه ولم يتم اصلاحه او تبديل الغرفه. كل شوي يأتي المهندس ولم تحل المشكله

Staff are very friendly and helpful

Very poor breakfast. Location is not convenient, you need a taxi to move around. Very far from nearest train station. Water in toilets get from cold to hot on its own! Bad quality of pillows, not comfortable to sleep at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and everything made us feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to Kerim for the warm, caring, and attentive service. He was always friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a great atmosphere. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

The welcome tea and the complimentary fruit bowl in the room. The staff were helpful above and beyond.

I have just spent 7days at the Days Inn in Istanbul. This hotel offers an exceptional experience .Umran and barkant were helpful and friendly

The hotel is nice and clean the personnel very helpful and friendly especially Izzat he was very friendly and kind.

The only issue is the location is a little bit far from transportation but the hotel can always book for you a taxi so it was okay

Staff was very helpful with everything, very professionals. Food was also amazing , place was very clean and beautiful. Inan and Kerim were the best one when it came about help. They speak English very good and they always ready to help.

Everything they are just a scarm This was my worst hotel stay. I’m honestly surprised by the positive reviews online because they do not reflect the reality of this hotel at all. The cleanliness is very poor. Housekeeping is inconsistent and unreliable , it seems they only work limited hours, and if your room isn’t available during that time or you step out late, it simply won’t be cleaned. On some occasions, they only rearranged the bedsheets to give the impression that the room had been serviced. The most disturbing issue was the awful smell in the room. There was a strong, unpleasant odor, like a blocked toilet drain, and it was clear that something was wrong with the plumbing. Instead of fixing the problem, the hotel appears to use chemicals to mask the smell. Unfortunately, on our last day, they didn’t do this, and the odor was unbearable. Despite repeated calls to reception, no one came to address the issue. The bathroom situation made things even worse. When showering, the water drains very poorly, so you end up standing in soapy, dirty water while bathing. This is completely unacceptable and clearly a hygiene issue. Health and hygiene are serious concerns here. The hotel feels more like a hospital lodging facility, with many guests coming in and out for medical reasons. Combined with poor cleaning standards, this creates a real risk of exposure to disease. The breakfast was also disappointing, very limited options, and the food was neither appealing nor satisfying. To make matters worse, there was an attempt to persuade me to give a positive rating, which raises serious questions about the authenticity of the good reviews online. I have photo evidence to support all of these claims. Overall, this was a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, staying here is likely to leave you very disappointed.
