Beautiful hotel, with a great courtyard, a very nice spacious room With a large bed, which was very comfortable. Great shower. The location is fantastic only 3 minutes walking away from the main square. Very scenic environment. The staff was really exceptionally friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend the restaurant well both for breakfast and for dinner. Really good cooking.
Nothing comes to mind
Extremely impressed with the hotel, the service was truly exceptional and people very friendly. We had a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and great shower. The restaurant is really fantastic both at dinner and at breakfast. We’d love to come back
The staff were all extremely friendly - they even brought us some welcome mocktails and Tiramisu when we first arrived! The room is incredibly beautiful - very tall ceilings, exceptional design, and attention to detail. The restaurant is just outside the rooms in a courtyard type of floor plan, but surprisingly the sound didn't travel through the room - probably the very thick walls and large durable doors. Still, I really loved the setup because it felt like there was a lot of "life" and energy to the place.
Very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and well decorated. Location was spot, near major historical sites and plenty of good food near by. Small 6 room hotel but felt spacious and is well maintained. Thank you to all staff.
Amabilidad limpieza
Historic charm!, Great rest.

Beautiful and historic
I loved everything!

I really can't complain at all, everything was exceptional. My only regret was we couldn't enjoy the welcome Tiramisu! (food allergy / vegan)
Charmant, élégant, raffiné et discret. Chambre spacieuse et soigneusement décorée. Excellente literie. Netflix disponible. A recommander.
Excellent location. Beautiful clean spacious bedroom. Lovely bath and tub.
No breakfast available
Location
Casa Alandra and its staff were exceptional.
The best hotel I’ve stayed in in Morelia. A beautiful, comfortable room that was very soundproof (and the large soaking tub was especially nice. The restaurant is excellent, location is great- everything about it put it far above everywhere else I’ve stayed in Morelia. I will definitely be staying there again in the future!
Beautiful hotel! Very clean amazing staff. Food is delicious.
Our stay was a delight. The staff were unfailingly polite and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Every interaction felt warm and genuine. The hotel itself is stunning — from its elegant interiors to the beautifully maintained common areas, every detail is thoughtfully designed. It’s a perfect combination of exceptional service and breathtaking beauty. I can’t wait to return!
The staff for helpful, but we did have a few problems with the room. They were eager to help, but had some limitations on moving us to a different room. They were very generous and listened to our feedback. It was overall a very good experience.
Excelente ubicación e instalaciones
Very stylish. We were in room 5 with a lower ceiling, it was cozy. The copper tub is very elegant. The staff were delightful, the right blend of friendly and attentive.
My husband and i had the best stay at Casa Alondra. Its a beautiful 6 room boutique hotel. Is well kept and clean, it has spacious and beautiful rooms and very confortable beds. We stayed for 6 nitgts and we enjoyed a quiet hotel. If ever again in Morelia we will stay at Casa Alondra again, 100% recommended. During our stay we had dinner at Diego 2 nigts. Every dish was delicious! Chef Dan Corona came out and introduced himself, we enjoyed the personal attention from Chef Dan. We wish Casa Alondra and Chef Dan Corona great success! Amazing stay and amazing food thats all we can say about Casa Alondra. Thank you! Angelica
The property is absolutely gorgeous. The photos do not do justice. It’s stunning. The staff was always so respectful and acknowledging. The place was always immaculate. This will be the hotel I stay at when I come to revisit Morelia. Thank you so much for the amazing experience. 🫶🏼
Very nice place, however parking could be an issue
Beautiful, clean, good location

Hermoso!!
This hotel is stunning! The entrance and lobby is beautiful with the water fountain placed in the middle. We were greeted with welcome drinks. Our room was even more beautiful! The bed is big, clean and incredibly comfortable. The bath tub was an added bonus and a great way to end the day after exploring Morelia! Close to the centro histórico too! Walking distance.
Great place to stay in, highly recommended
The location is petfect, the property is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful. The staff very nice and helpful, attentive. I would totally come back to this hotel and recommend it to others. Very nice and very affordable too.
My husband and I just spent five nights at Casa Alondra and would have eagerly stayed several more if only we’d made reservations earlier (the hotel has just 6 rooms). We were greeted by the manager Deri, whose genuine warmth and good humor set the tone for our stay. Deri showed us to our airy and spacious Colonial room with an insanely comfy bed and luxe bathroom. Our room opened onto Diega, the hotel’s restaurant set among olive trees and a gurgling fountain. During our stay, Michele at the front desk answered endless questions about her city, and like any gifted ambassador, she shared her love of her hometown so generously that I felt as if I truly belonged there. Michele’s awesome colleague Yatzel also offered countless tips and guidance, and as a university student, she provided all kinds of insight into the mysteries of student life in this great university town. On our first evening, we were treated to the yummiest welcome ever, a chocolate mousse created by Chef Dan Corona for the hotel restaurant Diega, which warrants its own 5 star review. We foolishly dined at the restaurant only once, on our last night—so be smarter than us and don’t wait! Chef Corona’s interpretation of traditional cuisine, especially his take on Tarascan bisque, was inspired and utterly irresistible. I should have known from the complimentary chocolate mousse—on our first night—to hightail it to Diega, but we were out and about so much that I didn’t take sufficient advantage of what was right in front of me. I know better for the next time, and there will be plenty of those. Casa Alondra is a gem, and one I’ll return to whenever I possibly can.
Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Merida
Parking might be tricky but was a perfect experience
beautiful place
My stay was absolutely wonderful. The bed was incredibly comfy, and it was totally silent at night, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. I really appreciated the free Netflix access—such a nice touch for relaxing in the room. Upon check-in, I was welcomed with a complimentary drink, and later I received a surprise dessert from the chef delivered right to my room. Every little detail was so thoughtful and clearly aimed at making guests feel special. I truly loved the whole experience and would definitely return!
We stayed for the weekend for a family reunion and it was the perfect place close to the historical downtown, where we could walk to the colonial area with plenty of options for shopping, dining and landmarks. the room cozy and catalog picture perfect and very comfortable and quiet. and outside the room you have the interior garden with a fountain and the restaurant bar which is also very quiet and with excellent service. I loved this place. Staff has excellent customer service.
super clean rooms very spacious walking distance to cathedral super cozy
My wife and I have never slept in a more comfortable bed—it was like sinking into a cloud. We both woke up feeling completely refreshed. The room itself was beautifully designed, like something out of a high-end interiors magazine. We honestly didn’t want to leave!
Boutique hotel with personal attention from hotel staff. Comfortable room with all modern amenities.
It would be nice to have breakfast area for guests.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The food is excellent and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more.
Beautiful with exceptional taste
I absolutely loved every detail
Our room at Casa Alondra was very beautiful. The bed was super comfie, the room was quiet, I loved the copper bathtub and the location was perfect - a very short walk to the Cathedral. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We hope to be back one day and would highly recommend staying here.
The shower temperature was hard to regulate.
Great value stays
Incredibly unique building with local art and antiques. Really nice!
Casa Alondra is an absolute gem! We stayed two nights in room #1 and were delighted with every aspect of our stay. We had a genuinely warm reception by the lovely Yenzel (apologies for spelling!). When we explained we had an early start the following morning, she actually came into work early to make us coffee to go! Her kindness and initiative astounded us. Our suite was positively beautiful! The copper bathtub was especially appreciated after visiting the copper town of Santa Clara earlier that day. The bed was so comfortable -definitely not the backbreaking hardness of other mattresses throughout Mexico! The room was furnished with luxurious bedding and amenities including adequate and convenient arrangements for charging all the electronics. We normally choose to dine at local establishments in town. However, after wandering the city, we elected to have dinner at Diego. What a wise decision! The manager, Deri, was training a new waiter and we were so impressed with his hospitality. He is a true professional and so genuine in his graciousness. Our dinner was delicious! So good, in fact, that we never considered eating anywhere else the second night. Manuel was our waiter the second night. The owner is obviously focused on bringing the cream of the crop to his hotel. We were so impressed with every staff member we encountered. From the reception, wait staff, manager and chef, this a first class operation. We would love to return!

Beautiful hotel
Amazing wonderful hotel. Really beautiful place just a short walk from the Zocalo in lovely Morelia. Room was outstanding. Beautifully furnished, with excellent bed, and a gorgeous, stand-alone bathtub (used it...sweet!). Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant. Amazing place-would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Nothing--it was terrific!
The staff is amazing!
Beautiful property with an excellent restaurant and location
Perfect for staying in the historic center of Morelia. Restaurant @ hotel is also very good.
beautiful place , rooms are so spacious and the bed it’s comfortable, restaurants it’s just nice. Definitely will stay here again.
.
Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Great location!
Great hotel, amazing service, will be back!
Very tasteful, paired back luxury. Muted tones and a beautiful design aesthetic set in what was an old mansion that now serves as a 6 room boutique hotel. Staff extremely well trained, presented, friendly and professional. The all day tea and coffee service by request was a nice touch. 2 blocks back from the main square, the location is convenient and walkable to all the key sights of Morelia, but away enough from the square to be quiet and without the frenetic vibe that can often be associated with Mexican towns. It was a stunning stay. Thank you!
The room they give us was very noise. Be aware if you get a room by the street.
Everything
Nothing
This is a charming boutique hotel near the center of town and the cathedral. The restaurant is very nice as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I woke up with a cappuccino served to me each morning. The rooms are very nice with high ceilings and a large bathroom.
Beautiful and quiet hotel very close to everything
We only stayed one night, but it was beautiful. They offered welcome drinks and chocolates during the day. We Stayed in the room with the tub and it was like having a spa in your room. Staff staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with any of our questions. The location was perfect to the downtown area. A quaint and beautiful stay.
Recomendado.
The hospitality was excellent. They were very helpful and attentive.
Beautiful and elegant boutique hotel centrally located in the heart of Morelia. The room was restful, luxurious yet understated with a comfortable bed and amazing pillows. The bathroom shower was huge and it was a treat to have a double sink setup. They even had a copper tub that could easily fit 2.
Great central location. Huge modern room. Best bed ever. Super sweet staff.
No common areas to relax. Rooms all face dining area. Rooms also definitely not soundproof.
Great place!
Casa Alondra is an intimate and quiet beautiful refuge in the charming historic district of Morelia. Elegant, tres chic with a minimalist clean feeling but keeping the traditional Colonial architecture in the gorgeously appointed rooms; silky linens and a fresh lovely bathroom. We were so well cared for by the staff , especially loved the exquisite diner menu and highly recommend the chocolate mousse for dessert!! Casa Alondra is the most sophisticated boutique hotel in Morelia. We highly recommend booking there!!
