Very friendly staff. However, it’s far away from subway. However, convenient location if you use ferry a lot.

A very simple check-in. The room is fantastic! A huge comfortable bed! Appreciated a restaurant and a shop in the hotel.

Room was gorgeous, spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and always smiled when you walked into the lobby. I stayed here at the end of a month of backpacking as a treat to myself and would highly recommend

Clean and comfortable

Sehr gepflegt und sauberes Stadthotel. Straßenseite etwas lauter und guter Service. Frühstück OK, aber wie oft in Thailand schwierig für Vegetarier.

Ein schönes Hotel. Sauber und ordentlich und das Personal immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels lässt es außerdem zu, die meisten Ausflugsziele ohne großen Aufwand zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Very clean and new hotel. Personnel and service were kind and super attentive, I would definitely recommend this hotel. (only small point: not close to metro station if you want that, other than that very accessible via other transport methods).

Wonderful stay in a nice location close to main sites.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful and well kept place. The breakfast they serve is simply amazing! Also, the food is the restaurant was delicious. The customer service was also very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok.

Good, small hotel that is friendly and good value for money

Location

Me and my partner stayed here for a layover in Bangkok which was good since it was close to many of the main attractions we wanted to visit. Adding on to that the hotel was really nice, clean and the room spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was also really friendly. We would definitely stay here again of we go back ro Bangkok.

Excelente experience, hôtel propre

Everything about it is great!! already give the information to my coworkers that will go to Thailand. We will come back to this Hotel Id travel many countries and by far this have the nicest staff. Not to mention rooms are clean and the price is unbeatable. We love this hotel I came together with my cousins there’s 8 of us and all of us agree this is a great hotel

A lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was large and comfy. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the restaurant served nice meals in the evening. Pool area was pleasant although we didnt actually swim.

This is an excellent hotel from the moment you step in the front door and have your heavy bags ushered away. The customer service is better than anywhere I have been - you don't get this quality in the UK, especially for the price you have to pay. We were only there for one night and wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel was perfect. It was very hot and humid visiting Bangkok in April but we loved returning to the hotel lste afternoon and having a swim to cool off. The hotel was clean, modern and breakfast was lovely. It was a perfect oasis and sanctuary in a very busy and bustling Bangkok.

Cozy and nice rooms. Quiet too since the location is outside the central commercial area. Nice restaurant on the ground floor. No BTS SkyTrain here but taxis and Grab cars are plenty

It was great to stay at Pranakorn Heritage. They welcomed me warmly with a traditional drink and sweets. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is small but for me it was decent. The pool was clean and nice to relaxe during the afternoon. The whole hotel is very clean! The breakfast starts early until 10:30 am. It was delicious especially the fresh makes omelett. The only small negative detail ist that the location is a bit away from the center to the must see places. 100 meters away from the hotel is an 7eleven store. Overall it was a great stay and I can warmly recommend the hotel.

Tolles Hotel mit superfreundlichem Personal! Sehr saubere und großzügige Zimmer. Tolles Preis-Wert-Ratio! Tip: zum Thewes Pirr laufen und für 21 Baht mit dem Boat downtown fahren. Sehr gutes Thai Restaurant wenn man rauskommt rechts an einer Ecke gegenüber einer Wäscherei. Mehrere Supermärkte und ein teues Sushi Restaurant in der Nähe (nach links). Grab App nutzen. Hotel Taxis zu teuer.

Der Pool ist sauber, das Frühstück genügt zwar den Ansprüchen, könnte jedoch optimiert werden. Das Personal agiert professionell. Allerdings ist es nicht möglich, die Fenster im Zimmer zu öffnen, und es mangelt an zusätzlichen Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass ich dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen werde.

Vi stannade två nätter i slutet av vår resa. I början av vår resa bodde vi i Sukhumvit, vilket är ett mer livligt område än var detta hotell ligger. Runt detta hotell finns många sevärdheter så som det kungliga palatset och diverse tempel. Hotellet var finare än vad bilderna ger sken av, vilket inte hör till det vanliga. Allt från incheckningen, rummet, frukosten och utcheckningen var bra. Inget att klaga på.

Room was small but well planned. No balcony. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful.

Lovely large rooms, very kind staff. Easy walking distance to the main tourist areas. We really enjoyed our stay here.

My kids and I stayed here for a week! The place was spotless, the beds comfortable and clean! The breakfast was amazing with so many options. But best of all was the staff. Everyone there was so helpful and kind. They can book excursions for you, offer advice, call you a cab or tuk tuk. As a first timer in in a foreign country with kids, they helped me so much with where to go and what to see, how to get there, what to be careful of in the city…we will go back to Bangkok literally just to stay here!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pranakorn Heritage Hotel in Bangkok. Great value for money for a 4 star hotel when I booked. It’s a new build, so clean and modern. The staff were exceptional. I would stay here again.

Foi incrível. O hotel é novo e os quartos são confortáveis (estendemos nossa estadia e pegamos uma unidade diferente, recomendo o bloco mais novo, apto 2212, mais espaçoso e melhor custo benefício). Patio interno com piscina, café da manhã ótimo, conta como almoço.

This hotel is brand new and as such, is very clean. The pool area is a great oasis from hit city life in Bangkok. The beds were comfy and ac worked great. Get a room facing inside, as traffic noise may be an issue if room is facing street. There is a laundry, 7-11 and coffee shops all in easy walking distance. You are not ‘downtown’ in this area but close to the ferry (10-15 min walk), which can get you to IconSiam. Great, friendly staff and good, consistent breakfast. Great for the price! Very comfortable.

Booked a deluxe room. We're very satisfied with the value and room cleanliness. The facility has kids room where our kids spent most of their time and the pool. The hotel has just opened so it's understandable to me with certain areas still under development. We look forward to staying with them again.
