Literally everything! Stunning design, beautiful yet comfortable rooms, SO quiet and peaceful even though it’s in the center of everything in Rome, delicious breakfast, perfect bar/cocktails, really this hotel is beyond special.

Впервые столкнулись с такой проблемой, когда при уборке номера наши личные вещи, которые висели на стуле или лежали аккуратно сложенные на диване просто собирали и бросали в кучу в открытый чемодан. Это было каждый день. Кажется, уборщица просто не знает, как правильно убирать номер. Это было неприятно.

Rooms (suite) were super clean and spacious.

Entrance staff and entrance area didn’t do the property justice. You don’t come close to feeling as you have paid that amount per night. Common area toilets were worn out. After tipping staff along the way, you get presented with a 5% per room price per night suggested tip. Crazy.

מלון מפואר ויוקרתי. הצוות מעולה ועזר בכל בקשה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מעולה וכללה בופה והזמנה מתפריט. המיניבר בחדר ללא הגבלה על המשקאות הלא אלכוהוליים. בנוסף, הספא במלון מדהים והגישה אליו חופשית לאורחי המלון. יש בו סאונה יבשה ורטובה ובריכה עם זרמים.

The breakfast was unbelievable, excellent choice perfect service , tranquil location absolutely delicious and no complaints would highly recommend

Absolutely nothing , we couldn’t fault the hotel , staff or service , everyone was on point and so helpful and engaging .

The location is nice, very central and convenient. I also really enjoyed the restaurant, especially the breakfast.

Unfortunately, the staff was disappointing, particularly one blonde lady at respiration was unprofessional, and lacked proper hospitality attitude. Her behavior disturbed my stay, and it felt like she needs more training in customer service. لم يعجبني التعامل كثيرا ولا انصح به للعرب

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enveloppés d’une atmosphère élégante et chaleureuse, comme si chaque détail avait été pensé pour rendre notre visite unique. Le personel est d’une attention exceptionnelle : toujours souriant, disponible, anticipant nos besoins avant même que nous les exprimions. Leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme transforment un simple séjour en un souvenir inoubliable Les chambres sont d’un raffinement absolu, alliant confort moderne et charme italien, avec une propreté irréprochable et un soin minutieux apporté à chaque élément de décoration. Le petit-déjeuner est un festival de saveurs, généreux et varié, servi dans un cadre somptueux, il en est de meme pour le diner d hier soir! ❤️ pour nos deux serveurs du soir, ceux du petit dej et la personne de l accueil en debut d apres midi. Spa was incredibly slippery, i suggest putting drying mats infront of the pool and sauna/hamamm

The hotel was incredible - the staff were super helpful and gave us lots of great tips. The room was so comfortable and had lots of excellent touches like free snacks and soft drinks. The breakfast was also exceptional and the spa small but perfect to retreat from the city

It was faultless. Incredible building and history - more like sleeping in a museum. The suite we had was amazing with high ceilings and good products in the bathroom. Staff were effortlessly professional. The restaurant and bar - super stylish and great menus. We used the spa which was a quiet sanctuary and very clean. Location - perfect.

Beautiful hotel. Absolutely stunning. The hallways, the grand room, the courtyard…. Really feels like you’re staying somewhere you shouldn’t be able to. Wonderful location as well. Super close to the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Wonderful, helpful staff as well. Definitely the best spot if you want to be near all the tourist spots while still getting 5 star accommodations.

This was an amazing property in a prime location. Staff was excellent and spa was wonderful after a long day of walking. The outdoor garden is a beautiful place to retreat for breakfast or coffee each day. The staff went out of their way to help us in every way and we would definitely return here again!

Beautiful spaces. Ala carte breakfast with great options and fresh pressed juices. The bar Paloma cocktail (and bar in general). The green palazzo space. The Scenic elevator with seating. Roman style swimming pool, hot sauna, spa.

Our lights were malfunctioning the first night in our room likely due to an power outage from the heat. They were turning on every 30 minutes in the night. The hotel moved us to a larger room the next day which was a sweet gesture. Unfortunately one night of rest in this hotel was lost (needed for Rome exploring)... Luckily rest of our stay went smoothly.

Palazzo Talìa was a highlight of our time in Rome. The property is beautifully restored — a mix of classic Roman charm and modern comfort. Tucked away in the busy but still walkable to all the major sights, it offered a peaceful retreat after long days exploring the city. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the comfortable bed to the generous amenities. The staff were professional and helpful, and communication before and during our stay was smooth. It really felt like a boutique experience — intimate, calm, and thoughtfully designed. Would happily stay again on our next visit to Rome.

This is a luxury hotel in an art gallery. The location is very convenient. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The shower in the room is amazing and everything in the minibar is free.

The breakfast options are too limited. The room size is a bit small.

I chose this hotel because of the reviews I had read on Expedia, however I was disappointed with it. The rooms are small even by European standards and not comfortable, the lights and air conditioning were so complicated to maneuver. The breakfast was average at best compared to other hotels. The staff was great and was always available to help, however the value of what you get does not justify the price.

This is simply an amazing property. The history, the restoration, the comfortable rooms, beautiful bar area and service that is second to none. From check in to check out the staff went above and beyond to assure my comfort. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

The garden is an oasis that adds to the charm of the property. A special mention goes to Iolanda at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming and professional. The breakfast staff—and honestly, every single member of the team—were exceptionally polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home. There is absolutely nothing I would change about our stay. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, and outstanding service in the centre of Rome, this is it! Highly recommended!

Wunderbares Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude. Sehr schöne Zimmer und äußerst freundliches Personal. Der Hof mit vielen Pflanzen ist eine Oase der Ruhe in einer sehr lebhaften Umgebung.

Design der Bar ist Geschmacksache.
