Travelodge Myeongdong Namsan

Muy cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado, es la segunda vez que voy a este hotel en Seúl y no me decepcionó, todo sigue siendo igual de bueno.

Dure hospedada del 2-5 Septiembre, no hubo limpieza diaria de la habitaciones solo 1 vez y 1 sola vez también cambiaron toallas . Es lo único proque todo lo demás estuvo súper bien

Merkezi konum , heryere ulaşım kolaylığı var. 24 saat açık market var yanında. Metro çok yakın

Odamızda pencere var ama duvara bakıyor , ışık almayan bir oda idi. Kendimi kötü hissettim.

浴室有尿騷味

The location was great. Close to lots of key areas but more quiet street. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The bathroom. The shower was really a tub with a shower head. It was narrow, dark and deep. It was hard to comfortably shower.

Les chambres sont mieux en vrai que sur les photos et l’emplacement est top avec beaucoup de resto et 7eleven, CU et autre, métro myeongdong à même pas 10min à pieds Breff l’emplacement au top

-Water is leaking from the bathroom sink, causing the bathroom floor to remain wet all the time. -The toilet doesn’t flush properly and often requires several flushes.

Great location, great rooms, great staff!

Great location! Near Myeongdong and other key destinations. Don't overpay at other hotels. Travelodge is about 2 blocks further out in a very safe area, a tad quieter than the bigger hotels. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I came in a bit early and my room was ready for check in. There was self service laundry, so that was very convenient. The seperate loft was fun for the kids and gave us (and them) an extra bit of privacy. I highly recommend. This is not the same low budget Travelodge as in the US.

I have absolutely no complaints!

The hotel feels modern and homey, and the room lighting is good. Lobby personnel were kind and helpful and can speak English; you can heat food at the hotel lobby, use the scale, and leave your luggage for a bit after check-out. There is a coin laundry machine downstairs. There is also a water dispenser at the end of the hallway.

The room assigned was smaller than the photos posted. The bathroom is a bit small, because of the bathtub, and the sink was too low. Hotel slippers are old and used, so when using it, it kind of gets slippery especially when the floor is wet. The aircon during our stay was acting up, it turns off on its own at some times, and finally broke the night before we checked out. No one from the staff called to say the whole floor's aircon was broken; we were only provided a different room for the night when we cant handle the heat any longer and finally called the lobby at 3AM.

중심가여서 이동하기 편하고 지하철 역도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 직원분들 모두 친절하고 룸도 깨끗하게 관리되고 수건이나 어메니티도 만족 했습니다. 조식이 정말 맛있었습니다. 레스토랑이 작아서 별로 기대 안했는데 맛도 좋고 재료들도 신선한거 같았어요. 런치도 운영한다 해서 오후에 들릴수 있었으면 좋았을텐데 이동시간이 안되서 런치는 못먹었어요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 조식은 정말 추천 드립니다.

체크인부터 체크아웃까지 만족스러운 시간이었습니다. 객실은 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있었고 관리가 잘 되어 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 조식은 음식 종류가 다양하고 맛도 좋아서 기대 이상이었습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 음식도 항상 신선하게 유지되어 즐겁게 식사할 수 있었습니다. 추천하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

객실이 정말 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있어 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 침구도 포근하고 욕실까지 청결해서 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 조식이 정말 끝내줬습니다. 음식 종류가 다양하고 하나하나 맛이 좋았으며, 비빔밥 코너와 신선한 계절과일, 베이커리도 만족스러웠습니다. 음식도 바로바로 채워져 항상 따뜻하고 신선하게 즐길 수 있었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 기분 좋게 이용했습니다. 다음에 방문하게 된다면 다시 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다. 적극 추천드립니다!

Temizlik resmen felaket. Sadece havlular değiştiriliyor. Yerleri silme gibi bir durum söz konusu bile değil. Banyo yıkanmıyor. Çarşaflar düzeltilip bırakılıyor.

De locatie van het hotel was prima, ook de bedden waren fijn!

Het is eigenlijk net te klein voor 2 volwassenen en 2 pubers van 16 en 14.

직원들도 너무 친절하고 생각했던것 보다 좋았습니다. 방이 좁다는 리뷰가많았는데 저랑 친구둘이 투숙하기에는 딱 좋았습니다. 조식포함으로 예약했는데 조식도 메뉴도 다양하고 너무 맛있어서 두그릇이나 먹었어요 ㅎㅎㅎ.. 명동이랑도 가까워서 저녁에 명동야시장 가기도 좋았습니다. 나중에 서울 오면 또 방문할께요!

Good hotel for the value

Location was excellent, staff very friendly and clean room.

The size of the room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 children with luggages. However, we liked the disposition of the room - 2nd bed was at the upper part of the room.

The staff were very helpful specially the manager did everything to make our stays good, really great job. I have a room for 4 people 2 adults/2children and the very first night the airport stopped working. The manager moved us to 2 connected rooms we had bigger space and better rooms.. amazing work

When you walk in the road myeongdong does smell which isn't that good.. but nothing to do with the hotel

La ubicación era buena, cerca del metro y tiendas. El personal era muy agradable, intentando solucionar de la mejor forma posible y bastante comprensivos.

La limpieza no era diaria ni bien echa, se hacía cada tercer día y cuando tocó solo se limpio el baño, no se tendían las camas hasta el cuarto día que era cambio de sábanas. Esta bien lo de ahorro de agua en cuanto a lavado de blancos pero no en torno a la limpieza. También hay un tema muy serio con las duchas, estuve en 4 habitaciones diferentes en diversos pisos y en todos había fuga de agua en la tina de baño, a pesar de usar la regadera, eso hacía que todo el piso del baño se mojara y quedara con aroma de humedad.

El staff especialmente Greycy fue muy amable, a pesar de que no pude extender mi estancia me ayudo a absolver una reserva equivocada , asi como otras facilidades durante mi estancia.

La habitación que escogí tiene un espacio limitado en el segundo piso.

Everything else. Room too small. No table or chairs to eat inside the room either. No space for luggage storage. Worse, the Aircon has a buzzing sound throughout our stay. It was so loud it sounded like a fleet of crickets chirping. Woke up in the middle of the night and thought I was camping in the jungle.

Property was clean, price was reasonable and staff very helpful.

Not as close to public transport as I was hoping for. Rooms are very small. Aircon not strong enough, we were there mid June and it’s not even full on summer yet. The toilet bidet not working.

Perfect location in Myeongdong, within walking distance to the famous shopping area of Myeongdong, restaurants and convenience stores. Love the room, even though a bit small - but just enough for 2 pax. The room is practical, clean, comfortable and the bed is amazing. Bathroom is clean and the water pressure is good. Value for money, highly recommended!

All I liked about the hotel was that it was close to shopping places.

First, I booked a Superior room but I was checked it a room with a tiny with and the view was horrible! So they took the money and checked me in, in different room.

Schöne, grosse Zimmer. Gute Lage, U-Bahn Haltestelle ca. 5 min entfernt.

対応してくれたスタッフが非常に親切でした。間違えてダブルルームを予約したことに到着後に気づき、ダメ元でツインへの変更をお願いしたところ、嫌な顔もせずすぐに対応してくれました。

少しバスルームは下水の匂いが気になりました。またシャワーを浴びるとバスタブに沿って水が流れ、トイレの方まで水浸しになります。

Excellent location and very friendly staff who let us check in early!

Water from our shower would go all over the floor even when using shower curtain which made it very slippery bathroom after shower has been used.

Perfect location, rooms has the basics and reception were polite

The room was a lot smaller than expected but we made it work. The biggest issue was the cleaning of the room. A light tidy or a full clean were performed on certain days, or so we were told. During a FULL clean, all that was done extra was having the beds changed. They emptied bins and changed the towels, that’s it. The bathroom floor still had hair on it, the carpet wasn’t hoovered, the mirror was never wiped and the drains were clogged with hairs which I personally had to clean as the cleaners never did. At one point I had to complain to reception as the cleaners emptied the tiny bins but left 3 bags of rubbish to accumulate over 4 days! We had food we didn’t like after trying it and the room was starting to smell. The cleaners went back to the room, took pics as proof that they had but when we got back to the room, the bags were still there. They took pics of the bed and the bathroom bin, not the rubbish in front of the door. Sorry but if you can’t keep a basic hotel room clean, we won’t be coming here again.

Maybe the cleaning staff changed too often the bedding. Almost every second day. It could be just fine with 4 times during 14 days.

Everything was great

Staff friendly and location is relatively convenient. I like the fact that there are water dispensers on every level.

The bathroom was too small and there was not sufficient space in hangers to hang clothes or towels. The bathtub design was not suitable. Water would splash out of the tubing cause the whole floor to be wet.

The chef at breakfast was very nice and helpful.

Rooms too small. The switches for the lights is very confusing. Ac was confusing as well. No space in bathroom to put toiletries. My AirPods went missing after I told the front desk they miraculously was under my bed the next day. Which I looked before and it wasn’t there.

Toilet blocked and we had to move rooms on our third day. Happy to move as the fridge was not working. Cleanliness is questionable as the top bed was forgotten about a few times during their version of a “full clean” as this is only provided every second or third day. We retrieved our own towels daily as well as garbage bags emptied. No coffee was replaced since first visit. Staff were not too helpful in finding take away spots for meals. On a positive note, location is only a 7 minute walk to Myeongdong shopping district. Plenty of their version of convenience stores around. Washing is self service, at a cost.

The location was ok

The overall cleanliness of the place was poor. Our floor was very noisy with guests and staff talking loudly and banging doors in the middle of the night and early hours of the morning. Whilst I appreciate it’s difficult to monitor fully the disturbance from other guests, the hotel should be more proactive in preventing it as the level of the noise was unacceptable. The staff could do with being friendlier and a bit more helpful too.
