Good location, private pool, easy check in process

We arrived late night and we didn’t have any towels in the room, we have to use the sheets to take a shower, I called to the host number but they bring the towels the next morning, what a shame

Struttura molto tranquilla ed accogliente, in una zona sicura e ben servita da ristoranti e supermercati. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile (ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out riposti al sicuro). La piscina è piccola ma pulita, la camera spaziosa con un letto enorme, il bagno nuovo, piccolo ma con una bella doccia. Comoda ubicazione anche per raggiungere le spiagge della zona Hotelera. Super consigliata

La cucina comune non è ben attrezzata a livello di stoviglie e pentolame mentre il frigorifero è grande e spazioso.

Hébergement très bien pour 1 nuit propre avec cuisine partagée. À proximité de restaurants accessibles à pied. En dehors de la zone hôtelière de Cancun. Chambre petite pour 4 personnes. Parking à proximité dans la rue.

Habitación amplia, hermosa pileta y cocina comunitaria equipada. Buena ubicación cercana a paradas de colectivos

Me gustó todo.

La ubicación es súper excelente!!, estas a un paso de todo lo que debas encontrar en Cancún, adicional llegas rápido desde cualquier ubicación, las habitaciones son muy confortables, los baños perfectos, la piscina es un plus, sólo que guarda mucho la alta temperatura de la región. La atención de los mexicanos es perfecta. Quedamos muy felices con la visita y sin duda regresaríamos a este precioso Hotel. La cocina es ideal para preparar cualquier alimento, siempre mantuvo agua potable y todas las herramientas necesarias.

Tal vez mejorar las toallas que prestan en servicio, ya son un poco gastadas y manchadas. Sin embargo, es muy aseado.

The room was good, with air conditioning and a nice view of the pool and palm trees. The location was great—right next door there were many supermarkets, all within walking distance.

Shower was obviously not well cleaned when I arrived (sand in corners, hair in drain. Bed was quite hard

L'emplacement. Entre le centre et les plages. A 15 mn quand même Je suis décu.

Le logement est au 3° étage. Il n'y presque pas de vue. Le wifi n'était pas toujours en fonction. Les équipements de la cuisine presque absents. La personne qui accueille ou qui fait office de sécurité est très peu aimable et peu serviable.

There was no breakfast. That the location was okay.

It was clean

There were howling dogs all night, someone on the staff was doing laundry until 1am in the room next to us with a light with no curtain shining directly into our room. After we addressed this we were told there was nothing they could do about the fact that they kept us up until 1am shining a light into the room. The location wasn’t particularly close to much you could walk to the plaza of americas but everything else was a drive. Pool was also a bit unclean and looked nothing like the pictures which must have been filtered or when the pool was cleaner.

The location was very good, within the Centro district and walkable to the local area. The room was clean. The overall property was tidy and felt very clean.

Traveling to this location was the very worst experience I have ever had. I was expected to obtain a travel voucher but had no awareness I was supposed to do this; nothing on Booking.com prompted this. The airport staff was helpful but made assumptions that I had a voucher. I couldn't go back to the help desk once we exited. They warned me about the local taxi services but in the end we had to hire one and pay an outrageous price because it was late at night and we were poorly informed as described above. The actual location was extremely difficult to find on the map and even difficult for our taxi driver. I think this was all because the local guest house group has multiple locations. We got lost carrying groceries back to the Guest House, found the one on our GPS map but the woman at the desk spoke no English. The trip improved after the above very difficult experiences arriving in downtown Cancun. The room itself was spare, had no blankets and very little kitchen equipment.

Pas de débit d’eau dans la douche (goutte à goutte : chevelure s’abstenir), eau chaude rare, wifi intermittent, problème avec la télé, pas d’eau consommable dans la chambre, problème de clé à l’arrivée…

Quartier résidentielle plutôt sympathique mais loin de tout. Chambre propre. Climatisation fonctionnelle Personnel très gentil Pas de fenêtre sur l extérieur cependant. Une fenêtre sur le couloir qui nous fait entendre tous les bruits e l’hôtel.

Ce n’est pas de leur ressort mais coupure de courant à partir de 5heures de matin avec réactivation toutes les 30 secondes ce qui allumait la climatisation et la télé toutes les 30 sec en faisant un « BIP » qui empêchait toute possibilité de dormir mais avec des boule quies. Et ce jusqu’à 10h du matin. Et par ailleurs, en conséquence, absence de WIFI (et de lumière évidemment). De plus, l’alarme téléphone du gardien s’est allumé à 5h du matin ce qui ne l’a pas réveillé. 20 min après je suis descendue réveiller le gardien pour éteindre son alarme. Je comprends parfaitement que ceci n’est pas de leur ressort mais ils ne m’ont pas proposé de geste commercial en retour (mise à par me proposer de rester dans la chambre jusqu à 12h15 plutôt que 11h prévu initialement) pour me « reposer ».

Ondanks dat ik had aangegeven hoelaat ik aankwam, was er niemand om me een sleutel te geven. Via booking wel in contact gekomen, maar na een uur chatten zeiden ze dat ze me niet konden helpen (ondanks boeking en bevestiging) en dat ik andere slaapplek moest zoeken. Midden in nacht. Ongelooflijk slechte service!

Nice place in a quiet road

The bathroom needs a leak-of- paint, especially the ceiling , there's quite a lot of visible, black mould . Otherwise, it's good as gold .

Lugar seguro y conveniente localización, cerca de varios puntos de CUN. Limpieza, personal, servicios OK. Se tiene una estancia tranquila y el precio es competitivo.

el problema es que me dieron una calve que no abria la puerta sali a una cita y al regresar por algo que se me olvido ya no puede entrar y perdi mi cita tuve que re agendar de nuevo y mas gasto

Absolutely loved my stay here – it truly felt like a home. The property is spotless, peaceful, and incredibly well-maintained. The staff were not only kind and accommodating but went above and beyond to assist me—especially with directions and anything else I needed during my stay. The facility itself is beautiful, with everything working perfectly—TV, air conditioning, and all other amenities. It's clear that a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining this place. The response time from staff was also impressively fast anytime I had a question or request. One of the things I appreciated most was the quiet and serene atmosphere. It made it so easy to relax and enjoy every moment. I genuinely loved being here and would return. Traveler tips: You’ll need to walk a bit to reach shops and restaurants, so if you're not used to the heat, or walking, I recommend going out early in the morning or late in the afternoon. There’s a convenient OXXO just around the corner for quick snacks and essentials. Do keep in mind that while the place itself is mosquito-free, the city does have quite a few, so bring repellent if you're planning to explore the area.

Lo más destacable es la amabilidad del personal, siempre atentos y prestos a ayudar con lo que se solicite. Tienen una muy buena ubicación y el costo es razonable.

Talvez sería bueno revisar la calidad de los colchones, creo que se podría mejorar la calidad de sueño si lo hacen.

Stuff was really nice and helpful. Also they made us feel really safe.

Everything was good but maybe in the bathroom to have more so towel knobs so you can hang the towels or clothes.

This was my very first time visiting Cancun. Everyone that works here is so friendly. I had arrived at 10 or 11 am - Check in wasn't available until 3 pm but they were able to let me into my room earlier which was so awesome. The room and bathroom are huge and very clean. I had hot water for showers everyday. The balcony was beautiful. I loved to sit out and drink my coffee each morning while the sun rose. This really is an amazing stay. I did not receive a code for the front door, only the front gate. So I had to have the security guard or the housekeeper let me in each day. The security guard was super nice, he had no problem letting me in each day - sometimes multiple times a day. I did try an reach out to the owner or person through WhatsApp, Multiple times, to recieve my code to the front door but never received a reply or code for the front door. It is within walking distance of a couple of convenience stores. They also have complementary coffee in the kitchen. I did not get a chance to use the pool, as I was having dental work done the whole time but it looked very clean and clear. The kitchen and dining room are beautifully decorated. Very welcoming. The Vica Guest house will be where I stay when visiting Cancún in the future. They are all very nice and welcoming.

They would not give us a Tom on the first floor, I’m handicapped and the house doesn’t have an elevator, I left the following morning and requested a refund for the remaining 5 days… opened a case with Expedia.

Es una casa hotel adaptada , está cómoda solo el personal con dudas al recibirnos por ser de la aplicación , la Tele no tenía control y no se podía usar , la alberca bien , flexibles con el horario de uso el personal de la mañana te invita tu cafecito !

Pros: Zona muy tranquila con buena ubicación, habitación amplia, camas muy cómodas, muy buena limpieza, buena relación calidad-precio. Cons: Los códigos de acceso me fueron proporcionados a las 3:18 PM, mismos que por sus normas debieron ser enviados pocos minutos antes de las 3 PM que es la hora de entrada. El personal de recepción no se encontraba en ese momento por lo que la llave de la habitación me fue entregada a más de 30 minutos de haber ingresado de manera automatizada a la propiedad. La persona encargada, con la cual me comuniqué vía telefónica, se enfocó en el problema logrando solucionarlo a través de una tercera persona. Se pudiese evitar ese contratiempo igualmente automatizando la entrada a la habitación. Por lo que respecta a la propiedad, volvería a hospedarme allí. Al contrario, por los fallos en la atención al cliente no lo haria

Por fuera se ve una casa sencilla pero por dentro es algo completamente diferente. Es un lugar muy bonito, con buenos acabados y toques hogareños, el cuarto en el que me quedé es muy confortable.

Great accommodation for a short stay in Cancun if you are passing by.

The code was not working to let me in and I had to wait outside for an hr. No one would respond to my messages and with my battery on 1% I was finally able to call a third number and someone picked up and helped me. With such slow response during an emergency I would not use these accommodations again. Beyond that, it wasn’t a bad place.

We had a very pleasant stay at Vica GH. The home is beautiful and well-maintained, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Just a note for future guests: this is not a hotel, so there is no daily room cleaning unless you request it. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay again!

It was a nice and clean room. The pool was lovely.

Location was not that good, far from The center and not really nice restaurants nearby. The man who greeted us was a bit weird, not very helpful and awkward. We actually had 2 reservations 2 different nights. The one they cancelled very shortly before we arrived due to maintenance issues which was a bit weird to us. However a few days later we did stay here and overall it was nice!

Location. Feeler secured . It has gates, outer door and door to the room. Plus during night there’s someone on the watch. Good furniture.

Guests kitchen area could have more of items. Like basic utensils and paper towels. Perhaps use bleach to wash bed linen there were stains.
