Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Todo me pareció excelente. La calidad de las comidas fue de 9 puntos sobre 10. Las actividades que ofrecen son muy buenas. Los dormitorios están bien equipados, la ducha del baño es muy buena. El servicio es bueno.
El gimnasio era muy chico y no ofrecía casi nada. Se ve que la mayoría de la gente que va a un hotel all inclusive piensa más en comer, que en hacer ejercicio. Para ir al sauna obligaban a agendarse. Aún no habiendo nadie no admitían a alguien si no se había anotado.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Location was great, only a 30-minute drive from the airport. Food was the best from any other resort I have stayed in. Pools where all close to all the rooms. The bar pool was great. Party pool lived up to its name. The piano/cappuccino/specialty drink bar was such a great place to hang out after dinner.
More communication as to what is going on at the resort, fitness center, games throughout the day, nighttime festivities.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Plenty of lounge chairs by the beach. The best part was the beach. Despite the seaweed/sargassum, the beach was very enjoyable.
Service is very hit and miss. I had maybe 2-3 good interactions (buffet, beach, maintenance), most were very nonchalant-don’t even look at you when they serve you, and the spa was just bad if you’re looking to use the free facilities and not the paid ones.

Evening dinner restaurants were impossible to get into. Had to use buffet only. Huge lines for 1+ hour wait otherwise. Wild dogs running around on property scaring kids. Water slides are far for kids to get to. Beach has No walkways to get to. Only 1 path to walk to beach. Seaweed not cleaned on the beach. Dirty water not maintained on the beach.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026O hotel é muito confortável e bonito. As crianças podem aproveitar bastante as piscinas e o parque aquático é muito divertido. O hotel possui uma equipe de recreação muito boa e com festas e eventos bem animados. O hotel tem uma posição privilegiada para o nascer do sol. É possível acordar cedo e ver o sol nascer no mar, uma cena belíssima.
O único ponto negativo é sobre a praia do hotel. Como é um local de muitos ventos o mar está na maioria das vezes muito agitado, neste caso não se é possível aproveitar muito a praia do hotel. Para mim, que gosto de aproveitar a praia e hotel, esse ponto foi negativo.

La seguridad.A las 5 a.m. Ingreso un hombre en mi habitación mientras dormía, yo lo vi frente a mi cama y huyó por el balcón, el mismo por el cual ingresó. Esto evidencia una falla crítica de seguridad, especialmente grave para quienes viajamos solos. Incluso no lograron identificar al intruso porque el sector no tiene cámaras. Tras el incidente, además, desapareció un anillo de aprox. USD 700 que había dejado en la habitación. La reacción del hotel fue lenta y poco empática, sin soluciones ni compensación acordes. No me sentí segura ni pude descansar ni disfrutar completamente mi estadía. No lo recomiendo.

Does not meet 5* standards. Very disappointing experience with check in. Upon arrival we received the last, noisiest room, absolutely not what was booked, not what was agreed with the reservation services via a few rounds of exchanges. It was a disaster after 22h travel to get one bed for 3 people. Luckily one person (thank you Juan) at the reception had empathy and kindness and organized a change for the next day. Extremely crowded, noisy, not relaxing. Very mainstream, oriented to heavy drinking and loud entertainment. They forget water refil unless you ask via the app. Room keeping was okish but every day I had to ask for something missing (towels, bedsheets). No proper blankets , just come covers that you need to wrap in a bed sheet and maneuver not to tangle in. Limited activities for children - no playground, no playroom, kids club very inflexible. Practically nothing to do when it rains and gets windy/stormy. It RAINS and it gets extremely humid. Food choice outside key meal hours is limited. In 7 days we could not get into any restaurants and buffet gets so packed and so messy it practically turns into a cantine and staff struggle to cope; Location is not convenient if you want to travel around. Taxis and uber to Cancun takes around 1 hour, road is in bad condition, traffic jam.

I didn't like how the front desk make me pay extra money for my children. When I booked my 2 rooms I gave my children ages , my boy is 6 years old and my girl is 11 years. I put it down my children age while I booked my rooms. So, when I got to the hotel everything changed . I didn't know why. So I didn't appreciated how they handled my booking

Los shows de la noche son muy improvisados, en otros hoteles RIU los shows eran de buena calidad. La comida de los restaurantes de especialidad son muy malos , sobre todo el francés. Faltan opciones para celíacos ! Los postres muy lindos pero sin gusto . Y el helado de balde , la peor calidad

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026The landscaping was beautiful! The room was nice and spacious. The mini bar was stocked and the weather was amazing. The staff kindness, hospitality, and professionalism was top notch.
The only thing that I had an issue with, is a foul smell that was on the Ground level where the rooms were. It was lingering in one wing . It smelled of mildew, but that was the only area that had that issue in my opinion.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026We hadden een rustige kamer geboekt met uitzicht op zee. (Elite Club) Wat hebben we initieel gekregen : een kamer net onder de buiten disco en zijdelings zicht op de tuin. Blijkbaar foutief doorgegeven door booking.com hetgeen wij natuurlijk niet kunnen controleren. Ze hebben ons wel een rustigere kamer gegeven maar nog steeds geen zicht op zee hetgeen we wel hebben geboekt.
