El trato del personal

Todo muy bien y muy amables

Nos gusto mucho la estancia por el lugar, tiene buena ubicación y es muy bonito, esta muy tranquilo y lo que más disfrutamos fue el área de la alberca.

El trato del personal es amable y en cuestión de facturación es rápida.

Había pocas conexiones de luz y la luz dentro de la habitación era poca.

La atención del personal fue excelente La cercanía con la plata y la alberca en la terraza, maravilloso!!! Muchas gracias.

Está al lado de la playa y cuenta con parking junto al acceso. La piscina y las vistas que tiene son increíbles. Todo estaba muy limpio. El personal muy amable nos indicó las mejores playas y cómo llegar. Lo recomiendo.

El rooftop y la piscina eran perfectos. El staff era muy amable y la limpieza era muy buena. Las habitaciones eran encantadoras, aunque necesitan mejor aislamiento sonoro. Había dos gatitos en el hotel muy cariñosos, nos enamoramos de Lola! La comida y bebidas estaban bien, aunque la mayoria de bebidas del rooftop de la happy hour no estaban ricas. Las mezcalitas fueron lo mejor.

Tuvimos dos habitaciones. Una estaba bien, pero desde la otra se podían oir demasiados ruidos: los camiones y gallos por desde afuera, y otros residentes y ruidos desde dentro del hotel. El último dia realizaron un mantenimiento por el que se cortó la electricidad durante horas, y por lo tanto no funcionaba el aire acondicionado ni nada eléctrico. Nos compensaron con desayuno gratuito, pero solamente nos informaron de esto la noche anterior. Nos hubiera gustado haber sido informados antes para quizás haber cambiado de hotel el último día.

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, muy buena cocina. En el tema de la comida quizá faltaría extender un poco más el horario de la cena pero está muy bien ubicado para encontrar bonitos lugares para cenar, si está un poco solo un par de cuadras para caminar hacia Zicatela o el andador turístico pero una vez conociendo es más fácil, y en recepción pueden contactarte un taxi para mayor facilidad. Y quizá sería bueno agregar una barra de café para las personas cafeteras que desde muy temprano piden café como mi mamá.

El horario de la barra, si te quedas en el hotel todo el día está perfecto, pero si te vas todo el día y regresas en la noche a la alberca te quedas con las ganas de tomar algo.

Muy bonito, tipo rústico. Muy limpio, cuidadas las instalaciones y el personal muy amable. Muy recomendable para los que buscan algo cerca del centro y a unos cuantos pasos está la playa.

El hotel es hermoso y la gente que trabaja siempre muy atentos con todo!! Disfrutamos mucho la terraza con la pile y la barra.. muy buenos tragos lo mismo que la comida muy buena! Súper recomendable!!!

La comodidad de las habitaciones, la limpieza del área.

Bonito Hotel muy limpio por parte del personal de limpieza, sin embargo observe una escasa amabilidad por parte del personal del bar, solo trataba bien a los extranjeros y a uno como mexicano nos hace sentir inferior al no brindar el mismo trato amable y cortez como lo hacía con personas rubias y principalmente con las mujeres, eso me obliga a ya no regresar alojarme ahi porque recibo trato de rasismo. Los horarios para atender servicio de comida quizás prolongarlos en un horario más amplio al igual que el uso de la alberca. Y ojalá puedan permitir la entrada de comida por que eso no me agrado que solo fuera especificamente del hotel y más con la pésima actitud para atender. La regadera no funciona muy bien y eso ocasionó que interrumpiera mi ducha. Ah no cuentan con elevador y en cuestión de mi discapacidad se me complico un poco la subida y tenia el temor de caerme en algún descuido.

Mi habitación super cómoda, agusto y mi estancia fue genial. No cabe duda que regresaré, la atención excelente y tuvieron el enorme detalle de obsequiarme un panque por mi cumpleaños, los alimentos estaban muy riquísimos. Siempre la atención en todo momento.

Terrasse avec piscine (non fumeur) très agréable avec une jolie vue sur la plage! Le personnel est charmant et très aidant. Les terrasses des chambres du premier sont très agréables! Plage zicatela a 10 minutes à pieds avec des transats et de bons restaurants ! Fontaine à eau à disposition

Il serait bien de rajouter des volets ou un panneau en bois pour la nuit à rajouter sur la porte de la terrasse pour éviter la lumière du jour le matin…

UBICACION CERCANA A LA PLAYA, PISCINA

La ubicacion es excelente, justo cerca donde inicia Playa Zicatela y muy cerca de la terminal de autobuses ADO, además de tener varios servicios cerca. El personal muy amable, especial reconocimiento al Gerente, que siempre esta al pendiente de lo que se requiere. El desayuno delicioso, los mejores huevos rancheros que he comido, cafe bastante aceptable y sus precios muy competitivos si los comparas con el resto de los comercios. La Terraza tiene una buena vista, el lugar es agradable con lo necesario para pasar un buen rato, el primer día era no laborable así que no había bar, pero los siguientes días ya contaba con bar.

Hace falta mantenimiento, el grifo del lavabo se movía, es funcional pero da mala impresión. No sé si fué por el día (1 de mayo/No laborable) que no había suficiente personal y se notaba en la limpieza que no estaba al 100, pero los siguientes días se notó el cambio. Necesita una renovación el mobiliario.

Lovely quiet hotel with beautiful views from the terrace and pool. I recommend roomJR1 with it's own balcony/terrace. Breakfast on the terraza was a lovely touch.

Never able to get warm, never mind hot water! Luckily it was crazily hot and we managed. The hotel is spending the next week doing a refurb apparently and are hoping to fix the lack of hot water.

We really enjoyed this little gem of a hotel. It is not beach front but the beach is only a short distance away and the rooftop pool area gave us excellent views of the ocean. Our rooms were fairly basic but nevertheless comfortable. What we loved was the rooftop area—the pool is lovely and the hammocks were a huge hit. We were thrilled that the rooftop had a bar and that the bartender made excellent drinks (both mocktails and cocktails). It’s also nice that the bar has a bar menu so we could order snacks along with our beverages.

The hotel is on a street off the main highway so it is not particularly walkable (except to the beach which is just a short walk away). We also had issues one day with hot water and, on another day, with the loss electricity. The electricity loss was not the hotel’s fault and the staff was immediately responsive to our concerns. The only other issue we had was that the drain in our bathroom smelled of sewer.

Lovely roof terrace overlooking the sea where we ate breakfast and early dinner. Food was good value for money. The beach is a few minutes walk away.

The restaurant closed a bit early for us in the evening. Although we ate there every day.

Las instalaciones son viejas. El baño y el lavabo olían mucho a drenaje. Las camas no eran tan cómodas.

Nett angelegtes Hotel mit viel grün im Innenhof, nicht mehr ganz neu. Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, Rooftop mit Bar, kleinem Pool und Meerblick. Strasse führt direkt an kilometerlangen Strand und Meer.

Hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stock. Wasser floss spärlich, Toiletten-/Duschbereich sehr beengt.

The location wasn’t great for the small bays that are safe to swim and the rooms are quite basic. The restaurant is quite inadequate so you can’t depend on it.

I liked the sense of being in a place where I could really rest. Personnel in general were very helpful, I liked specially the bar tender Vladimir.

Having a tv could help. And maybe having some snacks at the bar.

The staff was increible!! I can only recommend this hotel, they were amazing with us, kind, helpful. And the cocktails, wow, speechless.

Excelente ubicación, a unos pasos de la playa Marinero y de todas las otras hermosas playas. Lugar seguro. Habitaciones amplias, algunas más iluminadas que otras según la habitación. La piscina en el tercer piso tiene una vista muy linda de la playa desde donde se pueden ver hermosos amaneceres y atardeceres, es un super plus. Los desayunos, aunque no están incluidos, tienen precios accesibles y son muy bien preparados, al igual que los alimentos y bebidas que ofrecen en la terraza del tercer piso. El personal super amable y educado

Los colchones que me tocaron necesitan una renovación y algo más de presión en las duchas, aunque creo que depende de la habitación que te toque

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un bon emplacement à proximité de la playa marinero. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon avec des prix corrects. Le rooftop est agréable avec une belle vue.

La chambre était très sombre car la seule fenêtre donnait sur le couloir intérieur. Elle était très sale et vieille, avec des meubles cassés, de la peinture écaillée partout et beaucoup de traces d'humidité. Le lit est en ciment avec un matelas inconfortable posé sur le ciment. Nous avons trouvé des cafards dans la chambre. Faire payer 2000 MXN hors saison pour cette chambre dans ce vieil hôtel sale, mal entretenu et sans petit déjeuner est du vol pur et simple. Ma pire expérience au Mexique (et j'y vais chaque année depuis 8 ans).

Really nice small place with a great atmosphere and very helpful staff. The restaurant serves tasty food at good prices, and drinking water is conveniently provided from a dispenser in the common area. The rooms are clean, with fresh white sheets and towels. The location is excellent—close to the beach—and there is a beautiful terrace with a small pool and hammocks, perfect for watching the sunset.

The main downside is the noise: you can hear almost everything from both outside and inside, especially sounds from the corridor and neighboring rooms. Additionally, there is an open space between the bathroom and the room, which allows smells from the bathroom plumbing/sewage system to come into the room, which is not very pleasant.

Charming, comfortable, and clean. The rooftop patio and pool are heavenly, with a spectacular view and a very talented bartender. Cocktails here a must try. The management and front desk staff are very courteous and go out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast in the hotel dining room is scrumptious. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and good beachfront seafood restaurants.

Wifi and mobile service is a bit slow, but that might be a common problem in this part of Mexico. The hotel might also consider improving security systems and processes.

The property is sooo close to the beach! It’s a quick walk down, the guest services is fantastic, they helped us so much, they really do roll out the red carpet when it comes to assistance. The restaurant is fairly priced and the services in impeccable.

The smell of sewage. We understand this happens with most ocean front hotels but holy the mornings were bad.

A lovely place to stay, with a cosy room and a nice terrace. It is very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away. Located in cute, calm street. The staff is exceptionally helpful, even if struggling to speak english tries their best to help. The bonus is that there are drinkable water stations on each floor, which was really nice to have.

I must say sound isolation is not the best in the room; if your neighbours are a bit noisy and you are a light sleeper, it would be an issue. The restaurant closes very early, so if you are planning to have your dinner at the hotel, it's not going to work. Otherwise, I had breakfast there, the food portions were big, and it tasted good. Other restaurants are a bit further away in town, so need to keep that in mind when planning your stay.

It wasn’t clean at all, there were details inside that make the room look very old and rusty. So simple and uncomfortable.

La ubicación, la amabilidad de todo el personal, las comidas y bebidas, el agua de cortesía disponible todo el tiempo, que fuera solo para adultos.

La habitación, requiere una renovación: el baño y el placard, con humedad; la iluminación no es buena; la pintura está muy mal. Los toallones, demasiado pequeños y una toalla de mano solo una toallita mínima para los dos huéspedes. Todas las habitaciones dan a un espacio central muy bonito pero al mismo tiempo muy ruidoso, especialmente cuando otros huéspedes llegan de madrugada hablando como si fueran las 3 de la tarde.

La terraza del hotel es fantástica, el personal es muy amable, el hotel está bien ubicado y es muy luminoso. Además, nos encantaron los desayunos.

Nos quedamos solo dos días, pero como cosas que se pueden mejorar, el baño tenía muy mal olor, al punto de sentirse en la habitación. Además, no tenían listas las toallas de playa.

Location wasn’t bad, however you’re still a 20-30min walk from any restaurants, main high street to go out or for a walk.

The facilities were very very basic for the price we have paid. No means of a fridge/colling anything in the room. The curtains were very light and as soon as the sun would rise you’d struggle with the light if you’d be a light sleeper. Terrace doors were dropped and difficult to close, also there were gaps around the floors therefore we had a couple of lizzards in our room. The terrace area is very basic, the bar is small with not a great deal of options, plus it closes at 7pm!!! The restaurant is nothing to write home about, very similar to the ones on the main street where you’ll probably get a better option. It closes early and they do not have anything like a decent coffee.

Looked pretty in the pictures and it looked close to the beach.

The rooftop terrace is a great place to chill. The food from the restaurant was very nice and extremely cheap. Room is spacious and clean.

The bathroom is quite old and outdated.

außerhalb des Zimmers tropfte es hörbar stetig aus einem Klimaanalgengerät; der Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer war nur zum Teil erfolgreich; tagsüber war das Wasser in den Abflußrohren in der Wand deutlich zu hören; außerdem war der Geruch aus dem Abfluß unangenehm; nachts war es jedoch sehr ruhig; Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auf Grund fehlender Investitionen nicht gegeben

It’s beautiful here, the building, the view, the set up, all very attractive.

The pool on the roof and the shade/ breeze are perfect in the afternoon. Beautiful view of ocean and sometimes whales. Lots of cold hot water

Die Lage war in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Es gab kostenlose Parkplätze für das Auto. Die Zimmer waren klimatisiert, die Betten waren gross. Es war sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns besonders über den Willkommensdrink zum Sun Set gefreut. Die rooftop Terrasse war sehr schön. Der Ort Puerto Escondidos hat in diesem Abschnitt eine schöne Promenade mit sehr guten Bars und Restaurants. Es entspricht alles dem aktuellen Style

Bei den Betten könten die Matraten etwas bequemer sein. Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer würde ich mir auch wünschen. Die aussicht aus dem Zimmer war nicht so schön. Aber für ein Nacht ok. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist ziemlich klein. Und es ist schade, dass die Poolbar schon um 7pm schließt. Gerne hätte man den Abend dort ausklingen lassen können.

Herrlich, um hier im Ort anzukommen. Blieben nur eine Nacht, wurden herzlich empfangen. Der erste Sundowner auf der coolen Dachterrasse mit Pool ging aufs Haus. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen vorzüglich. Alles sehr liebevoll hier. Muchas gracias.
