The staff was amazing. The room was very clean and updated although no special details that would reflect the almost $500 per night charge. It was a short stay so I did not get to experience the breakfast items offered. The location is great for proximity to Laguardia or Citi Field/Flushing Meadows. If purpose is not one of those. then this would not be a good choice, in my opinion.

I guess the price reflected a more upscale or refined location, amenities, atmosphere which were not apparent. Location is not a walkable one, but uber rides were quick to arrive. Entrance and elevator are shared with other commercial businesses and their patrons.

There was plenty of parking. The room was very clean.

This was ranked too high. The rooms are small. It’s not as advertised.

For flights from LGA it’s an ok stay, but the odor in hotel is very strong, so not for sensitive people. Also surroundings (the area) are dodgy. The only good thing there is stuff, very friendly and helpful.

It was a great location for an overnight stay before an early morning flight out of LaGuardia. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was on time. The roof top restaurant had excellent food! The room was clean and comfortable.

There was a lot of noise during the night. I’m not sure what the other businesses in the building are…but they have lots of late night business. Overall, not a big problem. The bed was comfortable and we slept enough. For the price we paid for the room, I just wished it had been quiet. But everything else was really very good.

Above a karaoke bar. Could hear music and people talking throughout the night. Pre-paid breakfast is a joke. Cheaper to pay for breakfast on site. Also, would not call what they served breakfast.

It was clean. We had two complimentary bottles of water in our room upon arrival.

Being as we had stayed at this exact location a year ago, we were excited to return. However, upon check-in, we were met with a less than friendly desk clerk. When we were given our room keys and breakfast meal vouchers, I noticed we were only given two vouchers despite us being a family of 4. Two adults and two children were specifically included in our reservation and I had opted to pay extra for our room to have breakfast included. (Please note, our family stayed at this exact location last spring and the Voco Fiorello Times Square location last summer—both times opting for the package where breakfast would be included in our stays and received 4 breakfast vouchers each time). When I mentioned to the desk clerk that we had 4 guests, she told me that we could pay for two of us and that we would only get two vouchers. I mentioned that I paid extra in my reservation to ensure breakfast was included and she insisted that we could only have two vouchers. When we got to our room, I double checked our reservation to ensure the guest info was indeed accurate and included in our booking and sent a message to the property (to have in writing) that I was inquiring about the breakfast vouchers. We checked out early this morning and have yet to receive any kind of response. In fact, the same clerk was working this morning and was even less friendly than the night before. After paying over $450 for a one night stay, I was not going to pay $20+ each for two of us to pick from the three small breakfast options that were offered. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to this Voco Fiorello location and quite possibly, will skip others from now on as well. Very disappointing after such a wonderful stay previously.

The room was relatively clean with no carpet, and the beds were comfortable. Drinking water was supplied, and the staff were nice. There’s also a Chinese restaurant in the building, which was a nice convenience since we were all jet-lagged after a long flight.

The tub was a little rusty, so we ended up not using it. One of the elevators in the building was out of service, which meant longer waits. The lobby is on the second floor, which can be inconvenient if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. The hotel is also right next to a KTV, so it can get a bit noisy.

I really regret staying at this hotel. I didn’t sleep well at all because the air conditioner was way too loud, and I couldn’t fall asleep peacefully. When I opened the window, there were a lot of mosquitoes. The hotel is also too far from the busy areas; it takes about 20 minutes to drive there. I won’t come back next time.

The cleanliness and the staff at the front desk was very accommodating being that I checked out a day early and when my flight was canceled they allowed me to get back my same room with no fuss

I only wish there was a microwave in the room instead of having to go to the lobby to heat out food up

I will say that the room was nice. The bed was comfortable and I did like the amenities of the hotel and view. I really did enjoy the rooftop happy hour and sunset vibes. The front desk personnel was always nice and welcoming. The cleaning people were always diligent and doing their job and we had no complaints with that. They do have dinning options on every floor.

So we got the breakfast package and I will say the variety on the breakfast package wasn’t really worth it for us. We could’ve just went down and got what we wanted daily off the menu because it wasn’t much. They only had breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, coffee and like breaded goods not really breakfast that was advertised like different options, pancakes, French toast, different meat options or scrambled eggs. The breakfast area was also a little small for that. I feel like they should’ve ran out the rooftop and allow breakfast to take place up there. The only other complaint is that they have a restaurant on every floor which is a plus however, one of the restaurants is like a seafood restaurant with tanks of shellfish and for me a person that’s allergic. The smell literally seep through every floor and it was quite annoying thank God it did not go into the rooms, but definitely in the hallways. You can smell it. And just keep in mind that because it’s near the airport, Ubers are a little bit more expensive to get around and we really didn’t find access to the train relatively close so you did have to Uber out to get any public transit.

The rooms were spacious and well decorated. Bed was comfortable. Close to the airport They refunded my room when I accidentally booked two rooms which I was grateful for.

The location is very industrial, it took us 15 mins to get to the train station and 40-50 to get into the city. If you are looking for an easy commute this isn't it. Bathroom door was more of a suggestion than a door. The air-conditioning is incredibly loud and kept us awake all night. Our room was under the karaoke club and they were loud till very late. I booked this hotel because of the view but the rooftop was closed for a function without notice. It's solid but would use mostly for airport layovers and make sure you are on left side of the hotel and not overlooking the parking

The staff were very nice and accommodating. It was easy to book and a convenient location in proximity to the airport. I very much appreciated the transportation to/from the airport.

The bathroom had some signs of mold and water damage. There were some insects in and around these areas as well.

I reserved a King room but was assigned an accessible room, which did not meet my preferences. When I requested a room change, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked. As a result, I was moved to another room where the window was completely blocked by a large exterior sign, making it impossible to open the blinds or enjoy any natural light. Additionally, I reported that the sink was clogged, besides that everything else was good.

Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Good TV with normal apps. Nespresso pod machine in the room. Staff were welcoming. Good parking on site. You can park there at a reduced hotel rate.

When you arrive outside, you might be concerned what you booked. Feels like you might be turning up to a nightclub because of the bright lights and layout of the building.. There is a seperate restaurant too. However, hotel is on the 2nd floor.

Personal service, everyone was friendly and helpful. No challenges. Shuttle came and got us from the airport even though it was in the evening.

The staff were very helpful. They helped us get what we needed. Bus Q25 is right outside and it goes to Flushing.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days we had new water and towels, other days, no water or towels. Another day, new water but no towels. That was the only issue.

I arrived for one night for ober night between flights in LGA. All i needed was a good night sleep. But not just that the roo. Smelled wried? The a/c made horrible noise all night. I had to put ear plugs to be able to sleep a bit. The reception service is bad and they didnt try to assist (nor being nice when i arrived). Also even though i booked a king size bed I got a room with two beds. Which wasn't comfortable. The linen felt like plastic they put for kids. Very cheap.

The workers in the food service area were friendly and hardworking. Also, I found the food was good. The hotel room’s design was also nice.

The property gave me the incorrect room. I reserved a double bed since I was going on a trip with my mother, my son, and his father. Instead I had two rooms with a a single king sized bed. When I talked to the front desk to correct it, they told me that since I booked through the booking platform they get to “choose “ my room. In short, I spent a good amount of money just to share a bed with my mother. Basically ruined the restful sleep I had envisioned and paid for. The hotel told me that they were full and could not offer me another room. The next night although they initially offered to change the room, it never materialized. So, in short, I cannot recommend the hotel since my experience was largely negative.

There is a karaoke bar downstairs open until 4:00 which made it a bit noisy but we had a noise machine to sleep and it was fine. Other guests without noise machines complained so would highly recommend using one

There was no continental breakfast, and the hotel prices for breakfast were too high so I didn't have the breakfast.

Everything!! Hotel is safe and well located. Self-serve laundry facility on-site. Nice rooftop restaurant/bar. All the staff were friendly and professional (Andrew is the best!). Room was really nice and includes complimentary coffee and water bottles along with free WiFi. Bus to Flushing Main Train Station is very close by.

The rooms look great. The customer service is great. The pricing is great as well. Their rooftop bar is cool too.
