Reviewed Aug 8, 2026We have two separate registration numbers, and at check-in we mentioned everything and made the full payment. In the middle of the night, we received calls, and someone banged on our doors saying that we had not made any payments, and my mom got really traumatized by the experience. I cannot imagine that they did not do their homework and bang on our door at midnight.

Elevator didn’t work for a day. It was quirky to me but surely would be more than a quaint annoyance to people with accessibility needs.

They advertise a free shuttle service. However, it starts at 4:30 in the morning. Our flight was at 6 am and we ended up taking a taxi. The main reason we booked this hotel was the proximity to LGA and free shuttle

The property wasn’t well maintained and rundown. The worst bed I’ve ever had to sleep in. Mattress sank all the way to bottom springs causing backache. I wouldn’t stay in here again if I had to sleep in my car Room rate was ridiculous- $400/nt. We had to stay there because our flight was cancelled at LaGuardia and it was supposed to be a Marriott property. We had stayed at CitizenM (also Marriott) Manhattan previous 3 nights for slightly more/nt and it was excellent

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026We truly enjoyed the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. We were in a room which smelled like cigarettes. The hospitality person quickly moved us to a non-smoking room and shared brochures of restaurants who used door-dash to deliver. Everyone was very helpful.
The fan in the bathroom was not working adequately.

Mir ist nicht bewusst, woher die guten Bewertungen stammen. Der Fluglärm ist schon extrem. Alle 2 Min fliegt eine Maschine übers Haus bis Mitternacht. Problem, das Haus hat nur Einfachverglasung. Angrenzend ist ein Logistikunternehmen, die fangen Nachts auch an. Man hört jedes Fahrzeug. Frühstück überschaulich. Sehr unsauber, klebt alles, sehr kleiner Aufenthaltsraum, Kaffee lauwarm usw. Am zweiten Tag haben wir es ausfallen lassen. Wir haben für 2 Tage 420 Dollar gezahlt, steht nicht im Verhältnis, zudem das Zimmer sehr klein war.

Some noise from the AC. Sometimes parking lot is full but street parking is available for free. Breakfast time can be crowded with no table available. Should try to go early or late.
