Excellent hotel in every way. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming and helpful desk staff. Lovely drinks event in the late afternoon. Comfortable and spacious room for our family of 4.

First class breakfast and happy hour. Clean. Awesome room. Clean.

Nice breakfast, clean room. There is also a rooftop Italiaan restaurant in the building which is really nice. Good pool and gym,

Only minor things like they were out of product for the washing machine, but next to that everything was ok

This was a great choice for us and our pets. Clean, spacious, easy parking, nice breakfast, excellent restaurant on roof, and great location.

Did not get to taste the breakfast, but the bar was great!

Everything was great!

Kamer: ruim, schoon, goed bed en goede badkamer.

Prijzig, ontbijt massaal en weinig keuze.

Place was awesome and breakfast was so good and omelette station was amazing! Hotel is gorgeous

The soap wasn’t replenished and ran out while we were showering. There were no nose tissues and no cups for coffee. No big deal but minor things.

Despite having made a prepaid, non-refundable reservation in advance, when I arrived at the hotel, my reservation was not honored. After a long and exhausting drive with my children, I was forced to find another hotel to stay at.

Clean, great restaurant and the room was perfect. Happy hour was great!

Lobby, room, pool, breakfast, roof top restaurant.

They parked my car in the sun even though they have a covered parking lot. Not great at the heat of the summer.

It was clean

Valet, the actually damaged my car

Loved how clean it was and big and open and breakfast!

У нашому номері за вікном стояв великий агрегат який був дуже шумний, але в загальному все ок

Everything was great!

It was delicious

Location! Enjoyed the evening reception and rooftop restaurant!

The daily valet parking fee is a little steep.

The location and the staff were great

It was so loud- no one slept well at night.

החדר גדול עם סלון ומטבחון אמבטיה גדולה מיקום מצוין חנייה נוחה

החדר עצמו מאוד אפור ומאוד משרדי

The location was centered within the city! Downtown Asheville was electric and eclectic!

Parking fees should be adjusted whenever tourists add money to the local economy!!

Excellent stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great facilities throughout the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel and staff! Location was perfect for walking to and from the concert.

The city

The travel up the mountain. No cell service

the Breakfast was excellent , the rooms were of a good size and very clean with a very comfortable bed . The free drinks and nibbles in the evening were a nice touch. Views from the roof terrace were amazing.

Staff in the restaurant seemed very busy and our meal took along time to come out but the manager gave us a discount.

Location

..............

Room directly above the ac unit?

Everything. The staff, the accommodations. They all went above and beyond. We will be back for sure!

That we weren't able to stay longer.

Some from our group went to a downtown concert. A different subset the next day to the Biltmore. This location was convenient for everything. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Breakfast was great…many options but my favorite is the omelette.

Bed mattress was not comfortable and the shower had hair on the wall when arrived.

Everything

I didn’t dislike anything, everything was perfect

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, common spaces and rooms were exceptionally clean

Pool is indoors but not heated, no public parking you must valet for $30 dollars a night

Spacious, clean, modern room with a separate lounge and good value. Choice of places to eat.

Had to get bags up to and from the room .

Brand new. Lovely property.

Excellent location, great food, extremely clean. 99% of the staff were friendly and very helpful.

One of the bartenders (I believe the manager) was rude and demeaning. During the social on Thursday my girlfriend and I ordered two beers and I really didn't like the beer so I asked for an old fashioned and the manager bartender was rude andhe said I no I can't serve an Old fashioned because you have a beer. With No further explanation and just walked off and wouldn't explain why. I asked another bartender who nicely explained why. On Friday night I asked for a double Old fashioned and the same manager bartender Said he couldn't put two old fashions in a glass and was rude about it. He acted his ass if it was was below him to explain why. So I asked another nice bartender why.he stated that old had two shots and NC law states only Three shots can be served at one time. I had no idea how many shots were in an old fashioned. The nice bartender said he would ask his manager. The manager came over with a smug attitude, I told him I had no idea how many shots were in an old fashioned. He turned around and shook his head. That type of attitude is unacceptable for the prices i pay at that bar. Then the bartender manager want to want one of the hotel staff and pointed us out. Totally uncalled for. This was my girlfriend's and i's first drink that night. Because of this demeaning treatment by your staff I won't be back.

Excellent hotel in a great location... The cleanliness was about a 8.5 out of 10 as some of the common areas needed a good coat of paint and refresh... The ONLY negative I can report is the price. I don't think this is a $400 per night hotel, that was a little much.

The cost was the only negative... While a very nice hotel and a great location, it should be a little more reasonably priced. This hotel would be better suited as a $250 per night facility.

The location was convenient, the facilities were well kept, and most of the staff were professional and courteous. The valet team and breakfast staff stood out—they were friendly, respectful, and genuinely made the experience better. Breakfast itself was good quality with a solid variety of options.

There were a few issues that impacted the stay. Breakfast, while good, was very disorganized—the layout caused congestion, especially with the omelette station placed in the middle, creating long lines and making it difficult to move around. More concerning was the handling of room maintenance. Despite informing staff that we were staying, our room carpets were cleaned while occupied, leaving them damp without proper notice or consent. This created discomfort and concern about staying in the room afterward. Additionally, housekeeping was inconsistent—we had to repeatedly request basic service such as cleaning, restocking items, and making the bed. Early morning cleaning noise also disrupted rest, which defeats the purpose of staying in a hotel.

Staff were great, great location and overall stay was fabulous.

Only gripe we had - dirty plate and glass outside room for a day and a half. Not a good look for cleanliness.

Location and restaurant.

The hotel was outstanding

Next to a Salvation Army center. Homeless folks all around the area but we had no issues with anyone.

Wonderful location, lovely views, very walkable area with lots of shops. We really enjoyed dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast was so good, lots of fresh options. Valet parking was a little pricey, but easy.

Front desk staff seemed stressed.

We arrived at 4pm after a long road trip and was greeted by a rude front desk teammate who told us our room was not ready and couldn’t give us a time of when it would be ready. I had to go to the rooftop bar with a six year old and wait an hour and a half until the room was ready. Then we went to the pool which was dirty and looked to have not been cleaned in a long time. There were plates of food in the lobby as well. Overall, it was a poor experience and I will not be back.

I love that property was in a nice spot.

Everyone was very friendly

The age should not close at 10 on a Friday

Close to downtown

Nothing

Super Zimmer, tolles Frühstück,

Literally everything! The restaurants Free drinks CLEAN!!!!! Super nice staff! Breakfast was Free and exceptional!

Valet

Property was beautiful, staff was super sweet. It was my birthday and went above and beyond to make me feel special! Valet was always super quick and efficient

Great location. Excellent room.

Everything was perfect.

Excellent

That it didn't have more varieties of food near hotel.

It was beautifully designed and decorated. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was perfect.

Not clear signage as to where the “front” of the building was for checking in. The valet parking charge was higher than anticipated for a small town. While sitting in the living area, the fan was very annoying and cold draft on head and neck. There was no way to turn iff the fan or redirect the air flow.

The room was super clean, bed was very comfortable, mountain view from our suite was phenomenal, breakfast buffet was AMAZING, complimentary drinks were a nice gesture, and the food offered by the rooftop restaurant was delicious!!

I don’t like that it’s paid parking/valet parking only.
