If you want to sleep, go to a different hotel. There’s some sort of metal gate or fire exit that slams shut with great noise (if you’re in room 115) and the place is like a Greyhound bus terminal - I counted eight times I was woken last night between 3am and 5am. I couldn’t sleep and will never go back to this hotel.

The property was modern and well kept, in a great location and lovely staff. They were very accommodating when I was a day late in arriving and had to possibly cancel my stay. There responsiveness made a stressful situation manageable.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

In general a nice apartment/room.

Cleaning could have been better. No room cleaning for 3 days. Fridge in the lobby didn't work. Reception was always empty when we came in/down; we had to wait for the receptionist to appear from the back. Shuttle bus started running at 10, could have been earlier.

Liked having the gym.

Didn’t receive room with a view. Could hear a lot from neighbors. Garbage wasn’t taken out from room. Had to pay for detergent. Didn’t feel like it was worth the price.

Room was spacious and clean and in a great location on Music row. The shuttle was a helpful amenity to get to downtown, though it often took quite a while so we opted to pay for taxi/ride shares instead. The room has a full kitchen which is nice (though it was poorly stocked and we requested more silverware but never received it).

Even with a three night stay, there is no room service, so we arrived to a room without body wash that didnt get replenished and had to ask for new towels. We chose Motif specifically for the outdoor pool amenities, expecting to rely on them during a weekend where temperatures exceeded 100°F daily. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool at all during our stay due to its condition. The pool had noticeable green algae along the walls, visible clumps of floating debris, and trash floating on the surface, rendering it unhygienic and unusable. We did observe a pool maintenance crew arriving on our final morning as we were checking out, which confirmed that the facility was indeed experiencing significant maintenance issues. Because the pool was a primary factor in choosing your property for our 3 night stay, and given the extreme heat, the inability to use this amenity significantly impacted the value and quality of our stay.

Bed was uncomfortable and the room only tidied on request. No change of sheets and towels were on request. Member of staff (male) was unfriendly / unhelpful.

Rooms were a small apartment with a full kitchen and furnished nicely. The pool area was very nice. Inside the hotel looks new.

It was a little further from the Broadway area than expected. They did have a shuttle but the last one was 9:30 pm.

The overall experience was so smooth, the front desk staff was very attentive, KeAnna was the best she really takes pride in seeing that your stay is yhe best experience, lm definitely booking again!

The hotel is convenient to get to if you are traveling to the Music Row area. The suites are spacious and the property itself is kept well.

Checking in was VERY late - and when we did check in the front desk person was not informative, or pleasant for that matter. She did not notify us of the free shuttle or other amenities. The room was cleaned but there were issues - the trash under the sink had not been emptied. The hotel was sold out the previous night but 4 pm check-in seems very late and you would have thought a room would be ready by then. Finally, after we checked out we have several hours to kill - when I asked if we needed a key to get to the pool we were told no. Only to get all the way up there luggage in tow to find out, while we didn't need a key to use the elevator, we did indeed need the key to access the pool area. Sounds like more training is needed and or front desk staff needs to not be so bothered when customers are seeking info. The night/evening staff was MUCH better than the woman on during the day.

These apartments are fantastic and located on Music Row which is about a 5 minute taxi or 20 minute walk to Broadway so is a perfect location for exploring all that nashville has to offer .....the rooms are perfect with small living area ...kitchen and a washer/dryer along with a huge comfortable bed

I didn’t like the sofa was very hard. The bed was not very comfortable. I also didn’t like that we had to use valet parking. I also don’t like that. I didn’t get the room cleaned every day. I shouldn’t have to ask for that.

The property was clean and quiet. I loved the location and aesthetics of the property.

It was like having a small apartment. Kitchen had everything you need & the refrigerator had an icemaker. The suite was very clean, the building looked & smelled new & the pool was awesome.

It was further from the Broadway area than I realized but they did have a shuttle to take you close to it.

No hay minibar en las habitaciones, el desayuno es muy completo recomendado, la ubicación es excelente, es un lugar para gente de -30, mucho ruido, mucha gente de fiesta y a 10 mts hay un bar muy ruidoso, en la piscina tambíen escuchan música fuerte y hacen fiestas, si eres joven y no te molesta va bien, si vas por trabajo o a descansar no lo elijo.

Great location! The pool area was lovely but not really good enough for swimming as it was very small and only just over 3ft deep..but adequate to cool off in. Great free shuttle to Broadway! Staff were mostly friendly including the Valet staff

A bit noisy from other people above us..it was like herding elephants! One night two people were having a very loud argument at 1.30am...not ideal

The location was great and the apartment is really stylishly decorated and furnished. Very comfortable !

It would have been nice to have been able to open a window to get some fresh air. The apartment was a little stuffy at times.

The location was great especially since we went during the busiest holiday (4th of July). The pool was a plus even though we just went for a 30 min dip it was nice to enjoy it! Overall the room was good and comfortable definitely felt like home.

Although the room was comfortable the cleaning staff definitely need to do a better job at cleaning the rooms especially the floors housekeeping is definitely being done half fast. I also think the maintenance team needs to be involved as well as the room needed a bit of TLC which includes paint and repairs. The AC seemed to shut off at night and kick back on in the morning that was another issue.

Conveniently located

There was a fake nail in our room on the floor, bathroom shower wasn’t overly clean, house keeping came into our room 3 times on check out day starting at 9am even though we requested a late check out. They just let themselves in violating our privacy.

There wasn’t a large dining table as shown in the pictures—it was smaller. We had key issues getting into the pool but those got resolved.

I didn't see that there was a breakfast. We did make coffee in the room. I was not at the hotel very long. The room was very clean & comfortable. We did not have a corkscrew in the room, one was delivered later that even. Shuttle driver was helpful.

We could not open a bottle of wine due to no corkscrew in the room. Parking should not be charged in addition to room charge.

This was an excellent last minute find for us on our trip to Nashville. Everything about our stay here was wonderful! The staff at the front were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The pool was a fun addition for the kids. It was a little small but the outdoor patio space more than made up for that.

Parking was expensive for valet but we were able to find parking on the street easily. It was charged by the hour and you could only do a max of 10 hours which was a little annoying but it was worth it for the money we saved. It is free from 12am to 6am to park on the road which was great but it did mean we had to wake up at 6 and pay for more time. The only other negative was that we didn't have any salt in the kitchen so make sure you pack some if you plan to cook!

It is in a great location and the two bedroom suite was very spacious with both bedrooms being en-suite. It was clean and fresh.

The parking price but it’s the same everywhere in Nashville so unless you can get a spot on the street you are stuck with $50 a night. Also overseas travellers, you may struggle with the street parking as it wouldn’t accept our UK phone numbers.

While staying at Motif, I loved the size of the room. I felt like I was in an apartment. It had a washer, dryer, and a beautiful kitchen. This can be helpful for guests if they don't want to eat out or clothes need laundering. Moreover, as soon as you entered the hotel lobby, you could tell how clean it was. Everything was neatly organized, and the room smelled lovely. Lastly, the TVs were larger than some hotels I've been to, which was a nice bonus.

There wasn't much I didn't like about this hotel. The only thing I wish was that it were closer to Broadway. Truthfully, I selected this hotel because I thought it'd be somewhat close to Broadway while also being quiet. However, the walk was a bit long, especially when you're in the beating sun. Therefore, I Ubered back and forth from Broadway far more than I would have liked. However, despite this, I found my stay very enjoyable and would return.

My family n I decided to travel to Nashville for my husband's birthday.I chose to stay at the Motif due to this being my 2nd stay there I absolutely love it.its spacious, clean,has a great pool n hang out area,The hotel is fairly close to anywhere you need to go.The staff was friendly n courteous.Whenever I visit Nashville this will most definitely be where I would be staying.

I am still frustrated with the response from the hotel and booking.com with regards to my $250 deposit not being returned due to damage. As stated there is no proof the damage was from my room . The photo evidence damage was a hand towel that had black marks on it . The bed sheet had a spillage and I am being accused of damage. The hotel stated this was identified on the 3rd day of my 7 day stay but on check out no mention of this and my deposit would be put back in my account. Booking.com customer service are not replying to my complaints and i don't want the case closing. I want my money back but there is no one at the hotel or booking.com willing to resolve. I have asked for evidence that the towel and sheet was from my room but none provided. I have asked for evidence on the wash done to remove the marks but nothing. i have asked for the cost of the hand towel and the cost of the sheet which cant be more than £20 but no response. that is if the damage they say s from me so if the items cost £20 why have they kept my $250. My next step is to put on trip advisor with the pictures I have with the feedback from the hotel and booking.com to stop this ocuring to other people. Reading trip advisor it looks like this con has been done with other people one stating there was an issue with the washing machine but they didn't even use the washing machine. Big big con

Lack of communication and no legitimate reason for why my $250 deposit has not been returned. No way of escalating or speaking to anyone about the issue. No update on checking out to they were keeping my deposit they stated I would receive in 3 days when I chased up they went back to day 3 of my 7 day trip showing pictures of a dirty towel and bed sheet and are keeping £250. Absolute disgusting behavior from the hotel and booki.com in supporting the hotel on this

Location was great. Only a 30 min walk to the centre which I loved. The rooms are clean, pool is amazing. The in house coffee bar is a great addition as well.

Staff very helpful. Location was ok. If going to Broadway area for us too far to walk. Used Uber. Quite cheap. So not a problem.

Nothing we did not like. Had couple of issues. 1. Fuse blew in one of bedrooms. Fixed quite quickly. 2. AC stopped working. I guess because of when it failed(Friday night) there was nobody available to fix it. We had to cope all weekend without AC. Still not fixed when we left on Monday.
