Beautiful lobby, restaurants and rooms. Location is excellent.

There was a concert that night and the wait time to get drinks at the bars was way too long. We gave up at the rooftop bar after the concert. More staff was needed.

What not to like the decor the whole hotel is wow . The staff was amazing. Great location for the event I attended and for our meal . Breakfast was amazing.

This is a very beautiful hotel . So convenient to the concert that we went to have stayed here three times prior to this. We’ll keep on going back. Everything was nice and clean and so close to everything we needed it to be.

Very close to the convention center, which was perfect because the weather was not very cooperative. Easy to access by Uber from the airport. Very clean, comfortable, and inviting inside. Staff were accommodating, pleasant, and attentive.

Our coffee maker didn’t work, waters were not replenished daily. This is kind of a big deal for my family.

Room was HOT! We switched to another room and it was still hot. Thermostat was permanently set. When we tried to change it it went back up. Also restaurant ran out of food.

The shower leaked and that made the floor slippery. I am 79 and must be careful !! I asked for my Hilton points and they would not give me .

This hotel use my card under unauthorized via deposit payment information. Although I paid accommodation fee thru Booking.com they tried double payment and canceled that try after checkout. And yesterday they used my card again even I am currently come back to Korea and I am sueing the wrong payment with unauthorized card using.

The bed is so comfy and hotel stuff is very friendly and they are helping you loading the luggage，they are making me seen and welcome.

The staff on Nov. 16th around 7:30 pm were exceptional. I was extremely ill, traveling solo and the manager /security and front desk guy who often does the bell service came to make sure that I was ok and didn’t need emergency services. They could have stopped at the call but they felt compelled to make sure that I was ok. I ended up with pneumonia so it was very serious but it was comforting knowing that I was alone even though I was traveling solo. It’s always awesome to see people go above and beyond. The staff is consistent here and always responsive and courteous. I could stay anywhere when I’m in town but this is an all around fav. The Starbucks, the bar. the restaurant atop, the restaurant in the lobby has a divine croissant breakfast sandwich. Jin’s is also amazing! Thank you Westin!

The hotel is well taken care of and the staff is fantastic. Taylor at the front desk was a joy to interact with and we will be back to stay.

Stayed here for 5 days on business, this is a nice relatively new hotel with a very nice modern upscale feel to it. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, being a regular Traveller I appreciated the dimensions of the room not too small not too big just right! The gym and pool on the main level are well equipped but be aware there are no changing rooms for the pool. The rooms can also be a bit noisy if you have noisy neighbours on my first night i had a neighbor that kept moving furniture during the night (probabaly moved this desk cheir back and forth on the floor) it made me loose sleep and request a different which was quickly taken care off. Reception staff quickly assigned me a new room however the hotel staff that gave me my new key (looked like a valet guy) gave me my key without saying a word and was busy with a call using his ear buds. The hotel does provide a robe and slippers in the room so you can make your way out there. The other minor thing with the rooms are the smoke detectors, they have all green operating light that flashes every 15 second and at a regular interval (of 15 seconds) it flashes 3 times. At night this lights up the room, its too much and I recommend the hotel should fix that light intensity. A nice touch are the inder bed light that light up with you step out and the low ambient lighting in the bathroom. The selection of restaurants on ground and top floor is nice too, although I suspect it all comes from one and the same kitchen. The restaurant on the bottom floor is Korean influenced and the top one has a more Latin influenced menu. Bar staff is courteous but nothing over the top, I ate at the topfloor bar twice and never really engaged in small talk with any of the hostess or bartenders because the staff kept busy with themselves or just tending to stocking and cleaning the bar. The top floor bar is the more lively place where the ground floor bar is more a welcoming place to chill out on couches. Both provide outside seating. Breakfast selection is good, and I found some of the staff here more welcoming and helpful, my servers Iona and Mariah and the welcoming host team where great to engage with. So bottom line good hotel, good location, good food and drink options but I think the although the staff are courteous it still needs to gel and work on giving this hotel it's 'soul' as a welcoming place. It all feels a bit too superficial and staff is more focussed on work and interactions with collegaues than with guests. And with a little work this could be a real gem because all the right ingredients are here. Overall these are minor things and improvements and I will return to this hotel.

Belene has been amazing!! Great service and very attentive! Bar staff is the best! Rooms are good and staff is has been good. Valet needs to be replaced.

Starbucks direkt im Hotel und Parkhaus fußläufige Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Freundliches Personal und ein späterer Check out wegen unseren Rückfluges am Nachmittag war problemlos möglich. Top.

Leider war an der Innenseite der Bad Tür der Griff abgebrochen und man konnte die Tür von innen nicht öffnen.

I reserved a table for my birthday brunch and upon my arrival was greeted by Mr Michael Fields and his staff. He made me and my family feel absolutely welcome. We are still talking about our experience and would love to spend the night at the hotel to experience the roof top bar soon. Hope to see y’all again soon!!

Rooms were clean and very nice. Taylor from the restaurant gave excellent service. Belene from the bar was great. Very interactive. And remembered everyone’s name. Service was superb.

Talessa, Bianca and Taylor met my team with warmth, enthusiasm and excellent service. Meant so much to us. We had an amazing stay. Would absolutely recommend.

The food and drink options at this hotel were varied and amazing! We had a simply excellent stay.

Breakfast was awful it was cold the eggs Benedict was hard and the bacon stale. Replaced with pancakes again cold but was fairly tasty. New chef required lol

This is our favorite hotel! We come to Duluth often and discovered this hotel on our very first trip. Extremely clean, superior staff, and fabulous service! The Starbuck’s coffee shop on the main level is great as well! This hotel is located directly across the walkway from Gas South Arena making it the perfect hotel choice for concerts and events. A very special thank you to Sianna Taylor at check in…she is very lovely! She makes you feel very special…her smile and welcoming manner are to celebrated! We will absolutely be returning to this hotel!

Belene was fantastic. She helped our group of friends and colleagues with all our food and drinks expertly even when they were overwhelmed with customers. She is the Best!

Clean room, front desk staff was amazing and humorous, both restaurants were great with the food, service and speed. Had a not so good experience on my checkout day with a young girl at the Starbucks onsite whom was extremely unprofessional and rude. I had to report my experience to her manager, Yaya.

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for 2 nights during our Wedding which was near by. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The rooms were very clean. We loved the drinks from Starbucks and the rooftop bar called Overstory. Can't wait to visit again.

Great amenities! Outstanding service! Belene was our server, she was outstanding. Very personable and friendly!!!!

Restaurant was short staffed but Talessa was wonderful. She is an asset to your company and will run this place one day. She sat us quickly after she discovered that we waited for almost an hour when we were told 20minutes, she bussed tables, swept the floor, helped serve and kept our coffee coming.

We had a lovey Sunday dinner at Overstory to end my week long birthday festivities. I was thrilled when I saw our waitress was Sonica as I had her as a waitress the first time I visited Overstory back in April. She is very professional, extremely friendly and always provides great recommendations and goes above and beyond with the service and attention she provides.

Customer service was horrible. Was not told the truth to on several occasions

Avoid this hotel if you want a pleasant experience. I stayed here for 5 nights for a business trip. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room, refill my coffee or water bottles, or replace my towels once. Housekeeping service is supposed to be provided on a daily basis, and for the prices this hotel charges, this service is expected and should be provided.

The Westin in Gwinnett is such a lovely hotel. Abin checked us in and was very friendly and kind. The staff were incredibly helpful and so friendly. We came for a concert at the gas south arena, so the location was perfect for us. Close proximity to the Mall of Georgia, and across the street from a Kroger if you need anything. The rooms are completely clean and so comfortable. The ac works perfectly and you’ll stay cool all night. Despite how busy the hotel was when we stayed, it was quiet. The Westin is a wonderful place to stay, and was worth every penny.

I had a great 3-night stay at the Westin ATL Gwinnett recently. Friendly staff, clean and comfy room, easy parking, but working huge hours didn’t allow me to enjoy much of the amenities. Yet the long hours were made easier by Belene and the SweetSong Bar staff! Fantastic service with great drinks and food. Thanks again for all of the hospitality!

Last month we stayed at the property for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. The stay was lovely, but what really made it extraordinary was Belene’s excellent service at SweetSong’s bar. She went above and beyond to make our celebrations extra special.

This was my first time visiting and i thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Saxon/Marwa both were assigned to my table and I was beyond pleased! They were kind, patient, very loving and Saxon recommendation to me and my friend was super! We had the lemon basil chicken dip and the sugar loaf burger- Blue Ribbon! Blessings and Much Success - thank you for making my stay a enjoyable and memorable one!!

Staff is embarrassingly bad. From the kid at valet to the front desk guy to the bartenders. Rude. Valet was aggressive when I was just trying to check in. Front desk was rude to my wife. Dismissive and condescending. Bar closed at 10:30 on a Saturday night and bartenders could not have been worse while the drinks were $34 per drink. Seriously awful cocktails. The restaurant menus are not edible. They are obviously created by somebody forgetting you’re in a crappy little suburb of crappy Atlanta. There is nothing to eat unless you want the smelly fish from a bad restaurant in an irrelevant suburb of Atlanta. The room is poorly laid out and our bathroom door handle is broken. Shower is awful. Walls are paper thin. Shockingly noisy.

Korean Bowl was amazing!!! Michael was amazing! Restaurant is beautiful and staff was friendly. Bartender was great! Everything came out in a timely manner. Definitely will be back.
