Excellent location very close to our event.

On our room the A/C was too loud every time it comes on. Too noisy that was our only issue with it but we love our room.

Premium Floor and experience.

The bathroom in my room had a vent located directly over the toilet that was uncovered, which was concerning and not very appealing. Additionally, the toilet ran continuously throughout the night, which was disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. I would recommend that the hotel address these maintenance issues to improve the guest experience.

The Room was very nice and quite comfy. My husband enjoyed the breakfast and I appreciated the fresh water in the lobby.

If I could give this hotel 0/5 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Had a payment issue with a prepaid room for a client of mine and had to submit a credit card auth form the night of their arrival. I got verification back from Cameron Williams that my card would be charged and was on file. Now, two weeks later the clients card was charged for their full stay, not mine. When I called the front desk he said people make mistakes and then hung up on me when I was thanking him for his help. This is not the first time an issue like this has occurred. I will never be booking any of my clients at this hotel ever again.

Wonderful stay! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed the hotel. The only downside was the pool, which was a little too crowded to comfortably enjoy. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

I didn’t really enjoy the pool. There were several other people in there, and it just wasn’t spacious enough to comfortably enjoy it. It felt too crowded for me to relax and actually enjoy the pool.

Clean, comfortable, and feels like home with friendly staff.

This hotel has THE BEST on site restaurant for dinner! We had the catfish which was hands down best ever, the salmon was perfect, and kids loved the pasta dish. I SWEAR traveler or local if you aren’t getting this catfish you are MISSING out. Hotel was super clean and an extreme value for the money.

We stayed for our anniversary and had such a wonderful time. At check in the front desk staff was warm and welcoming. They acknowledged our anniversary and gave us a beautiful room on the top floor. We had a delicious meal at E’terie and the cocktails were also good. I truly appreciate them making my anniversary memorable. I would definitely return!

The staff were extremely rude . The lady at the check in counter screamed at us, saying “ I’m in the middle of something go to the other counter “ There was trash in the parking lot at the entrance and every table was covered with dirty plates and glasses .

Professional staff and clean facility

I came to visit my friend who was lodging for the night at the hotel. We sat at the bar before and after dinner. Pat and Caleb were amazing! Drinks on point.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms spacious, quiet and lovely. I had dinner in their restaurant. Thank you- hugs to Sierra the lovely bartender who took care of me. She was very gracious and kind. When I’m back in town I would definitely stay here.

was racially profiled as black young teen then they made us move rooms to a different floor due to complaints of us running up and down the halls and being loud while we were just chilling then soon as we woke up they told us we had to leave the premises because of the same complaints from the same people even though we wasnt even on there floor so we had to find a whole different hotel to stay

I had a very disappointing experience at Embassy Suites Duluth while staying with my daughters. During the middle of the night, we found a roach in the bathroom of room 321. I had to wake my children up, pack our belongings, and check out immediately because we were no longer comfortable staying in the room. When I requested a refund, I was told that management would have to handle it the following morning. I was asked to email the photo I took as proof. The photo was taken on my iPhone, which records the date, time, and location. However, the manager, Solange, accused me of submitting a photo that was not taken at the hotel. I offered to come back to the hotel, show the original photo and its location details, and even walk with management to room 321, but I was not given the opportunity to do so. Instead, I was spoken to rudely and treated as though I was being dishonest. No parent would wake their children in the middle of the night, pack up, and leave a hotel for no reason. The customer service was awful, and the way management handled the situation was even worse. Solange showed no professionalism, empathy, or willingness to properly investigate the complaint. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully by a hotel manager. I am still waiting for someone from higher management to contact me and resolve this issue. Based on the cleanliness concerns and the extremely poor response from management, I would not recommend this hotel.

My experience at the bar was great! The guy name casso was really professional and helpful! He made some recommendations on good food to order and it was delicious!

EXCELLENT STAY!!!!! We're actually still here, but I just had to go ahead and leave a review. The front desk is excellent (Aida, you are a jewel!), and the bar and kitchen staff are absolutely incredible! To the chefs, Sheila and Tori, wonderful food!!!! And please know that my husband is a chef too, and he nodded many times over stating that "whoever is in the kitchen, they know what they're doing." The bartenders and waitresses- total gems. Pam, Sierra, Tee, and Yasmina, THANK YOU for a beautiful experience. Our family has truly enjoyed themselves. We came for college tours and are leaving with new friends ❤️. Oh, and yes, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy. To the property management and owners, you should be very proud of your staff.

Danyale was our Event Coordinator for our “Rogers” family reunion. She worked with us in great detail over the last several months to achieve success of the reunion. All of our events in the hotels went very smoothly. The food planned for our events was great. The follow ups before and after were pleasurable. The location of this embassy was great for our family traveling from so many states. The event space worked so well with our family. Aida was very pleasant. She is the definition of going above and beyond. When we got there it was late and made sure we were settled and our room selected was still available. Throughout the whole process, she was very kind and patient. I am happy to have come into contact with her.

I am writing to share my wonderful experience at the hotel bar after a long day at the office. We met some amazing bartenders, and I specifically want to highlight Kaso. His hospitality and customer service were outstanding. The drinks were exceptional—truly a "chef’s kiss"—and he was very professional in understanding and catering to my specific drink preferences. Please extend my gratitude to Kaso and the rest of the team for their excellent service.

Everything was at or above our expectations. Perfect location for our event; extremely kind and efficient staff, particularly the check-in/front desk host. The breakfast is first class (we all likely liked the Omelet station), the grounds are nice, and of course the room itself was spotless and comfortable.

It would have been nice to be able to leave our car at the hotel while attending the event at the Gas South Arena, but we understand the situation that prevented that.

The accommodations at this hotel has been great! My husband and I enjoyed the pleasant hospitality by Carlos at the front desk. The room was ready early and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Next time we are back in GA, this is where we would stay.

I came for a graduation and was surprised by the service I received from Amy at the bar and how attentive she was to each and every guest that needed her help. Very friendly!

We stayed at the Embassy Suites off Sugarloaf Pkwy in Duluth the night before my graduation, and overall we had a really good experience. The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the rooms, which is always a huge plus for me. The night guest associate was especially kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made check-in even better after a long day. Our suite was super clean and spacious. I also liked that the sectional in the living room converted into a pullout bed, which was convenient. They provided all the main toiletries as well, which is helpful if you forget anything while traveling. The hotel also had a bar and restaurant on site, which was nice and convenient. My only small complaint was that I wish the room had a stand-up shower instead of the shower/tub combo. The complimentary breakfast was just okay, but honestly, I don’t expect too much from free hotel breakfast options, and I still appreciated that it was included for guests. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!

First day here was amazing. Carlos helped us a lot. The girls at the bar the restaurant and the front desk where amazing. The room was excellent.

This location is situated in a very convenient spot. It was easy to get to and from. Very nice bar and restaurant. The breakfast was exceptional. The room was very clean and modern.

There were two separate events where someone keyed into my room while I was in there. Luckily had the door blocked. The first time the person walked right in and the second time they knocked but then proceeded to key in and open the door. It was two separate people because I heard the voice of a male the first time. The second time it was a female because she apologized when she realized someone was in the room. This made me feel extremely unsafe because I was alone. I don’t understand how this happened. When I mentioned it to the front desk they didn’t seem to believe me. The guy at the front desk didn’t seem to care this happened at all.

Carlos was awesome. He was super friendly and had a problem-solving attitude all weekend. His energy and effort are second to none. As much as I stay at Hilton properties, Carlos stands out as one of the very best!

A gem!!!!!! This hotel should be a 5 star hands down. I've traveled all over the world and they definitely exceeded my expectations. Tee the bartender is amazing and Ross at the Front Desk was extremely accommodating. My pick in Atlanta by far. The apartment size rooms is the cherry on top! Thank you for making us feel so welcomed and cared for. 💚

Breakfast selection was varied and a good range of hours of operations from 6:30 to 10:30am. Happy hour from 5:30-7:30pm on weekend was amazing too!

Our bartender Sierra was extra nice and made our experience very pleasant and sweet.

Sierra was amazing!! She recommended the best flatbread pizza and when you visit this hotel she will take such great care of you! Highly recommend!

We have stayed at a lot of Embassy Suites but this is far above the best! The managers food and service for happy hour was amazing. Had dinner and it was great! Breakfast the next morning was exceptional. Wish they were all like this!

I want tobsay how incredibly impressed I was with Amy who took care of the bar like a ROCK STAR! She was so good at her job and with the crazy happy hour she didn't miss a beat! I watched as she handled every customer with such joy and passion for her job! She made a mean Mocktail for me, the BEST I have ever had.

I had a very disappointing stay at this Hilton property. Around 12:20 a.m., I was forced to change rooms due to a strong marijuana smell, despite this being advertised as a smoke-free hotel. There was no meaningful effort to investigate or enforce the policy, which was both disruptive and concerning. During the late-night room change, I accidentally left my rental car key behind. I repeatedly asked staff for assistance and was told it had not been found. Because I was traveling for work, I had no choice but to tow the vehicle, pay a non-negotiable lost key fee, and secure a replacement rental—costing me around $900. What is most frustrating is that the key was actually found in the room, but I was never informed during my stay. Instead, I was notified nearly 5 days after checkout— too late to avoid those expenses. This was a clear breakdown in communication that directly resulted in lost time and money. My interaction with management only added to the frustration. The response was dismissive, lacked urgency, and showed little accountability. Even after acknowledging the situation was mishandled, the follow-up has been minimal and the resolution offered (points and a free night) does not come close to addressing the impact. As a Hilton Diamond member, I expect a higher level of service and accountability. This experience made it clear that customer loyalty holds very little value at this property. I would not stay here again. This is the worry hotel experience I have ever had. 0 stars.

This is my third time staying at this property. I want to share that my experience has been phenomenal every single time. Clean rooms, friendly and engaging personnel, and just an overall great aura. My favorite part of my experience was meeting with Pat the Bartender. She’s a star!

Pat was an incredible server, she was very attentive, friendly and a pleasure to be around! We love coming here because of her! The food is always great as well, but the service is what keeps up coming back! We will definitely be back again!

The staff was probably my favorite. Carlos, the desk manager made an epic lasting memory for my son for his birthday. A small request that they didn't even have to do, turned into a forever memory of kindness and love for my kids.

Kaso was Haynes down amazing. He gave us the best customer service and was very informative about the menu. He went above and beyond to tell us about amenities and close things to do. It was very informative about the food and the drinks, and he is an amazing mixologist. I will be back because of him!!!!

Ross is an excellent front desk agent. He took care of me when I stayes at his property in Feb. I was in the middle of relocating from Duluth to Maryland and he and his team were very accommodating to me and my luggage (which was a lot). His professionalism and generosity was greatly appreciated and helped ease me from the stress of moving. Embassy Suites will always be my go-to when I'm visiting back in town.

Bartender Tee was absolutely amazing! She was so nice, patient, and had the best energy every time we saw her. Her vibe was unmatched—very pleasant, welcoming, and just made you feel comfortable right away. Honestly, we found ourselves coming back to the bar every night just to see her. She truly made our experience that much better. Highly recommend stopping by and letting Tee take care of you!
