Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Arlington

The breakfast and dinner were a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.

I don't think I was there long enough to discover any dislikes.

AT&T Stadium besuchen will.

The location and how close it was to everything!

There was no lock on the restroom door, or no door or curtain on the shower.

It was very clean, charming, and convenient.

Communication and lack of accommodation

It was very good everyday!

It was to high.

starting from the front desk everyone greeted you with a smile and was a wealth of knowledge. Then all of the staff at the kickback greeted me with a smile fresh food and told me it was their pleasure to serve me. The room was very neat very clean had plenty of towels.

this property in Dallas had all of the luxuries and comfort of home.

The kickback was awesome! Food and drinks were the perfect for the evening.

The Location!! It's Absolutely Beautiful!!

Nothing.

I initially selected the hotel because it’s located was convenient with a reasonable price… However, I loved everything. The facility was at a great value, clean, and provided great hospitality. The staff and customer service were top tier. I will definitely be staying again.

Nothing

Staff is really friendly, especially the manager! Our truck got broken into and the manager was really helpful during this situation, which we appreciated. Even put a cone in a parking spot right under the cameras, so we could park once we were back. Everything was walking distance which was perfect.

Our truck got broken into the first night we stayed there, it’s not the first time. Our truck is always the target when staying at hotels anywhere. This location needs a security patrolling at nighttime, especially so close to the freeway.

Clean and food was great

Our room didn’t have trash bags and the fridge didn’t get cold.

The staff was so nice to us.

There was not anything I didnt like.

You can’t buy a meal during the day.

Friendly staff, great location

Had ants in my room... 😞

Everything was nice and there was no need to really leave daily.

This was a special trip and the staff at the Drury were exceptionally accommodating and kind. We were greeted with kindness and good energy. Free breakfast and evening snacks were great to save on costs outside of stay. Connie at the front desk made it memorable and my sons will always remember her.

Housekeeping missed our room during our stay, but we did get fresh towels.

Great location, great food, great amenities! Really love the 5:30 kickback with the free drinks and food.

There was one occasion when the cleaning staff only made up 1 out of 2 beds. I am not sure why they didn’t make up both beds. It was kind of bizarre.

Friendliest staff

Great Location. Clean. Comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. Love the breakaway they do at 5PM.

Everyone was so extremely nice and helpful...especially with the amount of BTS ARMY staying here. Guest services was always accommodating. A special shout out to the restaurant crew...the food was awesome and the staff was wonderful. This will definitely be our go to hotel from now on. Hopefully for the next BTS Tour!!Thanks for being so nice to ARMY and being a special part of our BTS concert weekend💜

The great service.

I did not like that I couldn't close the shower when showering as there is no door to close on it.

Super close to stadium. Clean. Free hot breakfast. Beds and pillows were comfy. Free parking. Great amenities. Happy hour. Restaurant open till late at night. Friendly staff. Shuttle available at property.

None to mention

I absolutely loved it all the service was exceptional, and the facilities were amazing. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The snack between 5-7 and breakfast was convenient, the location was even more convenient. Thank you for an amazing stay we went for the BTS concert and your team and housekeeping provided all the fans, and amazing experience. Wow and the room was a king suite with an even more amazing view.

That I could not stay any longer!!!

Location Staff Room

Missed a good Restaurant

The cleanliness of the hotel and the location, also the fact that there is a shuttle to the stadium very convenient

Nothing

Staff was very kind, great place to stay, and clean.

Everything! The staff was incredible.

Very clean and food is good

Offers breakfast and happy hour. Also parking is free and it is great location

Great location, clean and courteous staff.

The room a/c didn’t work that well.

We loved the location of the hotel and that is a new hotel with great staff. The free breakfast was amazing, loved that the pool was part sun and part shade, loved the bathrooms have a walk in shower instead of a tub, felt safe, loved taking Paula's shuttle service to and from 3 Rangers baseball games.

I wish the water pressure was a bit more powerful.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. This is a truly family-friendly hotel. The complimentary evening Kickback and breakfast were both good and more than enough for a family. The room and all hotel facilities were exceptionally clean. The location was convenient, and having a microwave in the room was a big plus because we could easily heat up food after a long day. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing major to complain about. The hotel met our expectations, and we had a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was excellent! The pool area was always clean and towels were always stocked. Staff was always kind and helpful. Wonderful stay!!!

I wish the Spa and pool were open later for a 21 & over crowd. (No kids)

the location was great and the hotel had an amazing staff, amenities and all the free stuff they offered

Parking can be a bit tight, and no valet but other than that nothing else

The property was convenient to Arlington for our planned event. The room was nice. We had two queen size beds and another room with sofa. Breakfast was included and good diversity of food. There was a happy hour from 5:30-7pm but we could not avail of it due to other plans. Staff were very friendly.

Nothing much. Our clock alarm went off at 6 am so suggest housekeeping check if legacy alarms are still on the clock.

The location

No free water only over priced cheap brand water over $3. Way over priced shuttle. $25 per person. AC doesn’t actually change with the thermostat. Was warm in the room. They offer cheap buffet food only.

Very nice and clean

the kickback was perfect. We were running late and didnt have time to get a food and we were able to eat/snack even get an alcoholic drink. Totally perfect!

Pool didnt have late night adult hours

Todo!!! La Merienda de la tarde, buenísima!!!

Nada

Staff was super friendly and attentive. The kick-back amd breakfast were great.

Would like to have a stop for the Arrlington Trolley nearby.

Love the building customer service

Niks.

Nice location for what I wanted to do.

I liked everything.

The breakfast was good, and the water heated up very fast. Parking area is well lit.

The traffic noise from the interstate, and I didn’t like being on the 8th floor.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The service was poor, and the reception staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist with even simple requests. I also felt that the treatment I received was discriminatory and unprofessional, which made my stay very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and believe significant improvements are needed in both customer service and staff professionalism.

Everything ! From the welcome from reception to the all the other staff all so kind and pleasant and informative. The happy hour 😉 The breakfast , The food it was all just lovely . The location was amazing and the price considering it was for the World Cup was exceptional ! We would definitely stay here again and would be our first search on future trips anywhere else too . Thankyou for an enjoyable , happy , pleasant stay .

I honestly couldn’t fault it .

Great location for sports fans coming to see a game. Dallas Cowboys Stadium is walking distance for those capable (30 mins), we were here for the FIFA World Cup. Nice range of places for meals nearby. Room was very comfortable with firm bed (best bed of my 4 week holiday seeing World Cup games). Facilities included gym/laundry/pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. A real bonus was the free snacks and drinks from 5.30pm to 7pm which included hot dogs, sliders, tacos, soup, nachos etc on varying days (sufficient for a quick dinner and money saver). If going to a game I would definitely come back again.

If looking to do something as a tourist there is nothing nearby (other than water park) and public transport appears to be very limited. Very basic breakfast.

The property looks beautiful, and is in a great location for anyone visiting AT&T, globe life, or the six flags attractions! Loved the spa line they use for the shampoo/conditioner/bath wash in the showers! Staff were all amazing and extremely hospitable.

We didn’t have any complaints!

Staff is excellent and very friendly I really felt at home it's the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I have been to many places and countries. The cooking staff were very friendly, and made me feel at home. The bartender was the best A+, The front desk was awesome, this hotel is the only place I would take a future vacation just to stay and spend time in a hotel. I recommend bonuses for the entire staff.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact I wished my trip could have been longer, and I could have spent more time in Arlington.

Very clean.

Gave us a room with no view.

Great location to the stadium, just need 15 mins by walking. Very convenient

The locatio

to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the price I was charged for my recent reservation. I feel that I was taken advantage of. I was charged three to four times the hotel’s normal rate, and I was also required to pay the full amount in advance. It appears that the extraordinary demand caused by the FIFA World Cup was used as an opportunity to impose an excessive and unreasonable price on customers. While I understand that hotel rates may increase during major events, I believe there is a significant difference between dynamic pricing and charging amounts that are completely disproportionate to the property’s normal value. As a loyal customer of Booking.com, I find this practice unfair and inconsistent with the trust customers place in your platform. I respectfully ask Booking.com to review this reservation and explain how such an excessive rate can be justified. I also ask that you consider providing appropriate compensation or another fair solution in light of these circumstances. I look forward to your response and hope Booking.com will stand behind its customers by ensuring that pricing remains fair and transparent, even during major events.

Breakfast was ok nothing to jump up and down about. Kick back time was very good

No ice machine on our floor

Great location to Arlington events/ parks. Updated , clean, and great guest hospitality. Breakfast is very good with lots of options. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was perfect

Nothing

The breakfast was great! And the 5:30 kickback food and drink options were a great surprise!

I had no complaints

Proximity to AT&T Stadium. Cleanliness

The cost was high

Close to all the attractions

Very costly, due to World Cup. We were there for a concert.

Everything was great about my stay!

I enjoyed my time here. From the great breakfast to the bar staff. My overall experience was great.

The room was a little warm for my liking. I lowered the ac temp down but it didnt go down. It wasn't bad and it didn't affect my overall experience.

Very clean

Breakfast was really good. Had a wide selection of food to choose from.

I would've preferred bacon at least one morning

Very clean

Nothing. It was perfect

Good breakfast and friendly staff

Happy hour is amazing and the gym was pretty good and always clean.

I wish the breakfast had more healthy options. It was all high in fat & carbs. No fruit. Nothing high in protein.

Welcome from the staff was lovely x

Perfect location. Great amenities. Our room was on the top floor and had a great view of AT&T & Globe Life Stadiums. Will definitely be staying there again.

The room wasn't as cold as we would've liked. Had hard time staying asleep throughout the night cause the room felt warm.
