Fantastic location and beautiful hotel

Отель понравился, номер у нас был отличный, нюанс в двери в туалете, плотно не закрывается, а дверь между комнатой и туалетом из металла, и каждый раз чтобы закрыть есть звук. хотелось бы на завтрак мини шведский стол со станцией фрукты, чтобы пока ждешь горячее блюда, можно было что-то перекусить. Удивительно что нет на завтрак шампанского или sparkling wine, входящее в стоимость завтрака. Для отеля затраты небольшие, а для гостей приятно. Друзья останавливались в junior suite, но у нас номер был уютнее, и у них в ванной появилось несколько тараканов, видео и фото я отправила консьержу, думаю если бы у меня в номере я бы увидела, то пришлось бы съезжать

Un super hôtel, idéalement situé. Le service est vraiment à l’écoute et attentionné. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’accueil et des prestations. Une très belle expérience.

Один из лучший отелей , где я была. Даже из более дорогих отелей. Сделали раннее заселение в 10 утра, повысили категорию номера, сделали поздний выезд (все без доплаты). Любая просьба моментально выполнялась , все супер дружелюбные , месторасположение супер удобное!

Beautifully appointed hotel in an excellent location. The interiors are elegant and our room was very comfortable. The indoor plunge pool was particularly appreciated after long, hot days sightseeing in Venice. The concierge team were helpful with our luggage and arranged our departure water transfer, which was perfectly timed, efficient and cost only €90.

Our arrival transfer was unfortunately a very different experience. We had contacted the hotel in advance and were charged €255 for what turned out to be a fairly basic service. Two gentlemen met us at the train station, walked us approximately 50 metres to the water-taxi platform, then waited with us and our luggage when no transport arrived. After making a phone call, a water taxi eventually came and we travelled to the hotel unaccompanied. A concierge member met us at the other end for the short walk to the hotel. Given that our smooth and efficient departure transfer cost only €90, it was difficult to understand or justify the €255 arrival charge. We were also surprised that there was no welcome drink or refreshing towel offered on arrival, small touches we would expect at a hotel of this calibre and price point. Food and beverage prices within the hotel are also extremely high, even by luxury-hotel standards.

I believe one of the best hotels I have ever staid. And I had many to compare including Four Seasons, St.Regis etc. An incredible level of comfort and hospitality. Located in the city centre, one step away from main attraction. Stuff is very friendly and supportive. Sincerely hope to be there again! Good luck guys! Andrei!

The view from the room

This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Every detail feels meticulously considered, from the stunning design and impeccable interiors to the atmosphere of understated luxury that runs throughout the property. The staff are exceptionally attentive, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making every guest feel special. We were generously upgraded to a beautiful suite, impeccably designed and incredibly comfortable. The standout detail was the honesty bar, a thoughtful touch that allowed guests to enjoy drinks and refreshments at their leisure. Even after many stays in luxury hotels around the world, this was a first for me. It felt effortless, generous, and personal, reflecting the hotel’s confidence in creating an atmosphere that feels more like being welcomed into an elegant private residence than staying in a hotel. The location is simply perfect. Nestled on Venice’s premier luxury shopping street and just moments from Piazza San Marco, it places the very best of the city right at your doorstep. For exploring Venice on foot, I genuinely cannot imagine a better location.

For once, I genuinely have nothing negative to say.

First impressions was a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. From the red velvet seating to the glow from the candles to the book filled shelves. Cocktails are just perfect. So if you are looking for a chilled out vibe, with excellent cocktails and service, then this is the bar for you.

Очень сильный отель в центре города и эпицентре шопинга Венеции Хорошая команда - внимательные, аккуратные, приветливые. Вкусный ресторанчик и хорошие завтраки а-ля карт. Много искусства, книг, игр, консьержи предлагают программу по городу. Отличный вид с последних этажей.

Нет спортзала (я занимаюсь спортом часто, для меня это стало сюрпризом). Мало хранения в ванной - некуда поставить косметички. И унитаз - он с сенсором. Открывается при любом движении в ванной - то еще приключение.

ארוחת הבוקר ברמה טובה מאוד. הצוות, על פי רוב, יעיל מהיר ושירותי.המיקום של המלון מרכזי מאוד נוח מאוד. הקונסיירז' יעיל ומהיר, יצרו איתנו קשר לפני ההגעה לתיאום ההגעה כי למלון אין רציף פרטי ודאגו לחוויית מעבר נהדרת. אנשי צוות חיכו ברציף וטיפלו בכבודה, היה תמיד את מי לשאול ובמי להיעזר ותמיד בחיוך וברצון. תודעת שירות גבוהה מאוד.

1. החדר הראשון שהציעו לנו היה קטן מאוד, ברמה שלא היה מקום למזוודות שלנו שלנו, ומאכזב. הצוות טיפל מעולה בנועם והציע לנו חדרים אחרים שנראו לנו יותר. 2. הקונסיירז' הזמין לי תור במספרה בקרבת המלון. הנחתי שמדובר במספרה ברמה גבוהה כיאה למלון ולרחוב בו הוא נמצא. הגעתי למקום ברמה כל כך נמוכה שקשה לתאר . רמה נמוכה של מוצרים, מגבות ישנות מרוטות ונוקשות צוות שלא ידע לכבוד. הפן הכי יקר (65 אירו) והכי גרוע שהיה לי. 3. המסעדה שהקונסיירז המליץ לנו לארוחת ערב בערב הראשון היתה מלכודת תיירים עם אוכל לא טעים, יקרה ושירות נוראי. לזכותםף הקונסיירז' אציין שלאחר ששיקפנו את תחושתו והיינו יותר חדים בהסברים שלנו, מצאו לנו מסעדות נהדרות. 4. אפשר להכין את החדר לשינה בערב באופן יותר מורגש. והיה חסר שוקולד או משהו קטן דומה על המיטה בלילה לפני השינה.

Magnifique hôtel

This was our first trip to Venice and I wanted it to be special. We stayed four nights. I booked this hotel based on reading the many positive reviews. I will say the hotel did not disappoint and the reviewers were correct! It is a delightful boutique hotel in a great location. But the best part is the staff! Everyone was so friendly, professional and willing to help in anyway we needed. I emailed them several times before arriving and they were always prompt with an answer. I needed help with transportation from the airport to the hotel and then to our cruise port. They were very willing to help with those bookings and the people they hired for us were on time and very nice. The Nolinski staff met us at the nearby dock upon arrival and took our suitcases to the hotel and room. They accompanied us to the dock again when we needed to leave for the cruise terminal. During our stay, they advised us on places to eat and tried to help us with directions. I loved this hotel as so many other reviewers did as well. It did not disappoint in any way!

Unsere Hochzeitsreise in Venedig haben wir im Nolinski Venezia – Evok Collection verbracht – und es war einfach märchenhaft. Wirklich alles war perfekt. Schon die Ankunft war etwas ganz Besonderes: Das Hotel hat für uns ein Wassertaxi organisiert und wir wurden direkt am Anlegeplatz vom Concierge abgeholt – total unkompliziert und gleichzeitig unglaublich stilvoll. Von Anfang an hat man gespürt, wie viel Mühe sich hier alle geben. Das gesamte Team war herzlich, aufmerksam und immer präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Immer wieder gab es kleine Überraschungen – so liebevoll und persönlich, dass wir uns wirklich besonders gefühlt haben. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön – sehr sauber, unglaublich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und einfach ein Ort zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, man ist mitten in Venedig und hat trotzdem eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel. Ein echtes Highlight war das Frühstück – nicht nur, weil es so gut war, sondern wegen einer ganz besonderen Geste: Am Tag davor wurde unter einem lustigen Vorwand ein Foto von uns gemacht, und am nächsten Morgen haben wir dieses Bild in einem wunderschönen Murano-Glasrahmen geschenkt bekommen. Darüber haben wir uns wirklich riesig gefreut – so eine Aufmerksamkeit vergisst man nicht. Auch das Essen war genau unser Geschmack: qualitativ sehr hochwertig, aber nicht übertrieben „fine dining“, sondern einfach richtig gutes, ehrliches italienisches Essen. Die Bar ist ebenfalls ein Highlight – tolle Cocktails und ein super herzliches Team. Alles wurde für uns mühelos organisiert, jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt und die Stimmung im ganzen Haus war einfach angenehm und entspannt. Man fühlt sich willkommen – nicht nur als Gast, sondern wirklich gesehen. Für uns ist klar: Wir kommen ab jetzt jedes Jahr zu unserem Hochzeitstag wieder. Dieser Aufenthalt war etwas ganz Besonderes. I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Hotel Nolinski in Venice. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the main area of San Marco, making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to arranging a boat taxi, which made getting around seamless. Breakfast was excellent, with an à la carte menu as well as three tasting options, offering a great variety each morning. The room was very comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet, ensuring a truly relaxing stay.

Gute Küche für Erwachsene, aber meiner Tochter (14) fehlte es beim Dinner an altersgerechten Speisen.

Moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Schöne Bar mit guten Drinks. Tolles Frühstück in beeindruckendem Raum. Es gibt kein Büffet, wie sonst fast allgemein üblich, sondern eine umfangreiche Frühstückskarte, aus der bestellt werden kann. Alles wird an den Tisch gebracht, was ich sehr schätze. Abholung durch zwei Mitarbeiter am Canal Grande, die zum Hotel begleiten und dabei das Gepäck tragen.

Das Hotel ist etwas unübersichtlich und verwinkelt. Zimmer können nur über das 3. OG, wo sich auch die Rezeption befindet, erreicht werden. Ebenso muss zum Verlassen des Hotel der Weg über die Rezeption in 3. OG genommen und dazu der Aufzug gewechselt werden. Der sog. Pool im 6. OG ist mehr ein zu groß geratener Whirlpool und der Raum insgesamt nicht sehr einladend. Hotel ist nicht direkt mit dem Wassertaxi erreichbar.

Dopo un inaspettato upgrade della camera, ci hanno fatto anche trovare una bella sorpresa (tortina di compleanno). Colazione quasi esagerata, non siamo riusciti a mangiare tutto. Servizio impeccabile, veloce e disponibile a tutte le ore. Camera viene pulita e ordinata due volte al giorno. Phon in Camera Dyson, con accessori Dyson e beauty disponibili in prestito chiamando in reception. Piscina (vasca idromassaggio) all'ultimo piano con finestre su tutta la città e vista campanile di San Marco. Posizione centralissima. Lo consiglieremmo a chiunque per un weekend romantico nella città più bella del mondo.

i cuscini del letto (3 a testa) erano del tipo super morbido che a noi non piacciono. Se fossi rimasto un'altra notte avrei avvisato la reception chiedendone di più rigidi. Consiglierei di magari metterne di diverse consistenze in modo che il cliente possa scegliere.

Breakfast was amazing. Very clean room. Phenomenal layout of the hotel and very helpful staff and concierge.

This was such a fantastic hotel, I cannot say enough good things. The rooms were modern with an eclectic design. Concierge recommended an off the beaten path dinner spot that was amazing. This hotel might have my favorite hotel bar ever, cool, sexy amazing drinks. I could have stayed all night at the bar. Hotel breakfast was one of the finest I have ever had in Europe. I was sad I couldn’t stay longer.

Will definitely be back! Do not underestimate their food, restaurant and breakfast! You will miss out if you don't try. The bar is very cosy also, already miss it. Staff is super helpful. Will be back....

My sister / her friend & I stayed at this property in Feb 26 and we had a fantastic time . The hotel is luxurious even though it’s not next to a canal ( and to be honest unless you’re on the main canal I don’t see the point ) and is super convenient. 5 mins from St Mark’s basilica and surrounded by brand name stores ( if that’s your thing) with tons of restaurants within walking distance. The services - front desk / concierge- who organized our airport / train transfers / the porters who help us with our luggages from the dock to the hotel ( 2 mins walk ) as well as the amazing staffs at breakfast were outstanding . The à la carte breakfast itself was amazing . Large selections of everything with all the different types of breads / croissants you can eat . Our Deluxe rooms were spacious with huge bathrooms . The hotel has a wellness / spa center and a pool though I didn’t use neither . There is a pretty little bar next to the lobby as well . Will definitely be back .

Our room was upgreded but the one upgraded was very very dark with the windows on the wall and it was hidden somewhere in a hidden corridor of the hotel (like for servants) which I didn't like.

This hotel on first appearance strikes you as very luxurious. However, you soon realise comfort, convenience and practicalities have been sacrificed in the name of style. Having paid a very high premium to stay over new year you suddenly find yourself living out of a suitcase like a student in a hostel. Half the wardrobe is taken up with a full size fridge. There are no drawers or shelves to put your smaller items such as underwear. There is no space for toiletries in the bathroom. A huge brass sink which I’m sure housekeeping must love to polish every day with no space around it or even an edge to balance things in. We counted more than 30 art books in the room. The shelf space below the TV could have been better utilised with a chest of drawers. There was one chair in the room forcing the other guest to sit on the bed. The bar area is very small so every evening there were dozens of guests spilling out into the lobby in order to get a drink. We felt the the small pool on the roof was really a waste of space that would have been much better suited as the bar area with views over to the Campanille. In fact the only space in the hotel with any views. No idea how many people use it was completely dead when we went up there. The breakfast room was huge and again not used at any other time of the day, another possible location for the bar over flow? We booked in for the New Year’s Eve meal at the restaurant. Food was exceptionally good, although we did think €80 for a steak they could have given you a little bit of vegetable! All in all not a bad stay but think they need to address storage issues the room.

Nolinski is a large but quiet modern restaurant in the heart of Venice serving fresh pasta and gnocchi. Also wonderful desserts including profiteroles and affogato. Excellent service in a beautiful setting.

Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht. Der Blick ging nur auf die gegenüberliegende Hauswand in der Gasse. Offerierte Abholung von Pier fand nicht statt.

Das Nolinski hat uns voll überzeugt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und geräumige Suite mit eigener großer Dachterrasse. Wir waren über ein langes Wochenende in Venedig und das Hotel war eines der Highlights! Zuerst das Personal: immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber nie aufdringlich. Die Bar ist klasse, das Frühstück absolut top, die Lage im Zentrum einfach toll. Das Hotel hat uns ein Wassertaxi bestellt von der Garage San Marco, auch das hat super geklappt. Abhoung am Steg, Kofferservice zum Hotel... alles hat bestens geklappt, Stress kam nie auf.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Nolinski. Le personnel est adorable et le service conciergerie est très appréciable, toujours prêt à nous donner des conseils. La piscine est vraiment sympa, le petit déjeuner est excellent et, bonus, nous avons été surclassé pour notre lune de miel

Certaines chambres donnent sur la rue. Elles peuvent être un peu bruyantes en fonction du moment de ma journée et la saison touristique. Nous avions eu de la chance, nous étions en saison basse. Ce qu'on ajouterait dans la chambre : une cafetière et bouilloire dans la chambre

Stunning hotel. I think the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Comfortable, luxurious rooms. Large shower. Lovely rooftop swimming pool ( more of a giant hot tub) with panoramic views of the city. Gorgeous library/ bar. Exceptionally polite and helpful staff.

If I was being picky, it would have been good to have a kettle/ coffee maker in the room.
