大樓一整棟只有兩個電梯，有時候等比較久。

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Это полноценная евро одна комнатная квартира. Нас было 4 человека. И этот номер был комфортным. В номере есть своя кухонная зона с плитой и с холодильником. И со стиральной машиной. Свой балкон. Каждый день меняют полотенца и сами забирают мусор. Местоположение очень удобное. В 7-10 минутах от пляжа. Пляж просто супер. Все так чисто, песок мелкий и чистый. Сам объект находится на самой оживленной улице. Рядом есть все, популярные магазины olive young , аптеки, кафешки, магазины разнообразные. Вечером для прогулки тут много огней. Внизу отеля есть продуктовый магазин, прачечная. Есть в зданий бассейн, но мы не успели просто сходить туда. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, быстро предоставил то, что мы просили. Спасибо большое!

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026The location is extremely good in the heart of Haeundae. Walkable to all tourist sites and markets. Had a laundromat conveniently downstairs and also a convenient store. Plenty of water and towels gets delivered by your door everyday. SMS comms to property manager is prompt and requests met.
Flying insects/mozzies not sure where they come from, must be a common thing as found an insect spray in a cupboard. Space wee bit tight when you have suitcases around.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026住宿有廚房跟客廳，方便區分臥室休閒，地方寬大，有地暖也有空調， 只是房間沒有空調， 只能靠客廳冷氣開強一點
入住為B&B要等密碼，不確定性高。入住期間因為有警報發生， 整棟一直有廣播， 持續到晚上11點， 很擾人。沒有櫃台無法立即反應， 只能用線上溝通。下次還是會住有櫃檯的飯店

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια! Δίπλα σε πολλά μέρη που θέλαμε να δούμε δίπλα σε στάση μετρό και λεωφορείο. Είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Επισης άμεση απάντηση από το προσωπικό στα μηνύματα και τι απορίες. Πολυ καλή τιμή για τοποθεσία και παροχές
Δεν είχε πετσέτες σώματος, είχε μόνο μικρές αλλά σου τις άλλαζαν κάθε μέρα. Επίσης ειναι κάτι που το είδα και σε αλλά ξενοδοχεία στην Κορέα

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026El apartamento es de fácil acceso, con buena comunicación, muy cercano a la estacion de Haeundae y a la playa. Es espacioso y cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario y cada día te dejan en la puerta toallas nuevas y agua. La entrada se realiza sin contacto, con cerradura electrónica con código. Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, en una calle con muchísimos restaurantes y diversión.
Como dicen otros comentarios, las toallas eran muy pequeñas. Tienes que usar toallas de manos pequeñas para tu cuerpo entero. El día del check out había tanta gente usando el ascensor que estuvimos esperando más de 25 minutos para bajar a la calle!!

No bath towels were provided, the unit was a bit cramped and limited pillows were provided (1 for the single bed and 2 for the queen). Check in and check out times were also quite late and early, respectively.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025Central location in Haeundae, just metres from the main retail and restaurant strip plus the gorgeous beach; short taxi ride to Centum City; it has a kitchenette that we managed to cook a few meals in with a Nescafe coffee machine and full fridge; partial view of the sea and beach from our 16th floor apartment; great view of the surrounding buildings and area; 24/7 E-mart and self-service laundromat on the ground floor; lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, convenience store, shopping outlets and a supermarket nearby.
Only 1 pillow per person provided; tiny towels the size of hand towels; no kitchen towels provided; we were under the impression that it’s a serviced apartment but no cleaning at all during our 4-night stay. A plastic bag of 2 hand towels and 2 small bottles of water mysteriously appeared on the door handle every day; only 3 coffee pods provided and not replenished daily; no tea bags or sugar at all. Has a washing machine but no dryer or even a drying rack so we opted for the laundromat on the ground floor instead.

The use of washing machine was great, however nothing to dry clothes on. Shower towels tiny. Pool unavailable even though highlighted on booking.com. luggage storage advertised should state that it cannot be used unless you have a Korean bank card. Almost caused a significant problem when luggage couldn't be released as fee not able to be paid, it was only through a very kind Korean lady in shoo next door that called help number for us.

大陽台採光佳卻無窗簾遮擋，陽光直射催促早起，無人整理床鋪，各種回收垃圾自行分類帶到管理室放置，垃圾廢棄物要自行包裝放門口，杯碗廚具記得清潔，垃圾袋等等備品可留言要求提供

很小間，走道空間很窄，行李箱無法攤平。有個小空間可以吃飯，有沙發和人工草皮，但感覺有點小髒，沒有很乾淨。

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025The apartment we got was nice (pretty sure were were upgraded, since it had a sea view, though we were not informed of it), very comfortable and stylish, with a lot of new amenities, including a proper kitchen and a washing machine. Great location, if you're in Busan for a beach vacation. New towels and water bottles were provided every day.
The one cleaning we scheduled could've been a lot better, the lady nearly left without washing the floor. Plus, since they clean only once every few days, i wish the apartment came with tools to do a bit of minor cleaning yourself (at least a broom). There was also nowhere to dry clothes, a drying rack could be a very helpful

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025오션뷰라고 하기도 애매한... 고층도 아니었고 테라스 나가면 음식점이 밑에있는지 음식점 냄새가 진동을 해서 나가기도 애매.. 세탁기 있는거랑 바다 근처인거 두개 마음에 들었습니다 샤워실 바닥 물도 잘 안빠지고 침대는 진짜 스프링 다 느껴지는 만원짜리 호스텔에서 자는 기분이 느껴지는 그런 매트리스 였고 침대 프레임은 다뿌서진 상태로 사이즈가 맞는건지도 모르겠고 너무 별로였어요.. 다신 안가려구요

Reviewed Jul 25, 2025有洗衣機、洗衣精、爐具、碗盤、湯匙，筷子、油、鹽、胡椒、切刀、開瓶器、咖啡膠囊機、洗碗精、大冰箱和簡易的烹調設備，新穎的室內設計讓我們有家的感覺，樓下就有超商很方便。
建議增加吊掛衣物的設計，以及沙拉油放久需更換了，其他的都很棒！

Once you book there is no refund and the property contact is meant to send a QR code to access the property and although I have contacted the property several times, they didn’t reply. Booking.com also has not replied. It was 2 am when I arrived at the property (which I notified the property of in advance) and I was sent away by the security guard

Reviewed Jun 16, 2025Gute Lage nur 4 Minuten zur Metro und Bus und 5 Minuten zum Beach. Auf der anderen Straßenseite der Metro ist ein schönes kleines Viertel mit tollen kleinen Restaurants und Läden eine ganz andere Welt als die "Feiermeile" Richtung Beach. Waschmaschine Kleine Küche
Im Bad waren schon einige unsaubere Stockflecken Teilweise sehr lange Wartezeit an den 3 Aufzügen. Wenn möglich nicht zur Auscheckzeit nutzen Wir sind einmal 23 Stockwerke runter gelaufen nach 15 Minuten warten und der Aufzug war immer noch komplett voll
