Sollago Myeongdong Hotel & Residence

It is so much self check in out on your own that we haven’t met any staff . That makes it modern and maybe efficient but we somehow missed human element . Not possible to score how is staff .. it is more how the it kiosk worked ( they were working ok).

I loved the location and staff were really helpful. It was clean and I liked the two floor concept

The stairs were a bit steep and sharp in the room and we hurt ourselves twice. Also the faculty didn’t have any microwave or plates etc that caused us inconvenience

Location and cleanliness

Location, convenient store right at door step. Not far from Chungmuro subway station. The check in process was seamless.

No daily House keeping.

The location was very good and convenient for getting around Seoul. The staff responded quickly when we reported issues with the room and immediately moved us to another room.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The first room was not properly cleaned and had trash left on the floor. After reporting it, we were given a different room right away, but the second room had similar cleanliness problems, including dust, hair, stains, and areas that appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned. The room was also too small for three separate beds, making the stay less comfortable and leaving very little space to move around.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable.

A localização é acessibilidade

Clean and the view was great from the 11th floor. , Needed no interactions from staff as instructions are clear and super organised, loved how efficient everything is. Location is also great, 5 mins walk from Metro and bus stops. The washing machine was a huge bonus and the room is more spacious than most of other rooms in Seoul I'd say.

A drying rack shpuld be provided for free and if the stay is 3+ days, more complimentary towels.

Great location and close to train station. Easy to get to main areas of Seoul. Lots of food options right outside. Two convenience stores at the ground floor. Large beds, stated single beds in listing but they were king single. Was a great stay with our young kids. Easy check in late at night. Washing machine was great, bathroom was perfect, even had large size towels which is not common in Korea. Would happily stay again.

There wasn’t much room to open luggage which was annoying trying to step over suitcases. However there was heaps of storage and cupboard space if you wanted to unpack you could do so easily.

The location is very convenient to everything. Cole to subway and bus station.

Clean and friendly staff.

L'emplacement La literie confortable

Great location, really easy to get to via the airport limousine bus and walkable to so many main tourist locations. We were so comfortable, great layout and really clean and organised.

Nothing at all to complain about

Camera pulita e ottima posizione.

Good location

Surrounding place is quite not nice

Proximité des transports en commun. Restos variés à côté. Café dans le lobby très bien

Recepcionistas super atenciosos .

It was a good no non-sense hotel. No staffs seen but none needed. Everything is done via self check-in kiosk and it works. Check out was also quick and easy. Hotel (I am not actually sure you can call this a hotel, let alone a 4-stars hotel) was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quite central with lots of food and cvs nearby (you even have 2 GS25 in the building!). Wifi was good, toilet was clean (with the built-in bidet), bed was comfortable.

It doesnt feel like a hotel more like an apartment. I am also not sure how this could have a 4 stars rating. Dont get me wrong it was a comfortable place, but not a 4 stars hotel! Also it says Myeongdong, well, maybe in the broadest term. It was a 15-20 min walk to Myeongdong station/ center.

Schoon, netjes, ruim

Przestronny pokój, komfortowy i wygodny, Dodatkowo pralka!

Great location

No dryer
