Great location and easy access to the room

The bed being up against the wall made getting in and out for my husband in his 80,s a bit difficult. We arrived back at the appt on the Sunday evening to find the bathroom light not working and some slight drops of water falling from the air con on the ceiling which meant we were reluctant to use the shower before leaving to go home. I phoned to let them know and someone turned up to look at it but the work was not completed before we left.

The building was clean and pleasant. It was located a short-ish walk from the Tube station at Earls Court. When we finally got the garden view room (which we had requested) on the 2nd day, the maintenance staff were very helpful.

The instructions for arrival did not make it clear that there would not be anyone there to check us in & that there is no reception desk. The only staff was cleaning staff. We did not even know what room we were in. We did not know the code to get in the door. Luckily, we were helped by other guests who were also trying to get checked in - they gave us the wifi password. Using the PW, I was able to check WhatsApp for a message that was sent only 15 minutes before the arrival time we had provided. That message had the wifi code, our room number and & its entry code. We were given a room that faced the street (traffic noise) - they said that they had "upgraded" us to a "family room". Our complaint was not dealt with that day, but on our 2nd day, we were moved to a quiet room. In both rooms, the safe was not operable - gave an error message. We complained both times and they said they would fix it but nobody ever came. The stove instructions were only provided through a website on the building facilities and did not match the stove that was in our room. The rooms are what I would call "minimal" - bed, nightstand (first room only had one), table and 2 chairs, no hairdryer.

La manera de recepcionarnos la llegada, malísima . No te atiende nadie, por qué no hay nadie, te atienden a través del teléfono móvil y encima se escucha tan bajo que con el ruido del trafico no se escucha nada. Más de media hora para poder entrar al apartamento. Ellos me decían que me habían pasado un código y no existía ese codigo. Deberían de tener a alguien que se encargue de esto y no marear y molestar a los inquilinos esperando que por ciencia infusa lleguen a entrar.

Il materasso della poltrona letto era decisamente di scarsa qualità e sarebbe stato meglio avere qualche appendino in bagno per gli asciugamani

The self check-in was very convenient and efficient.

They didn’t provide any basic essentials for the first night, such as a toothbrush or toothpaste. Since we arrived late, it would have been helpful to have a small welcome kit for the first night.

The Kitchen and bathroom were excellent.

The beddings were not very clean, the place is in excellent location but with heavy traffic and so its very noisy and difficult to sleep. Traffic ends quite late and starts very early in the morning.

Small , but brand new with all facilities you need for a short stay and fantastic Air Conditioner. Staff is efficient, i asked for side bed lamp and extra towel when i checked in and they provided it faster.

The curtains don’t darken the room well, bring your sleep mask if you have problems with early lights.

I wanted to leave a bit later, at 1pm, but for 2 hours extension they demanded 60 pounds!! This is ridiculous, as if you go the restaurant to have a good meal for 3, you will pay the same money! These guys are super greedy and not customer oriented! The kitchen cupboards are extremely high, so if you are short reaching a cup requires acrobatics skills, invention, or help of another person. Oh.. and they sent me a whole info regarding another customer, so maybe my info was leaked somewhere too.

The location is wonderful. And it’s very clean and nice inside.

The room was small but comfortable and well equipped. It just wasn't as I expected it to be. I didnt realize there was no reception.

I had trouble getting the door code because I couldn't make my call go through, However the call staff were less than helpful. If it hadn't been for the housekeeper I'm not sure how I would gotten in. The mattress was saggy. Also, the air-conditioning went out. They were very responsive on this issue, but it couldn't be fixed. We were offered another room down the road but we had luggage for a 3 week stay so we just left and went on to our next hotel in Southampton so we didn't have to pack it all up that evening and again in the morning. The room was further away from London than I realized but that was my problem.

De verlichting was slecht. Hel verlicht, geen mogelijkheid een deel van de verlichting te gebruiken en geen bedlamp. Je moet het licht uit doen bij de deur en dan in het donker de weg naar bed terug vinden. De verlichting is reden van mijn negatieve oordeel. Verder was er niet veel aan de hand. Prima kamer, een wat kille uitstraling.

Wonderful hotel. We stayed for a week. Everything is thought out. Good location - 10 minutes to the underground (we preferred Earl's Court), 8 minutes to M&S FOOD, buses stop in 5-7 minutes. Air conditioning (which is very important this summer), the view from our room was of a quiet beautiful courtyard, a fully equipped kitchen (because I cook, for example). Clean, everything is new. Possibility to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out. Any questions were resolved instantly. Really satisfied with our stay.

Maybe more clothes hangers and garbage bags. But these are minor things.

Well laid out, great facilities. Very comfortable, great night sleep, local controlled air con and fan was very thoughtfully in place.

Would have been handy to have side lamps or dimmer lights as lighting bright.

Apartment was so clean, spacious for a studio and had everything you need. Air conditioning worked really well. It was easily accessible from train stations. Within walking distance of grocery shops, restaurants and pubs. Neighbourhood felt very quiet and safe.

We stayed at Cleveland Residence Chelsea for 5 nights. Overall, the stay was okay. The location is excellent, with great access to the area and plenty of nice pubs nearby. The studio was a decent size and the facilities were good.

Unfortunately, our experience changed at the end of our stay when we returned to collect our stored luggage. The female staff member did not acknowledge our greeting or goodbye and simply brought our bags out of the lift without saying a word. This was quite disappointing, especially as I was travelling with my children and it did not create a very welcoming impression in front of them.

It’s in Piccadilly line which is very convenient to take the tube to and from Heathrow.

The room is extremely small . You can manage 1 person there , 2 it’s already crowded. The curtains don’t block the light from outside. You can hear all the noise from the street (cars, motorcycles, ambulance) , you can hear next door neighbours (at 1am talking, laughing, etc and I believe they weren’t even being loud it’s just that you can hear everything) . You have to wash your dishes , take the trash out, make your own bed and the room is extremely small so for the price we paid , and having to do all the chores we could stay Airbnb with more space or a hotel where you don’t need to do chores. The laundry is always busy with the staff rags and they wash rags they mop the floor together with the dish towels they give to us. 😓

Quiet and good area. The place is clean and newly renovated though a bit small room compared to standard hotel rooms though this is understandable as it is a townhouse turned into several studios. But overall we enjoyed our stay and we felt safe and it is a good building outside and beautiful and clean inside

Just at the start when we are talking over the intercom. We can’t hear each other well and I was told to call instead. As it is on a side road with cars passing by, it can be noisy. The person giving instructions on the phone is abrupt, not welcoming and not friendly at all. Tone of voice gives you an impression that she is getting impatient

Für mein Verständnis eine gute Lage. Ca 40 Minuten nach Heathrow mit der Piccadilly Line, Fußweg ca 10 Minuten. In die City ca 20 -25 Minuten. Apartement einfach aber völlig ausreichend.

Das Einchecken. Das Haus liegt an einer belebten Straße, man musste in Telefonkontakt treten. Es war schwer die Anweisung für mich als nicht Muttersprachler zu verstehen. Zum Glück kam die Anweisung noch schriftlich

The location was good, the view was nice, and the studio was tidy.

The studio is small, there's no room for luggage, and the cleanliness isn't up to standard. I found hair and stains on the bed and pillows. I mentioned I have allergies and asthma, and cleanliness is important, but I wasn't comfortable due to the poor hygiene. The bed is too small for two people, and I asked for an extra blanket, but they didn't respond. I also never saw the staff; communicating with them is difficult. When I checked out of the apartment, I saw the person responsible for cleaning the rooms for the first time.

Il letto singolo ricavato dal divano andrebbe migliorato (sostituito). La tappezzeria del divano (che diventa letto) molto sporca, macchiata, poco confortevole dormirci sopra.

Unfortunately the toaster blew the electrics. Fortunately it was on the morning of our departure. We reported this fault. The photos were a little misleading of the size of apartment:- it was pretty bijoux! But there were only 2 of us. We coped well with the space as travelled lightly.

Clean, beautifully kept apartment. Easy access from Euston to Earls Court, the nearest Tube Station & then a 45 minute walk to get to Chelsea Flower Show.

Posizione fantastica, a poche centinaia di metri da uno snodo principale della Metro. Zona fornita di tutti i servizi (Market, ristoranti, Pizzerie, Fast Food, Farmacia etc.) Struttura tipicamente Londinese, piccola ma ben strutturata e comoda. Staff disponibile e cortese. Molto apprezzato il servizio di deposito bagagli sia in arrivo che in partenza.

Da migliorare la dotazione della cucina forse troppo essenziale. Migliorabile la comodità del materasso del letto principale. Quasi meglio il materasso del divano letto.

Buona posizione. Ottima la disponibilità ad accettare i bagagli prima del check-in e l assistenza fornita. La struttura ha rispettato alla perfezione quanto indicato sul sito. Nel caso dovessimo tornare a Londra sapremo dove alloggiare!
