A bit far from tubes or bus stops as it takes approximately 15mins by walk.

A great location, helpful staff and an extremely comfortable, quiet flat. The underground station is just a few minutes’ walk away. The flat looks as good as new. The view from the sky lounge is exceptional.

A highly recommended place to stay. Even though there were a few minor issues with the bathrooms, I’m sure they can be improved. I’d happily come back again!

Nicely presented apartment with a balcony and air con. Was perfect for our weekend in London with the kids.

My rating is 10 out of 10 — I’ve stayed at a number of hotels and flats in London over the years but this was the best. First of all, they accommodated us with a flat on the eighth floor. We had an amazing view of central London. The flat was clean and nicely decorated and the bedrooms were roomy. My concern about the WiFi was allayed once we directed to another network. Once I heard my daughters laughing in their bedroom, I knew they were relaxed and felt at home. We enjoyed the building’s amenities from the foosball table on the ground floor to the sky lounge. I had concerns about the distance from transportation or entertainment after seeing the comments. However, we had no issues. It was a nice 10 minute or so walk to Kings Cross Underground and hub to 6 lines or a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. We bought our groceries either from the nearby CoOp or at Waitrose in the Coal Drops yard where we also saw Spider-man in the cinema. Thank you ever so much for giving us a great place to stay. I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family and check them first on future trips.

Although the place is described as Kings Cross, it is at least a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras. So, I recommend taking a taxi if you have heavy luggage. We initially had no access to WiFi. However, after sending a text to the staff we were directed to the staff network.

Location was good, apartment size was good. Staff was accommodating and tried to find work around for any issues.

Washing machine was unacceptably dirty upon arrival. The beds were super soft and not very comfortable. Pillows felt older and flat. And no furniture on the patio.

We loved the sanctuary that the apartment provided- it was an oasis for us after a tiring day in London. It also had a beautiful view of the canal and was right in the middle of King's Cross shops and restaurents. The area is great. The apartment itself was very spacious and well equipped and was very comfy in particular the AC in hot London days. My kids loved using all other facilities offered in the building.

The beds could do with new / firmer mattresses, and it would be helpful to have more plates and dishes in the kitchen. Everything else was great

The apartment was so spacious and cozy, the host was very helpful and responsive. They answered all our questions and attended to our needs swiftly. It was an easy check in and out process. The apartment was very clean and new. The neighborhood was very quite and the canal view made it very pleasant. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids .

Modern amenities, friendly concierge and the host replying quickly. The location is in a very quite area that requires either Ubers or the use of public transport to get around to the central areas. Plus walking down to kings cross/Euston station areas for transport was really hectic, crowded, and surprisingly dirty!!!

The washing machines dryer didn't work the entire stay and despite emails saying maintenance will be informed, no one came!! They did however replenish our towels, but I was stuck paying extra for outsourced laundry services.

Easy enough, attended a reception desk but they were a 3rd party which meant any requests were directed elsewhere which just complicated things.

Many things. - Cot bed pre-requested for my 2 year old and it wasn't there. Was told it was in a cupboard in every apartment but when I got back to the apartment to check, it wasn't there and housekeeping had gone home (it was 5pm) so they couldn't provide it until the next day. Which meant my toddler had to sleep with me on a mattress on the floor, and this was far from ideal. - TV with multiple apps but no access to watch anything - this is disappointing for the price we paid. - Air conditioning re-sets itself constantly from what we adjusted it to, so was impossible to stay cool during the heat wave. To me, this is just the company being cheap and trying to save costs. - For the price, I'd expect certain facilities like a basic coffee machine. Instead we got a collection of coffee sachets, about 10 in total of which 9 were decaffeinated! It was clean and comfortable but that's about it, definitely wouldn't recommend.

Lovely fresh, well equipped apartment in a lovely part of town. The apartment has air conditioning which was a big plus.

First of all, the space failed to look like the photos posted on the site, it showed tv in bed rooms that was a no show, only 1 small in the living room that barely worked due to the poor internet they had . Would have been nice if they had a coffee machine, all they had were a few random teabags that feel very left over … as for sleep albeit the bed is comfortable, the pillows are rather sad and flat. The showers have decent pressure but the two rain shower-heads both have lots of tarnished stains which is a little gross for me. The water from these shower heads did not come out properly, that tells me it hasn’t been properly cleaned. They do not have a free luggage storage and was charged 15£ for a lost room card . I understand this isn’t a hotel per se, but I book on bookings instead of Airbnb because I did want hotel services , which this place doesn’t have . Lastly, they failed to informed that they had 2 massive building sites next to them that created quite a bit of noise in the morning.

A large, spacious, modern apartment in a very new, modern building. Very well located just a few minutes from Kings Cross St Pancras, so a very central and convenient location. The Apartment has pretty much everything you would need and the staff are also very friendly and professional and prompt in their responses. The lovely view of Regents Canal and Coal Drops Yard was also a nice touch.

The apartment would definitely benefit from some furniture in the bedrooms for putting suitcases on, some cleaning products & paper towel roll in the kitchen to help keep the kitchen and counter tops clean, and some additional garbage bags.

The place is situated in very good location. Exactly what was needed. Gym in the complex is extremely well equipped. All appliances were working, internet was speedy.

I really don’t think this Airbnb is worth the price. The mattress is terrible and completely uneven. We stayed for over a week, and it was pure agony. The bedding on both beds is incredibly old and even has holes in it. There is mold on both the bathroom sink and the bathtub. Plus, it’s not actually that close to the train station.

Moc se nám líbila lokalita, v docházkové vzdálenosti od metra - je to pěkný byt.

Trochu nás zklamalo, že nebyla možnost uschování kufru před domluveným časem vstupu do bytu- byl zde recepční , myslím že to neměl být takový problém...a další věc nás překvapil požadavek hostitele na vynesení odpadků. Cena bytu nebyla rozhodně malá a myslím si, že by to mělo být součást úklidu... a jako třetí věc zaslání sms zprávy , že pokud neopustíme byt v domluveném čase, za každou půlhodinu bude účtováno 50 liber.... to si myslím že je zbytečné a přehnané. Nepůsobí to zrovna přátelským dojmem. Podotýkám, že jsme ani neměli v plánu nedodržet určený čas odchodu.

What didn’t I like is more the question to ask! I couldn’t fault this place! An amazing apartment with fantastic views, beds to die for, balcony with swing chair, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms …. All fantastic. Great location, nice walk down canal to Camden and. A bonus if you cross the bridge and turn right a relaxed, chilled out area with an open air cinema. King’s Cross and St Pancras can be hit with a stone from where you are giving you quick travel to anywhere in London.

Communication in the beginning was great for the most part. We booked on booking.com two units which were to have one with 2 kings and the other 1 king 1 full. After booking and paying StayCozy confirmed these units and bed layouts with who would be in what unit of our two families staying. However, later on we were told no kings only full beds. That is not what we booked. No accommodation, no discount. The units themselves were nice, clean, good size, location was perfect! The next challenge came when one of the bedrooms AC did not work. At all. It was over 90 F (32 C) outside and no AC in the bedroom - yes in the unit but sleeping in the bedroom without AC was a not workable. They brought up a fan which was appreciated but no AC was not. We communicated multiple times about this and were told different stories - maintenance would be there at 9 am the next day - didn’t happen. We were told it’s a software issue to be fixed remotely - didn’t happen. We were told someone would come out but they didn’t know when - didn’t happen. We were told on site maintenance (whoever they are and if they did exist why didn’t they fix it) would check on it. We were then told someone on site did check and yes absolutely confirmed no AC in the bedroom. And nothing was done. Four nights, the entire stay. Request to change rooms or other compensation did not result in anything. A “we apologize for the issue during your stay” was already told to us so no need to respond here with it. No correction of the issue, no refund no discount no accommodation. Not acceptable. Understand the other unit, all in working order, was terrific.

Location wasn’t great as behind St Pancras/Kings Cross. Felt a little isolated especially when coming back in the late evening

Not too far from the trains. Nice gym and rooftop lounge area. Coop one block away was very convenient.

We had a cleanliness issue at arrival and there was a lot of back and forth to get it resolved. The pictures were not like what we got in the unit. The couch was too small for the number of people we booked to stay and it was very worn down. All the mattresses were also broken down and it was hard to get comfortable.

The flat was very large and accommodating for 3 people. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was very well equipped. It was also very convenient to have a washer/dryer. It was also convenient access to Kings Cross underground.

Nothing that we didn’t like but a different size of pillow would have been great.

We found this modern apartment suited our needs perfectly! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was bliss during the heatwave & it has great water pressure so fabulous shower & a bath! It is a good 10 minute walk to the actual station but close to the Coal Drops Yard. The balcony was lovely later in the evening after the day cooled down.

A minor thing was the toilet in one of the bathrooms stopped working, reported to the front desk however no sign of the handyman before we left. The lighting in the bathrooms was a bit dim & hard to put on make up.

The location was excellent and the apartment as well.

Wonderful apartment. I even arrived early and was shown a quiet lounge area where I could work from until check in time. The front desk people were helpful and the apartment is modern, clean and spacious. Great communication before and during the stay. FYI, the building is a 14 minute walk to Kings Cross Station.

I would stay here again. Great location. Fantastic separate control of AC units for each sleep space.

There was a bit of a disconnect and delay between the managers and the service personnel. Oh and many of the lightbulbs weren't working -- we asked to have them replaced, but they were not during our stay. A different issue, though, was addressed with a day delay.

The size, layout & amenities were top tier. The gym was next level!

Sehr schönes und modernes Apartment in ruhiger Lage. Die U-Bahn und der Bahnhof sind in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Uns allen hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an das Team von StayCozy für den hervorragenden Service und die sehr schnelle Reaktionszeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spacious apartment, bathrooms were big and master has heated floors which was great . Lovely natural light and view of kings cross station and the canal from the bedroom. Washing machine and dryer was really helpful to have . Convenience store around the corner and lovely lounge and lobby areas . Communication is good.

Would have liked basic amenities to be provided like kitchen paper towels, toilet paper roll refills , 1-2 bottles of water . We asked for bathroom freshener spray as the bathrooms lack any ventilation and can leave an odor but was told it's not provided .

The location is great and one can walk 5 mins and be at St. Pancras and everything nearby. The apartment itself is pretty modern and has balconies which are a good bonus. There is a kitchen , refrigerator , washer, dryer and dishwasher which is also very useful when one is out and about in London for 5 days . The maintenance contact was responsive but not always accommodating of the requests. Nice reception area with books to read and a foosball table.

The beds were not very comfortable, especially the master bedroom bed was pretty flimsy and gave me back issues. They should invest in a solid bed to ensure guests have a good sleep. In addition, the first day I lifted the covers and saw bad stains on the mattress , I reported to them with pics but they did not plan on replacing it. I can understand that its not something they could have done in a single day but we stayed for 5 days and from their response it doesnt look like they intent to. The kind of stains in there , someone is going to get sick someday and then they may consider doing it. Its just not hygienic. I do understand that the stain might have been caused by some kid bedwetting from an earlier stay but thats part of housekeeping to check on that and maybe charge that guest for it. It should not be the future guests who suffer through it. Lastly, this is not a issue with the unit itself but the apartment - one night when we got back around 10 pm, there was a mouse running around in the reception area. This spooked us out about the general condition of the place, although the apartment looks very new. The apartment contact and the reception folks are not really connected, it would be good to mention this to the guests as we contacted the reception for many things the first day only to realize they have nothing to do with the apartment other than giving you the keys.

The apartment was nice.

Our key cards had some issues, we had difficulty accessing elevator at times and weren't given access to rooftop. Wifi wasn't working properly. After paying such good amount for stay, you wouldn't expect such poor wifi. The customer services overall was horrible. We had to reach out multiple times for basic necessities. Lastly no parking was provided. Disappointed!

Lokalita je výborná. Kúsok od stanice King´s Cross kde sú dostupné všetky spôsoby dopravy. Mali sme apartmán č. 29. Bol naozaj veľkorysý, zariadený tak, aby sme tam mali pohodlie. Napriek tomu, že je apartmán otočený na železničnú stanicu, tak po zatvorení okien nebolo vlaky takmer vôbec počuť

Určite by bolo fajn, keby tam bol aspoň kapsulový kávovar. Keď sme sa pýtali na recepcii ohľadom možností dopravy na letisko, tak sme nedostali vôbec relevantnú odpoveď, ale zariadili sme sa na základe odporúčaní z google. V jednej z izieb nám trochu horšie ovládala klimatizácia.

There weren’t many glasses. Few more water glasses would be good. It would also be nice to provide a few basic welcome items - tea, coffee, milk.

Seperate temperature controls all over the apartment, so great as we all liked to sleep in different temperatures.

Hi, the location was very good and the two-bedroom apartment was very convenient. Was easy to walk around to Kings cross station and all the things around. Generally, the apartment is well-kept, however was extremely disappointed at the beds provided. The bed in the master bedroom was probably quite old. you cannot sleep properly with the sides of the bed being too soft such that you are not sleeping in the right position. The sofa in the living room too was worn out. The replenishment of toilet/kitchen rolls could be improved.
