Excellent connection to Gatwick, Heathrow and Central London, walking distance to many places of interest, spotless clean, very comfy, AC and kitchen appliances. Staff were super helpful and responsive.

The location is perfect as it is a 2 minute walk from Farringdon station from where you can get a train direct to Gatwick or Heathrow airports. Also close to a let bus route so that you can easily catch a bus to central London or Waterloo station. The apartment was immaculately clean with great facilities for short stays. The hosts provided great instructions. In addition we felt very safe there. Also there are local branches of Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Tesco Express very close by making it easy to pick up supplies.

Only one tiny niggle. A Nespresso machine is provided with a small number of pods however we were not able to buy any more of the specific type of pods at the local supermarkets and therefore couldn’t use the machine after the first day (and we were there for 6 nights).

Tutto!!! Dopo varie volte a Londra, per la prima volta abbiamo trovato una struttura pulita, accogliente, ben insonorizzata, accessoriata e con tutto il necessario a pochi minuti a piedi (es suoermercati). Lo staff, molto disponibile e sempre presente via WhatsApp, ha soddisfatto a pieno tutte le nostre richieste. Ulteriore valore aggiunto è la presenza di un locale lavanderia (e asciugatrice) all'interno dello stabile (dettaglio non da poco, considerato che abbiamo viaggiato con un bimbo di scarsi 8 mesi). Posizione ottima, sia per l'utilizzo di mezzi pubblici (fermata metro a pochi minuti a piedi), sia per girare a piedi la città (come abbiamo fatto noi). Davvero consigliatissimo, quando torneremo a Londra, vi risceglieremo sicuramente.

Modern and light room which we really enjoyed. Easy check-in, only 1 station from Tottenham court station.

Ubytování bylo skvělé a byli jsme opravdu spokojení. Všechno bylo čisté, útulné.Velkým plusem byla také skvělá lokalita, díky které jsme se pohodlně dostali ke všem hlavním místům v Londýně. Komunikace s hostitelem byla rychlá a bezproblémová a check-in proběhl naprosto v pořádku. Celkově jsme si pobyt moc užili a ubytování můžeme určitě doporučit. Pokud se do Londýna vrátíme, rádi se sem znovu ubytujeme.

Great location a few minutes walk from the tube station. Lots of cafes, pubs etc. Very quiet and sound proofed. Property was spotlessly clean. Good facilities. Great shower. Not the largest room but perfectly adequate. Air con a blessing in hot weather.

Lift only up to 4th floor. We were on the 5th. Not a problem for us but could be for others.

The staff responded quickly to our questions and requests. I love the fact that we have a microwave, a coffee machine, laundry pods.

We didn’t know that there was a scheduled construction or fixing somewhere within our floor. We were up from 9am beacause of the hammering, drilling, the vibrations from the ceiling and the walls - a heads up would be nice.

Very good location. Great communication at all times. Everything was new and in perfect working conditions. Very clean. Washing machine and dryer on the premises. Even better than the pictures.

A bit small for 3 persons but we weren’t much there and it will depend on what you are used to. We were in the basement. It wasn’t terrible as we didn’t use the kitchen to cook. I would have preferred to be above ground if I have to repeat.

Location was excellent. Close to transportation and restaurants. The service from the host was excellent. Easy to contact the host and very helpful. Having an onsite washer and dryer was beneficial.

The size of the unit was smaller than expected especially the bathroom.

Elevator Accessibility: The elevator only operates up to the 4th floor, requiring guests ( e.g. myself ) on higher floors to use the stairs. As I was traveling with three heavy pieces of luggage, climbing the remaining flight of stairs was physically difficult and inconvenient. It would be helpful if the hotel could offer luggage assistance at check-in and check-out for guests staying on these floors. Laundry Facilities: There is currently only one washing machine available for the entire building. As guests did not know each other, This created unpredictable wait times and queuing just to do a basic load of laundry. I highly recommend installing additional washing machines to better accommodate the number of guests in the building.

Everything was neat clean and tidy. We were able to drop the bags earlier and slept comfortably with the aircon.

Very well located, extremely clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and getting into the property was very easy. Communication was great! It was beautifully decorated and the shower was amazing. The shower gel and cream smelled great too!

The only thing we didn't like much was the bed in the second bedroom, as the mattress was a little too soft. But it would be for children to sleep there - we were just a little heavier!

Seamless checkin, no keys to manage just a pincode, wonderful location, very quiet given the location too. AC and a nice space to relax, and rooms were big enough. Nothing to fault really, was a lovely stay. Decent table to work from and good quality Wi-Fi.

The only two nitpicks are that the walls seemed a bit thin, and that I don't think AC was in the bedroom, but as it was a one-bedroom flat the door could be opened and you still get a nice temperature.

The accommodation was lovely

The people next door (also staying in the apartment) was playing music very loud till around 4am. My girlfriend is a light sleeper therefore got no sleep all night and it ruined our anniversary day as she we was too tired.

Place is well furnished and centrally located but there are no locks on the insides of the door and access is by PIN keypads so you have no idea who has access to the place. I pushed a table up against the door but I did not feel safe.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah an der U-Bahn Im Umkreis von 500 m gibt es eine Menge Esslokal und einige sehr schöne Pubs mit Lokals. Sonst ist die Lage sehr zentral. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

The flat was very clean and had modern and updated improvements. The air conditioning was also a bonus as the temperature during our stay was very hot. Also very convenient located 3 minute walk away from Farringdon Station. The bed was comfortable. Lastly always received quick responses to our questions and concerns.

The bedroom was small and the kitchen did not have an oven.

Superb small studio apartment, perfect for our 3 night stay. Well appointed, beautifully presented, really comfortable, quiet and huge by London standards. Great bed, nice little kitchen and all round just a great bolt hole away from the madding crowd of the capital. Farringdon tube 2 mins walk. Will be back.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was good and very pleasant. We also appreciated the option to store our luggage before check-in, which was very helpful. Overall, we had a good experience and we recommend this place.

L'emplacement est vraiment top, à 2 minute d'un arrêt de métro et sur la ligne Elisabeth (donc directe depuis l'aéroport d'Heathrow) Interlocuteurs très réactifs et sympas. Appartement vraiment propre.

Notre appartement se trouvant au sous-sol, il n'y avait pas de fenêtre, ce détail devrait être mis plus en évidence sur l'annonce. De ce fait la ventilation-clim' qui tourne sans arrêt pourrait être un peu gênante pour les personnes sensibles au bruit. Les bruits provenant des autres appartements (particulièrement les portes se fermant fort) résonnent dans tout le bâtiment, un peu gênant au milieu de la nuit.

Farringdon駅から近く、ヒースロー空港・ガドウィック空港どちらにもアクセスしやすく便利な立地です。建物は新しく全体的に清潔感があり、水回りもきれいでした（タオル掛けが洗面から遠いけど）。1階に無料で使えるランドリーがあるのも助かりました。無人の施設ですが、チェックイン前に入室に必要なコードがメッセージで送られてきて、案内も丁寧でレスポンスも早く、安心して利用できました。

ベッドはかなり硬めで、好みによっては寝心地が悪いと感じるかもしれません。また、ランドリーは洗濯機・乾燥機が各1台のみのため、タイミングによっては待つ可能性があります。

I travel A LOT for work in this area. I only spent one night there, and I woke up with the WORST, itchiest rash I have ever had. I don't know if it was bedbugs or the cleaning products they use on the sheets, but I imagine it was bedbugs, since I haven't been allergic to any other hotel before (I stay in central London one week per month, and this has never happened). They would not give me a refund or even a discount. The photos are terrifying, so I won't post them here. Stay away!!

Foi minha segunda vez em Londres e fizemos questão de ficar no mesmo lugar novamente. Localização ótima, instalações sensacionais, custo benefício ótimo. O anfitrião foi muito solícito e sempre ajudou em tudo, comunicação sempre limpa e aberta.

I had an excellent stay at Cleveland Residences Farringdon. The location was extremely convenient for me, just a few doors down from my office. The apartment was clean, comfortable and a very good option for working in the city for a few days. The kitchenette, double bedroom and small lounge area made it feel more practical and spacious than a standard hotel room.

There is no café on site, so breakfast is not included. This was not a major issue for me, but it is useful to know if you prefer having breakfast available at the property.

Very easy access to everything. Was super clean. Access to the building was easy. Super close to the train station.

Was down a dark street

Appartamento pulitissimo con ogni confort. Divano letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Lo staff a disposizione via whatsapp è stato molto presente e veramente efficiente. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli in deposito gratuitamente fino alle 14.30. La struttura è a due passi dalla metro Farringdon comodissima sia per Heathrow che per Luton Airport. Tornerò sicuramente.

Apartamento muito funcional e bem localizado (ao lado da estação Farringdon). Checkin e checkout muito tranquilo. Ponto alto: internet muito rápida (mais de 300M), permitindo meu trabalho remoto perfeitamente.

Se fosse tentar achar algum ponto de melhoria, talvez fosse a cama.

Un apartamento muy bien ubicado a una calle de la estación de Farringdon. Súper limpio, de los apartamentos mejor cuidados que he estado, con mecanismos modernos. Ubicación tranquila y segura. La atención del personal rápida y muy amable. Repetiríamos sin duda alguna.
