The hotel was quiet and clean. The hotel has good transport links to the city centre and Wembley. Buses run frequently from both entrances, and the nearest underground station is about 600 metres away.

The bed took up a bit too much space, making it difficult to get past. The room gets really hot in warm weather, but a fan helped make it a bit more comfortable.

The receptionists were very good at their jobs. Welcoming customers with smiles and always ready to attend to the customers' requests.

Too much crammed into small rooms - one had to sit on the bed as the other moved around - too hot despite an AC control panel, when questioned with the front desk I was informed there was no AC in the rooms - probably the worst sleep I've had staying away from home. No instructions on cooker oven and figured this out by trial and error - bathroom, not enough room to swing a cat !!!!

Good location, lovely clean apartment. Comfy bed, had everything we needed. Nice outdoor area and lots of other areas but we didnt use.

Very close to the tube which was nice, outside looked clean. They area around looked nice and friendly. Staff was friendly upon arrival.

I understand that there’s no air conditioning but one night it was 33 inside our room, the fan did nothing and it always felt like the heating was on inside the stairwell/ hall way.The shower had no seal, could see it was an existing problem from the state of the lower wall.

The territory is very green and clean! The building is new and the shared space is available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bus stop is 3 min from the hotel and the metro station is 10 min by walk.

There is NO CONDITIONING at all. In the room it was hotter than outside. The portable fan was in the room, but it didn’t help at all. And we wasn’t there in the heatwave!!! There is no dining table, but there is a kitchen, where is the logic? The room is extremely small. We stayed for 10 days and there were no cleaning and they didn’t even changed the towels. But considering the prices for staying in London, this option is manageable.

The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The common areas for reading, working and relaxing are a real plus, especially for people travelling for work. The fridge, stove and shower all worked fine.

The room heat was the biggest problem: during the July heat wave we woke up every day to 31–33°C inside the room – hotter than outside. Two fans were provided but were not enough, making sleep very uncomfortable. This is likely only a summer issue, as there is central heating for winter, but in hot weather it is a serious problem. Cleanliness also fell short: dirty/dusty floor, a considerable and very visible amount of dust around the heating pipes below the TV, fat/oil marks not properly cleaned on the stove, a water boiler that released particles into the water after a few uses, and small bits of cotton inside the bedsheets. There was no housekeeping, towel or linen change during our 4-night stay. Cleaning must be requested as an extra service, but the only mention of this is a brief reference to “mid-stay cleans” inside a link of additional services in the pre-arrival message – very easy to miss – and there is no note in the room or bathroom explaining it, so we only found out at the end of the stay. The bed is a wall-mounted type fixed in place (headboard attached to the wall, single iron bar at the foot) and feels flimsy – every time you sit on it, it seems about to break. The curtains do not block the morning sun, the WiFi only reached half of the room, and the room is cramped, with little space to move around. The lighting is quite poor for applying make-up. The entrance gate is very heavy – difficult for older or less strong guests. At check-out, housekeeping was knocking on our door before the check-out hour, which felt unnecessarily pressuring..

Nema klime u sobi. I neda se otvoriti prozor u sobi. Za vrijeme cijelog boravka temperatura sobe se nije spustala ispod 32 stupnja.

The room was too hot and I messaged about it several times. Someone came to have a look but couldn’t do anything about it. The room was 27 degrees at night time. We had the windows open but it made little difference.

Rooms are very small with a lot of conveniences (kitchenette with fridge and stove, closets, bathroom) packed into a space so there is no room for any tables or even chairs. But the small space combined with the lack of air conditioning makes the rooms surprisingly hot with no air circulation even when it’s cool outside. We were glad we stayed in early May. In the summer time I expect the rooms would be stuffy and unbearable.

It’s clean and the garden is nice

The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were responsive on WhatsApp, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. We were asked to complete an online check-in and upload our IDs before arrival, but still had to wait around 30 minutes at reception. This made the online process feel pointless. The TV in our room was not connected to any network for the entire stay. We reported it, but the issue was never resolved — a receptionist was sent, but they didn’t seem able to fix it. There was also a constant disturbing noise coming from the door monitor. We requested a room change, but were told there was no availability, even though booking platforms were showing otherwise, which was frustrating. In the end, we had to check out earlier than planned. While communication was there, it felt like issues were acknowledged but not actually resolved. Overall, not what I would expect from a 8.5 booking rating .

No room service. No proper kitchenettes. The tv remote wasn’t working. There was no receptionist at checkin, we waited for long. There was no microwave anywhere on the property. The Theatre wasn’t working.

Bien équipe, pratique, proche des transports

Le gros problème dans cet établissement et la taille des rideaux qui ne sont pas occultant et qui sont bien trop petit pour la fenêtre qui est donc d’une part, laisse passer toute la lumière et d’autre part, ne nous cache pas des Voisins (dérangeant dans la salle de bain)

El apartamento calidad-precio es una maravilla. Es pequeño pero está muy bien organizado y tiene de todo. Una experiencia para repetir y recomendar sin dudarlo. La atención del personal es muy buena.

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita, dotata di spazi comuni molto confortevoli, sia internamente all’edificio sia nel giardino. Due delle sale al piano terreno sono dotate di camino che rendono l’atmosfera molto piacevole. La camera, nello spazio a disposizione, è dotata di tutto il necessario, cucina attrezzata compresa. Staff gentilissimo e pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi. Metropolitana e mezzi di superficie molto comodi che consentono di arrivare facilmente nelle zone centrali della città. La struttura ha due ingressi, su due strade parallele, che facilitano l’accesso ai mezzi pubblici.

Ho dormito in una stanza molto bella e confortevole ma credo che fosse con accesso facilitato perché la doccia walk-in (enorme) non aveva il vetro para schizzi e il lavandino era molto basso. Avrei preferito un bagno standard

Extra small room and not very clean.

Staff were extremely helpful and the building was very secure. The inside is immaculate and the external gardens surrounding the building were lovely. Bed was comfy and shower was very good and we didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms. Kitchen with fridge and freezer was a nice bonus although we didn't use it

The lightweight cream curtains didn't cover the entire window so there was a gap at the edges that let the light in early in the morning, which in itself wasn't great, however added to this was a security floodlight (possibly from an adjoining property) that kept activating during the night and shining into the window so I woke on several occasions each night due to that. The top of the pull out kitchen cooker fan hadn't been cleaned There was also some slight disturbance from the entrance door to the floor level next to our room occasionally as it closed

Staff were awesome and facilities good

The rooms are not air-conditioned, they have a standing fan but with a very cramped room its always in the way. The room width is so tight that getting around the bed is almost impossible.

Overall it was okay since the stay was short.

However, the space is very very compact and there is no space to even go on the other side of the bed. We understand the space constraints but at least 0.5 meter space around the bed is useful to go on the other side and near the windows. It is so compact that sometimes it becomes suffocating as there is no AC nor heating. Secondly, there is no board outside the gate on Willesden Lane about the property and most cabs had difficulty in finding it.

Our hostess Queeny was excellent and went out of her way to help us thank you

Heel klein 1 redelijk smal 2 persoons bed. Met een vriendin slapen was net iets te weinig personal space. Geen bank ofzo. Je kunt dus alleen op je bed liggen.

Veldig fint hotell. Veldig fint fellesareal og hage, med god stemning. Og veldig stille og rolig i uken hvertfall når vi var der. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personal. Men en del trekker ned. Sluket på badet var tett når vi kom, så det ble vann over hele gulvet. De fikset det raskt med avløpsåpner. Men da jeg spurte om noen kunne vaske der sa de at det eventuelt kunne vaskes neste morgen. Så da måtte vi vaske det selv for det var jo vått over hele badet. Og da så vi jo hvor skittent der egentlig var. (Se bilde av en håndduk vi tørket opp med.) og det var støvete og skittent ellers også. Men rent sengetøy. Badet var veldig rart innredet, eller mangel på innredning. Ingen skille mellom dusj og resten. Og dårlige blandebatterier. Veldig smal seng, men ganske god å ligge i. Praktisk med en liten kjøkkenkrok. Men ingen knagger eller noe til å henge klær eller håndduker på. Dyr kaffe om morgenen, og ingen kaffemaskin på rommet. Men et forholdsvis rimelig hotell. Det positive veier nok opp for det negative her. Så hadde antagelig bodd der igjen.

The studios are really nice and the included kitchen is fantastic. The overall vibe of the hotel is amazing aswell. The location is great and close to the tubes to central London or Wembley.

WiFi was terrible and we had no mobile service in our room as well. We had to open de windows in order to get some service. Also you have to pay extra for clean towels/ bedding etc. We expected that at least this would be included in the price as other hotels (even budget hotels like ibis etc) do this aswell.

Por algún motivo nos dieron una habitación con baño para discapacitados, con ducha abierta. Todo el baño se inundaba y se filtraba agua al resto de la habitación, una asquerosidad.

Een mooi appartement, niet te ver weg van de stad. Lekker rustig.

Het was ontzettend warm in de kamers, er waren ventilatoren neergezet om get wat af te laten koelen. Dat hielp wel wat en maakte het dragelijk. Ondanks dat zou ik toch weer boeken.

Luna was very helpful with any questions I had and Queen was very friendly with a smile when she took care of any questions I had as well after meeting with her. It’s a well run poperty!

Rooms don’t have AC.

Hotel molto sistemato e pulito, la camera non era molto spaziosa ma è per via del fatto che aveva tutto tra bagno, cucina, letto con TV molto grande. In camera c'è anche un ferro da stiro, un asciugacapelli, ogni tipo di bagnoschiuma/shampoo. La posizione non è centrale, si raggiunge il centro in circa 25 minuti massimo tra 10 minuti a piedi e 15 di metro.

Aria condizionata non presente.

Small rooms and not designed for two people to be in room doing anything at the same time! Clean modern nice and beautiful but small and really inconvenient

Clean, own kitchen, well deisgned space, although small. Clothes steamer, hairdryer, well-equipped.

No climate control - the room remained at 30 celsius in July, unacceptable. The provided fan was not enough. The check-in process on their website is long and frustrating. The hotel name different in booking vs building, so we got lost.

the room was very small and cozy. the hotel has a library, outdoor space, monopoly and a pool table which was so nice to use during the days we wanted to stay in but didn’t want to be cooped up in the room.

the room got uncomfortably hot. our room was sitting at 28°+ most of the two weeks. i also don’t like how we were only provided one towel for a two week stay, and had to pay for a mid stay clean which we needed but did not want to pay unfortunately due to the inflation.
