I had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The apartment was well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had all the essential utensils needed for a comfortable stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The only downside was that on the first night we were assigned Apartment 101, which was not suitable. It overlooked the street and the car parking area, making it quite noisy. We were unable to open the windows or curtains due to the lack of privacy. Fortunately, the staff kindly moved us to a much better apartment on the second day, which we appreciated. Another issue was that the beds were smaller than expected and did not match the description provided at the time of booking.

It was clean and tidy and in a good position for what we were doing.

The WiFi did not work…it took ages to connect to the TV to cast, then it would be slow and sluggish once you were on and it would suddenly stop as the TV could no longer be detected despite following ten instructions (QR code) and having full WiFi from my own provider. On top of that the grill function in the oven did not work…despite being told that maintenance had came and fixed both issues while we were out on our first day. These issues remained unresolved. The draw with the knifes and forks is under the oven…which we failed to find on the first night…when we approached the reception, they noted it was in an odd place and one people struggle to find…it would have been nice had we been told this upon checking in…especially if it is a known issue. Other than that the apartment was nicely appointed and comfortable.

Location was excellent and only short walk from city centre and other attractions. Accommodation was spacious and clean - would certainly recommend and will use again 10/10 👍

The 2 bedroom apartment was well equipped and spacious for two couples. The apartment was clean, quality bed linen and towels. Lovely toiletries provided. The kitchen had everything you need, coffee and tea provided with complimentary water and popcorn being a nice touch. Wifi good , tv , Netflix etc . Efficient checkin, and great to be able to reserve onsite parking. Staff were always available and polite.

1. Very bad drain odour- Unfortunately our stay was marred by a really bad drain odour coming from the kitchen sink and also one of the bathrooms. This was reported in day 1, the maintenance man fixed a small leak under the sink and the cleaner put some bleach down but this did not resolve the issue. We requested to move but there was nothing available. We suspect this is not a one off there seems to be a problem with the drains. Whilst the staff were always polite they were unable to resolve this. It meant we did not eat in at all, and spent little time in the apartment, the smell was too off putting. This was extremely disappointing as we could have had a two rooms in a hotel for the same money but opted for the suites so we could cook ourselves. 2. Our apartment was on the first floor facing into Grove road. This is a very noisy road - not from traffic but from people at 3am - 6am most mornings and also service vans and refuge vans as there seems to be hostels and other hotels around.

El cuarto de baño no tenía enchufe para el secador de pelo con toma inglesa solo disponía de toma europea para afeitadora y los secadores del hotel eran toma británica . El suelo laminado crujía en exceso.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was spacious, incredibly clean, and very comfortable. On our first day, the staff member who welcomed us was extremely polite and helpful—she personally took me to the room to show me around and explain how everything works. Truly appreciated the warm hospitality!"

However, there were a couple of downsides. The wooden floors are very squeaky; they make a loud noise when walking, and we could also hear the footsteps from the apartment above us quite clearly. Additionally, it got very hot on one of the days, and there was no air conditioning in the apartment. Despite these points, we had a good stay overall

The apartment was well distributed and the living room was lovely. The kitchen was equipped and the beds were clean and comfortable

We had an apartment at ground floor level and the view was the car park, not exactly pleasant. The other remark is the pillows: they were far too high, it would have been better to have the option for medium size as well.

Bei unserer Parterre Wohnung standen zu allen Tages und Nachtzeiten Leute vor dem Schlafzimmer und haben sich sehr laut unterhalten! Wurden wach oder konnten nicht einschlafen! Zugang zu Haus müsste anders gelöst werden!

We had a studio and it was bigger than we imagined with a sofa and small dining table.

The one and only thing was the blind did not make the room really dark. A heavy curtain which could have been drawn over the blind would have stopped me waking up so early.

The apartment was bigger than expected and the beds we're amazing. Bigger than average It was really easy to walk to where we needed. No Aircon in the bedrooms but good windows that opened for breeze.

One bathroom between the three of us. 1st floor windows adjacent to extreme busy for traffic which meant we could not leave our windows open. Very tight rooms with no space for suitcases. Hot rooms. People standing outside to smoke and make calls could be heard clearly from our rooms even with the windows shut.

El apartamento es cómodo y limpio, con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Hay que andar unos 20-25' para llegar al centro de la ciudad pero el barrio es tranquilo y se agradece. Estuvimos dos noches y súper bien.

Easy to find helpful staff

Impossibly small room

Spacious apartment, great amenities, very clean, nice little touches of tea and coffee, snacks and water.

The blinds in the bedrooms let quite a lot of light into the bedrooms. One bedroom faced the main road, and the other faced the lit driveway, and light from outside lighting came between the window edge and blind. Not a major issue but something to think about.

The property is located close to Haymarket station so is very easy to get to from the airport via tram or bus and is still walking distance to the city centre. The property was clean and was a good size for a week long stay without feeling claustrophobic and it has all the essentials you would need for a enjoyable stay. They also provided instructions for all appliances which was great.

I was given the option prior to check in, as a solo female traveller, to be given a higher up room however my room was on the first floor away from reception with a broken window which seemed odd as it was what was offered by the property. The inside of my room was visible from the car park and street. There were a few days I stayed at the property during the day and there was near constant drilling and maintenance which was quite annoying.

There was an awful musty smell in the reception and in the common areas (hallways etc) it smelled like chemical cleaning materials. There was no aircon or soundproofing so it was very stuffy, hot and noisy. The bedding had the wrong covers and all the pillows were very thick and hard. The floorboards creaked a lot. All this making for very uncomfortable nights

El personal encantador, nos atendieron muy bien en todo momento. A 15 minutos andando de la old town y bien comunicado con paradas de bus muy cercanas

Very nice people, great location, perfect place to stay if you want to have a kitchen and fully equipped apartment. Receptionists always there to help. We had a flight delay and they let us stay another night which helped us through the situation. There is a small cafe 2 doors down and a Tesco grocery just around the corner. Definitely a great place to stay.

Reception staff were somewhat rude, asked for different pillows as the pillows were massive and were not suitable to sleep on, was told no other options were available, for the price paid we expected a better offering of pillows and a quieter apartment plus less rude staff. Parking price was outrageous and needs to be addressed, the road noise next to the busy street and the main road going under the bridge was somewhat unbearable, could not open windows to cool the apartment and as such, very hot rooms, not a very good stay. Reception and parking is down the road from the apartment so juggling moving suitcases is needed and if we had known about the high road noise, rude staff and apartment location to parking we would have booked somewhere else. When asked on check out how was our stay, we provided this feedback and was given the same replies as before, therefore, if you choose to select this apartment be prepared, it is a shame as the apartment was nice but not worth the money paid.

Terrific apartment for our one-week stay in Edinburgh! The host company operates a number of apartments in the vicinity -- ours was set back from the street and so was very quiet, while also being a short walk to lots of restaurants and bars and to the Haymarket train station and other public transit. Having a round-the-clock "front desk" is a major plus -- check-in was easy and they were very responsive when we had a question. The beds and bedding were very comfortable! (I wish I had remembered to note the manufacturer of the bed pillows -- SO comfy!) Since we are both light sleepers but also tend to get up in the middle of the night, it was great to have a completely separate bedroom and living room, with two doors between them so one of us could be up watching TC or something without bothering the other. I really appreciated the info pamphlets with QR codes to help demonstrate how to use all the appliances. The washer worked great and the apartment was equipped with an excellent drying rack.

Oh, just a couple of nit-picky things. The living room door had a strong spring closure so it wouldn't stay open without having a chair holding it -- a doorstop would have been helpful. The kitchen (as is VERY typical for such rentals) was pretty sparsely equipped-- but the appliances worked well and there were lots of options for eating out.

Nice big apartment. Separate bedroom and nice bathroom, housekeeping not a 100%. Very good location. Close to old town and Edinburgh Castle. Also close to Timberbush Tours collection point, compony that you will most likely use for your day tours. Additionally train station at Haymarket is also walking distance from the apartment.

The mechanism closing the door between the kitchen and hall needs replacing, door slams closed super hard every time. Also door handle needs to be fixed, someone will get locked in…

We did have to rewash all the plates and cutlery before use because they all had a bad "wet dog" smell that you get from a dirty dishwasher. There was no sponge provided to clean dishes. May be resolved by running a dishwasher cleaner through the appliance occasionally. Other than this the apartment was spotless and perfect for our stay. I'm just nitpicking. A very enjoyable stay.

The location is good, I didn't use the public transport that much to be able to explore the city. The suite was lovely, a massive place! Plus it was convenient to do laundries, the washing machine and detergent are provided. I loved the huge windows at the living room! Couldn't access to the balcony, but probably it's better not to when it comes to safety. I had a great sleep during the stay, the bad was very comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they kindly topped up the toiletries and sugar.

There's no sponge for the dishes, there's a dishwasher though. The TV at the bedroom couldn't connect to wi-fi. Other than that I had a lovely time in Premier Suites!

Comfy bed, very clean and modern bathroom. I had been travelling in the UK for a few weeks and needed to do laundry. Being able to deal to it in the apartment rather than using up precious sightseeing time was great.

Bed was sinking, window in living room was coming out, temp inside was so high, only one fan which was not at all effective, no replacement of tea/ coffee. We had to go to their reception 200 MTRS away every time.

Location is great, property is very clean and well fitted. Very convenient parking

Some of the staff were very discourteous. E.g. the drier in the apartment does not work very efficiently. On Sunday morning I asked the gentleman at the reception why was that the case. He said I have to put two clothes at a time- odd. I then asked is there a place that offers launderette services as I have wet clothes. He replied - that’s what Google map is for. I know but I was hoping for more courtesy and empathy.

It was windy, and most of the windows and doors vibrated uncontrollably and made loud howling sounds that we couldn’t stop in room 417.

It is at walking distance from Edinburgh attractions and a good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. The apartment was clean and well maintained, the staff polite and friendly. Our apartment was in a different building at 200m from the hotel, so if you have a lot of luggage it’s a struggle. A self check in option would be helpful.

The bedroom is quite small and there is very little space for your luggage or to store your clothes if you stay longer, so you end up opening and closing your suitcase in the kitchen all the time and it’s not the best if you stay a few nights. The kitchen appliances are limited and cooking a proper meal can be a challenge.

It would be nice if you could choose a apartment with sofa bed, we were traveling with daughter and granddaughter. Plenty space for four people and more nice to be together. Also rather much noise from traffic, but I brought my earplugs like always🙂

We are not big on staying in cities when we travel but we started off this vacation with a conference in Edinburgh so small hotel rooms were most likely our only option. Not so with Premier Suites! The apartment was wonderfully roomy with an exceptionally large bathroom, great kitchen space, and living space to stretch out in. The location was wonderful, we could easily get to anything in the city, and we never even used the public transit system, just walked to everything. Once we were travelling outside the city and needed to hire a car, it was easy and not too expensive to reserve private parking.
