The district, in the evening and night not very safe to go outside. Not everything was working

It was perfectly adequate if you only need a place to sleep and location was very good

The rules were completely and utterly over the top with many pricey penalties if broken. This just makes you feel quite anxious when staying. Even though there is a telly and sky box non of it works. The apartment is far far far from plush. It is basic and functional at most!!! Also you have to give a large deposit for the apartment 2 weeks before your stay which they return 2 weeks after your stay. In the days of instant money transfers, this is clearly not needed and makes staying that much more expensive at the time of staying.

The property is nice but it was not cleaned properly. There are a lot of items left by the owner in the property like slippers, jackets etc. Also there is zero communication by the owner/manager of the property. Cannot make the TV work, have to figure out the washing machine, don't know where the bins are etc. The area appears unsafe expecialy at night.

Beware! This apartment is not "Plush", so I suggest changing the name of the listing. It's a dump! The walls and doors are dirty, a door handle is missing, there is dirty dishes in the cabinets, and mold in the shower etc. etc. Very very misleading and disappointing!
