The place was in a good location, clean, and good amenities. Breakfast was also great with very friendly staff! Would definitely stay again!

The bunks were a little tight especially if you were on the bottom.

Szuper lokáció, pont a piaccal a szemben a belvárosban. Tágas szoba, tágas fürdőszoba, hangulatos közös terek és terasz. A reggeli kínálat is korrekt és a személyzet nagyon segítőkész és kedves!

Très bien situé, avec un parking juste à côté si vous avez louer une voiture. Très propre, et calme. Petit bonus, le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Je recommande

Hostelli sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla lähellä keskustan nähtävyyksiä ja palveluja. Vastapäätä oli kauppahalli ja lähellä ilmaisia pysäköintialueita. Muutaman korttelin päässä sijaitsi erinomainen yksityinen autovuokraamo. Hostellin tiedotus toimi hyvin ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palveluhenkistä. Hostelli oli siisti ja hissillä pääsi ylempiin kerroksiin. Porukan huone oli rauhalllinen eikä yölläkään kuulunut pahemmin ääniä kadulta, vaikka siinä oli läpikulkuliikennettä. Tosin ikkunoita ei siitä syystä voinut pitää yöllä auki. Alavuoteisiin sai verhoilla yksityisyyttä, mutta yläsängystä ne puuttuivat. Kylpyhuone oli jaettu lukollisiin yksiköihin, joten suihkuun ja vessaan pääsi häiritsemättä toisten asiointia. Aamiainen oli riittävä. Keittiö oli erittäin siisti.

Ylävuoteissa saisi olla verhot kuten alemmissa sängyissä. Aamiasella kaipasin vihanneksia. Lukolliset lokerot ovat pieniä.. Niihin mahtuu vain pieni reppu. Matkalaukut joutuu pitämään lattialla.

The place was clean because we did your best to keep it clean. I never saw anyone cleaning it. For our 6-beds room they offered only 1 bathroom/toilet/shower.

All common areas are clean, friendly staff, a little kiosk downstairs, a souvenir shop, a market, free parking near the building. We booked a separate room, and it had plenty of space inside and a comfortable bed + air conditioner. Good breakfast included in the price!

The room looked clean overall, but if you're picky, you would notice dust in the AC, and the tile joints in the shower could use better cleaning, as could the shower head itself. Also, the facility has built-in dispensers with shower gel and shampoo (which is great!), but they feel like the cheapest on the market (and sometimes leak, so I found puddles of soap on the shower floor a few times)... I'd recommend using your own. Breakfasts were good enough, but no vegetables at all and just a little bowl of fruit. I would expect more of those, considering they have a big market within a 30-second walk from their building.

Friendly staff,clean room and very tasty breakfast with local products . I really enjoyed my stay.

The only negative for me would be that the bunk beds are very close to each other,so if you have the top bunk it feels like you are sharing the bed with someone.It would be nice to have some separation or a curtain for privacy.

La stanza era veramente grande molto bella anche il bagno e la doccia molto spaziosi. Struttura nuova vicinissima al centro giusto di fronte al mercato con un parcheggio al lato della struttura gratuito e dove abbiamo sempre trovato posto. La colazione di buona qualità è abbastanza varia

Bellissima struttura, ogni camera ha un balcone e ci sono 2 terrazze comuni. Bagni molto spaziosi. Ottima posizione centrale e con 2 parcheggi ampi vicini

Hotel bem situado, quarto acolhedor, staff muito simpático, prestável e responde rápido. Pequeno-almoço com variedade e com produtos nacionais dos Açores. A decoração é bonita, clean e moderna em todos os espaços comuns. Gostei dos sistemas automáticos, tornou tudo bem mais ágil. Rooftop tem uma paisagem incrível!

I'd put some posters with hostel rules for guests, regarding labelling the food, dishwashing, using AC in the rooms, etc. as otherwise hosts have extra work to do sometimes to maintain the place

Very well located, with cosy rooftop to enjoy sunset Just in front of the Mercado da Graça where you can find fresh fruits and great variety of local cheese and ham. It is walking distance from the port where the sightseeing companies have their boats and catamarans for sea safari, and many nice restaurants nearby specially A Tasca.

Everything was perfect

Nagyon jó helyen található , közel a központhoz, de csendes helyen. Egyéni kérésünket ( korai reggeli) is teljesítették! A közös konyha egész nap rendelkezésünkre állt, így kávét, teát és ivóvizet is kaptunk. A szobánkhoz privát fürdőszoba és kis terasz is tartozott mely egy csendes belső udvarra nézett. Ideális szállás Ponta Delgadaban, nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek!

Śniadanie było wystarczające. Bułeczki, masło, zawsze ta sama wędlina i te same 3 rodzaje serów. Oczywiście płatki, ziarenka, miód, dżem, masło orzechowe. Kawa, herbata czarna i zielona, kakao, mleko, sok. Owoce: banany, jabłka, brzoskwinie i śliwki. Potrzebowałam i dostałam codziennie bułkę bezglutenową. Hotel leży w centrum. Wszędzie było blisko. Śniadania można jeść nie tylko w jadalni na pierwszym piętrze, lub na tarasie ale i na dachu na 4 piętrze. Wieczorem też można było tam posiedzieć. Były 2 lodówki do dyspozycji gości. Na 4 piętrze i w jadalni. Tam też były dodatkowe toalety. kuchnia była bardzo dobrze wyposażona w sprzęt, naczynia, sztućce i co tylko potrzebne było, można było tam znależć.

Nie było informacji o ręcznikach na plażę. My korzystaliśmy z tych łazienkowych i potem były całe mokre. Ale chyba trzeba było się zwrócić o nie do personelu. Znajoma z góry tak zrobiła i dostała ciemny ręcznik.

Pequeno almoço muito bom e completo

Wij hadden de kamer op de bovenste verdieping, waar ook het dakterras, pantry( met koelkastje waar je gebruik van mag maken) en extra toilet was. Alles was super schoon, fris& modern gestyled en meerdere keren een wijntje gedronken op het dakterras. Ook de kamer was heel mooi en schoon met privé balkon met uitzicht op de stad en heuvels. Ontbijt was goed en in huiselijke sfeer.

Pequeño y renovado edificio justo delante del mercado de Sao Miguel. El personal encantador, el desayuno buenisimo y las habitaciones muy limpias y espaciosas. Hay una bonita terraza donde se ven las vistas del puerto y la ciudad. Sin duda recomiendo este pequeño hostel para visitar Sao Miguel!! Nosorros teníamos una habitación familiar con terraza y baño propio!!!

I had a fantastic stay at Sky PDL and will absolutely choose it again next time I'm in Ponta Delgada! The absolute highlight here is the staff—they are incredible. Both the gentleman who helped me check in and the lady who kindly called a taxi for me after checkout were exceptionally friendly, warm, and chatty. I stayed in a 6-bed dorm, which was clean, tidy, and came with its own ensuite bathroom and shower. The bed was quite spacious, though the top bunks don't have curtains, so privacy is a little limited. A huge bonus is that the building has an elevator—no dragging heavy suitcases up the stairs! Breakfast was nice and met all the basic needs, with coffee and juice available. The rooftop terrace is another gem—super comfortable and a perfect spot to just unwind and relax. Location-wise, it's excellent, only about a 5-minute walk to the marina. Highly recommended!

La ubicación inmejorable, en frente del mercado y con un parking público gratuito justo al lado. El desayuno estaba muy bueno, de muy buena calidad. la limpieza es cada 2 días pero lo dejan todo impecable. El cambio de toallas se puede hacer cuando se necesite. Disponen de toallas para las furnas.

El desayuno no se reponía con asiduidad, ya que si llegabas un poco tarde no había de todo lo que ofrecían.

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter la vieille ville. Un hôte très à l'écoute. Un espace aprtagé pour le petit déjeuner et éventuellement un lieu pour se préparer des repas. Très agréable séjour.

surprise qu'il n'y avait pas d'accueil en après-midi, mais j'ai constaté que nous avions toutes les informations nécessaires pour nous installer et bien débuter notre séjour.

Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Lage, super Frühstück, tolle Leute die dort arbeiten und auch tolle Gäste. Es war sehr familiär und man bekommt genug Handtücher, Seife und Shampoo wird auch zur Verfügung gestellt und es hat eine sehr schöne Wohnküche und Dachterrasse wo man verweilen kann. Das Bad hätte sauberer sein können, das lag aber an den Mitbewohnern und nicht am Personal. Personal war immer vor Ort und hat sich super herzlich und proaktiv um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Absolut empfehlenswert und ich freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt :)

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Hostel hatte ein super zentrale Lage.

Schönes kleines Hostel mit ein paar Einzelzimmern. Die Dachterasse, der Frühstücks- bzw. Aufenthaltsraum und alles weitere sind schön hell und sauber. Das Zimmer war super und trotz der direkten Lage vor der Markthalle ziemlich ruhig. Die Unterkunft liegt schön zentral in der Stadt, sodass man super los gehen kann um etwas zu essen usw. außerdem ist direkt neben dem Hotel ein Parkplatz. Das Personal war sehr nett.

The room was very comfortable & has a balcony too. Has a lot of space. The breakfast is good too. I really enjoyed my stay. I spent my birthday over there & they ( the owner) brings surprise gifts for me in my room. That was so nice & overwhelming.

The bed is not so comfortable & the sounds that you can hear from room like the lift door opening or the footsteps in the common area. We stayed in late January but I can’t imagine in the summer.

Probably the best hostel I've stayed at, everything was perfect. I went there for a week to do remote work + some exploring in the afternoons and im SO glad i decided to stay here. The facilities are great, super comfortable and beautifully decorated. Even the shared dorms offer a lot of comfort and privacy. Internet signal is great throughout the hostel so perfect if you need to work (and have many spaces where to do so). The staff is super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations on what to do, book a taxi or even pack you breakfast if you have an early tour. The included breakfast is amazing as well (different selection of breads, fresh orange juice, coffee, yogurt, fruits, what more can you ask for!). I was solo treavelling and was happy to meet many wonderful solo travelers during my stay as well so we eneded up doing a lot of things togegether. Thank you for making my stay in the island so lovely! Honestly can't recommend this place enough, would definitely stay here again when im back in Ponta Delgada.

Great location, even better staff! Above and beyond at every interaction.

Everything was perfect! From the check-in to the check-out! The location is great: just opposite the mercado da graça. That day, they sent me the codes to get in early. There's a lift. The bedroom was really nice, i had a bath and a hand towel, which I completely appreciated. You can also ask them to change towels, amazing. There was a bathroom in suite, with shower gel and shampoo. The water pressure and temperature were excellent. The bed was comfortable, with a personal light and socket, and curtains too. The hostel was clean and tidy. There is a beautiful kitchen/living room. Everything that you might need is there! Including coffee machine and cold water. I also liked the breakfast. Even if it was served the same breakfast everyday, the quality was top! And as it starts at 8, they can also help you with a breakfast box if you need. There is also a rooftop where you can have a view of the beautiful Ponta Delgada. One of the best hostels I've ever been to! Thank you for every detail. And thanks to the lady from reception who was very kind!!!
