Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone, die kurze Wege garantiert. Ein echtes Schmuckstück ist die kleine, grüne Oase, in der man wunderbar draußen frühstücken und in den Tag starten kann. Abgerundet wurde das Ganze durch das Personal, das uns jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Seite stand.

Ein solider Aufenthalt mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen im Detail. Bei der Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad gab es leichten Nachholbedarf, da bei Anreise noch vereinzelte Haare zu finden waren und die Reinigung währenddessen etwas oberflächlich blieb. Zudem wären bessere Trocknungsmöglichkeiten wünschenswert: Da lange Handtuchstangen fehlten, trockneten die Handtücher schlecht, und auch für Strandtücher gab es kaum geeignete Plätze zum Aufhängen.

Cute hotel and loved the nice glass of wine with cheese. Staff was friendly. Room was great.

We must have missed the small print. Parking was a block plus away and 13euro. Hotel was in a pedestrian only area.

Śniadania były w porządku i zapewniały podstawowy wybór produktów. Lokalizacja hotelu była dogodna, szczególnie do spacerów po okolicy i zwiedzania najbliższych atrakcji. Ogólnie pobyt spełnił oczekiwania.

Minusem był brak informacji przed przyjazdem, że do hotelu nie ma możliwości podjechania samochodem pod samo wejście. Ulica jest praktycznie wyłączona z ruchu, co utrudnia rozładunek bagaży i może być problematyczne dla osób przyjeżdżających po raz pierwszy. Warto, aby obiekt wyraźnie informował o tym gości przed przyjazdem.

The breakfast really stood out as excellent! Especially being able to order off a small menu in addition to the buffet. The staff was wonderful, giving us helpful advice on parking and even providing breakfast boxes for us on our extremely early departure day. We also enjoyed wonderful massages from Bianca at the spa. We loved the products in the bathroom so much we bought some to take home. Overall excellent!

The shower was a bit moldy and had a bit of a musty smell, we could see why as the ventilation was not great in a very small bathroom. We found that it was very hard to get our towels to completely dry. The hammam shower was also closed during our stay but we did still enjoy the pool.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. They pointed out all kinds of unique facets of the hotel - the works of art, the wonderful restaurant and bistro. The Location is so convenient to exploring Ponta Delgado - easy to get to and from the airport. I would highly recommend it - spa is amazing and the food was incredibly good.

10 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen, in einer Fussgängerzone zentral gelegen. Zimmer war klein, ruhig, sauber, Betten super bequem. Es gab zur Begrüßung Früchte und ein paar andere süße Snacks. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr lecker mit qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten. Leider hatte unser Flug erhebliche Verspätung, so dass wir erst nach Mitternacht ankamen und den Wellnessbereich nicht mehr nutzen konnten.

Der Garten ist nur sehr klein, so dass lediglich wenige Gäste dort frühstücken können.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The beauty of this hotel, the details, cleanliness, and staff. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the breakfast and spa were a plus. The location is central to all the restaurants and shopping in Ponta Delgado. We mentioned it was our anniversary and we were brought a bottle of champagne and desserts.

There was nothing we did not like. We were very satisfied with this hotel.

Personnel serviable et chaleureux, bel hôtel.

Le SPA / Wellness center n’était pas très propre, et il était aussi très bruyant le soir où nous y sommes allé. Les clients de l’hôtel avec enfants ne respectaient pas les règles de silence, et le personnel ne contrôlait pas qu’il soit respecté. C’était peut-être de la « malchance » de notre part mais c’était assez différent de l’image relaxante qu’on s’était faite de cet hôtel.

Great location in the pedestrian district and a stone throw from the harbor and a reasonably priced parking garage. The hotel is beautiful, great breakfast and staff were super nice.

The indoor pool/Spa is great but small and could do with a regular clean as there is often water everywhere on the floors which makes it a bit slippery

Comfortable and friendly environment! Beautiful space with clean facilities. The Staff of exceptional! Loved relaxing at their outdoor dining area the staff was very hospitable and the drinks and coffee were wonderful!

I guess there isn’t much of a spectacular view but we didn’t have a balcony room and not a deal breaker for us.

NINE DOTS was the definition of good hospitality. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were blow away by the complimentary snacks and services they offered us upon our arrival. The pool and wine/cheese tasting were especially enjoyable. The room was well decorated and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our robes and slippers. Having coffee and snacks available free of charge made our journey that much easier. The free airport shuttle was so helpful in easing the stress of a long travel day. The hotel is in a great location, very walkable. We really enjoyed all the little special moments and surprises for us during our stay, wish we would have stayed longer!

The room was very tight/small which made it a bit difficult to open our suitcases comfortably and the bathroom was a bit tight/dark which made it a little difficult for 2 people to get ready in.

Nous avons apprécié le design de l'hotel avec le magnifique spa vouté. Le restaurant et/ou le bar offre de très bon repas. Le petit déjeuner aussi est très complet et pour tous les goûts.

Le champignon qui a poussé à l'entrée de la douche ainsi que le cafard dans la chambre des enfants. Le ménage n'était pas fait tous les jours dans les chambres.

We were big fans of the location, it is centrally located within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants and bars. Customer service and attention to detail was what we really appreciated!

Over three days the property never serviced my room (as advertised). No coffee, no tea, no clean cups, no turn down service. I requested this over 8x, the staff reacted rudely, and curtly informed me that new check-ins would be prioritized.

The best hotel we stayed in Sao Miguel - the location is perfect, the staff is very nice, and the restaurant is great too! We also enjoyed the spa area which was perfect after a long day of walking around!

Der Pool könnte wärmer sein, hat „nur“ 29 Grad.

Location, breakfast and all the little details

Nine Dots is a great hotel - the staff are super friendly and helpful and even brought us a complimentary bottle of fizz for our anniversary. The breakfast was delicious, we got a complimentary cheese and wine tasting on arrival and loved the spa. I also really liked how they'd utilised local craftsmanship and organisations to decorate the hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Allt på hotellet var mycket genomtänkt, från den minsta lilla sak till större. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som bland annat introducerade hotellet, rummet och faciliteterna. Bra läge i Ponta Delgada centrum och ändå lugnt. Faktiskt ett av de bästa hotellen vi upplevt som passade oss mycket bra för vår vistelse.

Buena localización y desayuno muy completo. El personal muy amable, sin quejas.

La luminosidad del lavabo especialmente era muy limitada, necesitan poner más luces. El parking no estaba en el mismo edificio al ser calle peatonal, había que caminar 5 minutos y tenía un coste de 20€/noche. Si vais por el area wellness no sería mi opción escogida, y que el agua de la piscina no estaba demasiado caliente y solo tenía un baño de vapor como extra.

This hotel was TOP NOTCH from check in to check out. The staff was incredible. Everyone at the front desk was polite and personable, and we loved the quality of service. The breakfast was unbelievably delicious. It was a high point of the trip, in fact. The restaurant on the property (ETC. Osteria) is also wonderful. We absolutely loved the pool and spa area, the beautiful terrace, the art throughout the rooms and halls, and the clean, comfortable rooms and beds. If you are looking for a QUIET hotel with 5 star service and location, this is your spot! I will absolutely be coming back to stay here again. I'm already daydreaming about it!
