A goodwill basket with bread marmalade and milk
Roomy and comfortable beds. Handy convenience store just across the road. Secure parking right out front. Nice view from the windows.
It was clean but the floors hadn’t been rinsed so they were sticky and that meant they were very dirty by the end of the stay. There were only 2 dishwashing tablets for a 3 night stay?
The decor and finish of the property was lovely. Ground floor was a great location for my elderly parents

Very comfortable
It was clean and felt homie 😌
Very clean and fresh
Location was great for what we needed
Paying for parking on top of the property price and £150 deposit which is not returned for 10 days (why not on day of checkout?) Should be a key deposit at the property rather than having to go back to drop them off at other hotel.
Very clean, spacious and modern luxury apartment . Well equipped to cook / wine glasses / champagne glasses etc . Small shower gel and shampoo . Washing up liquid / cloth and tea towel all supplied . Also a hairdryer . Lovely big white fluffy towels and very comfortable beds . Powerful hot showers . Great views of the cricket ground on a massive terrace which wraps around and so gets sun at different times of the day . Lovely big windows to look out . Managed to sit outside with a glass of wine and sheltered from the wind even though it’s November ! Walk around admiralty gardens which is just in front . Walked to mayflower marina and also royal William yard and Plymouth hoe and balcony . The small Tesco is so convenient to get supplies and is just next to the apartment . Love Plymouth which I have visited many times and loved this apartment

Lovely property
Breakfast not available. .
Just a short note to add details of finding the entrance to the apartments. Giving the Address as "Mount Wise Crescent was misleading as there were no notes to say "the entrance is immediately left on entering the Crescent. We searched for at least 20 mins trying to locate No. 19. Eventually found the drive immediately left at the the two entrance columns, before reaching Tesco Express,. Not obvious when entering quickly from the busy road
It was immaculate! So comfortable. Like a home away from home. Just fabulous!
Was a little expensive for what I normally book but it stood up to its price.
Large, comfortable apartment. Good location, quiet at night
5 emails all relating to key pick including 3 different addresses. This is just confusing and doesn't provide confidence. No ring back, or message back on my request for clarification on key pickup point. Too many emails.

Lovely decor, ideal for our party of 5! Great veranda and view of the cricket field. A little out of town, but we like walking so worked well for us.
Everything worked well for us! Only slight irritations were the change in code that we weren’t notified of so couldn’t access the barrier or building and the kitchen bin was dirty!
Clean bright and comfortable
Hard to find where to pick up keys but once found all good

Modern, spacious, stylish, overlooking a cricket pitch. Lovely setting

Well appointed apartment felt like a home from home.
Had problems accessing the apartment as the entry code we were given had been changed the previous week, so we were unable to open communal door of the apartment block.
Brand new luxury apartment with amazing outside terrace for Al Fresco dining / drinks. It was a beautiful weekend and we overlooked the cricket pitch and watched Plymouth play a match. Plenty of space and light and airy 3 bedrooms and lounge area. Comfortable beds. Next to Tesco express to get food and fully equipped modern kitchen . Location was quiet - opposite Admiralty House (Winston Churchills old residence) and to the left are beautiful gardens to relax and walk dog / benches to enjoy the sun; to the right walk to the sea / harbour and there are three free lido / outside swimming pools and Mayflower Marina and a really nice restaurant called Jolly Jacks where we enjoyed a meal. Short walk also to The Royal William Yard where there are plenty of bars / restaurants, one of my favourite places in Plymouth. It's a mile walk to The Hoe and Barbican.
Had to collect key from The Crescent which is a short drive away (we knew this as we had previously booked other places with Pure Serviced). Its slightly inconvenient but you know they are reliable and their places are always spotlessly clean with toiletries / tea / coffee/ sugar / milk and big fluffy towels - 2 each and lovely big white duvets. Also needed to pay a damage deposit but again we had done this several times before and no problem getting the money back.
Checked in to this apartment after a hassle free key collection from a city centre location. This apartment is clearly brand new and the owners have gone to great lengths to make you feel well at home. The stand out feature for me was the massive terrace which must be about half the size of the apartment. We sadly didn't have the weather to sit outside in the evening but with the rattan garden furniture and outdoor dining set that is provided I can't wait to come back on a summer's evening to sit outside and watch over the cricket ground. The location is excellent, I travelled for work but knowing the area well, this apartment is minutes away from the city centre, Dockyard, Princess Yachts etc. Similarly for those visiting for pleasure there is Royal William Yard, Mount Wise and Richmond Walk all within walking distance and the city centre being around a 5 minute drive. It was also really useful to have a Tesco Express which is open until 11pm at the end of the street. The apartment was beautifully appointed with brand new high quality fixtures and fittings, luxury bedding and towels, really comfortable mattress and powerful showers. High speed Virgin Media internet was also welcome so I didn't have to deal with any buffering.
I can't fault it!
