La gentilezza della staff che ci ha offferto di usare gratuitamente le nostre camere anche nel pomeriggio mentre aspettavamo il nostro volo che era di notte. L'hotel ha alcuni dettagli eleganti (ad es. Ascensore) che suggeriscono che fosse bello in anni passati... Oggi, purtroppo, sembra un po' lasciato andare

La colazione di fatto non esiste: ci sono solo dei termos di caffè sui tavoli e...forse,ti cucinerebbero qualcosa. Di fatto la sala era vuota e un po squallida e quindi, pur avendo la colazione inclusa, siamo andati all esterno dell hotel a farla.

Sa situation dans le centre qui permet des déplacements à pied. Le balcon avec vue sur une rue animée.

Le petit déjeuner un peu léger, ajouter du jus de fruits et des pancakes.

It located in good location and lot of good restaurants and cafe are nearby. The staffs are also very helpful and hospitality and adjusted and offer for early check in and late check.

Room & Housekeeping: The room itself was comfortable. The bathroom, bed, and floor were kept clean throughout our stay. However, the table was not cleaned daily, and dust accumulated there. Interestingly, the same lady who cooked breakfast also handled housekeeping duties, and she did a good job overall with cleanliness. Breakfast: Breakfast was à la carte. When we arrived at the breakfast area and placed our order, the lady started cooking immediately. While this ensured freshness, the breakfast itself was not very satisfying for me. I felt the options and taste could be improved. Front Office Staff: The front office staff smiled and were pleasant only during check-in and check-out. On other days, their attitude was less welcoming, with an unpleasant expression and no interaction, which made the experience less warm.

Estaba muy bien ubicado y nos dejó hacer un check out bastante más tarde por un extra. El personal amable. Nos cambiaron las toallas el último día y creo que fue por el extra que pagamos

The location is excellent. Most that we did was at walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and staff is good. A little less was the choice in breakfast options

The cleanliness of the family suite room was very bad. There was dust everywhere. The housekeeper comes to clean eveyday but dont know what they clean. Even complained it to the staff. Food is also served limited. The staff’s behaviour and the location is good. Its just at the middle of old quarter town. Train street, xuan dong market, hang dao night market and hoan keim lake are nearby at a walking distance.

Huoneessa oli ikkuna, mutta siitä näkyi vain varaston katto ja seinää. WC oli puhdas, mutta kulahtanut ja pideeletku tiputti vettä lattialle, kastellen mm pöntön edustan.

Only the location was in the heart of the market place.

1. Room and bathroom size were small 2. Spiders and Mosquitoes were in the room 3. Vegetarian food options were not available in the breakfast 4. Staff were not polite, both at the reception and the breakfast hall. Seems they were also short staffed as the receptionist was only handling the buffet in the morning. 5. AC was not working fine

Very clean. Great location. I’d say very good for the price. As a solo female traveller it was really fine. Hotel stuff were friendly and everything was in order. Good food places and markets around. Also close to train street.

Mabe breakfast was not the best, but for the price it was okay. Good views from the breakfast floor.

Le gérant nous a forcé a payer une seconde fois la reservation soit disant qu il n avait pas eu le paiement de ebooking malgré qu on lui ait montré la validation du paiement. Pris par le temps par une excursion et malgre negociation en vain, nous avons du payer... a fuir

We stayed here very last minute (literally booked just a couple of minutes before checking in) after another booking didn’t work out, so we really appreciated how accommodating and welcoming the staff were on such short notice. Everyone we interacted with was kind, friendly, and helpful, which made a great first impression. The location is definitely a strong point, it’s very central and convenient, close to everything you’d want to explore. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the pho ga, and the view from the 7th floor added a nice touch to the mornings. The room itself was clean and fairly average in size not particularly spacious, but not too small either. We did end up with a room without a window, which was our own oversight as we booked in a rush, so something to double-check when booking. The bathroom, however, could use some improvement as the walls didn’t feel as clean as they should be. Overall, it’s a decent stay with great staff and a perfect location, but with some areas that could be improved.

Nejhorší poměr cena/kvalita za 2 týdny ve Vietnamu. Velmi staré vybavení. Mohlo by být uklizeno lépe.

La localisation

La salle de bain n’était pas propre, avec des cheveux dans la douche et sur les murs de l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas de fenêtre dans notre chambre ce qui était oppressant. Pour 60€ la nuit, nous avons trouvé cela très cher en rapport aux prix exercé dans les autres hôtel.

L'emplacement est bien. Le personnel est aux petits soins. La chambre était agréable mais la fenêtre donnait sur une cour. De fait, c'était très calme.

Breakfast was minimal

The hotel is in a very central location, with plenty of great food options nearby. The shower was clean and worked very well. We stayed in the lobby while waiting for our afternoon flight, and my mom was very tired and fell asleep on the sofa. The staff noticed this and kindly offered her a room to rest for an hour since they had one available. The staff were very nice, thoughtful, and attentive. 😊

I liked the design of the lobby and breakfast place. I enjoyed breakfast a lot.

Our room for 3 pax is big enough for us and the bathroom is big.

I forgot that breakfast is included and nobody told us about it at the reception.

Elevator is nice, room is tidy and air conditioner work wells.

We stayed for 3 nights. It was close to everything. The room was clean. Our room did not have any window, which we did not notice when we booked it. Considering the price, we thought it was ok, but the noise from the aircon in the next door or our room was too disturbing & we also could hear everything in the next door & in the hall or load noise after each time flushing the toilet water. The noise was loud especially in the bathroom, where we also can smell cigarette smoke from upstairs/downstairs room. The hot water usually finished in 3-5 minutes after having a shower.
