Elene Phu Quoc

Очень приятные и отзывчивые хозяева, встретили в аэропорту и бесплатно привезли в отель. Уборка номеров производилась через день, замена полотенец, туалетные принадлежности своевременно пополнялись. В номерах белые постель и полотенца, спать и пользоваться было одно удовольствие. Пляжные полотенца синие, выдаются ежедневно, что также очень удобно и приятно (в некоторых отелях поблизости используют цветное белье из синтетики и для пляжа предлагают использовать одни и те же полотенца из номера). Немного далековато от бассейна, но зато тихо и спокойно. Отель также предоставляет услуги по стирке вещей от 100 до 150 тыс. VND в зависимости от объема.

В описании один из номеров предлагался вместе с террасой, мы его забронировали. Однако терраса оказалась местом общего пользования, находится на 5 этаже и в принципе во многих подобных отелях в округе свободна для посещения всеми гостями (сушка купальных принадлежностей, полотенец и пр.) и не принадлежит конкретному номеру, поэтому позиционировать ее как опция номера не верно. Как опция отеля - да, крутая вещь, учитывая, что балкона в обоих номерах, что мы забронировали не было. Еще одна вещь, которая для отеля была бы полезна - предоставить возможность бесплатно пользоваться стиральной машиной гостям, как это практикуется в некоторых соседних отелях, тем более, что имеется обычная бытовая стиральная машинка, которой все умеют пользоваться - точно Пишу как есть, чтобы было максимально понятно и полезно. Независимо от нюансов, все равно ставлю максимальную оценку, поскольку все было замечательно, желаю процветания этому месту!

Die Lage ist absolut top. Die Besitzer sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend, haben uns bei allem unterstützt, beraten und sogar Late-Check-Out ohne Nachzahlung genehmigt. Die Kommunikation erfolgt über Handy (Google-Translate) ist aber gar kein Problem. Alle zwei Tage wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher getauscht, alles in einem ein Top-Service und sehr kostengünstig. Lage ist Zentral und nur zwei Minuten Fußweg zum großen Pool, zum Strand 5-7 Minuten. Night-Market auch so 3-5 Minuten entfernt. Mietfahrräder und -Scooter in direkter Umgebung, sehr günstig. Sehr empfehlenswert. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Frühstück wird leider nicht angeboten.

Blízkosti bazen, kúsok more aj reštaurácie. Izba čistá upratovanie každý druhý deň, hostitelia boli príjemný a nápomocný.

Izba dosť mala na 2 manželské postele malo miesta na kufre a neni sa kde rozložiť konfortne.

Le quartier propre, calme , à 2 pas de la plage et piscine. Tout à disposition, restaurants, mart,sans prendre la voiture.

Hotel molto carino curato e pulito, i proprietari due persone gentili e disponibili, la nostra camera era una famigliare spaziosa e comoda i letti e cuscini top i migliori di tutto il viaggio molto comodi e di qualità.

Le pulizie da migliorare praticamente inesistenti dicono di farle ogni 2 giorni ma in realtà di danno l’acqua e ti cambiano gli asciugamani. In otto giorni di soggiorno non mi hanno mai pulito il bagno mi sono dovuta arrangiare.

So vieles!! Die super nette Hotel Besitzerin und ihre Manager im Hotel vor Ort! Das ältere niedliche und hilfsbereite Ehepaar gibt viele Infos und hilft bei Orga von Roller und weiteres! Die Zimmer sind sauber, gross und gut ausgestattet mit richtig komfortablen Betten! Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und Abends gabs kein Lärm! Das Hotel befindet sich im Marina Waterfront Quatier welches super gross und neu ist! Hotel bis zum Strand 3 Minuten Fussweg! Kiosk und Spa alles in der nähe verfügbar! Roller sollte man sich mieten,um auch die Umgebung und Nachtmärkte entdecken zu können! Einfach best choice mit elene Hotel aufPhu Quoc!!

Отель хороший, небольшой. Номера не убирали всю неделю, что жили. Только полотенца меняли через день. Хозяин хороший! Расположение хорошее, рядом пляж, магазины...и

Чистый, уютный отельчик.

Маленькие комнаты, некуда было особо разложить вещи. Ну и район не особо понравился, т.к. Вокруг мало заведений.

Der Pool ist ein Gemeinschaftspool mit anderen Hotels. also immer voll ! kein safe im Zimmer Zimmerservice alle 2 tage nur. Sehr hellhörig. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen Der Strand in der Nähe ist nur bedingt nutzbar. Das Meiste davon gehört zu den umliegenden großen Hotels. es gibt keine öffentlichen Liegestühle die man mieten kann... Keine Duschen

Great value place to stay in a quiet area of Phu Quoc. Super responsive before we stayed and very helpful. Comfortable, clean rooms. Lovely beach and great shared pool area.

Nothing! Like others have said, the area is very quiet with lots of empty properties. This has pros and cons- the pros are the beach and facilities are quiet , the cons are there aren’t many choices for food unless you go out of resort. Saying that, we loved it and would highly recommend.

Netter komplex von vielen hotels mit einem Gemeinschaftspool. Supermarkt, Restaurant, Strand alles fußläufig erreichbar sehr leise da weit vom Zentrum entfernt . Zimmer war zwar klein im Vergleich zu unseren anderen Unterkünften dennoch alles vorhanden. Bequemes Bett, kleiderstange auf dem Balkon für nasse Wäsche, Schrank mit genügend Kleiderbügeln, Steckdose direkt am Bett 👍 Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig

Ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon wäre toll gewesen, wobei der Balkon nicht viel Platz bietet. Am meisten hat uns gestört das, das Zimmer unglaublich stickig und warm war. Ohne Klimaanlage lief nichts und das auch nachts. Uns war die Lage zu ruhig gewesen, vieles steht noch leer.

El calor que hacía dentro de la habitación y el personal. Es difícil ver al personal en el hotel y tenías que comunicarte con ellos por booking durante la estancia.

Close to the beach, quiet, and clean. It's located in the centre of the island which makes it easy to get around easy to both north and south.

It's in quite a baron area, still being developed, but I imagine in a few years or when the complex is full it will have a good ambience.

A small mini-hotel, a bright and cozy family room with a nice bed. Hospitable hosts. Room cleaning, towel change, bottled water on request.

Apartment is quite nice. 2 adults 2 kids is OK. Outstanding pools in a price of a room! Suitable for enjoyable sport swimming. Few small shops caffees in surroundings. Night market with streetfood 2 minutes walk! Beautiful beach in short walking distance. Very nice!

In bathroom there was an urgent need for some pluming. Also few hair which was not ours :) Area is a bit strange as there is a lot of empty houses all around you. But if you are OK with it, you will be really satisfied. Hosts are very friendly but speeks no english at all.

one joined balcony on the 2nd floor with the neighbours. owners later put a palm to make at least visual separation.

Absolutely love the location couldn’t be better for a staying in Phu Quoc. The manager and manageress are very nice people and will do anything to help you. The location is perfect being a little south of the main town, which is in the middle of the island.

It's very good value. I was in Phu Quoc for the triathlon event so the location was perfect. The pool that the hotels can share is great

If I wasn't doing the event, the location isn't very good. No cafes/restaurants close by.

New facility, very pleasant place. Close to the beach.

No infrastructure, impossible to order a bike, only overpriced taxi cars. No kitchen to cook . No dood shops in proximity.

Clean, modern & updated in a new complex that is currently still under development but completely livable. It will suit people looking to get away from it all to relax and soak in the sun. The hustling and bustling town is a mere 15 minute motorcycle ride. It is located on one of the nicer and cleaner parts of Long Beach. Complex has 3 pools that are lovely and well-maintained. Owner is accommodating and helpful. No English but we get by with translation apps. There are a few business in the complex renting motorcycles but you need to shop around for better and road worthy bikes.

There are no breakfast options. Although there are a couple of cafes in the complex offering breakfasts, we found ourselves going to town for breakfasts or go to the grocery store for breakfast items. No Daily cleaning service to replenish Toiletries & water

It's a new facility with multiple pools. Its right near the less crowded sunset Beach. The couple running the place are very friendly.
