A lovely, calm hotel which is very clean and comfortable. Will and his lovely family welcomed me with warmth and kindness. I was even kindly welcomed to join them to the food festival and for dinner, which was great fun and a lovely gesture. Their dogs, Luca and Bap, are adorable and super relaxed. Will helped me with lots of information and advice for Hoi An, and more for my travels across Vietnam. He kindly arranged rental of an e-bike at a very fair price too. The breakfast is delicious - easily some of the best food I've had in Vietnam. I'd definitely recommend and hope to return one day!

Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll, modern und sauber - genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Altstadt von Hoi An und der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. The charming host took care of everything we asked for. Delicious and special breakfast. The rooms are clean, the location is excellent and again the owner is amazing.

La habitación y el baño están muy bien. El lugar es muy bonito. Las atenciones son sobresalientes. Will es un excelente anfitrión, muy preocupado de que los huéspedes tengan una estancia placentera. Destaco especialmente que un día salimos muy temprano a un paseo (05:00 AM) y como sorpresa nos preparó un desayuno para que lo lleváramos.

We loved the beautiful room and kind staff and incredible breakfast (which was a different local dish each morning). Staying near the rice fields was stunning and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We loved the location, perfectly between the Old Town and the Beach. It is very quiet, we didn't even hear Roosters. And they are normaly everywhere😅 The Owner Will is very kind and will help you with all your questions. The Breakfast he and his Team prepare for you is just stunning. We will definitly book again, if we visit Hoi An.

We stayed at Pinus Hotel in February 2026 and this hotel is incredible. The room (with garden view) was spacious and clean. Will, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpfull. Every morning a delicious breakfast was provided and after that you can take a bike to go and explore the Old Town or go to the beach in about 15 minutes. The location in the middle of the rice fields is beautiful. Laundry service can also be provided for a small fee.

We had an excellent experience at Hoi An Pinus Boutique Villa. The property offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and tranquility. The property itself is not quite soundproof (like most hotels you find in Asia), and be aware that in this area are more Moskitos!

From the moment we arrived to leaving Wil and his staff were wonderful. The room was beautiful & tastefully decorated- we had a view of the inner court yard. The piano shower was great. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious. The location was stunning - very rural. We used the free bicycles to get to the old town via the rice fields. We hired a scooter that Will arranged and we visited My Son with. Luca and Bap (the dogs) were utterly gorgeous 🥰

We found Will’s place while looking for a new place to stay in Hoi An. The first hotel was miserable and full of mold. So we were so delighted to found Pinus Boutique. The location is wonderful, quiet but very near to the Old Town. The rooms are spacious and nicely equiped. We loved Bab and Lucca around too.

위치가 조금 떨어져있어서 어디를 가려고해도 뭔갈 타야해요. 숙소에서는 자전거를 제공해주시는데 우리가 자전거를 못타서😅 그런데 웬만한 마사지샵은 다 픽업해주고 그랩 우버도 비싸지않아서 괜찮았습니다!

Absolument tout. Will a été d'une extrême gentillesse, aux petits oignons. Il nous a aidé pour le taxi mais aussi pour les excursions. Nos filles ont été malade et il a fait tout ce qu'il pouvait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Il a offert des petits cadeaux mais également un super gâteau d'anniversaire à la plus jeune. Nous ne pouvons que recommandé cet endroit paisible, décoré avec goût. Les vélos sont prêtés et nous sommes à 10mn de la vieille ville. Très central également pour aller à la plage. Nous sommes extrêmement reconnaissants. Le petit déjeuner en fonction de nos envies. Au top !

Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie 3 Nächte bei Will und seiner Schwester zu Gast. Das Haus und die Zimmer entsprechen den Fotos, es ist alles geschmackvoll, gepflegt und sauber. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und ländlich, die Lage zwischen Strand und Stadt für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir die Gastfreundlichkeit und das besonders gute Service, das wir in der Unterkunft erfahren haben. Alles Organisatorische wurde uns von Will abgenommen, er hat uns Ausflüge und Elektro-Scooter organisiert und tolle Empfehlungen für Schneider und Restaurants gegeben. Eine wirklich besonders nette Aufmerksamkeit war die Geburtstagstorte, mit der Will unsere Kinder überrascht hat. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage bei dir, Will!

Here we found exactly what we needed. What did we like most? The cleanliness, everything works properly, and especially the shower. It has good water pressure and does not splash water all over the bathroom. The owner is always ready to help and responds quickly to anything we need.

From the second our taxi dropped us off we felt so calm, comfortable and welcome in Wills beautifully decorated boutique hotel. Our family room was airy and light and overlooked paddy fields and you could watch various scooters, buffalo,bikes and birds pass by. We borrowed bikes and went off for adventures along the small roads around the rice fields. Wills breakfasts are delicious and are presented with such care and detail. He is so relaxed and caring as a host, he even popped a birthday cake and wine in our room for my husband's and daughters upcoming birthday. This is the best place to stay as you are just out of the busy town and nestled in an area that you can easily access both town beach and local shops easily with a grab or a bike. Wills dogs are like him too, very chilled out!! It was our daughter's favourite place on our trip so that is a massive thumbs up!

Will was one of our best hosts in Vietnam. I’m really grateful of how attentive and caring he was all along our stay. We had the most beautiful room, the breakfasts were so yummy, the view is nurturing… we would have stayed forever if we could!!!

A beautiful hotel with three incredibly charming dogs. The room was as pictured, clean and beautiful. Situated on a quiet street next to rice fields, we were not bothered by any noise. The owner of the hotel is very welcoming and friendly. This is a good place if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.

When booking it was stated that breakfast was included, but we were not given any information about it. The location of the hotel is not very convenient for cars, for a bike or bicycle it would be better

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The owner is really friendly and accommodating and he has two adrable dogs. I enjoyed spending time with them. The hotel is located between beach and city center. I can easily access both areas.

Nice and quiet, Will goes the extra mile even meeting me a 4:30 am to let me exit and give me a breakfast bag when I did a ‘border run’ to extend my visa. Breakfast is great. Beach and ancient town close by but bike or taxi. Some excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely location, local vibes, quaint design, great breakfast, friendly and helpful owner, couldn't be better for a visit to Hoi An, and being in an authentic area, not full of tourists but really close to it all.

What a fantastic place and great value for money. The owner Will is super helpful and really funny. The place is very stylish and well equipped, smells like a spa and it's super clean. It's located a little out of town but in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood on the edge of the paddy fields. Very easy to get a Grab or just borrow a bike and cycle.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and it was even better than before. The rooms are really beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and Will is a gem - so kind, helpful and he even upgraded us when a bigger room was free (he didn’t need to, he just did it to be kind!). You’re in the middle of the paddies but super easy to access to both An Bang beach and Hoi An town. Genuinely could really not recommend this place enough I already miss it and will 100% be back again.

The location was perfect as it is more quiet area. The hotel has bikes you can use to cycle around. I stayed two nights and it was just perfect.

Very nice location the rice fields. They offer very good breakfast that's freshly cooked and any help that you might need. Also they have free bicycles that you can take to get around. It's not far on bicycle to the city centre and neither to the beach. I can recommend!

Probably the best place we’ve stayed during our seven months traveling SEA! Will’s place is truly something special. The location is beautiful and peaceful, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the breakfast is the best! The owner, Will, is very helpful and really made our boys enjoy our stay even more with small treats and his cute dogs. Also a huge plus with free bikes to bike into town or to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! It’s a ten minutes bike ride to reach the beach or the city across the beautiful rice fields. They are free bikes available. The host was really kind and provided helpful information and helped us arrange our next transport. Clean and comfortable room! The breakfast was also very good!

A stunningly cozy hotel with thoughtful small details, a super friendly and caring host who himself prepares a delicious breakfast in the morning, with three very well-behaved dogs. We were going to stay for a couple of nights, but we extended it twice

I was glad I found this Boutique Hotel, rooms are very clean. The Bed is very comfortable and the Pillows are great . I book for 1 day and attend for another 9 days . Will and his sister Lee , doing a great job with everything and they give you great recommendation, in whatever you need . Can recommend and will come back here again .

The owner and his sister were amazing: welcoming and helpful. They also had bikes to ride around the area which we took advantage of. I would highly recommend the boutique for longer stays, minimum 5 nights because the location is a little out of the way. They provided fresh fruit on arrival and later in the afternoon as well. Fresh, clean drinking water was always available. We were close to the beach and rode the bikes over. Easy to get to and really enjoyable to ride through the area.

Because the location was a little out of the way it was hard for drivers to pick up and drop off, but I would still highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hoi An Pinus Boutique Hotel. Will and Mrs Ly made us feel welcome and at home right from the start. Both were super friendly and incredibly helpful, nothing felt like too much for them! We unfortunately came down with the flu during our visit to Hoi An, but we were well looked after and were given hot ginger tea, soups at breakfast and a steam inhalation which made us feel much, much, better! Our room was well designed, bright, extremely clean, spacious, have high ceilings and are well equipped with the usual necessities like fridge, kettle, tea, coffee etc. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast served was exceptional and plentiful and the menu changed everyday (ranging from tasty omelettes with bread, soups, banana pancakes, fresh fruit and coffee). The breakfast was incontestably the best food we had during our visit to Hoi An. The hotel was well positioned amongst the calm and tranquil rice fields whilst being easily accessible to the old town by bicycle or grab taxi. Well maintained Bicycles were available to us free of charge which we used to get to explore around the old town as well as cycle through the nearby rice fields. We also needed to rent a scooter for one day, this was easily organised through Will for a very reasonable price. There was also a water fountain which we could use to refill our water bottles. We highly recommend staying here whilst visiting Hoi An, it truly felt like a home away from home! Thanks again to Will and Mrs Ly who made our stay here special.

Hoi An Pinus Boutique is my first homestay experience and it made me want to stay in other homestays in the future. It’s a charming, beautiful and warm space. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet - perfect for light sleepers and people who work remotely. Will was very helpful with all my enquiries and requests, gave great suggestions on what to see and do in Hoi An. Him and his sister made my stay so good that I extended my stay. Definitely will book again when back in Hoi An.

Incredible place, perfect for a great weekend or vacation! The hotel is new, the rooms are fresh, stylish, and clean (the plumbing is also new and modern, and the bed and pillows are super comfortable). The host Will is incredibly hospitable – the best host we've ever had :) There is a shared kitchen, and you can order breakfast (ours was free through the Genius program on Booking, and the host even asked us about the most convenient time to serve it – everything was delicious and beautifully presented!). Upon arrival, the host treated us to complimentary juice, there’s free water in the room and the shared kitchen, and free fruits in the lobby. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant; it’s located in a quiet area, near beautiful rice fields and a river. Yet, it’s only an 8-minute ride to the old town by motorbike or taxi. The hotel also offers free bike rentals in excellent condition, so you can easily reach the old town on your own while enjoying the beautiful views. The host has wonderful dogs – very friendly and cute! We are so happy we chose this place for our weekend! Wishing Will and his wonderful hotel prosperity and success!💫

The hotel is beautiful visually, and the upkeep is immaculate. Will who owns the property is the kindest, generous, and most sincere host ever. I normally stay in bigger hotels, and I've now realised that I've missed out on the personal touches you receive in smaller guest house/boutique style places. Great warm power showers. Free bicycles. Lovely breakfasts. Shared space on the ground floor. 13 minutes drive to the beach. 30 minutes drive away from Da Nang.

There was no thing to dislike.

The owner is absolutely exceptional and kind, and he has two lovely dogs! The hotel itself is modern and well furnished, and the breakfast is pretty good as well. The location is a bit out of the main roads, but cars can still pass through and bicycles can be used to go to most good locations in Hoi An.

For anyone seeking a new, clean, and welcoming retreat, this is undoubtedly the place to be. The accoms were as depicted in the photos. The owner's friendliness and helpfulness is a plus to the experience.

The location is outside the town in the rice fields which are beautiful but it is easy to get into town by the provided bicycles or taxi. This small and charming hotel is located in a very calm surrounding. The rice fields are only 3 minutes away and the owner is very friendly and provides his guests with everything they need. The rooms give off a calm feeling and create the perfect atmosphere vor a relaxing vacation.

This place is magical. In the midst of rice fields, this well decorated and clean boutique was the perfect stay :) it is located between the seaside and the old town which I thought was great because both locations were easily accessible. The host is super kind, helpful, and always there if you need anything. I booked my room for two nights and luckily was able to extend my stay to 5 nights in total 🤩 Breakfast was made for each guest which I thought was very special :) Very well recommended- thank you very much for the lovely time here.

The walls are not very thick so if there are kids around, you might need ear plugs ;) otherwise everything was perfect.

This was my best experience in a hotel in my life so far. I felt amazingly taken care of and I've got much more than I expected. The room was exactly the same beautiful as on the pictures. There are so many details that the host puts attention to - smell, music, flowers, fruits for the guests. I was impressed by the breakfast as well - big delicious combo of omelet, fruits and banana pancake. Also, Mr. Will, the host and the owner of the hotel, is such a nice person and gave me lots of great recommendations about places to see and services in Hoi An. After a week here I feel like home and want to go back here for sure. I recommend to stay in Pinus hotel deeply from the heart ;)

The new hotel is stylish, clean with lovely rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Its prime location is a major plus. Situated near the paddy fields, the villa offers a serene and refreshing atmosphere. Despite our late-night check-in, Mr. Will, the host, patiently waited for us and provided excellent support. He also shared recommendations for interesting places to visit and delightful local cuisine in Hoi An. Additionally, guests can freely use bicycles to explore the old town. We wholeheartedly endorse this place and will enthusiastically recommend it to our friends and family.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pinus Boutique. The new hotel is immaculately clean with beautiful rooms, really comfortable beds and in a great location with incredible views. Will was an amazing host and helped us with local recommendations and advice for our time in Hoi An. The bicycles at the hotel are new and great for getting to the old town and the beach. You’re in a great position to get to both meaning you get the best of both worlds. The laundry and airport drop off was also great. Cannot recommend this hotel enough - we can’t wait to come back!

Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.lastly the location to the market n town just 5 to 10 mins walk . Morning air are very fresh and you can see the cow n people in the paddle field..which I live in my own city unable to feel that anymore.

Villa was very recently launched and it is extremely clean and well lit, with brand new furniture and amenities. Location of the villa is extremely close to the paddy fields, allowing for a close touch with nature. An extremely good spot nearby the villa to catch beautiful sunsets, a must see. Staff are very friendly and efficient as well, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable and pleasant for us.

Very peaceful location and fresh air. New hotel with amazing view and super good service. They are really helpful, professional and friendly. Our reservation included transport service free and we took drop off to Da Nang. Breakfast so good, recommend banana pancake and hot ginger tea. We are very happy and impressed by hotel service. We will recommend to our friend and family.
