Friendly helpful staff - modern and comfortable if slightly basic rooms.

Out of the many homestays in Vietnam visited, this was the most lovely and welcoming spot. Khanh was extremely helpful and welcoming, breakfast was amazing, as well as the pool. Room was very clean - everything was beyond the Vietnam standards. Beach was very close and it was easy to rent a scooter to get to Da Nang and Hoi An.

Nothing - just expect getting to the main cities means renting a scooter or getting a Grab - still very close and price wise accessible.

The location is perfectly away in a quiet area near A Bang beach. There is a fancy coffee shop at the beach 100ft away from the property on a non-busy narrow residential street. The beach is secluded. No one will bother you. Perfect for recovering from a long 30hours of travel. Using taxi, Hoi An old town is 8 mins away, A Bang is 1 minute away, and Da Nang is 45 minutes. The food in the local shops is pretty good too. It’s a solid comfortable location. Furthermore, the property owner is the nicest and most helpful person ever.

Super nett! Einfache aber saubere Zimmer. Personal ist mehr als hilfsbereit. Huyen uns Fahrräder und Roller besorgt, sämtliche Transfers von/zu Flughafen und Bahnhof gebucht und Zugtickets gebucht. Frühstück war frisch und lecker. Wir haben jeweils am Abend zuvor spontan per Nachricht von der Frühstückskarte eine Auswahl bestellt, völlig ausreichend. Nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt gibt es aber auch mehrere Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Im August ist in Hoi An Nebensaison. Die Stadt ist zwar trotzdem gut gefüllt aber die Strände dafür schön leer. Strandkneipen bei Hoi An sind zwar meist geöffnet aber wirken nahezu ausgestorben. Sogar in Da Nang war der Strand nicht super voll. Also eigentlich super schön. Allerdings wurde gerade am Strand bei Hoi An sehr viel gebaut,wie das in Urlaubsorten nun mal häufig ist in der Nebensaison. Einige Strandabschnitte konnten so nicht genutzt werden bzw. einige Strandkneipen und Hotels hatten die Baustelle direkt vor der Nase. Unsere nächst gelegener Strandabschnitt war geöffnet, grenzte aber an eine Großbaustelle. Vorteil, wir waren so gut wie alleine und konnten trotzdem Strandliegen mieten sowie Essen und Getränke an unseren Platz serviert bekommen. Für mehr Ruhe konnte man auch einfach am Strand entlang ein paar Minuten weiter südlich laufen und Strandliegen mieten.

The pool was very small The beach in the village is under construction so lots of construction noise on the beach. This accommodation was just next to refurbished area so could easily get to beach for a swim

Alles war super

Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Frühstück, entspannte Lage in Meernähe, rund herum fußläufig viele Restaurant’s/ Bar‘s/ Spa‘s. Nach Hoi An mit seiner historischen Altstadt und vielen Guten Schneidereien sind es 15 min mit dem Taxi. Sehr empfehlenswert.

This place is just a few minutes walk from the beach of Hoi An. We were very happy to have chosen Hoi An beach as the city centre is very very crowded with tourists. If you want a little bit more relaxation this is your place. Huyen and staff keep the place very clean and help you with all you questions. The breakfast is the best we had so far in a homestay.

The accomodation was perfect. Only thing we would have liked to have known upfront is that this beach area is being renovated with heavy machinery starting early till around 7pm. So a large peace of the beach cannot be reached. You can still go to all the restaurants, but you will see and hear the machines.

Huyen and the staff are really kind and helpful; the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location right on the beach is unbeatable. It was a great experience.

Alles war perfekt. Der Strand zu Fuss 2min. In die Stadt mit dem Taxi 10min. Rund ums Hotel kleine Läden und Restaurants. Am besten war das Personal, alle sooooo lieb! Der Pool war super. Zimmer sehr sauber. Alles was man braucht vor Ort.

Meillä oli ihana majoittuminen rauhallisella alueella aivan rannan vieressä. Huoneemme oli ylimmässä kerroksessa ja se oli tilava, hyvin varusteltu ja siivottiin päivittäin. Jopa erilliset rantapyyhkeet kuuluivat huoneen varusteluun! Läheinen ranta on siisti ja rauhallinen. Majoittumiseen kuului myös rantatuolin käyttäminen ja voit tilata juomia sekä ruokia suoraan sinne. Huyen oli huomaavainen ja ihana majoittaja. Tunsimme olomme kokoajan kotoisaksi <3 Lähellä on runsaasti kahviloita ja ravintoloita sekä muutamia pikkukauppoja. Suosittelen erityisesti syömään Lindan ravintolassa saman kadun varrella! Suosittelen myös varaamaan snorklausretken täältä sillä se oli yksi parhaista päivistä. Jos ikinä tulemme takaisin Hoi Aniin niin majoitumme varmasti täällä uudelleen :)

The location is perfect, it is on a part of the beach that is not too busy and also there is an excellent cafe 75m down the road on the beach which is 10/10 too. The rooms are spacious and for the price very good and it is quiet. The neighbour is great and I liked being away from hoi an rather then on it, about 100,000 VND on a grab taxi or cheaper on a motorbike from the centre. The breakfast was excellent, only 100,000 VND for bowl of noodle soup, fruit juice, fruit and coffee.

La propriétaire est très serviable et l'hébergement est super propre ! La localisation est idéale à proximité de la plage. Des vélos sont mis a disposition gratuitement et il est possible de louer des scooters sur place. Je recommande, excellent rapport qualité-prix 👍

L'emplacement est idéal, calme, au bord de la plage de Hidden Beach, plutôt proche de Hoi An (seulement 10-15 min en voiture). Le personnel est très à l'écoute et extrêmement sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Établissement propre et joli. Prêt de vélos et location de scooter.

Seul petit bémol, un peu de mal à capter le wifi depuis notre chambre. Un mini détail au vu du superbe séjour proposé ici.

Lovely space, felt like home, great location, a minute to the beach which was hardly crowded. Plenty of loungers. Nice restaurants around. Huyen, the owner was very helpful.

The most beautiful and cozy boutique Hotel next to the beach. It had everything you needed and more. Free toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, gel and conditioner. A well stocked minibar. Great quiet pool. Also a kitchen and fridge for everyone's use. The most friendly staff, daily affordable breakfast which you could choose every day differently, laundry service and the owner even gave us a ride to the Spa once. We would love to come again. Thank you !

The walls of the pool could have been a bit cleaner, but really hardly anything to improve at all. On one occasion de Laundry service took two days, but the next time it was delivered on the same day.

Great location, about a 1 minute walk onto the beach where there are a few beach bars etc that will let you use their beach loungers, showers and toilets for you support them. About a 7 minute drive i(Grab)nto Hoi An old quarter. There is a convenience store about 2 minutes walk from the property. Huyen (The owner) is such a sweet and lovely person. She even arranged a birthday cake for my girlfriend without me even asking! Nothing is an issue, she has made our stay exceptional! Lovely breakfast on request, we had omelettes with baguette, fresh fruit, coffee and fresh fruit juice. A great way to start the day! The property itself is as neat as a pin. Well manicured and exceedingly clean. A lovely pool to have a dip in if you dont feel like going to the ocean. In the room, the air-conditioning worked well. Also there was body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied in the shower (nowhere else that we have experienced in Vietnam supplied conditioner! (It was a nice touch) All in all, a hidden gem in SE Asia. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Tägliche Zimmerreinigung sowie günstiges und sehr vielseitiges Frühstück. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Inhaberin und Mitarbeiterin.

Leider eine Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück mit lauten Arbeiten ab 7 Uhr morgens. Unser separater Balkon war leider zu diesem Grundstück ausgerichtet. Die Bilder müssten aktualisiert werden, da auch vor der Unterkunft mittlerweile eine weitere gebaut wurde und in Betrieb ist. Die kostenlosen Fahrräder sollten besser gewartet werden (Bremsen etc.)

Nette, kleine Unterkunft direkt am Strand mit schönem Pool. Das Frühstück war super und hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Ein Gefühl wie zu Hause Ein supertoller Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichen Menschen in einem hübschen, kleinen, familiären Resort. Großzügiges Zimmer mit großem Bad. Gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus. Alles wirklich sauber und komfortables Bett. Wir hatten für 3 Tage gebucht und dann 10 Tage verlängert. Der Strand ist keine 70m entfernt. Weißer Sandstrand kilometerlang, und sauber ohne Plastikmüll. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wassersport wird angeboten: Kiten, Surfen, Katamaran.

Host was great! Very clear communication & has a car to pick you up and drop you off from the airport if you want. Cleaned the room everyday and offered breakfast as well. Location was fantastic and everyone is so nice! Price is unbeatable too - would stay here again!

Super netter Empfang, um alle Anliegen wurde such sofort gekümmert. Die Zimmer und die Anlage waren weitestgehend sauber. Preis-Leistung war stimmig.

Morgens wurde es schnell sehr hell im Zimmer. Die Fotos sind nicht ganz aktuell, vor der Unterkunft wurde eine weitere gebaut, sodass nur die obere Etage noch Meerblick hat.

Nah am Strand, gute Matratze, Hannah ist super per Chat erreichbar und hilft, wo sie kann (Tickets Ba Na Hills, Fahrer, etc. Gut und unkompliziert. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse mit Standblick, die ich wegen dem Regenwetter leider nicht genutzt habe.

I booked the room for my parents and they told me that was their favourite accommodation of their stay. They enjoyed the room, the balcony, the great location.

We stayed at local beach front villas for 15 nights in total. There wasn’t 1 part of our experience we didn’t enjoy. The accommodation is Very clean and is cleaned daily from top to bottom. It’s Very close to the beach - about 3 min walk. You can get drinks and food there at good prices, also a cafe there Great breakfast with lots of choice Friendly host and staff Lots of local restaurants and choice, local food, bakery, nice restaurants. Excellent place to stay and definitely recommend.

Lovely place. Big room and bathroom, hot shower , comfortable large bed. Outside the room you get a daybed and a table with chairs. I could have stayed for a while and would stay again!

Great location, clean, comfortable and friendly staff

Loved our stay here. The location is amazing, right next to the beach and a 2-4 minute walk from some amazing beach clubs and cafes. The place itself was excellent- clean, lovely rooms, super lovely owner and staff. You get the best of both worlds - relaxing beach town vibes, just a short and very cheap taxi ride (or bike ride) away from busier the town centre. There are even bicycles you can borrow for free when you stay. I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Hoi An.

Volevamo trascorrere tre giorni al mare in pace e tranquillità ed il posto ha soddisfatto le ns aspettative. Distanza dalla spiaggia 100 m con possibilità di usare i lettini e l'ombrello gratuitamente. La piscina non l' abbiamo usata molto perché il mare era a due passi ma comunque carina. Letti e cuscini molto comodi. Struttura molto pulita.

Was such a lovely homestay, we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The owner was so helpful. She gave us 3 rooms on the same floor so we could all be together. Rooms were cleaned everyday. You even got towels for the beach. Great location, 2 mins walk to the beach and there is a great cafe Hit Ha on the beach. It’s about 15 mins walk to the little town or you can hire mopeds. The old town is further but it’s easy to get a taxi.

There is building work at the back of the property but we didn’t use our balcony so didn’t impact us.

We always love coming to stay in this smaller, family run hotel. It is in a fantastic location , quiet but only 2 minute walk to a great beach. The owner, Huyen, does everything she can to make your stay welcoming. The hotel is close (easy walking distance) to many small restaurants and bars and a short taxi ride into Old town. Highly recommended place to stay.

Очень приветливая и услужливая хозяйка вилл и остальной персонал. В номере есть всё необходимое. Бассейн при вилле очень кстати. Прекрасный пляж Holiday beach расположен в двух минутах ходьбы от вилл и это самое главное преимущество размещения здесь.

Great layout with spacious veranda … there was a lot of attention to detail like the toiletries , bottled water ..iron .. combined made it a very pleasant stay

The property was in an excellent location, near the beach and many restaurants and cafes; however it was was still quiet and peaceful. Huyen was super helpful, organised washing for us and was available to help whenever we needed. Rooms were spacious and clean and the pool great.

The pool was great and the host was lovely. We also liked the interconnected rooms, making it a good stay for a family.

Nothing that the host can fix, but the whole area of Da Nang and Hoi An is way overpriced compared with the rest of Vietnam. This made it difficult for us as a family of 5 to enjoy the area.

Loved everything! It was spotlessly clean, the owner & staff were so beautiful, helpful, and nothing was a problem. Handy to beach, & cafes, beautiful pool, amazing breakfast, handy location walk everywhere within minutes. We felt welcome. We will definitely stay again 💯CLEAN!!!! Spotless!!!! Wow!!!!

The host was super friendly and helpful! We were welcomed with a delicious passion fruit juice upon arrival, which was a sweet touch. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room — along with the view — was amazing! The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Lovely place to stay right near the beach. The owner Huyen goes above and beyond to get you anything you need - even at one point letting me borrow her laptop to transfer some photos. Clean, air conditioned rooms - we stated an extra 4 nights.

Really nice clean accommodation close to the beach, with amazing services (breakfast, car, etc.). The local staff are the nicest people, who are always ready to help.

The only downside is that the room is a bit small for three people but you can manage since there is a possibility to use the area before to room for relaxing.
