It was ok. Walkable to the old town, the pool was nice to cool off. Breakfast was ok, it got a bit repetitive. Restaurants along the same road are good.

We arrived to a safe box that did not work (this was fixed), a fridge that didn't work and never worked, they made the sofa bed up for my daughter and didn't provide pillows, we had to ask twice for this. On check in we were asked if we wanted to pay now or upon check out, we chose on check out. The following day we were told that we had not paid. We explained, the owner was fine and we paid on check out. There is a make my room up card for the door that we put on when we went out, to come back to no cleaning. When we asked we were told only cleaning every 3 days only (which is not stated anywhere), the owner did give us cleaning everyday after we spoke to her. However, the cleaning is pretty average at best. Rats running around the pool late afternoon (saw them two nights out of the 4, although not sure you can do much in the heat) It seems a mix of long term rental and people on holiday. Oh and pickleball next door, starts early 5.30 am waking up to not loud, but annoying pinging of a ball.

I was quite impressed by this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable inside the room, and the public areas were also very beautifully maintained. I didn't realize our room would be as big as it was, so that was a nice surprise! Having 2 bathrooms was great for our family of 5. The pool area was very convenient to access, and was always clean. Towels were provided. Also, I thought the free breakfast was great, and the small dining room near the front of the premises was very pleasant. Gotta mention the location too: it was right across the street from the Hoi An Memories show, and a quick Grab ride downtown. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, and to be honest, they might have been the best thing about the whole stay. :-) I'd definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Staff was exceptional and friendly. Breakfast was decent. Pool was nice and clean. It is next to Poon Poon pickleball which could be a problem if a light sleeper. Start at 0500 and end at 2200. There is a confused rooster nearby that cockadoodledoos with no concern for the time of day. Even with that, we'd stay again as it was mainly background noise.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, sono stato veramente sorpreso per la dimensione e tranquillità dell'appartamento, 3 bagni per due camere è stato fin troppo. Inoltre la grande cucina di cui non abbiamo usufruito è bene segnalarla per altri ospiti. La posizione molto comoda per i servizi e per cenare lungo il fiume. 10 minuti a piedi lungo il fiume si è nella old town

De receptie deed zn uiterste best maar dat was bij lange na niet genoeg. 5 dagen zonder toilet in een zogenaamd 4 sterren accommodatie.....

Van de 6 nachten heb ik bijna 5 dagen geen gebruik kunnen maken van mijn toilet. Amateuristische oplossingen die niet hielpen. De factuur was na afloop wél de volle 100%. SLECHT MANAGEMENT

Staff very friendly and helpful

Pickle ball behind hotel started around 5:30 am and was mildly annoying

God placering. Nemt at gå til Ancient Town og meget hyggeligt når man går langs floden.

Der er en hane som galer hver morgen og aften. Derudover ligger hotellet op ad en Pickleball bane som tages i brug kl. 05. Sensitive ører vil nok høre det, men sover man tung sover man igennem begge dele.

Не плохое расположение отеля. До центра тусовки примерно 500 метров.Сам отель современного вида ,номер- типа евродвушка , удобно. Кровать мягкая. В туалете стоит душевая кабина и прочая атрибутика в современном исполнении . Хороший тв Самсунг .Бассейн во дворе с чистой водой без запаха химии. Завтрак , для был маловат (маленький ассортимент ) Рядом оочень много кафешек если что. Понравилось, тем более за такие деньги.

朝食はフルーツ盛り合わせが必ず提供され、フランスパンと玉子料理や麺類もチョイスでき満足でした。オーナー夫妻が先頭に立って動き、スタッフも笑顔で気持ち良い接客をしてくれました。

部屋はバスルームも綺麗で快適でしたが、滞在期間が長いのでミニキッチンが付いていればもっと使い勝手がよかったと思います。

ゆったりした部屋で、すぐ近くにレストランも多い👍 「ホイアンインプレッション」への歩道橋至近。

旧市街から少し遠いかな（徒歩圏内ギリギリ？） バスタブがあったら、もっと嬉しかった。

Die Lage ist super. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Restaurants und Cafés findet man etliche. Man muss einfach vor die Tür gehen und die Straße herunterlaufen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr fleißig. Es wird scheinbar viel Wert darauf gelegt, das Hotel instand zu halten. In den 6 Tagen, die wir hier verbracht haben, wurde jeden Tag irgendwo gekärchert, gemalert, gefegt etc. Ohne, dass wir es als störend empfanden. Auch der Pool wirkte super gepflegt und ist immer sehr sauber gewesen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier einkehren! <3

Прекрасный, уютный, чистый номер со всем необходимым. Завтрак a la carte , мы пробовали все блюда и все на высшем уровне. Фрукты, кофе , сок и основное блюдо все вкусно! Удобные кровати, чистое, новое постельное белье.Бассейн чистый, ребенка было не вытащить))) 10 минут спокойным прогулочным шагом вдоль реки и попадаешь в центр города. Идеальное расположение рядом с центром, но в тихом месте, где рядом много ресторанов и небольших магазинчиков с продуктами. Огромное спасибо!

We fully enjoyed our stay at Full Moon Apartments. From the moment we checked in the manager, Ricky, was so helpful and gracious. He provided us with information on Hoi An , activities to and do, where to eat. He set up a tour for us last minute which was so helpful. He always had a smile on his face whenever we saw him. All the staff was that way, very friendly. The room itself was big (we didn’t have the one with a kitchen) lots of windows, comfy couch, and good sized bedroom and bathroom. The pool looked really nice but it was raining while there so we didn’t swim. The breakfast was tasty and the ladies who serve it up are so sweet. There are some excellent restaurants on the river right across the street or you’re about a ten minute walk from old town.

The only downside was the noise from the pickle ball courts that are just on the other side of the building (we were in room 10). It would start as early at 5:30 and pretty much go all day. It didnt bother us during the day at all. We stayed 4 nights. I started with earplugs on the second night and the ping-ping-ping didn’t bother me after that.

Large, airy modern apartment. Good size bedroom, nice large lounge / diner. Quiet. Nice, fresh and modern decor. Very clean throughout. Great location : only short walk (by the river path if you so choose) from town centre. Nice eateries nearby (recommend the Phan Gia across the road or the A6 Garden-Smokehouse BBQ on river walk towards town) Good quality linens. Lovely,well maintained and clean swimming pool Good breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Staff at Full Moon gave excellent service, and tried at all times to fulfil our needs. We are already planning to return next year for at least a month. Special thanks to Moon and Haley who went over and beyond, with Moon even driving me to government offices to deal with visa issues. Thanks to all the staff and gold stars for providing our delicious bread rolls and mangos.

Todo perfecto, estuvimos dos noches, y no podemos decir nada malo de nada. El personal muy agradable y atentos, piscina perfecta, desayuno fantástico, etc...

What a lovely and central place Moon has here. She really goes out of her way to make you welcome - so do her staff. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was big enough for me….it would be big enough for two. I will book the penthouse when I come next time. I had a Quick Look at it and it looks GREAT!

Family run business with extremely friendly staff! The location was perfect just outside of the old town and close to many restaurants and shops. The pool was great and the apartment very modern and large . This is excellent value for money.!

The team was amazing. Ricard is an absolute legend who always went above and beyond when asked re restaurants , shopping ,etc etc . Hayley in reception was equally amazing and so was the rest of the team .

the staff were friendly and the room was fantastic: two bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen. very nice pool. breakfast each. morning. we loved it. location was good, close enough to town. It's a family run establishment, you can tell, they care about guests, and service. It was really a great place to stay, highly recommend.

room 19 had pump sounds from the roof that came on once in a while. i noticed it but other family members didn't. the breakfast could be better for vegans, but it was ok otherwise. they should turn on the AC for breakfast.

Great location near the river and restaurants but slightly quieter than some of the manic areas of Hoi An. We enjoyed the situation and fab pool area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were huge, we ended up splitting one breakfast order between two.

There was consternation when we turned up with 5 people and wanted a third bed made up in the family apartment. If I search for suitable accommodation for five and specify the ages of my kids then booking.com a) shouldn’t show me any accom that doesn’t want 5 people and b) if my booking is accepted then the accom provider should be told that the so-called optional sofa bed is required. I assumed I had met all requirements from my end. It’s difficult to find combined or adjoining accom for a family of five and I thought I’d found a good option. Something was lost in translation.

Rooms and property looks just like the pictures. The apartments were spacious and super clean. The staff is very friendly and we loved our fresh breakfast each morning!

As other people have said before, right next door is a pickle ball hall. The balls and players honestly didn't make too much noise, it definitely didn't disturb us or our sleep. The only negative thing was one afternoon/ evening where there was a special event (?) where they played extremely loud music and sang (badly) karaoke from 5-9pm. THIS was extremely annoying but according to the staff, this doesn't happen all the time. This is NOT the apartments fault at all, but I just need to mention this as we travelled with our little daughter who couldn't fall asleep due to this noise. I do feel sorry for the full moon apartment owners as this is out of their hands. Still, we loved our stay there, the staff was helpful and friendly and the apartments and grounds were immaculate.

The 2 bedroom apartment worked for our family with the layout of the property. The pool was great, always super clean. The staff were so welcoming and helpful for the whole time we stayed.

The pool was great, beds were really comfortable and the room was specious. The staff was kind and helpful and helped us to arrange excursions and transportations. The hotel was very well kept and maintained. The breakfast was cooked separately to every guest and it was delicious.

The pickleball hall next door woke us up earlier than we wanted to, but we just put on ear plugs. It would have been nice to have both coffee and juice at breakfast, now we could choose only one of the options.

This place exceeded all expectations. The staff, along with the owner Moon, are incredibly kind, attentive, and generous - you truly feel cared for. The entire property is very clean, and the swimming pool is easily one of the cleanest we’ve seen in Vietnam. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. The location is also very good, within a short walk from the old city. We had a fantastic experience and would gladly return.

Great apartment rooms, very clean and tidy. The staff are amazing and it’s a good location just on the river front very close to the Hoi A memories show.

They have a bar and cocktail menu but didn’t really have the ingredients or set up for that full poolside bar experience.

Lovely beds, clean crisp sheets/linen, hot water, super clean and the most amazing staff - we were very sad to leave and will certainly return!! The location is brilliant and the pool is a bonus and much needed after a hot day of tourning Moon the owner is simply lovely.

Small annoyance - The fire exit sign in the one bedroom is super bright at night - would be good to be able to dim or turn this off

Friendly staff and located a short 10-15 min walk from old quarter. Well appointed spacious, clean apartments with very comfortable beds. Everything you could need. Fabulous pool which we all made good use of while there. Again, pop in some ear plugs for the nearby roosters and pickleball courts who make early starts.

The staff are great. The place is clean with beautiful crisp white bedding and large fluffy towels. They provide pool towels too. Breakfast is basic. 2 options available Phó or eggs. They both come with a fresh fruit platter coffee/tea or juice. We had the eggs. They come fried or scrambled with toast and some salad. Lovely restaurants across the hotel overlooking the river. We had a lovely time. Very good value for money.

Wish they provided chairs and a small table in the balcony and maybe a luggage rack. But in truth we were very happy and hope to stay again.

We liked the home-like feeling as soon as we checked in and the staffs were extra cordial to make our stay pleasant. The location and breakfast was good. as it is a family run apartment, everything was taken care nicely and all the necessary amenities that one could ask for. Haley at the Reception was very welcoming and supportive.

The door locks were quite unusual and had a system which was difficult for us to adapt so we struggled with that. Rest was all good

Great apartment close to the old town (we used Grab in and out but definitely walkable) . Great amenities and even better staff. Ricard looked after us so well, checking in on us on his day off even - booked tours and massages for us - even drove my husband to the massage! Simple breakfast options - Western and local - but a great start to the day. Great restaurant across the road the overlooks the river. As people have mentioned their is a pickle ball complex next door. Honestly didn't bother us despite being beside it, seemed to finish before we went to bed and one or two games early in the morning. Rhythmic beat of the ball and a little bit of cheering was not an issue for us.

Clean, comfortable, close to the center, good value for money

A lovely apartment with good facilities, warm showers of a good pressure, comfortable beds, lovely fluffy towels in nice bathrooms (we were in the 2 bed apartment with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms). Breakfast was nice a few simple options but quite filling. The pool area was lovely and much enjoyed by our children at the beginning and end of the day. And just to praise the staff and owner who were fantastic, super helpful and friendly and willing to help organise taxis, tours give info on things in Hoi An and Da Nang. I give them a 10 which I don’t do often as I think it was a friendly local business, great value in a lovely location (opposite some lovely riverside restaurants) across the water from Hoi An Memories and about 15 mins stroll to the edge of the old town (20 mins to the chaos!).

It was quite noisy, not for the pickleball in the 2 bed, more the cockerels and I think some aircon units on the roof. Not major as you get used to it and not down to the staff

Lovely spacious apartment opening to a balcony. Other apartments were able to use the balcony but they did so rarely as there was ample room at the pool side. Excellent aircon..separately in bedroom and living room. Breakfasts excellent Bed comfortable.Good quality linen. Great shower. Kitchen with Induction hobs. No oven. Electric kettle. China, cutlery, cooking knives.

No view from main room. Bedroom looked onto.an area used for parking.. but there was a lovely view over the street to houses by river from balcony..

The location was a convenient walk to the old town. You need to ask the staff to make up your room if you have a lengthy stay like we did. The website advertises cocktails and a food menu. These were not available during our stay. There is a handful of dishes available for breakfast. The staff would benefit from witting the orders down…

The only problem was the pickleball courts next door to the apartments with games starting as early as 5am. Made it difficult to sleep. A really good set of ear plugs might help!

Beautiful apartment looking over the pool. My wife likes to go to bed before I do so it was nice to have a separate room with a sofa and tv when I stayed up or when we were hanging out. Just far enough from the historic core to be relaxed but an easy walk to get there when we needed. Great restaurants across the street including one that takes credit cards (nice for your first night at n the country). Super friendly staff and the pool area had really nice seating options. Oh, and my wife reminded me, it was the most comfortable bed we’ve had on this trip.

1.A noise from pickle ball court next to hotel (after 2 nights we got used to it 😀) 2.Price list for feature damages. They charge very high prices for broken/lost dishes /damages. 3.Hot water were limited for 3-5 minutes of shower and after that we should wait half an hour for next shower..

The staff were excellent, could not do enough for us. Helped organise day trips and airport shuttles. Quiet location a short walk from the old town.

The apartment was so beautiful! The location, the pool and the whole place was brilliant. Our stay in Hoi An was lovely and Rich looked after us when we wanted laundry, bikes and a taxi.

Two reasons I detracted from 10. 1. The first night we got put up in what we designated the 'chicken room' as our original room needed modification. This room seems to be right next to a chicken farm and the rooster went off at 4, 5 and 6... Beware if you get the chicken room. 2. The manager of the hotel seemed to enjoy trying to upsell, but to the point everytime we saw her, she tried to get us to do a tourist thing. Bit annoying and maybe leave it if the first time it doesn't work. If you get a good room and don't mind pushiness, the place is really brilliant.

Very welcoming, kind, and helpful staff. The apartments are comfortable. The location is great for daily walks to Ancient Town. And breakfast was delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place for families!

If we are being picky the choice at breakfast is a little limited.

I can’t fault anything about this place. The apartment was great for extra space with a separate lounge area. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve slept in on my whole trip. After 4 nights I extended for another 2 and they were able to give me the same apartment so I didn’t have to pack up and move. The staff were all so friendly. Great pool area and great location. Only about a 10/15 min walk from the old town with loads of shops and restaurants.

Just a 10 minute quiet walk along the river to the old town. Friendly, helpful staff. Good lighting. Pleasant decor. Breakfast choice.

Very good. Huge rooms comfortable beds. Walking distance to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great. Right next to a big Pickleball centre too if you're into that. We played one day with some locals and it was great fun!

The noise of the Pickleballs is the only downside

The place is welcoming and pleasure. The rooms are big and comfortable, the kitchen is well equiped. The staff was nice and helpful, and made sure that we are good. The location is great- just a few minutes walk from the old city, with restaurants and shops around, and 1 min walk from the river.

A microwave in the kitchen would be nice. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Very nice place run by a couple. The morning Coffee is to die for. Certainly the best in Vietnam. The lady does the brewing mixing 2 diffrernt coffes. Breakfast is simple fair but not bad. I just loved the coffee.
