TThe location is good, we really liked our room, and the pool is great and pleasant. Most of the staff are really friendly, and helpful.

When the hotel is full, they can't handle everything, and it harms the services. We couldn't get towels for the pool because "the hotel is full." It's ridiculous. Another thing I really didn't like: we wanted to go to the beach, but they didn't let us use the hotel's towels. They gave us the name of a beach restaurant to get towels there, and there, we got very small and old towels. It is quite lame for this kind of resort. The planning of the shower and tub is terrible. The water always slips out.

Nous avons aimé la localisation, la propreté des lieux et de la chambre, la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité du petit déjeuner, la flexibilité dans le choix des chambres.

Nous sommes malheureusement tombés sur une période de vacances donc il y avait trop d'enfants bruyants dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel

We loved our peaceful we felt here, it was quiet, relaxing and a great place to be to get away from the chaos. The staff were also fantastic - friendly and were always happy to see us and say hello.

The showers in the rooms are not great and definitely need some attention. The water went everywhere as it was a hand shower over a bathtub. But that is quite literally the only pain point.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Hoi An. It’s a beautiful hotel, and the staff were lovely, friendly and always happy to help. The hotel is around a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, which we found really convenient. There are also plenty of great coffee shops, convenience stores, and tailor and leather shops nearby, so there’s lots within easy walking distance. Our bed was comfortable, although on the firmer side. The shower is located over a bath, which is worth knowing if that’s something you have a preference about. Our balcony overlooked the local neighbourhood, giving us a nice glimpse of everyday life in Hoi An. The pool was great, although it could get quite busy with other hotel guests. Breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily stay here again if we return to Hoi An.

Beautiful hotel in a nice part of Hoi An, 15-20 min walk from the old town. The pool was big and very clean and we used it almost every day. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. Good aircon to keep you cool. The breakfast was amazing, and so were the staff. Very kind snd helpful at all times.

נהננו מאוד מהשהות שלנו במלון. הרכב משפחתי של זוג עם 3 ילדים, בשני חדרים נפרדים. המלון דאג ששני החדרים יהיו קרובים ובאותה הקומה (קומה אחרונה, מומלץ). המלון שדרג את אחד החדרים שלנו לסוויטה, שהייתה ממש מפנקת, מרווחת, עם סלון גדול ומרפסת שצופה לשדות האורז. מיקום נוח להנות מהעיר. הצוות היה מאוד נחמד ושירותי לכל בקשה. ממליצה בחום.

ניתן לנקות קצת יותר. באזור של הויאן יש הרבה לטאות . למלון אין קשר לזה אבל בגלל זה יש המון לטאות שם.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable with lots of space for our family with interconnecting room. The staff were really friendly especially Ann who was very helpful. The pool was welcome with the very hot weather. Breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked pancakes and omelettes fresh fruit and Asian western options. The free bikes to get into town were also great. Very useful laundry right next door who deliver clothes back to hotel.

Something that could be improved is the decoration in the spa the staff were lovely and massage good but it could do with an upgrade. Also the shower is over the bath so hard to get into and leaked a bit with the shower curtain could be upgraded to walk in shower.

Absolutely adored our stay here! We came for our honeymoon and not only they surprised us with two cakes, they also made sure our stay was perfect. Thank you to the reception team for making the entire experience in Hoi An so memorable!!

The room was huge, comfortable beds. The pool was lovely. Staff were amazingly friendly, breakfast had so much variety.

The children’s room needs a bit of work, gym was very small and never enough sun loungers/space around the pool for the amount of rooms.

The kitchen manager was amazing and help us with all our requests.

There is no air conditioning in the reception area 24/7 and it is terrible to be there with no air conditioning.

The breakfast was good and had a variety of western and Asian options. I also appreciated the variety of fruit offered.

The shower in our combined rooms kept dripping outside the shower curtain making the bathroom floor wet, despite us turing the shower head towards the wall to minimize water coming out.

Es muy céntrico y bonito. El desayuno espectacular.

Cogimos una estancia para 2 adultos y un niño de 9 años. Ponía 2 camas, pero pensábamos que eran más grandes. Son 1,10cm cada una y tuvimos que dormir 2 en una cama tan pequeña. Ya te cobran un extra por el niño, no tendrían que admitir reservas en este tipo de habitaciones para 3 personas.

Location was great, walkable distance from old town. Room was spacious and staff was increadibly friendly and attentive. Pool area - great!

Im Frühstücksraum ist es üblicherweise eher laut, aber man kann sich auch ins Freie zum Pool setzen (sowieso viel schöner).

Heerlijk boetiek hotel vlakbij de stad maar toch heel rustige ambience! Goede ruime kamers (connecting) met kinderen. Vriendelijk personeel en combinatie met strandtent en gratis fietsen. Alles goed!

Beautiful hotel, very spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff was particularly kind and helpful! Excellent breakfast buffet. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the old town and close to coffee shops and markets.

We had a wonderful stay at Hadana Hoi An. The hotel is ideally located, close to the city centre while remaining quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring Hoi An. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the hotel offers all the services you may need directly on site. A special mention to the very attentive and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A great place to stay in Hoi An — we would definitely recommend it!

The location is great, short walk to everything you need. Pool area was nice and breakfast was nice too. The connecting rooms are nicer than the family room with bunk beds. The bunk bed room felt run down.

It could do with a little maintenance but given the price it is very reasonable. Small things like being difficult about how many pool towels you can have, staff pretty much run over to make sure you don’t take more than one felt off putting and uncomfortable.

The staff extended a very warm welcome upon arrival. Refreshing welcome drinks are served while you relax in a side seating area for room keys and a one-on-one briefing about hotel features and nearby activities. The Hadana lives up to its reputation of providing bespoke service instead of an impersonal experience. All staff speak English well, which we found helpful. The included breakfast buffet is fantastic, with made-to-order dishes that vary by day (e.g., cao lầu and pho). Rooms are large, clean, and exceptionally climate controlled.

My only regret is not staying for more nights. Having an extended stay would make for a more relaxing time for sightseeing and sampling the area's hidden gems. Thicker, fluffier towels would be a bonus since we prefer to reuse them instead of having them changed on a daily basis.

We stayed at the resort for 5 nights, a couple and two teenagers. Since there were no connecting rooms available, we booked a twin and a double room and requested them to be next to each other. To our delight, we were given adjacent rooms, and the double room was even upgraded to one with a seating area, which made it incredibly comfortable and spacious for our family. ​The rooms are clean, spacious, and serviced daily with fresh towels. The reception staff were absolutely amazing, every single one of them! They were kind, attentive, and so welcoming. The pool is great and very refreshing on hot days, and it's so convenient that you can order food and drinks directly from the hotel restaurant. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the main attractions in Hoi An. ​Highly recommended!

The only downside was the view from our room. We booked a 'rice field view', but a huge palm tree was completely obstructing it.
