Persooneel aan het onthaal waren nt zo vriendelijk. Mss door de warmte? De hotelnis wel oud. Maar voor die prijs verwcht ik ook niet meer.

Air conditioning very poor, bath & shower hose very hard to operate with loose tap connections and quite a strong leak. Swimming facilities needs a bit of work with maintenance and cleaning. Pool itself was nice and cool however pool side was dirty and the steps into the pool were extremely loose.

I didn't like to be threatened to cancel my booking unless I responded with my whatsapp no. And provide my arrival time. I made the booking, couldn't cancel the booking anyway. Im pretty sure this goes against booking.com policies. If I was not able to respond (which is common for travelling) they would have cancelled my booking, so I will never book with that hotel again.

Goede koude airco, ruime kamer, comfortabel bed. Is voor mij belangrijkst. Houd rekening met contant geld of betaal met je kaart. Is vooraf betalen bij inchecken. - laundryservice per KG, voor de gasten is erg gemakkelijk wat duurder dan dat je zelf gaat zoeken. ga maar op en neer met de benenwagen of grab met deze hitte, ben je meer geld en tijd kwijt Gratis flesjes water bij aankomst Tandenborstel, haardroger, douchegel, hand gel, shampoo zijn aanwezig. Wel fijn als je alleen met handbagage reist weinig vloeistoffen meebrengt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Je moet geen uitzicht verwachten en gym en zwembad zijn basic. Heb er verder geen gebruik van gemaakt. Maar de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Zeker voor Aziatisch begrippen.

I liked the bed and how huge it was and the location was great.

It was different from what we expected, the pictures showed a visible bath and the pictures looked a lot cleaner than the actually room. Bathroom was completely covered and just not what we thought we were going to get.

Really dirty. When my towel fell and i picked up it had become black and full of other people's hair and grains of sand. When you moved the curtains mosquitoes and flies flew across the room. There were ants and other insects on the fridge and on the bedside table. There was a corner between the bed and the wall that apparently hadn't been cleaned in months.

Spacious, clean, comfortable.

The AC takes very long to cool the room. The bath tub had a leak which we complained about 2 times. Their housekeeping staff came to check it twice and left saying they’ll be back in 10 mins but they never did.

Het was dicht bij het strand.

Het strand bij het hotel wemelde van de ratten. Naast het hotel werd er een groot gebouw gerenoveerd. Dit zorge voor veel geluidsoverlast vanaf 6 uur in de ochtend. Wij waren van mening dat ze dit wel van te voren konden aangeven. Ook stond er bij de booking dat er wifi zou zijn op de kamer, dit was niet het geval. We hebben dit in totaal 4 keer moeten aangeven bij de receptie voordat ze er iets aan gingen doen en zelfs hierna was de wifi nog bagger. Dit koste ons veel data. Tot slot was het ontbijt heel rommelig; de boter zat vol met viezigheid, een gebakken eitje kreeg je met zwarte stukjes van de pan erin, bijna alles was heel vroeg op en werd niet meer aangevuld. Wij kiezen in vervolg helaas voor een ander hotel.

mình checkin muộn khoảng hơn 12g đêm. đến khách sạn. trc khi xuống xe vì mình đag ngồi tt tiền taxi. mà chú nhân viên khách sạn đã rất nhanh nhẹn giúp xách liền 2 vali vào sảnh cho. đến hôm checkout chú cũng nhiệt tình xách giúp 2 vali ra taxi giúp mà chúng mình còn chưa mở lời nhờ. rất cảm ơn chú ạ 😁. khách sạn gần công viên biển đông nên đi bộ dễ dàng. cạnh khách sạn có rất nhiều kiot nước ép các thứ giá rất rẻ

Comfortable Room and Great Location, But Customer Service Needs Work The room was fine, comfortable, and the hotel is in a very good location. A huge highlight of our stay was the security guard. We absolutely loved him! He was incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful to everyone. Unfortunately, our experience with the receptionists was disappointing. They were not welcoming or approachable. There is a serious lack of communication at the front desk; they do not know how to explain things properly and lack good customer service skills. Overall, it is a nice property with great security staff, but the reception team definitely needs better training in hospitality.

Nur 2 Lifte für das ganze Hotel. Wir haben über 15minuten gewartet um mit dem Lift nach unten zu gelangen. Weil wir so lange warten mussten wollten wir die Treppe nehmen, auf dieser lagen jedoch tote Kakerlaken. Da die Türen vom Treppenhaus in die Flure wo die Zimmer sind immer offen waren liegt es Nahe, dass Kakerlaken auch in jedes Zinner kommen könnten

Het hotel was dichtbij het strand ongeveer 5 minuutjes lopen om op het strand te komen.

Sperma vlekken op het bed/rugleuning van het bed, douchekop zat verwerkt in het bad waardoor je op je knieën moest om te gaan douchen, zwembad was verre van uitnodigend hier zou je je kinderen niet vrijwillig in laten zwemmen, sportschool gedeelte waren in totaal 10 gewichten wat nog net niet onder het schimmel zat en 1 machine.

De locatie is geweldig, vlakbij het strand en voldoende eetgelegenheden in de buurt. De prijs is heel erg netjes, maar verwacht er niet te veel van.

Geluidsoverlast van schreeuwende mensen op de gang al ‘s morgens vroeg. Het ontbijt was erg matig en zijn maar in de buurt gaan eten. Het ontvangst voelde erg onpersoonlijk. Het was de eerste keer dat de kinderen het zwembad niet wilden gebruiken.

I loved everything about the hotel's service! It is located in a great area, just a short 3 to 4-minute walk to My Khe Beach. They provide 24-hour reception service, and the room rates are incredibly fair. A special shout-out to the staff, especially the uncle at the front door—he was exceptionally helpful, kind, and friendly.

What could be improved: This is not directly about the hotel's core service, but rather a piece of advice regarding their tour bookings. When we inquired at reception about Ba Na Hills entrance fees and taxi rates, the initial prices quoted were higher than outside options, so I declined. However, once I refused, they immediately offered a lower price that matched the outside market. As a reputable hotel, I believe tour and transport prices should be fixed and transparent, rather than changing based on the situation.
