Tolles Gebäude, schöner Pool und Wellnessbereich. Große komfortable Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Großstücksbuffet. Sehr bequeme Poolliegen.

Die Pools könnten etwas tiefer sein. Nur 1,06 und 1,20 m. Einflugschneise des Flughafens.

Rooms were nice. It was a good stopover for one night.

Unfassbar freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Toller Pool . Großes Frühstücksbuffet. Lage ist 10/10 und das Gebäude ist sehr eindrucksvoll!

Das Frühstück bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl an verschiedenen frischen Speisen. Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch im show cooking angeboten. Das Buffet lässt kaum ein Wunsch offen.

Im SPA Bereich gab es keine Badetücher mehr. Die Mitarbeiterin hat gesagt, sie würde uns sofort welche bringen, ist dann aber nicht zurückgekehrt. Als wir uns (nach ca. 30 Minuten) erkundigen wollten, war der Desk nicht mehr besetzt.

Uitstekende ligging in het centrum van Ponta Delgada! Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Prachtig gerenoveerd hotel met hoogwaardige uitstraling en complete en luxe kamers.

Nuestra estancia ha sido simplemente increíble. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa y disfrutamos de unas vacaciones inolvidables. La ubicación es perfecta, a escasos minutos del centro de Ponta Delgada. Las habitaciones son de ensueño: súper amplias, bonitas, cómodas y equipadas con todo lo necesario. Nos tocaron diferentes habitaciones, todas con vistas distintas pero muy agradables, y la limpieza fue impecable durante toda la estancia. Cogimos media pensión y fue todo un acierto. Los desayunos eran increíbles, muy completos y con muchísima variedad. Las chicas que cocinaban en directo eran encantadoras, aunque en algunos momentos se formaban pequeñas colas. Las cenas también nos gustaron mucho: quizá no había tanta variedad como en el desayuno, pero la comida estaba muy buena y podías repetir todo lo que quisieras. El personal del comedor fue siempre súper amable y servicial. También disfrutamos mucho de las instalaciones: piscina exterior —una de las cosas que más nos gustó—, piscina interior, sauna, baño turco y gimnasio. Además, los horarios eran muy amplios, desde bien pronto hasta tarde. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor del hotel fue su personal. Desde recepción y limpieza hasta el personal de comedor y cocina, todos fueron increíblemente atentos y amables. Incluso el director del hotel vino a recibirnos a nuestra llegada, nos enseñó el hotel, nos explicó parte de su historia y nos mostró todos sus rincones. Durante toda nuestra estancia tuvieron muchos detalles con nosotros y estuvieron siempre pendientes de que disfrutáramos al máximo. Además, la recepción está abierta las 24 horas, algo muy práctico, ya que siempre hay alguien disponible para ayudarte con cualquier duda o necesidad.

Como único apunte, los sofás cama nos resultaron bastante incómodos, aunque fue un detalle menor teniendo en cuenta lo buena que fue nuestra experiencia en general.

Great location in PD, very nice facilities, good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, the welcome fruit in our room was much appreciated. Beautiful outdoor pool and patio. We loved the very tall windows in our room overlooking the square.

Everything about our room was lovely except for the carpet-appeared very old and stained and out of place in such a nice hotel. It didn't really affect our stay, though. Flooring without carpet would significantly upgrade the room

Très bel établissement, avec un accueil vraiment au top ! 👌 Les enfants sont les bienvenus, ce qui est un vrai plus. Et la piscine est tout simplement incroyable ! 🏊‍♀️✨ Seul petit point négatif : la literie des enfants, qui consiste en un canapé déplié avec un petit matelas assez fin. Pour une seule nuit, cela reste suffisant, mais au vu du prix de la chambre, on s’attendait à un peu mieux. Malgré cela, très belle expérience et nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

O hotel é muito bonito e confortável. A localização é fantástica, numa zona central mas muito calma, junto ao mar. Mas o melhor deste hotel foram os funcionários, inexcediveis! Todos, sem exceção, sendo, no entanto, de destacar o Luís e o Tiago, que não mediram esforços para transformar todos os problemas em soluções

No pequeno almoço faltaram produtos regionais. O bolo levedo nao era do dia..

Struttura storica molto bella, curata e pulita. Bella la piscina esterna e quella interna con sauna e bagno turco. Staff molto cordiale. Colazione molto buona.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera superiore che quindi era molto ampia come ci aspettavamo. La piscina è molto piacevole e il personale molto gentile.

La posizione su una piazza dove sono parcheggiati pullman e che è piuttosto trafficata rende la stanza rumorosa. Le camere superior danno sulla piazza, abbiamo dovuto insistere per avere una stanza standard perché una sera ci era una festa con musica in piazza.

Leider war das Zimmer etwas weit weg vom Lift inkl. Treppen und wir müssten die Koffer tragen. Das Frühstück ist etwas chaotisch organisiert.

L’emplacement est idéal et au centre de Ponta Delgada. Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant. Hôtel très joli, super propre et ambiance zen.

Des petits plus au niveau de la piscine extérieure pourrait être bien: -Chariot avec serviettes afin d’éviter de passer à la réception pour en récupérer -La piscine pourrait être chauffée hors des périodes de grande chaleur estivale afin de permettre d’en profiter davantage.

Bardzo dobry hotel. Od początku zostaliśmy miło przyjęci. Pokoj wysprzątany, czysty. Zmieściliśmy sie cała 4 osobowa rodzina. Śniadania dobre. Baseny i SPA na duży plus. Lokalizacja super. Parking dla gości hotelowych dostępny.

Drzwi przesuwne do łazienki wymagają poprawy.

Very nicely renovated building. Former monastery and hospital. Modern rooms, walking distance to down town. Restaurants nearby - O Baco we can recommend. We enjoyed gym and pools. Excellent breakfast.

En la planta de arriba, cuarta planta, se escucha toda la noche el ruido que producen los equipos de aire acondicionado. El baño es pequeño y la taza del water está demasiado pegada a la pared. Además te das con la pierna en el portarrollos del papel higiénico.

Beautiful historic renovated convent building, wonderful staff , all kinds of coffee at breakfast if you ask for it :) , indoor sauna and indoor pool superb , outdoor pool wonderful in the courtyard , late breakfast :) , Steve and his colleagues at reception very helpful and friendly. Wonderful service ! I love the idea that the hotel chain has their own vineyards and that the wine prices are really fair and the wines are excellent 👌

Hotel in Top Lage, sowohl als Basis für Ausflüge, als auch um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Schöne große Zimmer mit bequemem Bett und modernem Badezimmer. Das historische Gebäude wurde liebevoll restauriert und modernisiert. Der Pool im Innenhof ist super, um sich nach einem ereignisreichen Tag bei angenehmer Nachmittagssonne zu entspannen. Das freundliche und professionelle Personal hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Beim Frühstück den frisch gepressten Orangensaft nicht verpassen!

Au premier abord, un hôtel fabuleux ! Nous nous réjouissons même si nous ne restons qu'une nuit et je me fais une note que lors d'un prochain séjour nous y passerons plus de temps. Puis la personne de l'hôtel nous fait prendre un chemin tortueux pour arriver à un étage entre deux étages où les fenêtres de la chambre sont petites ce qui fait que la pièce est sombre. Nous avons eu la compagnie de petits cafards mais bon dans les pays humides c'est peut être courant ? Ce qui nous a le plus énervé est que nous devions nous lever tôt pour prendre un avion et ne pouvions pas prendre le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel. Le matin quand nous avons voulu nous faire un café dans la chambre, ce qui est quand même assez courant, pas de machine à café ou bouilloire !!! Mais un petit mot indiquant qu'il faut demander les machines à la réception ??? La personne de la réception qui nous a accompagné à la chambre aurait pu nous en informer étant donné qu'elle nous réservait un taxi pour le matin tôt ainsi qu'une boite petit déjeuner à emporter ! Finalement nous ne retournerons pus à cet hôtel !

The location of the hotel was perfect. The town is literally at your doorstep, a museum was right next door, and there were restaurants within a walking distance of less than 5 minutes. The staff was extremely nice and my room was very comfortable, with a great view of the town and ocean. All of the hotel's amenities exceeded my expectations as well.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und professionell. Das Hotel ist einem sehr gutem Zustand, sehr sauber. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und die Betten hervorragend. Die Lage ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen und der Marina. Das Essen, wir hatten Halbpension, war von sehr guter Qualität, es waren sehr gute Produkte verarbeitet.

Kleine Abstriche beim Restaurant: es waren nicht immer alle Speisen zu jeder Zeit verfügbar und hätte nach unserem Geschmack etwas heißer sein können

This is a beautiful property and perfect location. It does not feel like a chain hotel, has a boutique, historic feel to it. The rooms are extremely large and easy to walk to all restaurants and shops in Ponta Delgada. The staff was so engaging and pleasant, always helpful and accommodating. We will definitely plan to stay at the other Vila Gale properties!

The breakfast was very nice but a few items that made us question their "why". You are given one glass at your table and no additional glasses were available at juice bar. The omelette station where most people waited in line was confusing as some people ordered from their table. Some minor changes that could have made the morning breakfast easier for staff and customers.

The room was big & beautiful with a killer view. The location made it easy to get everywhere in the downtown area. Breakfast was really nice good.

Paying (and expensive) parking and not big enough. Interior pool opened only until 8pm and requiring the use of a swimming cap - which is not said anywhere beforehand - that the hotel sells for 4€/each. This is ridiculous for this kind of standing hotel in addition to the absurdity of the rule. Necessity to use stairs to access some rooms in addition to elevators. Very old and horrible style of the bathroom despite the hotel has been recently refurbished + terrible finishings No electric kettle in the room - the only of all hotels we traveled to in the Azores.

Experiência absolutamente incrível! Desde o momento do check-in até ao check-out, tudo foi impecável. O hotel é lindíssimo, muito bem decorado e combina conforto com elegância. Os quartos são espaçosos, super limpos e muito confortáveis. O pequeno-almoço é excelente, com muita variedade e produtos de qualidade. O staff foi extremamente simpático, atencioso e sempre disponível para ajudar, tornando a estadia ainda mais especial. A localização também é perfeita, ideal para explorar São Miguel. Sem dúvida um dos melhores hotéis onde já fiquei. Superou totalmente as expectativas e voltarei certamente!
