Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms and breakfast.

Rooms are small, some top ups were missing, like water, milk refills missed. Hotel next to main road with stone pavement and even with double glazed windows, it was very noisy and we struggled to sleep.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Zimmer (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind) war sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall.waren sehr zufrieden.

Leider war kein Restaurant im Hotel, doch in der Nähe findet man zahlreiche Restaurants

I appreciate that there was a fridge as well as a kettle. The room is well designed in a way that is stylish and minimalist, which I like. I especially enjoyed that two firmness of pillows were offered! :) The location is perfect! I will recommend and return to The Clover!

Breakfast was quite nice, particularly the gf breads brought on request!

The sofa type thing in the room was uber hard so very uncomfortable to sit on. If there was a need to rebook there, I would not pay for the family room for that single reason. It was a shame there was no bar upstairs so we could have a glass of wine we didn't have to carry up ourselves.

Purple line metro from airport to Trinidade station. From station an 8 min walk. Hotel well located to all tourist attraction. No Bar or Food service after 4 pm but lots of places to eat nearby and if it rains there's Uber delivery to be had. Big clean room.

Les Chambres qui donnent sur la rue en pavées sont mal isolées - beaucoup de bruits de véhicules nuit et jour

Reflection from temperature control panel was very bright in room at night. I had to cover it with papers. Should have a cover, or off switch. Simple instruction leaflet on the wall next to it would also help as it is confusing to operate for those not using it before.

The location

Breakfast and the not the best. The bed runner was very dirty. We had to remove it, put it on the floor, and make the stains clearly visible so that they wouldn’t put it back on our bed.

Location, it is walkable going downwards toward the Ribera but hilly coming up so quite difficult and a bit of distance

Det var bekvämt och rent, nära alla sevärdheter i gamla stan. Jättebra kaffebryggare för det första morgonkaffet och ett litet kylskåp för förvaring. Vi är mycket nöjda.

The location is just on the outskirts of the old part of town - about a 15 minute walk to get down to the River. It worked well for us though next time we might want to be a little closer to the action. The place was clean and relatively spacious, though will almost no space to put clothes (either shelving or hanging). It was incredibly limited, so for our 3 night stay, we were living out of suitcases. The bathroom was big enough and clean. Internet was good and we were happy with everything. The staff was decent - not going out of their way to offer suggestions, but polite enough.

Excellent location, only a few min walk to the subway station and no more than 10 min away from the center. Within 5 min there are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. The room was clean and quiet, with good beds, and the bathroom was spacious and also very clean. The breakfast is worth it, good quality and it changes daily, it was a great way to start the day. The staff was excellent, they helped us with all our questions and requests!

Storage space was very limited, we wished for a little more space in the bedroom with a bigger wardrobe, and the possibility of a shelf in the bathroom.

La amabilidad del recepcionista

Nos denegaron la habilitación a pesar de tener nuestra reserva desde mayo, al comprobar que nuestra hija tenía 12 años en lugar de 8, sabiendo que había sido un error involuntario, les dijimos que no nos importaba que la habitación fuera pequeña, nos ofrecimos a pagar el suplemento que fuera necesario o a coger otra habitación, pero el hotel estaba completo, la explicación fue que es “política de empresa “ . Así que a las 9 de la noche, con una niña de 12 años nos tuvimos que poner a buscar otro hotel, dejando vacía la habitación que teníamos reservada. Creo que deberían tener un poco de consideración y flexibilidad para situaciones así

Potser caldria més varietat per a les persones celíaques. Tots els hostes paguem el mateix però sense gluten no hi ha gaires opcions de tria.

I really liked the room. It was comfortable and modern. The location was very close to the center. The staff was really nice.

The only thing I would improve is the breakfast. There could be a bigger variety of foods.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Zarówno hotel, jak i obsługa spełniły moje oczekiwania. Wszystko było na plus, zdecydowanie polecam!

Very clean, extremely convenient and great access to the city. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Simple but effective breakfast and if I came to Porto again id be happy to stay there again.

First we got a room with only a small frosted glass window After we complained we received a nicer room but construction work ongoing at the neighbour building. Therefore we could not use balcony and it was very noisy

Nice location just outside of the main busy areas, with a short walk to the old town, river and restaurants. The design of the hotel was nice. Staff were really friendly. Some nice extra touches such as a coffee machine.

The beds were large but very firm and very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was on a limited timer and had to be restarted frequently which meant the room got very hot during the night. Beyond the hotels control but we requested a balcony room and we were unable to use it as there was scaffolding which slightly over hung with workmen working on the balcony between 8.30am- 3/4pm.

Le personnel très accueillant Les chambres propres et très belle chambre Ménage fait tous les jours avec une gouvernante qui veille à ce que ce soit fait. Hôtel bien situé proche du centre. Multiples restaurants aux alentours

Petit dej bon mais peut mieux faire avec des produits pas transformés ou réchauffés( pain au chocolat, pancakes, gâteau) mais il y’a le nécessaire. Côté salé au top. On a moins aimé également des variation de températures au niveau de la Clim et aussi au niveau de la douche.

La proximité avec les rue piétonnes, la proximité avec le métro

Travaux sur la façade de l’hôtel , bruit des 9 heures du matin pas terrible sur toute la journée

A cama extra é muito pequena para um adulto, e o quarto em si é pequeno também, pois reservamos para 3 pessoas.

Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel liegt an der Straße, das neben Gebäude ist gerade renoviert worden wodurch man Gerüst vom Balkon sieht. Die Gegend ist sehr grau und traurig.

Personal amable, la ubicación buena con respecto al centro de la ciudad y la habitación estupenda y confortable, muy agradable y tranquila.

Con respecto al servicio de limpieza, el último día de nuestra estancia llegamos al hotel sobre 2 y media del mediodía y la habitación no estaba hecha, creo que los horarios deberían ser revisados y organizarse en el orden de prioridad en cuanto a limpieza de habitaciones.

Very nice location, close to the city center (we could make everything by foot), beautiful & clean rooms, super nice staff - everything was excellent, we‘d love to come again soon.

Gostei muito da simpatia e atenção dos funcionários. A limpeza estava muito boa, a localização é ótima, perto do centro, e o café da manhã tem bastante variedade. O colchão é muito confortável. Também atenderam ao meu pedido de um quarto em andar alto e com janela que pudesse ser aberta, e me colocaram no último andar. Gostei tanto da estadia que resolvi ficar mais quatro dias.

O chuveiro poderia ser melhor, pois durante o banho a temperatura da água variava um pouco entre quente e morna. A vista do meu quarto também não era muito bonita, mas, como a janela abria, e era silenciosa isso compensou a vista feia😂 pois não posso dormir com o ar ligado toda a noite.

El hotel estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes estaban impecables y una decoración muy elegante. El personal es muy amable y te atienden con eficacia. Una de mis hijas es celíaca y había para su desayuno :pan, croissant y magdalenas sin gluten, preparados al momento para ella. Cuando vuelva a Porto, sin duda volveré a alojarme allí. Gracias por todo !

Très bien situé, à deux pas de la rue Santa Catarina. Si vous aimez marcher, vous pourrez effectuer une grande partie des visites à pied : São Bento, Santa Catarina, le marché de Bolhão, et même Ribeira, accessible en une vingtaine de minutes. À noter toutefois que le retour vers l'hôtel depuis ces différents sites se fait en montée. L'hôtel est également bien desservi par plusieurs stations de métro et arrêts de bus situés à proximité. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Nous avions même un petit balcon, très agréable pour profiter de la fin de journée.

Parfois, la climatisation se remet en marche automatiquement, même après l'avoir éteinte. Cependant, si cela se produit, il suffit de demander à la réception de la désactiver. Le petit déjeuner était très basique pour les 15 euros qu'on paie.

Ubicato molto bene a 5 minuti a piedi dalla strada dei negozi e da uno dei mercati di Porto. Stanze grandi e pulte. Colazione buona

Eravamo al primo piano e i rumori delle strade (tutte sanpietrini) si sentivano molto. Bisognerebbe insonorizzare le stanze perchè essendo strada trafficata si sentono tutti i rumori stradali a tutte le ore diourne e notturne

I booked on booking.com app, and the only option to pay was pay at property. But ı secured my booking with my card. This hotel just doesnt want to pay fee to booking.com they wanted me to pay on am external link, ok sure but ı received scam SMS link, one of the staff member said its from us, and other one said its not from us. Basically it was veryy stressing and misleading until ı receive correct payment link on an email. There was a plastic bottle under the bed, which I saw from mirror, if ı can see this people cleaning can too ı assume, so wasnt good cleaned Aircon didnt let me set the temprature myself. It was ready set and when you want to increase or decrease it doesnt let you. Both check in and check out staff was more focused to do their things instead of waiting customer there. Room view was basically looking to back of the buildings, so wasnt the greatest room.
