Przede wszystkim hotel powinien informować gdzieś dużymi literami, że na dole jest KLUB NOCNY, czyli jest tam co noc bardzo głośno. Klimatyzacja działała jakby chciała, a nie mogła, więc w nocy musieliśmy otworzyć okna- słyszeliśmy więc imprezę z zewnątrz. Przez 2 dni (czyli prawie cały nasz pobyt) nie działała winda, mogliśmy więc jej użyć tylko po to, żeby zjechać na dół z bagażami przy opuszczaniu hotelu (ufff), no i już rozumiem dlaczego nie było zdjęc łazienki- wyglądała jak z lat 90, szary papier toaletowy w łazience (wtf), dodatkowo olbrzymie skosy w pokoju, a więc brak powierzchni użytkowej, żeby nawet rozpakować walizkę.

Par contre, la personne a l’accueil est sympathique, et le cocktail lors du check-in est sympa aussi (alcoolisé, avec pas d’option sans alcool).

Déçus de cette hôtel, qui au vu du prix te laisse penser que ce sera un peu feu mais chic. La déco est sympa, très boudoir, la literie et le matelas sont en revanche super: c’est le coté cool. Pour le reste: un ménage douteux sur la moquette sous le lit, pas de creme hydratante dans la salle de bain, les produits shampooing et gel de douche sont de maigre qualité, la lumière tamisée dans la salle de bain ne permet pas de voir un seul truc (inutile de préciser que se maquiller le soir ce fait avec la lampe torche du telephone), la quadruple isolation des fenêtres aide un peu pour masquer le bruit mais pas efficace à 100% (l’hotel est aussi de la rue rose mais aussi du bar dansant sur la rue de Alecrim, donc si vous pensez à un hotel romantique sexy, ce serait avec le bruit des gens qui hurlent dans la rue jusqu’à la fermeture du bar à 03:00). Vu la supposé prestation de l’hotel, nous nous attendions aussi a des peignoirs et des pantoufles à usage unique pendant notre séjour; rien de cela.

The staff was amazingly considerate. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the whole property was a very fun vibe!

We didn't hate it but the naughty stuff may not be to everyone's taste. Check it out first before you book. Also on very busy street. We weren't bothered by the noise but we were at the back and on the 3rd floor.

The theme was absolutely gorgeous! Such a fun and well put together boutique hotel.

The room was smaller than I expected. The location is on Pink Street so I was expecting some nightlife noises. But there was an odd machine droning next to my room that persisted throughout the night and really disturbed my sleep. I thought it was a laundry room next door but when I informed reception they said they didn’t have a laundry room. They said they would investigate but the noise still continued over my second night. Thankfully they provided earplugs.

A very interesting experience that is definitely worth having. A hotel for open-minded people. It is located right next to "Pink Street." The hotel starts on the second floor, while there is a party going on on the first floor. Despite this, the room was quite quiet—though it is worth noting that our windows didn't face Pink Street. The room's décor is unique; you can tell a lot of effort went into it, and the details make a great impression. We definitely recommend it, though probably more for a night or two than for, say, a full week.

Die Lage ist super. Wir haben viel zu Fuß erkundet. Verkehrsknotenpunkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ambiente ist außergewöhnlich. Für Party People ein super Ort.

Frühstück lohnt sich vielleicht nur für 1 Nacht. Ist leider immer das gleiche trotz Nachfrage. Schon recht laut, da die Pinkstreet bis Morgens Party Meile ist. Kommunikation läuft per WhatsApp. Änderungen beim Frühstück nicht möglich, Handtücher wurden mitgenommen und nicht ausgetauscht. Hatten wir zwei Mal leider. Als Highlight für ein oder 2 Nächte toll. Für eine Woche jedoch nicht die beste Idee. Es fehlt überall an Ablagen.

Lit confortable et très grand. Oreillers confortables et en nombre suffisant. Hôtel et chambre fidèle à la thématique historique du bâtiment. Multitude de room service proposé en rapport avec la thématique de l'hotel.

La chambre donne sur la pink street qui est très bruyante + boîte de nuit sous l'immeuble. Le quadruple vitrage a plutôt bien insonorisé, mais le port de bouchon d'oreille était quand même nécessaire.(Offert par l'hôtel )

My second stay here, and I loved it even more than the first. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable, with so many thoughtful details to discover, some of them only revealing themselves after a closer look. For anyone who loves interiors, storytelling, and meaning hidden in the details, the rooms are full of curiosity and discovery. The location is fantastic, but what really makes this place special is the staff. They are simply amazing: warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I honestly don’t know how management managed to put together such a wonderful team. Can’t wait to come back!

Super idée d'avoir transformé ce lieu en hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal mais pas de chance car la Pink Street était en rénovation. La chambre était parfaite et le lit de 2.1 mètres très confortable. Le personnel est très réactif et très sympa.

2nd visit, very close to the river. Madam is very responsive. We were able to drop off our bags early. Then check into our room a bit earlier. Unfortunately we did not have a view of Pink Street and the elevator was out of service. Vending machine issue, receptionist had to manually retrieve the item purchased. Fun evening with my lovely wife.

We loved this property. The history and stories that go with it make it a truly unique stay! Very comfortable room and space all around. I sleep with ear plugs so the noise didn't bother me but it is quite loud in this part of town FYI!

As long as you are looking to be near the heart of the party and bustle, this is a fantastic choice! The hotel theme is fun, light-hearted and unique.

The room with the sauna was a little tough for two people. Great for a solo trip, but tough layout for a couple!

La ubicación, las sorpresas por todas las esquinas y la atención en Recepción. Explicando todo con detalle. La decoración tanto del acceso, como en la propia habitación lleno de detalles para ir descubriendo.

El mismo local comparte tramos de escaleras con una discoteca, muy animada y con gente intentando colarse con nosotros a las habitaciones, seguramente pensando que formaba parte de los recovecos del local. Siempre interceptados por la gente de recepción, Algo de ruido, pero te dejan unos tapones y en general está muy bien insonorizada. Un poco más de luz estaría bien pero es parte del encanto de la habitación.

Het hotel is gelegen in de voormalige roze buurt van Lissabon. In een heel ver verleden was het pand in gebruik als bordeel. Daarom is het nu met het nodige gevoel voor humor ingericht met verwijzingen naar het illustere verleden. Voor de duidelijkheid: het is nu een hotel en geen bordeel. De oude glorie is vooral decorum. Het hotel is comfortabel en de kamers zijn prima verzorgd en schoon.

Er is mij niets tegengevallen. Het hotel is gewoon erg goed.

The room was large and the bed was super big. Way bigger than a king size. Also we had a dancing pole, some kind of hoop and a very large mirror. It was clean and location was central.

The bathroom was too smal. It has no space at the sink. Furthermore, there is almost never anyone at the reception desk. Also, the music from the bar downstairs is very loud at night. It did not keep me from sleeping and they left ear plugs.

El personal y la localización.

El aparcamiento por la zona es complicado. Todo zona azul o residentes. O lo metes en parking ( 20 euros al dia) o lo dejas lejos y vuelves en transporte público.

The room was so fun and the bed was huge! We loved both the room and the location. It really felt like staying in a museum. They've done a great job with the decor and nostalgia of the place. One thing to note is the noise. It's VERY loud at night due to the location of "pink street" and the club in the building itself. The hotel does leave ear plugs in the room which came in handy and helped with sleep.

It would be nice to have coffee in the room.

The place is full of history in the heart of Pink Street. Yup, it is kinky and colourful and absolutely unique! The staff is super cool and helpful and such an integral part of the place that it would not be what it is without it. There is a famous bar on the 2nd floor - people line up on the street to get in (guests have priority access, by the way!), so it is a bit noisy up the stairs, but in the room it's all pretty muffled and we had no problem sleeping. The bed was awesome - big and comfy. And I've never seen such a cute bar - besides the usual stuff, there's also all kinds of goodies for a fun time. Everything had a personal touch to it. Just consider it an experience rather than a regular hotel stay and you'll enjoy it like we did - it's a happy place!

The AC was at times noisier than the bar tbh, but there are also earplugs provided if needed. The room is a bit dark and the window is barred and opens to an inner side of the building, but this only adds to the charm of it all, so nothing really to complain about.

The location is close to all amenities. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The pictures that we see of pink street do not detail the extreme party/drunk atmosphere which include all night parties with heavy base music. The room was very dim lighting, which I understand is a part of the brothel theme. The historical brothel idea is clever but the over all effect is a that it’s a sex room. So if you are into drunk late night partying that ends in sex it’s a good choice. If you want a comfortable, romantic stay this is not a good choice. Not great for solo travellers. Not a good choice if you want an early check in after a long travel day. Check in is 5 pm.

The location was good but at night the noise from the street was uncomfortable even with two windows.

Un lugar muy original. Realmente curioso y novedoso. A pesar del ruido de la calle, en la habitación no se oía tanto. Buen aislamiento acústico (aunque no totalmente silencioso por el exceso de "bulla" en la calle. Zona de mucho ambiente festivo y restaurantes.

Super bien placé et tous les détails vont dans le sens du délire du lieu . Les doubles vitrages ont un effet extrêmement performant donc aucun soucis vis à vis du bruit (infernal) de la rue en bas. Vous êtes au cœur du Lisbon photogénique et vibrant.

Staff presente molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura ha uno stile decisamente non convenzionale ma questo la rende interessante e divertente. La struttura si trova in zona centrale (Pink street) ed è facilmente raggiungibile coi mezzi pubblici. Nonostante sia la zona della movida, le stanze sono ben insonorizzate e non si sente nulla. Letto comodo, abbiamo riposato molto bene. Una gran sorpresa la colazione, è stata super apprezzata. Assolutamente consigliato.

It is what it is. I knew what I was booking so was not surprised. The location is perfect, so easy access trains and walk to the top sites. This is a street many tourists seek out to take photos of (pink street/ umbrellas). The bed was also so comfortable.

Again you need to know what you are getting here. It is a very busy club downstairs. If your are planning on partying this is very convenient. The hotel has done everything they can to sound proof but yes some sound comes through more from 12-3. Did it keep me awake, no but could I hear it, yes. You also need to be ready for the fact they lean into the historical brothel. From the images on the walls to the door hanger telling the maid not to clean.

Stanza molto particolare, silenziosa nonostante la zona molto confusionaria (la sera, specie nei weekend). Zona comoda per spostarsi e vicino a ottimi posti per mangiare e bere, tuttavia è sulla Pink street che la sera (quantomeno nel weekend) è veramente molto confusionaria ed è dunque più adatta per chi vuole fare serata che per chi invece vuole riposarsi dopo aver girato la città (ciò detto, non si sente nulla dalle stanze nonostante il caos di sotto).

La stanza era carina ma molto buia (appositamente per creare un atmosfera "romantica"). Niente di grave ma per cercare in valigia non era il massimo!

The room was beautiful, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. I also loved the story behind the building—it gave the place a unique character and made the stay feel more special.

There are a few things that could be improved. The bathroom needs a shelf or somewhere to put toiletries and makeup, and the room would really benefit from having a rubbish bin. The biggest issue was the noise. The rooms are on the third floor above a nightclub in the middle of a busy street. While the soundproofing blocks out most of the street noise, you can definitely hear the music from the club. I had read reviews saying it was silent, but that wasn't my experience. Without earplugs, I don't think I would have been able to sleep. Another concern was the number of drunk people on the stairs late at night. Although nothing happened, having a bit more security or monitoring would make guests feel more comfortable. That said, if you're visiting to enjoy the nightlife, this location is perfect. You get direct access to the club and can even skip the queue, which is a great bonus for partygoers.

Pod wględem lokalizacji miejsce jest fantastyczne. Wszystkie środki transaportu w zasięgu ręki, nie mówiąc o możliwości spacerów. Pokoje stylowe, bardzo wygodne, aczkolwiek cały lokal dosyć specyficzny :) Mimo wygłuszenia życie nocne za oknem jest dosyć słyszalne, polecam zatyczki do uszu. Recepcja 24h/dobe, zostałam przyjęta o 4 rano z pełnymi uprzejmościami. Ogólnie obsługa bardzo kontaktowa i szybko odpowiada przez booking.

Chambre magnifique et très originale. Le fait de pouvoir passer du bar à l'hôtel le soir très rapidement est un vrai plus.

L'heure d'arrivée (17h) est un peu tardive. Heureusement, nous avons pu récupérer la chambre un peu plus tôt.

First and foremost, we loved the property’s history and unique character. Everything about our stay was excellent: the staff were friendly and responsive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic. Although the property is right in the heart of the nightlife, our room was surprisingly quiet, with no street noise coming through.

Certainly not for everyone, but for me it was a great place to stay in the heart of Lisbon! Very comfortable. Cannot be better if you come there parting 😉.

Every detail of the hotel and room adhered to their fun, sexy theme. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it included breakfast with our stay so before we left for the airport, a nice meal was delivered to our room. No detail was overlooked. We loved our stay.

Getting to it was a little challenging as we arrived around 1230 and of course in typical fashion you have to bring your suitcases down a steep cobblestone road into a gated front access. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Everything was perfect! The breakfast came in a picnic basket and was delicious. The art was stunning. The rooms were themed and had little treasures everywhere .

This place is a unique experience in itself, as well as being very well located. Some of it may come as a surprise, especially if you didn't realise its history when booking (as I didnt first time), but if you're open to it and enjoy it, then the hotel itself will become one of the best parts of your holiday! It feels like no expense has been spared in re-creating the ambience of its former glory. The beds especially are really comfy.

The rooms need a few home comforts too: A kettle and coffee machine hidden away somewhere, would be a simple but valuable addition, especially as there is no breakfast option in the hotel. There is some street noise, sometimes late into the night, but overall the sound-proofing is exceptional, especially if you choose a room on a high floor. The hotel could also benefit from enhanced arrival and departure assistance, given its location (no parking nor curbside offloading) and the number of stairs to climb before reaching reception: Perhaps a number to call and then an assistant to come down and help with suitcases etc? A back-door optional entrance would also be a good idea, if at all possible, for re-entering the hotel in the late evening when the very famous downstairs bar/club is packed.

El alojamiento era justo lo que indicaba: una recreación moderna de lo que fue hace años pero con todas las comodidades del siglo XXI. La habitación era espaciosa, con todo lujo de detalles, y muy bien decorada. La cama era grande y cómoda, perfecta para descansar después de recorrer Lisboa. Alojamiento muy céntrico y personal muy amable.

Atendimento. Limpeza do quarto (roupa de cama muito perfumada e limpa); decoração e conforto do quarto. Apesar do bar que fica uns andares abaixo no 5º andar não se ouve nada.

Não houve nada que não gostássemos. Apenas a garrafa de vinho foi esquecida e quando pedida colocaram, mas não estava fresca. O pequeno-almoço é servido num cesto muito giro, os ovos estvam bons, mas acho que podia ser um pouco mais elaborado. Ter uns croissants, mais sumo, faltava açuçar...

I was very hesitant to actually spend the night here because I read all the reviews saying that it is extremely loud and people couldn't really sleep. To my surprise, the noise was not a problem. They put in another set of windows and I can say the room was decently quiet. You could still hear some noise from outside, but I put my earplugs and slept like a baby. The experience itself is super cool. If you are into themed hotels, this is a great pick. I got exactly what I hoped for (plus a much more quieter room than expected). I am really happy with my decision to book a night there.

The check in is at 5pm, but check out is at 2pm so I guess it's not that bad.

Excelente ubicación con un concepto muy cuidado. Se trata de un antiguo prostibulo, original, muy bien conservado. Lo mejor es q da a una calle con mucha movida y abajo hay un bar, pese a lo cual las ventanas tienen vidrios dobles y dos ventanas de forma q se duerme divino sin ruidos

Podría tener mejor iluminación en los cuartos ya q se bien se respeta en concepto de prostibulo, podría tener la opción de una buena luz

Bed was huge and comfy, but the sex swing in the corner was less so.

This hotel is right on the main strip and even on the 5th floor you can hear music so loud you can't sleep. It's advertised like a historic bougie theme but it's more like a sex club. Everything is erotically themed and there's even a tray of sex toys next to the bed. The strip is heaving in the evening and it's very loud. The lift was broken and the stairs were lethal. Security were rude and aggressive for no reason and the bathroom had two hot taps no cold.

Kakerlaken im Zimmer, kein Tageslicht, daher alles sehr dunkel selbst am hellichsten Tag. Keinesfalls 4 Sterne, max. 2 Sterne! Frühstück am Bett sehr ungemütlich und einfallslos. Auf Wünsche wurde nicht eingegangen, z.B. kein Käse/Wurst. Jeden Tag kam genau das Gleiche. Kein Aufzug, das Gepäck musste 2 Etagen raufgetragen werden. Für Minibar musste 50 Euro Deposit hinterlegt werden.. Nachts kaum Schlaf möglich, da die Betten vom Bass der Bar unten drunter vibrieren, auch wenn man die Musik nicht sehr laut hört.

Such a fun experience, I like it how they leaned into the history of the building and turned it into a theme. We were welcomed with a drink upon the check in. The room was beautiful and clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Noise from the bars out on the pink street, but we knew about that already so it wasn’t such a shock or a problem. The hotel provides ear plugs which was a nice touch.

A ppensão é divertida, diferente de tud que já havíamos conhecido. Apesr de ser um lugar bastante "diferente" é bem normal, com uma decoração linda e funcionários muito simpáticos e agradáveis.

De não servirem café da manhã incluso na hospedagem.

Very centrally located- easy to walk to everything including the waterfront area. It was clean and a very unique place with a lot of history. The staff we interacted with were friendly and it was just a really fun place to stay. Loved all the art!

Nothing really, we were really happy with it overall! The one minor thing was the lack of lighting in the room as it did not have an overhead light so it was quite dark at times but other than that, it was great!
