La ubicación sin duda, cerca de todo caminando. Con muchos sitios para comer y beber a solo pasos del hotel. El personal atento y servicial. Camas cómodas, baño cómodo. Bien para nosotros.

The location could not be better; you are right at the centre of it all! The soundproofing the hotel has done on the windows is incredible and you cannot hear a thing outside even though it is very lively. The beds were very comfortable and the shower is spacious with great water pressure. I would return to this hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Die sehr zentrale Lage machen diese Unterkunft perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Hinter der klassischen Fassade findet sich ein sehr modernes Hotel. Die Ausstattung wirkt nagelneu und die Sauberkeit sucht ihresgleichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet weiß mit einer großen Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Speisen zu überzeugen. Eine rund um die Uhr besetzte Rezeption runden das Gesamtpaket perfekt ab und man fühlt sich hier bestens aufgehoben.

Die sehr guten Fenster sind in der Lage, den Lärm des Verkehrs vollständig zu dämmen, gegen die Straßenmusik, welche abends zu einer akzeptablen Zeit endete, waren sie allerdings unzureichend. (Mein Besuch war in der absoluten Hochsaison.)

Excellent location, well maintained throughout. The staff were exceptional. We received a warm welcome and they were eager to offer hints and tips to make our stay in Lisbon more enjoyable. We will return to this hotel.

The position of the hotel and the view are perfect. Although single, the room was spacious with a comfortable queen size bed and an incredibly beautiful view of Arco da Rua Augusta. The room is cleaned every day, and you have all.you need in the room. Breakfast is amazing, varied, everything is fresh, and for dinner, I would recommend you to try specialties from Taberna da Praca, which is within the hotel and has a terrace with a view of the Triumphal Arch.

Que hotel incrível! A localização é simplesmente perfeita, ao lado do Arco da Rua Augusta, no coração de Lisboa. É possível fazer praticamente tudo a pé, com fácil acesso a lojas, restaurantes e aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Desde a nossa chegada, fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe, que se mostrou extremamente cordial, atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a estadia. O quarto é espaçoso, confortável e muito bem cuidado, com roupas de cama e toalhas impecáveis. O café da manhã é excelente, com grande variedade de opções e produtos de ótima qualidade. Como nosso voo era muito cedo e o café da manhã ainda não estaria disponível no horário da saída, o hotel preparou, com muita gentileza, um lanche para levarmos ao aeroporto. Além disso, providenciou o agendamento de um táxi, e o motorista foi muito pontual e atencioso, tornando nossa despedida de Lisboa ainda mais tranquila. Sem dúvida, uma excelente escolha para quem deseja se hospedar com conforto, praticidade e um atendimento impecável.

Não chega a ser um problema, mas vale como um ponto de atenção para quem chega de carro. Como nossa intenção era apenas deixar as malas no hotel antes de devolver o veículo na locadora, tivemos certa dificuldade para encontrar um local adequado para uma parada rápida nas proximidades. Precisamos passar em frente ao hotel mais de uma vez até conseguirmos desembarcar. Por isso, recomendo que, sempre que possível, a chegada seja feita de táxi, aplicativo de transporte, metrô ou até mesmo a pé, já que a localização é bastante central e de fácil acesso por outros meios.

Her şeyden önce konumu mükemmel. Otele ilk girdiğiniz andan itibaren çalışanlar çok ilgili, güler yüzlü, yardımsever. Odalar ve otel genel olarak çok temiz. Şehrin göbeğinde yer almasına rağmen içeriye en ufak bir ses dahi almıyor. Odaların tavanları yüksek ve ferah.

The rooms aren’t huge (you know that when you book), but very comfortable. Everything in the room is of very good quality, including a Nespresso machine with enough cups. My room was one of the few that had a bathroom with window, which I always like. Their pricing is very dynamic and dropped right after I booked, which is part of the game. When I mentioned that at checkin they ‘solved’ it very elegantly by assigning a nicer room than I booked, as they had space.

The pillows were a bit too soft for my taste.

Extrem schönes und sauberes Hotel, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, alles unkompliziert und gut funktionierend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles (wir haben 2x nachgebucht und man immer eine gute Lösung für uns gefunden).

Nur eines, ein ganz kleines Detail, verstehen wir nicht: Wieso steht beim Frühstücksbuffet die Butterschale (ja, die Butterschale, man nimmt mit dem Messer selber raus, also keine Portionen) direkt hinter dem Toaster. Ich finde, man müsste die Butterschale kühlen . . . .

Die Lage war super. Auch das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl!

The hotel is in a prime location close to everything, the staff was great and the rooms were lovely. We had drinks at the bar for happy hour and overall really enjoyed our short stay.

My only complaint is that we asked on the first night what time the bar closed and were told midnight. When we arrived back at hotel after a late dinner and Fado show at 11:37pm, we were told the bar had closed at 11:30pm and we had to leave the hotel to try to find somewhere for a drink.

Great location, good shower, good outlets for phone charging, clean, free drinks in fridge unlike other hotels the drinks in the room are complimentary. Easy to get a uber to the door of the hotel.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt im Zentrum, nahe der Einkaufsstrasse. Auch die Promenande / Restaurants, Gym etc. sind alle zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Hotel selbst ist süss, hat beim Eingang direkt eine Bar.

Frábært herbergi með svölum og góður morgunverður. Staðsetningin niður við sjó hentaði mjög vel en þetta var vinnuferð.

Hefði viljað hafa líkamsrækt og sundlaug á hótelinu.

Wir haben ewig nach einem Hotel in zentraler Lage in Lissabon gesucht und uns wirklich jedes Hotel im Stadtteil Baixa angeschaut. Mit diesem Hotel haben wir die beste Entscheidung getroffen! Super Lage. Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Schönes Frühstück mit leckerem Kaffee. Das Personal ist stehts freundlich und bemüht. Wünschen wird, so weit es möglich ist, entgegen gekommen. Die Fenster sind schallisoliert, die Betten super bequem (selten eine so bequeme Matratze im Hotel gehabt). Das Hotel ist gerade frisch renoviert, alles ist sauber und in Top Zustand. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere anfänglich lange Suche nach dem perfekten Hotel hat sich gelohnt. Können wir jedem weiterempfehlen.

Das Frühstück beginnt erst um 7:30 Uhr, was etwas später ist, wenn man Tagesausflüge geplant hat oder der Rückflug früh am Morgen geht. Wenn die Temperaturen draußen über 30° C gehen, stinken die Abflüsse im Bad bestialisch. Aber das scheint in ganz Lissabon der Fall zu sein. Leider haben die Zimmer nur eine Kleiderstange. Mit 2 Koffern wird es eng, gibt nur eine Kofferablage. Wir haben eine lange Recherche betrieben; in anderen Hotels in Lissabon kriegt man noch deutlich weniger Platz für ähnliches Geld. Im Bad fehlt es an Haken zum Aufhängen.

Der er kun en ting og det ville være rart hvis man kunne tjekke ind og komme på værelset før kl 15.

Situation géographique idéale, le personnel très gentil, sympathique, poli, efficace à résoudre les problèmes, donnait de bons conseils et adresses, parlait parfaitement l'anglais, excellent service! excellent connexion wifi! machine à café dans la chambre (chambre supérieure),

Pas de placard dans la chambre, uniquement une étagère et une petite penderie, la musique disco du lobby trop forte et vraiment fatigante, cela ne donnait pas envie de passer du temps pour prendre un café ou prendre un verre au bar.
