The House on the Pink Street in Lisbon

The room had everything you could want, from the comfortable bed, great shower, fully stocked kitchen, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer for your laundry. Coffee pot, toaster, hot pot, dishes, everything you needed. The property location was great, easy access to tours, trolleys, hop on hop off bus, the promenade, many great restaurants bars and shops. Joanne was very helpful with suggestions on routes and dinner suggestions. Our favorite was Vincente Restaurant- Excellant food, beautiful decor. You really felt like you were in old Europe.

Only one draw back was because of the location it was quite noisy late in the evening. Now to be fair, we were warned about that possibility but thought the positives outweighed that. They even supplied earplugs.

Ten apartament to najlepsze miejsce w jakim dotychczas mieszkałam w Europie. Mimo,że nie kupowałam śniadań - dwa śniadania były w ofercie i dowiedziałam się o tym jak przyjechałam. Pokój( z wydzieloną strefą odpoczynku i salonem) z aneksem kuchennym i sporą łazienką - wystarczająco duży, żeby nie czuć się jak w klatce. Panie sprzątające codziennie dbały o czystość. Mimo sąsiedztwa Pink Street - nocne imprezy codziennie - odpoczywałyśmy w ciszy - bardzo dobrze wyciszony pokój przy zamkniętych oknach i obecna klimatyzacja. W kuchni - wszystko, dosłownie: ekspres do kawy, czajnik, kuchenka elektryczna, mikrofalówka, pralka z suszarką. Lokalizacja: 10 minut pieszo do Praca do Comercio i 10 minut do przystanku tramwaju nr 28 oraz 5 minut Cais do Sodre ( węzeł komunikacyjny: tramwaje, autobusy, pociągi). Cena dla mnie REWELACJA - w stosunku do jakości

Joana customer service was amazing. Joana was fabulous from the moment we arrived. The apartment was in a great location very close to pink street. Beautiful apartment spotless and cleaned everyday. We love the Special Portuguese treats delivered to our room every day . Walking distance to Trams,cafes and restaurants nearby. Been able to use the spa facilities in their Sister resort was much appreciated The Jacuzzi was well used after walking for miles every day.

Really good location. Very comfortable, good bed, good pillow, nice sheets. They know pink st itself is noisy late at night and have taken good steps to address this with shutters, double glazing, and pink ear plugs! The first night I woke up (I didn’t use the ear plugs or anything) but after than it didn’t bother me at all and the comfort of the apartment/facilities, the lovely staff and great location outweighs the noise 🙂

ピンクストリートで朝6時頃まで続くパーティーやナイトライフを楽しみたい方にとっては、最高の立地だと思います。 一方で、私たちのように23時頃には就寝する一般的な観光客にとっては、夜間の騒音が少し気になり、静かに休むには少し難しい環境だと感じました。 お部屋自体は本当に素晴らしかっただけに、夜の静けさがもう少しあれば、さらに快適に過ごせたと思います。その点だけが少し残念でした。

The location was perfect. The apartment itself was incredible. Super clean and spacious. I liked that I could order breakfast and it was delivered to my room.

Je travaille moi-même dans l’hôtellerie, et je peux sincèrement dire que j’ai reçu ici une véritable leçon d’hospitalité. Tout était pensé dans les moindres détails, non seulement pour que je me sente bien, mais pour aller constamment au-delà de mes attentes. Les petites attentions, les cadeaux, la qualité de l’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de toute l’équipe… rien n’était laissé au hasard. Une mention toute particulière à Joana, pour son incroyable attention et sa générosité, ainsi qu’aux garçons de la réception qui m’ont accueilli le soir de mon arrivée et m’ont offert un check-in exceptionnel. Dès les premières minutes, je me suis senti véritablement attendu et accueilli. La propreté était absolument irréprochable, le confort remarquable, et chaque détail témoignait d’un vrai souci de prendre soin des clients. Je me suis presque senti mieux qu’à la maison. Ce qui m’a le plus marqué, au-delà de la qualité de l’établissement, c’est cette générosité et ce sens de l’hospitalité que l’on ne peut pas simplement apprendre dans un manuel. Very good location, near to everything. The receptionist Joana is so nice, and she did her best to make our stay comfortable. We have kitchen facilities and a laundry machine! There are room clean services everyday and welcome snacks 😊 We are very appreciated.

For sure the noise, because it’s on the pink street, but the windows can prevent most of the noise so it didn’t matter for us.

Although this room is on a very busy street, we didnt have any issue with the noise. Overall this is a very nice place to stay, great sized room with lots of lovely touched. We were provided with ear plugs, lots of little snacks and the place is very well maintained with little lolly jars on each level of the accomodation. The receptionist is lovely. The hotel is linked to another nicer hotel about 5 minutes away which you can utalise a lot of the facilities of. This is a really great place.

Clean, convenient, and spacious. The lobby had complimentary snacks, including candy, cookies, and even an ice cream machine, which was a nice touch. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the sofa and bed were both very comfortable. The apartment also had a proper dining table and chairs, making it easy to enjoy meals. It came with a washing machine and laundry pods were provided. There was also a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, which really exceeded my expectations. I stayed on the fourth floor and could barely hear any noise, making for a quiet and comfortable stay.

Whenever we got back to the apartment, there would be this sewage smell and we’d need to open the windows and air the room.

Modern and beautiful! Washer/dryer was a bonus as was the daily cleaning by friendly staff. We even got 1 day free breakfast (we stayed 6 nights). Very central. Walk all through town and Alfama as well as the riverfront. Good supermarket 1 block away and the the TimeOut Market only 5 minute walk as is the train to Cascáis Beach for any awesome day trip.

Joana was an exceptional host who truly exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to make my stay at The Pink House in Portugal memorable. The delicious surprise treats she provided at the end of each day and her recommendations for local cuisine introduced me to the delicacies of the culture. The Pink House was centrally located, with everything I needed within walking distance, including the metro station, beach, waterfront activities, grocery stores, retail shops, and restaurants. With Joana’s assistance, I was able to navigate Lisbon and other cities in Portugal with ease. I will definitely return to The Pink House again. Thank you Joana.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, the customer service and accommodation was exceptional. Whilst we didn't realise it when booking, we also got access to the facilities at a sister hotel, which made an already impressive stay even better! Having access to a kitchenette and a washing machine was an absolute lifesaver, especially since we were already two weeks into our European trip and needed a great place to reset. I would highly recommend staying at The House on the Pink Street.

Tesis yokuş çıkılmasına gerek kalmayan toplu taşımaya (metro, tramvay ve otobüs) çok yakın gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde bir noktada. Biz açıkçası oda düzenine ve imkanlarına bayıldık. Odada mini bar dahil ikram olarak konulan her şey ücretsiz. Her gün değişik çeşitlerde atıştırmalık ikramlıklar bıraktılar. Yine her gün çarşaflar ve havlular değişti. House keeping çalışanları aşırı ilgili ve titizlerdi. Yerleştiğimiz ilk gün gece elektrikli su ısıtıcısı arızalandı ve ciddi bir su kaçağı yaşandı resepsiyondaki bayan arkadaş ( adını hatırlayamıyorun😓) tamir edilemeyeceği anlaşılınca sabahı beklemeden odamızı değiştirdi. Olması gereken bu tabiki ama sürüncemede bırakmadılar geçiştirmediler ilgililerdi yani. Tekrar Lizbon’a gelsek kesinlikle tercih ederiz.

Beğenmediğim hiçbir şey yok. Belki ilk başta odanın bulunduğu nokta barlar sokağına girilen bir sokağın başında ve ara sokakta olması acaba mı diye düşünmenize sebep olabilir. Ama alakası yok ikinci yerleştiğimiz oda ikinci kattaydı ve gece doğru düzgün ses olmadı. Yine gece dışarı çıktığımızda rahatsızlık hissi yaratmadı.

Lovely apartment linked to a close Hotel, the staff and service were excellent, apartment lovely. Taken to the apartment from the managing Hotel, bags carried, shown everything , they will deliver your breakfast and close to lots of things in Lisbon. Free little extras in the room. It is on Pink Street which is noisy but sound proofing really good.

Location is right above Pink Street, close to restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. Apartment included free drinks and snacks which was very much appreciated after a long day of travel. Team setup sofa bed prior to my arrival which was a plus, modern apartment that meets US standards.

The breakfast was amazing and loved how we had access to the santo corpo hotel facilities too. Joana made our trip special too, as she suggested places to see and eat in order to make the best out of our trip. The facilities were great and very clean too. Defo recommend as very central to many places and you get to see the hustle and bustle of pink street.

During World Cup season especially, it was quite noisy at night but everything else was perfect. Only other improvement would be to ensure the water at reception is filled up on weekends as it was empty when no one was there.

A brilliant apartment, lots of natural light, lots of space. Everything you could think of included in the kitchen areas. Big opening windows, very clean and comfortable. Joana our host was excellent, really looked after us, was always there for a chat and great with communication and left us some treats everyday.

Nothing, Pink street can be very loud at night however we were situated on the 5th floor and could not hear a thing with the windows closed. The were some strong smells in the morning outside from the previous evening.

It was beyond amazing. Exceeded our expectations. Very accommodating and overall one of the beat places we have stayed!!!! Location was central and everything was very accessible. Loved it there!!!

I really enjoyed having a small apartment, with a kitchenette, living room and bedroom. The place is connected with a hotel one block away that has lots of conveniences. Also, it is very convenient to the waterfront, public transit and tourist sites.

The hotel is right above pink street, a noisy area, but our room was on the 4th floor and when you shut the shutters at night, it was very quiet. Not sure how lower floors might be.

We had an absolutely perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the exceptional hospitality of the entire team, who were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We would especially like to thank Joana and Raiza, who went above and beyond for us and made our stay even more special with their kindness and the sweet treats they left at our door every day. The location was excellent, the room was spacious with sound proofing, could not hear any outside noise. The sister hotel, 1 minute walk away was so accommodating, the service outstanding,the breakfast the best I’ve ever had.

The property was superb and in a central location. The staff here and also in their sister hotel Corpo Santo were fabulous- could not do enough for us. Our rooms were immaculate and we loved the little touches such as the pink loo roll and also the sweets, cakes etc that were left everyday for us - would highly recommend this hotel

Great location and was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it was - no earlier plugs needed! Staff were great and extremely helpful. We received food gifts every day too which was a lovely treat.

El hotel no tiene la culpa, pero quiza debiese contar con mangueras de agua o algo para quitar el olor de orina que queda cada noche. Muy cerca de pub y se siente el olor a mariguana. El baño es enorme (lo que es bueno) pero sin espacio para dejar cosas personales

We arrived on a Sunday. No one was around and we didn’t know how to get in. No one told us we were going to the hotel down the street to check in. After quite some time, a very nice bell boy happened by and helped us with everything. He said it was just lucky he passed by.

Really good stay overall. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything in Lisbon. Even though it is located on Pink Street, they really thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and quiet, so everything was perfectly arranged.

A bright airy and roomy apartment. The outlook onto the old tiled properties was lovely. Amenities were well provided with extra treats daily. The concierge Johanna was fantastic. Other staff friendly and efficient.

We felt rather cool inside. Tried the air conditioner but not successful. TV operation beyond us but…not there for the television.

Loved the apartment! Loved Joana! She is the best part of the stay. She was proactive, friendly, concerned and generous. If I lived in Lisbon, I would try to hire her to do anything in my organization because she is that good! Place was clean and spacious and lovely. The only concern was the noise. Heavy bass every night from a club below until 5 am. Even with earplugs, bass comes through. Nothing you can do about it. And this was the only concern. If there was no night club, I would stay 100 times again.

I had read the reviews and seen that the area is loud. It definitely is but the hotel provides ear buds to help with this. It was loud but I would still stay there again knowing this.

This is a spacious apartment in the centre of Lisbon, well equipped and very pleasant but what really stood up was the attitude of the staff that was friendly and helpful.

Owned by the Corpo Santo hotel we were able to use the hotel facilities as well - evening drinks, snacks.

One little thing - We arrived late after reception staff had left. The message with door codes etc was fine, but it would be useful to add that the outside door is not in pink street but around the corner.
