Второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Наш номер был очень удобный, чисто, тихо, хорошая кровать, есть стиральная машинка. Пляж рядом. Брали байк в аренду. Были очень рады снова увидеться с менеджером и его женой - очень приятные люди. Будем рады вернуться в этот отель снова.

в номере не было посуды, но эта проблема была оперативно решена.

Excellent location, 2 min walk the beach and plenty of affordable restaurants within walking distance. Good coffee right outside the door and convenience stores nearby.

The manager and his wife were extremely unpleasant, asking me to cancel my Booking.com booking and book directly with them for the same price. But the price kept going up. I found them to be shady and evasive – borderline crooked – and they took zero interest in the place. Dead plants everywhere, including a dead tree on my tiny balcony. The sliding door in my room required huge effort to open and the handle was hanging by a screw. I asked to have it fixed. Nothing doing. I fixed it myself.

The room was small and very basic. No amenities. They did not accept credit cards, only cash.

Mình hơi sợ khi sử dụng thang máy của khách sạn nhé. Vì thấy khá rủi ro do cửa thang máy hình như bị hư hoặc không có cảm biến cửa. Bình thường cửa thang máy bắt buộc phải tự động mở cửa ra khi có người hoặc vật cản, nhưng hôm mình đi vs 2 đứa nhỏ và chồng, khi bước vào mình chưa kịp bước vào trong và tay còn dắt bé nhỏ cửa thang máy vẫn đóng lại ( dù có vật cản là mình ). Rất may chồng mình kịp bấm nút mở thang máy, nên lúc đó rất sợ nếu bị kẹt lại tay ở cửa thang máy 😨. Do đó, mình góp ý để khách sạn bảo trì định kỳ và kiểm tra hệ thống thang máy thường xuyên để tránh rủi ro và nâng cao dịch vụ trải nghiệm sử dụng cho khách hàng.

My stay at AN House Hotel & Apartment was pleasant. The apartment was clean upon arrival many coffee shops, restaurant options and the beach is walking distance from the apartment! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and stored my luggage while I awaited my check in time. The shower was nice and hot and you are provided with nice smelling shampoo and body wash.

My only sticking point is payment and how management handles people trying to pay by card. I was told (by reception staff) that if I was to pay via VISA it would incur a 5% charge, which I was more than fine with. Upon wanting to pay my bill had changed from 3.6m to 5.4m; I wanted to use card as I was not interested in massive bank charges but an increase of almost 2 million just to use card is crazy. I had to leave the apartment during the evening to make cash withdrawals, this was very inconvenient after a long trip and I don’t think it’s fair for a manager to add massive unnecessary fees just because he/she prefers getting cash if management plans to put millions on the bill for card payments please rather put it in the description! The apartment is a good deal at the cash price but I feel management is trying to cheat guests out of money just to convenience themselves and this is very poor customer service. The reception staff apologized multiple times and seemed very disappointed by having to deliver this message to me. If you have cash on hand it’s a good deal but if you intend to pay via card be prepared to be forced to do otherwise or be taken advantage of.

The shower room was positioned right beside the dining room of the other hotel, which made us really uncomfortable and concerned as well for our privacy.

Lovely stay! Short walk away to the beach, many markets nearby, and some good restaurants. It was also a short drive away to everywhere we wanted to go - great location and helpful staff!

The accommodation was decent overall not bad, but fairly average. However, I had a very unpleasant experience during checkout. I was charged 200,000 VND because I left the used towels on the bathroom floor. The staff claimed the towels were too dirty to be reused, which I found unreasonable, as they were simply used in a normal way. This situation felt unfair and left a negative impression, as it seemed like an unnecessary extra charge.

НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ! Фото мабудь з того моменту коли вони побудували цей готель. По факту приміщенная на першому поверсі - всюди пліснява, запах плісняви такий - що не можливо дихати. Все в дуже поганому стану. Персонал - максимально не дружелюбний, моя оцінка 1 з 10.

App上寫說可以刷卡 但是櫃檯跟我說只能現金 還好當下現金還是夠 不然我只能選其他飯店 而且可能還無法離開 因為已經預訂好了 這樣造成我旅行資金有落差😡

It was quiet apartament with 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, fridge, microwawe, scissors etc...3 air condition units, ceiling fans etc...quiet area...

De skickade mig en länk 1-2 dagar innan vistelsen där jag skulle mata in en del personlig information. Ingen annan hotell på min resa krävde det. När jag sa att jag inte ville ange personlig information på en tredje sida, har de avbokat min reservation ca 1,5 timmar innan jag skulle anlända. Det var inget problem att hitta ett annat boende, men lite oschysst var det ändå.

Light sleeper be aware! Street with heavy trafic, lots of buses, vendors on wheel with speakers until one in the morning, deliveries, pickleball games and the constant horning of cars and motorcycles. Regular ear plugs won't be enough. The room itself is big, comfortable bed and armchair. Ample space for your belongings. Clean fridge. Hot water. Great makeup mirror. The hotel is 4 min to the beach.

Staff was not attentive and did not give me some vital information. Hotel description was embellished from actual property. Room was supposed to have balcony with ocean view.

Zimmer 401. Der Lüfter war schon bei Ankunft defekt und wurde auf Bitten nicht instandgesetzt. Ständig waren Ameisen im Zimmer. Im Bad gab es ein unangenehmes Tropfgräusch welches Nachts nervte. Es gibt Baustellen ringsherum welche durch schlecht isolierte Fenster nervtötend sind und man Nachts kaum zur Ruhe kommt.

За свою цену это было хорошее предложение. В принципе отель звёзд с неба не хватает, но приемлемо. Персонал тоже показался вежливым, немного позволили опоздать во время выселения, за что им благодарны 👍

Балкон комнаты на 3 этаже оказался очень узким и немного странным 😅

Неплохое расположение отеля, в достаточно тихом переулке. Достаточное количество магазинов и кафе, стоит чуть отойти в сторону. Отличный интернет. Современный ремонт. Много места в номере. Есть холл внизу со столиками где можно спокойно посидеть и поработать.

Очень сильная слышимость. Немного темно в комнате. В душе был плохой напор воды. Отсутствуют таблички, чтобы не беспокоила уборщица ранним утром...

Due to the heavy rain and wind, rain water came inside the room through the windows. How ever they cleaned it shortly.

This is a simple and very nice, small hotel just a block from the beach. I stayed in room 401 which had a small balcony and partial view of the ocean and the hills. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The part of the beach area with most Western visitors is about a 10-15 minute walk…which worked well for me. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and other conveniences very nearby. The Heart Coffee shop in front of the hotel is very relaxing. I bought an iced americano there every day. They also sell coconuts, juices and smoothies. A small laundry just down the street washed and folded my laundry twice over an eight night stay- doing an excellent job both times. I was very happy at An House, and I would gladly stay there again.

Location, room size, cleanliness, staff and the coffee shop..... everything was good. We found our valuable gold chain back where it was forgotten in the room while we left for a day trip. This highlights the high level of integrity amongst the hotel staff. Really appreciate this. Liked it totally.

Уютный не большой номер, кондиционер работал отлично, по запросу отель организовал сюрприз ( цветы и фрукты), есть прокат байков, с расчётом что с утра до вечера мы были в разъездах, все было отлично.

Слабовато с звукоизоляцией.

Great location for great price. Staff was helpful - we used laundry and motorbike rental services, all went nice! Special shout out to the Heart Coffee - amazing coffee and smoothies!

⚫️残念だった点 入り口のカフェでたむろしてるお兄ちゃんが 受付係だった。 ホスピタリティなし。英語も話せない。 この Hotel & apartment は 事前に部屋のリクエストをメールで送っても 返事は来ない。 ラグジュアリー ダブルルーム キングベッド1台に宿泊、眺望なし。 窓を開けたら目の前のビルディングの壁 調理用具は少ない ◎良かった点 業務スーパーまで 500m コンビニのAZ Market まで 30m 部屋の中に洗濯機があった。ただし 表示は全てベトナム語。Google 翻訳 大活躍！ ハウスキーピングの女性はみんな 愛想が良かった。

From NZ to Da Nang we stayed for a week and location is good…one street over is the beach and close to the main strip. Lots of options of food, entertainment and massage places. Laundromat is close and mini marts are all around you. Hotel is easy to find and service is awesome, easy going and real family orientated. Rooms are lovely lots of space in room and bathroom. Friendly staff and they can assist with laundry services for a fee. Just outside is a coffee stand operated by them as well…coffee is awesome and so is the lemon fruit juice is refreshing. You can just chill outside. Overall great experience. Thank you for having us.
