I liked it’s proximity to My Khe beach. The breakfast buffet was good and worth its price. The room was spacious and the housekeeping maintained the room well everyday.

One of the wall panelings near the door kept falling everytime we close the door.

As someone who visits Da Nang frequently, this hotel is a good choice. The room was spotless, the bed was soft, and the staff was very helpful.

I arrived quite late at night, tired after a long flight, and walking into the room instantly made me feel relaxed. The room was spotless, cool, and welcoming. I slept incredibly well and woke up the next morning ready to explore. That first impression really stayed with me.

Perfect place for a couple's getaway. Stylish room, peaceful surroundings, and plenty of great coffee shops within walking distance.

The room was fine.

The pool area was poor. And building 2 hotels alongside, we were not warned adequately. Just told "some construction work".

Nothing. There is construction happening, which not only blocks your view but is also noisy. The pool area is not as shown in the pictures. The construction opposite overlooks the pool area. Dirty lifts, dirty mirrors in the room. Nothing as advertised

L'unica nota positiva che posso salvare è il signore che si prende cura di portare le valigie in camera e di accompagnarti al tuo arrivo in camera aiutandoti con le valigie. Educato, sorridente e ospitale sempre a disposizione. Unica nota positiva di uno staff per niente sorridente, una location puzzolente, rumorosa nel bel mezzo di un cantiere.

Ragazza alla reception alla nostra accoglienza il 27 Luglio, penso sia stata la cosa peggiore di tutto il soggiorno: Neanche un sorriso, arrivati verso mezzogiorno e trenta, speravamo di avere la possibilità di poter accedere alla stanza dopo un lungo viaggio, ma senza alcuna empatia e ospitalità si è attenuta a dirci il prezzo per un check in anticipato (di solo un'ora).. Ma la cosa peggiore non è neanche questa, bensì che al momento del pagamento per il soggiorno mi ha invitato a cancellare la prenotazione fatta su Booking (visto che avevo l'opzione della cancellazione gratuita) e di pagare direttamente a lei (offrendo uno squallido 5% di sconto) cosa a cui ovviamente non mi sono prestato dicendole che volevo pagare l'intera cifra onesta senza alcun sconto per far risparmiare a loro le commissioni giuste dovute a Booking.com L'albergo si vende come "beachfront" ma non lo è, per me in qualsiasi hotel beachfront in cui sono stato non ho nulla davanti se non la spiaggia ed il mare, attorno all'hotel invece ci sono solo tantissimi cantieri e lavori in corso, molti a ridosso della struttura stessa fino a trovare operai che lavorano ad un metro o due da te che ti guardano mentre provi a goderti un bagno in piscina con la tua fidanzata. (sconsiglio assolutamente per famiglie perché pericolosissimo per bambini l'ultimo piano della piscina dove camminare e scivolare dal lato sbagliato del bordo potrebbe dire cadere dall'ottavo piano). Colazione scarsa, le cose che venivano mangiate di più non le riproponevano il giorno seguente mentre le cose che nessuno sceglieva le ho ritrovate ogni mattina lì allo stesso posto, finché non ho deciso di lasciar perdere la deludente colazione in albergo e farla direttamente fuori al bar.

Hotel ist nicht sauber .Direkt vor der Tür 24 Stunden Bauform von gegenüber.Fenster war wegen der Baustelle mit schwarzen Folie zugedeckt.

Petit déjeuner à peine passable. Un simple rideau sépare les toilettes de la salle du petit déj, et pour couronner le tout il ne va même pas jusqu'en bas !! Voir photo. Du jamais vu. Chambre avec une fenêtre à 80cm de l'immeuble en face. L'hôtel est en deuxième ligne de mer donc pas " beach front" . Avec la construction du NOVOTEL juste en face, bientôt même de la piscine sur le toit on ne verra plus la mer. Les travaux de construction ils n'y sont pour rien mais jusqu'à 23h00 les ouvriers bossent il y a du bruit.

Watching the construction workers take down the tower crane up close while sitting in the pool. Ok view from the pool if you turn your back to the construction site on the other side. The doorman was very helpful flagging down our taxi in the construction traffic outside.

Huge hotel construction immediately next door and across the street affecting views and general amenity of the area (we were warned of construction in advance but no specifics). The new hotels overshadow this hotel and was noisy and dusty. The hotel and rooms were designed to look fancy and modern but generally felt very cheap. Air-conditioning didn't cool the room nor did it stay on while out so very hot room on return. Room door clipped the door frame. Toilet and shower are in cubicles that don't fully close for complete privacy. Lifts were due for a service. No additional towels provided at the pool.

メインビーチの隣なので賑やかすぎず海も楽しめてロケーションは最高でした！

ホテルの清掃がしっかり入ってもらえなかったことと、朝食会場と食器類は清潔感があるとは言えないので外で外食を朝から楽しめば良いかな

Very pleasant stay thru out the journey. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to Danang beach. Entrance of the lobby got a 24-hour mini mart.

Hotel beside construction site, noisy only during the day. Dust is everywhere due to the construction. Breakfast spread mixed with non halal. But Grab service for halal food just around the corner and is very efficient also fast delivered.

Quick to the beach and most POI in Da Nang. Wifi is good. Could borrow an umbrella from the front desk. Laundry service was OK.

Staff was quite disconnected and didnt speak English very well/at all. Room was in a bad state with crumbling walls, sand on the floor, cobwebs on the ceiling and stains on towels and the sheets. Shower takes minimum of 5 minutes to warm up and the drain sounds like a vacuüm hose. The pool is small with 6 beds total and once the construction in front is completed, the view will be useless as well. Other than the view the pool has no added value. Breakfast is mediocre at best.

1- after paying for full, and after the lapse of date for full refund- they write that oh by the way the here is heavy construction around the hotel, we will give you ear buds to counter the noise !!! 2- the room was supposed to be with balcony, sea view- it was nothing like that - the balcony was big for hardly one person 3- the air conditioning was terrible as there was only one Ac and the room and washroom had no wall , so overall AC was ineffective. to counter this they had given one worn down fan with rust that didn't work 4- breakfast was measly 5- entrance to hotel was through a dingy door half constructed

Lovely size room, close to beach

Air con did not work, should have known when they had a fan running in there when we checked in and acted surprised when we tokd them air con wasnt working, they moved us to a different room type thanehat we had booked for the night and then had to move agsin the next day. The power went out twice on the day we were leaving had to climb down stsirs 7 floors as lift didnt work with ni power. Concierge did carry bags. They let you know 24hrs prior there is building works going on, whilst they didnt disrupt us too much, the works havent just started, been going on for a long time. Lots of building going on round there.

Ban công bị chắn bởi công trình xây dựng. Tuy đây không phải lỗi của khách sạn nhưng lại là một điểm trừ của khách sạn. Đồ ăn sáng không phong phú, rất khó cho người Việt lựa chọn món ăn.

Clean room, convenience location, great services, especially front desk lady name Duyen. She was very helpful and patient in helping me book my transportation.

因為我在夜晚才到達 地下那一層是非常暗 而且電梯內燈光也很暗 需要乘搭電梯到一樓才是接待處 如不乘搭電梯就需要拿行李行樓梯上一樓 另外旁邊正在興建大樓 打開露台景觀會看到一堆建築材料

Our family really enjoyed staying at Jbay Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable. The pool was a hit with both the kids and adults. It created the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday.

The location was great, the rooms were large and spacious, with a smart T.V and comfortable bed.

The hotel itself, felt like it was half finished with work still needed to be done, the pool was unkept and green so we could not use it. Staff did what they had to. We had to ask for toilet paper even though the room had been tidied up, shampoo appeared to be the same thing as the body wash. Complimentarys were never replenished, the beers, wines and snacks that we used weren't replenished either so they lost out on sales there.

The rooftop pool was probably my favorite feature. It's not huge, but the view and relaxed atmosphere made up for it.

I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Da Nang. Comfortable rooms, good atmosphere, and lots of cafés nearby.

The hotel has a cheerful atmosphere that makes you feel on vacation immediately. Everything was clean and well maintained during my stay.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The rooftop pool added a nice touch and gave the hotel a more relaxing atmosphere.

This hotel is a good option if you prefer staying somewhere very near the beach rather than taking taxi/Grab.

I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Da Nang. Comfortable rooms, good atmosphere, and lots of spa nearby.

Nothing, when arriving we decided not to check in. Hotel is surrounded by construction sites working early morning until late at night.

The morning after our free cancellation period was ended, the hotel sent an email that there is some construction work around the hotel. That for me was already not a good sign. We booked 2 months ago and we were not informed until a few days before arrival. When we called and said that my wife needed rest because she was recovering from surgery, they said they would give us a quit room. However, when we arrived it appeared the wholemarea around the hotel (next door, behind and in front) there are mega constructions of new hotels long term building. The entrance of the hotel was also laundry sorting area. When we came to the reception it looked like a temporary space (only a desk, no lobby with seats, nothin) The breakfast area we i spected was small dirty and had no windows. The toilets next to the reception desk were dirty as well. We said tonthe receptionist that we didn't want to check in. She agreed to allow free cancellation, but we did have to pay the airport taxi that was included in the booking price. We had to book another hotel and arrange transport. There was no staff to help us with the luggage. One more remark: the hotel is called "beachfront", but it isn't, thre are two roads and a block if hotels betweens the JBAY and the beach. Booking.com should check this hotel and down grade, or take off the site. Very bad!

Teníamos unas obras frente al hotel que nos privó de las vistas a la playa que era por lo que precisamente escogimos el sitio , además también por su piscina que muy bonita en la foto pero con una obra al lado perdió toda su gracia , además el ruido de otros asistentes con niños en la habitación de al lado arruinó un poco más la experiencia . Por lo demás tengo que decir que tanto los desayunos estaban bien y el personal fue bueno y atento con nosotros .

What stood out most to me was how convenient everything was. I could walk to the beach, grab groceries, spend a few hours at the beach, and return to a clean and cool room without needing transportation. For travelers who enjoy exploring on foot, the location is hard to beat.

The room was bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed.

Located in a great spot close to everything you need. Good size room with great A/C and comfortable bed. Reception very helpful and friendly.

It’s true that there is a lot of construction going on all around and this does and will hinder the ocean view, however we had no trouble sleeping and I would not personally consider this a deal breaker.

Rooms look fantastic and it had a bath tub. Price was reasonable and it had a balcony.

The view from the pool is now blocked by a high rise. Photos need to be updated. Requested a second room key and gave up asking after 3 nights. Towels were old and stained, floors were dirty as a result of being surrounded by construction and dust. The breakfast quality was poor and very limited. Chose this property as it looked new and modern, but it is not being maintained.
