Nothing that I didn’t like, I will say gym is very small , I think breakfast could have been better, I’ve had better breakfast in other countries in their hotels.

We had a very pleasant stay at Montebelo Vista Alegre Lisboa Chiado. The hotel is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors and a great location for exploring Lisbon. Our room was comfortable, stylish and very well maintained. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a good selection and a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a lovely hotel with a refined yet welcoming feel, and one I would happily stay at again.

The only thing I would say could be improved is the breakfast offering, as I often stay at Montebelo Vista Alegre in Ílhavo and find that their breakfast is much superior.

This hotel was very elegant. The rooms are all ornate and very decorative. The rooms are clean and so pretty. The service is amazing and the staff are polite and cater to their guests. It is in a good location. You are walking distance to the city centre. The walk is 5-7 minutes at most. The hotel used to be a palace so it is quite luxurious.

The location is superb, but the staff and the level of professional attention they offer is another level. Well done

The location was perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel rooms were so comfortable and clean. The staff was the best part of the stay- all were so kind, helped with luggage, pulled our car up and even did turndown service. Stay in a lot of hotels but this staff was the best I’ve experienced in a long time.

All employees are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, boutique hotel in a great location. Spacious rooms with large comfortable beds. A special mention to the staff who were all really lovely and helpful. We were recommended some amazing places to eat and drink. Literally cannot find fault with this hotel and the breakfast was to die for!! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lisbon.

Ist ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Service in einer wirklich sehr guten Lage, von der man zu Fuß alles erreichen kann. Der Frühstücksraum und auch das Frühstücksbuffet waren exzellent. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zu dem kleinen Park, und es war nachts sehr leise und ruhig.

Although very well located and very pretty on the inside, I’m not sure it could be ranked as a 5 star hotel. Maybe a very good 4 stars? Rooms are very small, bathroom amenities are just ok, and breakfast also ok - was expecting more considering it’s rated as 5 stars.

Grundsätzlich gefiel mir das Hotel ausgezeichnet, es ist ideal gelegen und bietet allen notwendigen Komfort. Das die Lage im Ausgehviertel Chiado buchstäblich " Nebengeräusche" von Nachtschwärmern mit sich bringt, ist einfach so. Vielmehr hat mich nachts ein immer wiederkehrendes, nicht zuortbares Geräusch eines Agregats gestört. Aber spätestens beim Anblick des leckeren Frühstückbuffets, war das auch wieder vergessen.

Ein schönes Hotel, das eine eigene Handschrift hat. Und tolle Mitarbeiter, die so freundlich sind und in allem uns unterstützt haben.

Personal war aufmerksam und nett.

Das Hotel liegt neben einem Club und einer Durchgangsstrecke für Leute, die ins Barrio Alto gehen bzw. in den Morgenstunden zurückkehren. Es ist also sehr laut. Die Zimmerfenster sind sehr gut und die inneren Fensterläden sind auch dienlich. Es bleibt aber einfach trotzdem laut.

Great location. Comfortable bed and mattress. Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff.

Placed on the 1st floor is close to noise and most importantly to late night club and bar clients. It's a great 4 star hotel, not a 5 star. It's the most complicated lighting system ever encountered.

Tout était parfait : super joli, bien placé, les produits (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) de qualité, petit dej et restaurant délicieux, personnel sympa.

Il manque un meuble dans la sdb pour ranger nos produits. Et garde robe un peu petite.

Great location in Lisbon. Beautiful common spaces. Great breakfast!

Rooms were a little spartan. Light switches a bit confusing. But didn’t matter.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chiado, super convenient to visit Lisboa. The room is nice, big and clean, the breakfast is good. The staff is for sure the biggest added value of the hotel, everyone is very kind and supportive. A special thanks to Marisa & Bruno at the reception, she was incredibly kind while he gave us great tips for restaurants.

The only problem of the overall great stay was the fact that the room is too noisy as the windows are not sufficiently soundproofed in an area of the city pretty crowded at night

Posizione centralissima ma in una piccola piazza quindi molto silenziosa e tranquilla . Staff gentile e pronto ad ogni richiesta , una delle ragazze alla reception ha vissuto in Italia e ci ha aiutato molto. Struttura pulitissima, ristrutturata da poco . Colazione eccellente!

Værelser er stilfulde, sengen er stor og behagelig, og med mange lækre hovedpuder i forskellige størrelser til at vælge imellem. Personale er simpelthen så søde og professionelle, altid hjælpsom, meget venlige, smilende, opmærksom. Hotellet ligger meget centralt, tæt på mange restauranter, cafeer, mange attraktioner, forskellige former for offentlig transporter, der er meget natteliv omkring, uden at man mærker dette, når man skal have fred og ro på sit værelse. Man bliver behandlet som en konge..

Nytt fræscht hotell i gamla stans city. Næra till allt. Ombyggt gammalt palats- Stora rymliga rum, vårt badrum hade fransk balkong med utsikt mot gatan, bra isolerat mot ljud. Varje rum med unik utsmyckning bl a keramik.

Great location in the center of Lisbon. Quiet and the porcelain of vista alegre used in breakfast a beautiful and tasteful touch that you don’t often see in hotels. Also the breakfast was excellent and the rooms clean and spacious.

There was an incident when cleaning our room, the cleaning lady left the door open by mistake.
