Okay breakfast buffet of tepid food. Free water refill stations. Lovely water pressure for the hot showers! Very clean.

The room was very noisy! Constant noise throughout the night - train whistles, train station sirens, traffic noise, religious chanting....too noisy to sleep well. Only one toothbrush!

It was lovely - the service, the people, the room. They were so nice as to give us an upgrade as well!

Breakfast wasn't really our cup of tea, otherwise excellent.

The bed was wonderful as was the shower pressure and lots of hot water. Staff provided breakfast boxes for trips that missed breakfast.

Tangga depan menuju front office menyulitkan bagi orang tua atau siapa pun dengan sakit lutut/kaki. Staf hotel tidak menjelaskan kalau kamar tipe connecting, jadi terdengar suara berisik kamar sebelah; bahkan suara ngorok pun terdengar. Ruang shower tanpa gorden, sehingga nyiprat ke mana-mana. Parkir mobil jauh. Harga terlalu mahal dengan banyak kekurangan itu.

This is The Best Hotel for short or longer visits in Malang, location hotel is just 5 min away from High Way Toll exit from Surabaya. Very clean, super friendly staff, food is delicious, rooms are very clean, overall no negative comments. When we are back in Malang, definitely we will book again at this amazing Hotel.

Sofa byk kutu busuk, kaki dan tangan saya jadi korban gigitan kutu busuk. Parkir agak susah, ke lobby mesti naik tangga. Di kasih kamar yg ada connecting door, kamar sebelah ribut sekali dari subuh...

Lokasi bagus dekat tol, layanan valet parking yang profesional, di sediakanya air minum galon di corridor kamar (kebetulan saya selalu bawa tumbler/mengurangi sampah plastik).

Perlu lebih bervareasi breakfast nya, saat pakai shower air selalu keluar karena kaca pembatas kurang lebar sehingga area keringnya selalu menjadi basah

Very nice room, comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom.

Communication was difficult, e.g. ordered vegetarian lunch boxes were with chicken (twice), in general vegetarian options were scarce. When entering the room the tv starts to play very loud advertisement of the hotel, some room near us had it playing for over 48h.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Wir wurden beim Check In geupgradet und hatte eine Junior Suite. Die Suite war sauber, groß und schön eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr modern. Für die Tour zum Mount Bromo gab es ein Frühstückspaket. Das Personal war super freundlich, aber nicht alle sprechen Englisch. Zum Frühstück gab es eine unglaubliche Auswahl (eher asiatisches Frühstück).

Der Pool und das Gym sind schon sehr klein. Am Pool gibt es auch keine Area zum entspannen, bzw. Gibt es zwei Liegen. Die Lage ist nicht optimal, da man herum kaum Restaurants findet, aber es gibt einige Stände mit Essen.

Prestations qualitatives, service clients incroyable, propreté impeccable dans les espaces communs comme dans les chambres. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons passés un excellent séjour. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Il y avait des distributeurs d'eau dans les couloirs pour éviter d'acheter des bouteilles. Très bonne localisation, proche de divers petits restaurants/supermarchés, et bon emplacement pour visiter Malang où prévoir des excursions.

Das Hotel war toll! Super sauberes Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung, gutes Restaurant mit günstigen Preisen, sehr schöne Skylounge mit Blick auf die Stadt und täglich gute Live Musik. Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal.

Ein paar Mal gab es Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten an der Rezeption, aber das lag nur an der Sprachbarriere. In der Umgebung ist nichts zu tun, man muss für Erledigungen ein Taxi nehmen.

There's a lounge with a live band on the top floor. Good chill vibes. No alcohol though.

Restaurant chef needs more ideas for breakfast. I had 4 breakfasts and the food is almost the same every time. Room had 4 pillows for 2 pax. All 4 were huge and super soft. Bad for old bones like mine.

Comfy room, it has everything we need. There is a sofa, and also have google nest which is very cool. Breakfast was fantastic, so many options that we could choose from, and also nice ambience. Would love to be back whenever visit malang.

The Alana is a new Hotel, very clean and functional. Small pool (only for kids) can't swim. The breakfast doesn't suit for western guests (only scramble eggs, no sausages, no salamis). As a western guest I m not familiar with "traditional" indonesian foods and those 4-5 types of food. Fruit and sweets choice is very poor, even I can say "it's nothing", need to be highly improved!!! I wasn't delighted much with reception and breakfast personal. There acting more like robots and not as persons, I didn't felt very welcoming. Only big "thanks" for guys on parking area, very friendly and communicative 👍 All of all a good and modern hotel to stay.

- Smart room, everything is controlled with a google nest which is connected to the TV, light, music speaker, etc. - strategic location - beautiful modern design - water dispenser in each floor

- The reception staff was inhospitable during check-in; they didn't even smile and seemed to be in a rush. - The TV didn't work and wasn’t connected to the 'smart system.' I had to turn it off manually before sleep, which was a bit tricky - A small porch or a working window would be a nice addition to the room for the price we paid.
