I liked that its was super close to the airport. Had all that we needed, was clean and tidy and had a lovely breakfast. Super handy for us, flying into Bali a day earlier than planned.

The room was good for our needs, & the aircon was fine. Bali Airport is modern and it was fine to fly in and out of. The optional breakfast that we had at the hotel each day was excellent, & good value for money. The hotel staff were very friendly, courteous and knowledgable.

The bathroom is dark and needs brighter lighting, and a better solution for the shower than an aging privacy blind to the bedroom. Some rooms were being refurbished already during our visit. Getting in/out of the swimming pool could be easier and should be rectified - the step ladder is too akward and should really have an additional step, IMO.

Very convenient close to airport, I wanted somewhere just for the night to leave for Ubud next day, the breakfast was nice, room was comfortable, didn't hear any planes from airport, although it was very close.

It was conveniently located near the airport, and near shopping and cheap tasty warungs.

The facilities were dated and some unsafe.

The bed was super comfortable, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was excellent quality and range.

It needs a bit of updates, the blind in the bathroom was not pleasant 😞

Close to the airport and the rooftop pool view was great. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly but always seem to have a lot of them, however when you need them they are no where to be found.

Whilst it looked tidy, the rooms smelt musty and mouldy. The carpets were obviously dirty. Towels grey. Hotel upkeep was generally poor. Staff almost no existent at the pool. I was standing at the bar, someone who appeared to be a staff member was vaping at a table. Did not even look up. He was in a black shirt, so maybe was on a break. Eventually someone appeared. They do not have drinks at the pool bar. They have to call and have someone deliver from downstairs.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and was satisfied with both the comfort of the hotel and the quality of the service. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed my time here.

I was disappointed with the hotel's handling of my reservation. I had booked a non-refundable rate that, according to the booking conditions, allowed the stay dates to be changed subject to availability. When I needed to change my dates, Booking.com showed that no rooms were available. However, I found availability for the same dates on Agoda. I contacted the hotel and asked whether they could change my reservation since rooms were clearly available. The hotel replied that my room category was fully booked and that it was therefore not possible to modify my reservation. As a result, I had to make a new reservation through Agoda for the new dates and let my original Booking.com reservation go partially unused. What surprised me most was that, upon arrival, I was assigned exactly the same room type that the hotel had claimed was unavailable – a Deluxe Room with King Bed. While I truly enjoyed my stay, I do not consider this approach to reservation management to be fair or transparent. It gave the impression that the hotel was unwilling to accommodate a simple date change, even though availability ultimately existed. I hope the hotel will adopt a more customer-friendly and transparent policy in the future.

The bed is so amazing after a long trip. Hotel located near the airport, but we didn’t hear any noise in the room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast amazing. Nice place to stay 1 night after a long trip

1. Ковролин (напольный) в номерах требует замены, с 2017 г. не меняли. 2. Очень резкий запах освежителя и дизсредств. Аллергетикам и чувствительным к сильным запахам плохо. 3. Система вентиляции и кондиционирования требует прочистки. 4. Раньше в 2017 г. был зал с компьютерами, теперь там магазин. 5. Грязные окна в лифтовой шахте.

屋上プールがよかったのと、空港から近い立地もいい

部屋を変えてもらったけど、最初案内された部屋の鍵が壊れてて一生閉まらなかった。エレベーター2基本ーあるうち1基壊れてた。エステのとこもクレジットカードの機械壊れててキャッシュオンリー。部屋でタバコ吸ってないのに、匂いがするとか言われてお金を請求されそうになった

After making the initial reservation, we experienced an issue with our travel dates. Even though we informed the hotel about the problem and requested a change within approximately 2–3 hours, the hotel refused to help. As a result, we were forced to make another reservation and pay an additional fee. When we finally arrived at the hotel, we found that the property was very old, and the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. Later that night, we wanted to have dinner. The sushi restaurant inside the hotel was open, but they informed us that they would only accept cash and not credit cards. Because of that, we ordered pizza from outside. The delivery driver arrived with the pizza, but the reception staff did not allow him to come up to the room. The driver eventually left without delivering the food, and the reception staff did not even bother informing us about the situation. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Location to airport was good, a 7 minute journey. Cost for this was expensive, considering. Staff were fantastic, the check-in lady and the lady breakfast manager. Best lobby toilets in Bali I have ever seen.

Room had an unpleasant odour. Rooftop pool area had no shade, not a single person up there. Loud humming noise all night, appeared to be from lifts, kept my friend awake most of the night. Light above my bed flashed every 30 seconds, could not sleep without eye cover. I took a video of this. Room 1033. Staff could have said there was free shuttle to Jerman Beach. We caught a taxi there twice.

It’s perfect if you want to be close to the airport, and bed was comfortable

We were very disappointed with our stay. This hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4 star property. Both the room and bathroom were unclean upon arrival, with visible stains on the carpet and mold in the shower. The overall level of cleanliness made us uncomfortable, and it left such a poor impression that we chose to skip breakfast altogether. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we were expecting from an airport hotel, and we would not stay here again.

Der Pool auf dem Dach , von dem man die Starts und Landungen vom nahen Flughafen beobachten kann. Das Restaurant / Kaffee neben der Reception hat einen Mega Cheescake . Es hat auch ein schönes Fitnessstudio vorhanden . Die Bar am Pool ist auch ok.

Das erste Zimmer , welches wir hatten roch muffig und das zweite war ok . Aber die Teppichböden in den Zimmern müssten mal neu. Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were warm and friendly. The room was older but well maintained, and I was especially impressed by how fresh the bedsheets were. Compared to other hotels where sheets can look fine but still have faint mold marks, everything here felt fresh and well cared for. The rooftop swimming pool was also clean and warm.

While we had a great stay overall, the hotel is a bit older, and there was occasionally a slight musty smell. The carpet also shows some signs of age with a few stains, though it didn’t affect our comfort during the stay

1. Паласс в номере нужно менять. Жил в этом отеле в 2017 г. половые покрытия с тех пор не менялись, в коридорах ярко-оранжевое смотрится контрастно, но в номере все в пятнах и потертые, кроме этого впитался многолетний запах химии. 2. Вентсистему кондиционирования в номере нужно промыть, гоняет воздух с запахом моющих средств. Окна глухие, проветрить резкий запах химии нет возможности. 3. Лифт отличный, но панорамные окна грязные. 4. Раньше в отеле было удобное помещение с компьютерами. Теперь там магазин

Hotel is close to airport. Best part is their breakfast buffet, the options they provide is really amazing.

Washrooms have leakage and no separate section for shower other than bathtub.
