Perfect location for as a transit night for an early morning flight

The staff were incredibly. polite and helpful and keen to make sure our stay was a good one. Our room was spacious and everything we needed with large comfortable bed .When we found the safe was broken, they replaced it very quickly. There is a filtered water on every level which is great. The gym is well equipped with a nice pool besides it. The breakfast was plentiful with a good range of food to choose from. The location is what I expected - not a lot around there, but on the higher levels of the hotel, there are views out to sea.

There is no phone but a google tablet in each room. There are no instructions how to use it - including how to contact reception via the tablet. There are no instructions how to use/reset the safe. There are no instructions how to work the TV or air con. These are really needed and vital in any hotel. We arrived late one night and stayed that night and the following. We did not need our room cleaned etc. There is no sign to hang on the door saying 'do not disturb'. We had to go and find the cleaner to tell them not to bother with our room. By the pool there are some towels for guests. But they ran out quickly and the pool/gym attendant was not there for several hours. We were told to check in the beauty salon - again no one there. Staff were very lacking around that area - which is pretty important considering how much both the pool and gym were in use. This was over a matter of hours. The hotel advertises it has a bar but only beer is available. And it isn't really a bar. Just a beer in the restaurant. That's fine, just misleading. Despite having said all this, I would stay there again as it was comfortable and clean.

No towels in 1 of our rooms and only 1 towel in another room and took a while for towels to be delivered to our room when we arrived. More attention to details in the bathroom cleanliness especially shower and silicon needs to be replaced. I would prefer bottled waters.

Only a ten minute drive from the airport. Situate in a quiet location considering the hotels central location, within easy walking distance to nearby amenities. Cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The room and Bed size were good and comfortable, ensuring good quality sleep with quiet functioning a/c. Adjustable room lighting created a pleasant room ambiance. The Bathroom, counter space, water pressure, and cleanliness are good. Views from the room window were uninterrupted and noise free. Cleanliness of the room was maintained by daily housekeeping with no damage to all items within the room. The room and all hotel areas has good Wi-Fi speed/reliability. The hotel pool, spa, and gym are all regularly maintained ensuring constant cleanliness. The On-site dining experience, food quality, variety and pricing was good, especially the preparation, and wide variety selection of the breakfast buffet. Check-in/Check-out and during stay experience was exceptional due to the diligent hotel Staff helpfulness, friendliness and responsiveness, providing assistance and local advice at all times. A huge thanks to all staff who made my stay at the hotel memorable.

Next time back to Hotel La Haseinda. Cheaper, nicer, more relaxed, better food and a much nicer atmosphere.

Rooms are not soundproof at all. You hear children running on the corridor, you can hear the doorbell from other rooms. Even the guy next door snoring you can hear. The google system does not work at all. QR codes for the restaurants menu are not up to date. The restaurant is horrible. Many items sold out , which of course is possible. But the next day it's still the same.

The staff specially the drivers were so kind and professional . The facilities are also great!

The breakfast was honestly the best we had in Indonesia, an incredible buffet with so many fresh and delicious options. Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile and making sure everyone felt welcome. A truly wonderful experience that made our stay even more memorable!

Food in restaurant was not great. Staff made many errors in serving. Minimal English.

We ended up staying for a night as our flight out of Kupang was cancelled, clean room, comfy bed, great shower and good breaky

Amazing place, especially for international tourists who don't speak Indonesian.

It was a new hotel in the middle class of nowhere so purely for business. We were on holiday! We therefore saw nothing of Kupang downtown.

Isolated. Huge dining room only 4 other people at supper yet we were told only “one chef working and he was too busy so we had to wait atleast 30 mins for our one course dinner”

The staff at reception were really switched on and organised. Buffets were very good.

Unfortunately we stayed on the night Independece Day Celebrations were taking place and the live music was so loud the rooms were vibrating and continued non stop until 6.30am. Not a wink of sleep was had due to poor sound proofing.

Great stopover hotel, rooms were nicely appointed and the pool is fantastic.

It was quite difficult to get room service and use the ipads to order/call - best to just go down to reception for anything you need.

Modern, friendly staff, quiet

We ate in the hotel dining room on two evenings. Compared to US pricing, we were amazed at how much excellent food and beverage could be had for the price of eating at McDonald's in the USA. The breakfast buffet provided many, many options to please anyone.

The booking information did NOT note that hand towels and face cloths were NOT included in the room rate. Fortunately, I met a room attendant in the hall outside our room who advised me of this fact and he contacted an associate to remedy the issue. He was delighted with my tip for his assistance. I hope he shared it with his associate.

Oh the staffs are the most friendly and professional in kupang.. especially Andry the manager and Maya receptionist .. they went beyond to make sure we have great stay.

New hotel only 15 min drive from the airport. Perfect for a layover.

Pillows are way to big. Neck hurts after sleeping on them.

This is a newly built hotel. Very clean & has good running water, comfortable beds & large dining area. It has a no plastic water bottle policy so filtered clean water stations are provided. The staff were attentive & polite . Communication in English was a little more tricky in the dining area than the front desk where it was excellent. The a la carte menu was pretty good with both local & western food available. You can order a pretty decent cappuccino from the menu.

My air conditioner sounded like a tornado ( fortunately I travel with ear plugs) but my friend’s aircon next door worked perfectly fine. The surrounding area is still being built up so a bit more of a trek to find a convenience store compared to when we stayed at the Aston on the Beachfront last year. There was also a poorer fruit selection at this Aston compared to the other

Very helpful staff, comfortable, clean and convenient option for staying overnight on the way to Rote Island.

Noisy housekeeping in next rooms. Pool and fitness area closed quite early (around 6PM). Would be good to be able to use those facilities later in the evening, as the afternoons were very busy in those spaces.

Specious room, clean and nice. Clean swimming pool. Good hotel location, lots of caffes nearby. Nice view from the window. Staff brought us a cake because my daughter had a birthday ❤️ Good and delicious breakfast

Everything was good, nothing to complain about

The entire staff from top to bottom was super. Everyone was on the same page with high respect and helpfulness to the patrons. The Manager was unbelievably helpful. He went out of his way to please. The swimming pool is very well maintained every day. They really have their act together. The breakfast buffet is over-the-top in quality, with ever so many choices of delicious food.

Beds were very comfy!

It’s quite expensive to pay for an extra bed for EACH night! I booked a room for 2 adults and a child so it’s for 3 people. Yet they expected us to share a large double bed between the 3 of us. The extra bed should have just come free with the room.

The cleaning of the room should be a little bit improved as it's a high end hotel. Especially the bathroom and windows.

Not much sound proofing between floors and room - we could hear all the work going on in the floor above us (a conference room) and the tv and conversations from the room next door. We were pretty much ignored in the restaurant by staff and it was hard to get served.

Horrible breakfast, specially for foreignders. - Do not sell rooms clase to the pool or gym. We Could not sleep because There was people listening music and talking loud till 1am because I have to call 3 Tines to the reception and I even had to go personally. Then at 6 am the músic from the Hotel was very loud!!! - Pillows are very high and like a stone. - Room was not clean. - Swimming pool with dome parts broken, not nice to walk on it and dangerous for kids.

Loved the gym and the pool, a very spacious clean room. The staff were superb and great customer service.

The restaurant only offers buffet breakfast. I just wanted coffee and fruit but I would have had to have.paid for a full.buffet breakfast - no a la.carte available. I was leaving early.so I ended up with no breakfast. The English of the staff is not very good.
