Nice hotel for the money but more focused on business travellers. Room amd view very nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, clean, comfortable and with a great view across the water.

This was our 3rd stay at Aston Kupang, we stayed there 6 years ago and it was amazing. But now: the panorama restaurant on the 18th floor is closed, the SPA > closed (even though spa is still mentioned on all websites and the facility catalog at the hotel), the Gym (2 treadmills defect, spinning bike defect too, so except for workout station and stepper, no functioning equipment). Also after breakfast on the second day I was vomiting all day and had diarrea (and yes I am used to Asian food standards after living in Timor Leste for 13 years). We had specifically chosen this hotel because of these promoted facilities but they were not as promoted on the website and booking.com.

Great modern hotel. Very friendly helpful staff. Excellent big buffet breakfast. Great views.

The pillows were enormous and solid!! My husband and I struggled to get a good night sleep because of this. Im sure they could of been changed out if the place wasnt fully booked

The pillows were a bit large i.e. overstuffed for smaller people. A choice would be nice.

The restaurant menu is a little bit basic and an hotel of this standard should offer wine for foreigners visitors.

De kwaliteit van het eten. Het zwembad ziet er aftands uit. Twee vieze bedjes erbij. De foto’s geven de werkelijkheid niet weer. De douchecabine zat vol met schimmel. We zijn beide ziek geweest van het eten in het hotel.

It’s a nice location, close to the beach. Not really for sunbathing, but looking at sunset. As many others do and have a drink and something to eat. So very lovely 17-20.00. Easy starting point to travel around the city and environment.

It is really a business vibe. Not a very cozy hotel.

Nice clean room. One of our rooms Aircon didn’t work but the staff were very helpful and simply moved rooms. They also helped with booking our ferry to Rote the next day !! No complaints

Location & breakfast was great. Good view of the ocean and beachfront. I was very thankful that the front desk person at another conversation I had with her said that I could book directly with the hotel and it would be at a better rate than what I chose if I wanted to stay an extra night.

Problemer med elektriciteten på værelset. Ønskede nyt værelse og reduktion i prisen. Mener ikke reduktionen stod mål med den gene vi blev påført. Personalet blev ved at angle efter at jeg skulle være glad og tilfreds. Oplevede næsten provokerende.

I recommend a new coffee machine at breakfast. The existing one appears to require maintenance every couple of minutes.

Het eten viel tegen. De juices leek wel nep. Was meer siroop met water ipv verse sap. De kamers zijn qua onderhoud middelmatig voor zo'n duur hotel

great staff: very accomodating and helpful with special requests. The location was very convenient and the hotel is relatively new so facilities were in good shape.

Putting up Christmas decorations involved lots of hammering while we were eating which was disturbing.

The view from the room

Lovely staff. Calm and a good gym. Food exceptional. The Chinese restaurant was really good.

The bedroom had obviously been smoked in. It did smell of old cigarettes which wasn’t too pleasant.

Hotel is great. Room is nice and cozy, the bed is comfortable. Bathroom is also nice with all the necessary things. I also visited the fitness center, which I was satisfied with. I recommend this hotel.

Nous n'avons passé que très peu de temps à l'hôtel vu l'arrivée tardive de notre vol et notre départ très tôt le lendemain mais les chambres étaient confortables. Parfait pour une nuit.
