Eh bien j ai franchement beaucoup aimé ! C’était à la base une simple nuit de transit entre Rote et Timor Leste et on ne pensait pas tant apprécier ! C était vraiment très bien ! Belle chambre , belle vue, superbe piscine. Plage belle et animée Joli couché de soleil Joli cadre pour le resto et les espaces communs. Cette s est transformée en gros point positif ! Présence d un très beau restaurant

Il est important de savoir qu’il n y a rien d’interessant directement aux alentours sauf la plage bien entendu et qui est belle. Le restaurant n’a pratiquement pas d’options végétariennes donc en cas de séjour de plusieurs nuits ça peut être très compliqué .

Beautiful location on the beach. There is a beach front pool. We organized trips around Kupang directly with Sotis and our driver demonstrated to be a good guide. We warm recommenders it

Very modern and comfortable rooms Amazing staff, really helpful, cheerful and patient.

- Wi-Fi could be better - The bigger pool needs refurbishing. Some tiles have sharp edges. My son cut his hand in one and I also hurt myself in another. - The breakfast could definitely be improved… A little bit more western of possible. The egg station is really good, but it lacks a bit of cheese, more bread variety, bacon, sausage, beens…….. Come on… Your clients are all Asian? Really?!

L'hotel e' sul mare, proprio sulla spiaggia. Al tramonto, si assiste ad un vero e proprio spettacolo con centinaia di persone a fotografare quell'incredibile cielo di fuoco. I servizi, oltre che molto puliti, sono di ottima qualita'. Personale cortese, disponibile e gentilissimo.

Il bar ristorante e' un po' caro per l'Indonesia (una birra piccola arriva a costare intorno a 5 euro).

The squawking kids at the beach, the beach parties and the loud music especially techno music every day was absolutely horrible. I was sitting at one dinner and putting my fingers into my ears because I couldn’t stand a lot of music anymore.

The music they play in the foyer and around the pool drove us crazy. Same music over and over!

J’ai beaucoup aimé le coucher de soleil, installé sur les poufs posés sur la plage sous les lampions. Le restaurant qui sert à la fois pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner donne-lui aussi sur la plage ainsi qu’au bord de la piscine. Très belle ambiance le soir avec DJ ou orchestre. Excellent petit déjeuner. Le personnel du restaurant est charmant. La chambre est très belle avec balcon donnant sur la mer. Tous les équipements sont là. Lit confortable. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent Bravo.

Encontramos pelos en la ducha. El grifo del lavabo estaba estropeado, no se podía cortar el agua, tuvimos que llamar 3 veces para que viniera alguien. Además, hubo una fiesta en el restaurante que duró hasta medianoche con la música bastante alta.

Close enough to airport a 20 minutes drive. Staff were able to pick us up and return to airport for a approx $12 AUD each way. We were originally going to the ferry to take us to Rote Island but due to weather it was cancelled. The staff were excellent in trying to help us as the Direct ferry company were not informing us via their app.

There’s not much to do there other than rest up at the hotel however facilities great

Lovely pool. Beautiful beach and sunset. Nice rooms with beach views. Restaurant next door is pretty good. Service is very friendly but a little slow—feels like inexperience more than anything else.

It had everything.

Matcha coconut latte advertised in the room was unavailable. Breakfast was unavailable after 11am. Mango and avocado juice on the menu were unavailable. I could have had free transfer to the airport but not to another hotel, although their hotel was full. I had to pay a $15 cash bond for the room key.

Fantastic water view. The bed linen and mattress were wonderful.

The staff, room and hotel more than met my expectations

Sotis Hotel’s is right next to a beautiful sunset beach in Kupang. We were really lucky to see the sunset that coincided with the formation of tidal pools on the beach. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. And the breakfast buffet was really good. Great value for money overall, We hope to visit again

Only downside is that the hotel is a little aged

Le manque d’insonorisation . La musique très forte qui débute à 20 h jusque tard dans la nuit. C’est récurrent car c’était comme ça à ma première visite et je croyais qu’il y avait un événement spécial. La piscine mal entretenue. La plage jonchée de déchets et de verres brisés . Le Spa fermé. Le bouchon du lavabo était coincé; j’ai téléphoné et ils ne sont jamais venus voir le problème .

Nice hotel located on the beach. Great staff. Live entertainment every night. Nice restaurant on site with good buffet breakfast. Nice, big pool with view to the beach.

Beds are a bit hard. Bathroom fans seem to be interconnected and had smoke coming in from neighbouring rooms, despite being non-smoking. Downside from being on the beach and with live entertainment it can get noisy early and go on into the night.

Im Restaurant war ein sehr lauter DJ, man konnte nicht miteinander reden. Darum haben wir auf's Zimmer bestellt, die Auswahl war klein, die Portionen klein. Ich empfehle Grab eat, wenn der DJ da ist.

Convenient location, great facilities

Somehow we always end up staying here on “karaoke” night and the volume is quite extreme. There was a mix up with our booking - maybe an issue with the app not the hotel? We booked 2 rooms but the hotel only reserved one for us. They found us a second room but we entered and realised it had been occupied and not cleaned. They found us another room but we ended up having rooms on seperate floors - not a big problem just an inconvenience.

Facilities were great. Restaurant and outdoor area is a great set up. Staff were amazing. Food selection was good. overall cleanliness was on par with other large hotels. Beach access was a highlight.

Despite a great selection of food in the restaurant, it could have been a lot better. Some foods are meant to be served hot but were cold. Poached eggs were not drained properly so were sitting in water. We ordered 2 cappuccinos at breakfast on our first day and it took over 15 minutes to arrive. No cold water in the rooms even though there is a fridge. No milk but rooms have coffee making facilities. Bottles of mineral water next to the kettle. Why not plain water? We left a teaspoon in the fridge and house keeping reported it and we were questioned about it the next day. Pretty sure they are very cheap. No big deal at any other hotel. We needed cold water so put one of the bottles of mineral water in the fridge and it exploded. so we were charged Rp100,000! Paying for it didn't bother me. Why not just use premium plain water in plastic bottles? Loud music playing in the bar area downstairs till midnight was a bit annoying. I needed an itinerary printed and had the document on a USB stick. Staff told me they couldn't do it but I had to email it to them. Its not that hard to just plug it in and print. If you want to advance international tourism in the area much needs to improve. It seems only domestic tourism is the main target market.

Wifi was poor and intermittent. The room was rundown and needs renovations. The bed was small. We could hear other guests in nearby rooms at 3AM. There was a rave party going till 4AM at adjoining property.

The reception staff were helpful

We arrived to a dirty room. Toilet seat was heavily soiled and smelt like urine. Within 24 hours we were both incredibly unwell. Whilst we can’t be certain this was because of Sotis, it was the clearest link. Food was terrible, lots of food unavailable. We have stayed in past with no issues, but this stay was horrible.

Location is Perfect , That was our 5th times stay at SOTIS since I luv the hotel service and location

we we check in the bathroom was mess, maybe it was at very last minutes of preparation for New year dinner, next day the front desk was keep texting that 2 water bottle was gone (from 4) while in fact there were only two bottles of water when we went in...

breakfast has multiple choices.

the last day of stay, I ordered breakfast from the reception to be prepared earlier next day. however, the reception did not inform the Restorant, although she took note and confirmed. the reception is the most senior woman.

The spacious comfortable room with amazing sea view and private balcony. The food was delicious and breakfast buffet impressive and tasty. The service was friendly and attentive. The tropical gardens with swimming pools right on the ocean. The al fresco dining. Great value for money.

ハウスキーピングにランドリーを頼んだが、取りに来てもらうのに2回電話し、洗濯後も催促しないと持ってきてくれなかった。 部屋のコーヒーを飲んだが、翌日補充されてなかった。 プールの清掃は頻繁にしてなさそうだった。(汚なかった)

Perfect location on the water and rooms were clean. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast choices were amazing! So many things to choose from if you like a good breakfast.

The restaurant couldn't serve us the beers we wanted but would sell them to us in a pitcher. They simply poured the beer bottles they said we couldn't purchase into the pitcher.

We loved the Sotis! We stayed on 2 separate layovers. Fantastic value for money. Great location on the beach with beautiful sunsets. Good sized, well decorated rooms (upgrade to oceanfront it’s worth it). Gorgeous pool and great hotel bar/restaurant. Lovely staff. We spoke other tourists and the consensus was this is the best in Kupang

Gym had decent equipment but many things were out of service.

The music was way too loud out in the garden from around 4pm in the afternoon, very annoying when you want to eat a meal outside in peace

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer, aber das war's dann aber auch... Niemals würde ich hier wieder übernachten.

Wer Entspannung und Ruhe sucht ist hier vollkommen falsch: Ununterbrochene Musikbeschallung von morgens bis abends und bis in den frühen Morgen in einer unerträglichen Lautstärke mit unzumutbaren wummernden Bässen (Fr/Sa jeweils bis 2 Uhr 30). Sowohl auf dem Balkon wie auch im Zimmer ist es kaum auszuhalten. Wer Schlaf und Erholung sucht, wird ihn in diesem Hotel kaum finden. Es sei denn, man genießt das "Entertainment-Programm" durch DJ oder Live-Band wie im Hotelflyer beschrieben von 6 Uhr bis 24 Uhr (s. Bild)!

Great room with a great view

The hotel room is very spacious, beautiful and cozy, the bed is comfortable. It has a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. I was satisfied with the hotel.

Very clean, beachfront location, beautiful pool lovely bar, and great food service was wonderful. Price was better.

I think this is the best hotel in Kupang. I paid a bit extra for the seaview room (about 70 bucks all up) but well worth it. The rooms are amazing for the price (compared to what we pay in Aus for this quality). Two lovely pools, lots of trees and right on a beautiful beach were all the locals come to play and hang out, so you can go down and meet the Kupang locals who are really the loveliest people. Staff were great, food and room service too. My first time but I will definitely be back. I met so many really nice people. Thank you so much for all you do to make it a great stay. Love your work!!

The shower was luke warm - although pressure was good.

- Services provided by staff was very variable. The consistently exceptional staff were Morida & Nadia when they were at reception -No hand wash soap in bathrooms, expected to use shower gel from shower to wash your hands -Hot shower was very short. Wasn't enough for 2 people to have showers one after another - Breakfast food was very poor standard, mostly dry
