Staff were all trainees and didn't have much of a clue about the day to day operations..

J'ai passé 2 nuits dans l'hôtel. La 1e au 2e étage et hormis le lavabo bouché, tout s'est bien passé. La 1e nuit a été réservée le jour-même pour 2 chambres avec 2 lits simples que nous avons eus.

La 2e nuit au 3e étage nous n'avons pas dormi. Le vent a fait bouger des plaques sur le toit et impossible de dormir. Par ailleurs, nous l'avions réservée depuis des semaines pour 2 chambres avec 2 lits simples mais nous avons eu 2 chambres avec lits doubles.

La struttura è a 5 minuti dall ‘aereoporto , colazione ricca e abbondante e soprattutto variegata , personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Stanze molto grandi e molto pulite , struttura attrezzata con patio piscina e palestra, veramente consigliato.

Peccato che stia a Kupang. :)

Nous avions commandé une navette de l'hôtel à 5h car nous avions un vol, mais personne n est venu. La personne à l'accueil nous a aidé et a commandé un Grab qui est venu rapidement.

Fais bien le travail pour prix. Personnel très sympathique

Unfortunately only had single beds when I booked a double. A little bit of mould in the shower and the air conditioning light was very bright.

Nice place, very friendly staff, not far from the airport - suits for people who just want to stay overnight before their next flight. Decent breakfast (very yummy terong goreng).

Tämä hotelli ylitti odotukset. Jo vastaanotto oli upea ja matkalaukut kannettiin sisään ja aukaistiin ovet ym. Check-in oli vaivaton ja laukut toimitettiin huoneeseen. Itse huone oli ihan mukava ja näköala huoneesta merelle ja uima-altaalle päin. Sänky oli mukava eikä mitään ylimääräisiä eläimiä löytynyt. Huone oli siisti. Kylpyhuoneessa sitten näkyi jo ajan kulu. Laatoissa hieman mustaa mutta ei paljon. Kaikki toimi kuitenkin suhteellisen hyvin. Käytävä kerroksissa oli kokolattiamattoa joka oli jo hieman ajan kuluttama mutta vielä menetteli. Aamiainen oli todella positiivinen yllätys koska se oli todella monipuolinen ja kaikki ruoka oli lämmintä ja maittavaa. Tämä oli poikkeavaa yleensä muista hotelleista joissa ei ole löytynyt kuin pari laatua länsimaiseen makuun. Myös valkosipulin käyttö oli hyvin hallittua eikä juuri maistunut ruuissa kuten monessa muissa hotelleissa suurin osa ruuista on pilattu valkosipulin runsaudella. Kahvi oli erinomaista sekä leivonnaiset ym. Tätä hotellia voi suositella ja sääli ettei pääse uudestaan koska muuten itse Kupangin kaupunkin on yhdellä kertaa nähty eikä ole tarvetta tulla uudestaan. Hotellin plussana on vielä lentokentän läheisyys ja sinne oli ilmainen kuljetus!

Ehkä ainoa asia joka olisi voinut olla paremmin oli että paikan ympäristössä ei juuri ole mitään. Ei juuri kauppoja eikä ravintoloita kuin yksi vastakkaisella puolella joka olikin aivan erinomainen.

Comfortable room. Love that there are no plastic bottles of water, but a glas carafe and a shared dispenser in the hallway.

The room was almost perfect. A little fridge works have helped. The hallway wasn't. Maybe they were upgrading it but not finished yet? The food in the restaurant wasnt great. Stay away from the Se'i pizza!

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, di passaggio all'aeroporto di Kupang. Strategica la vicinanza all'aeroporto. Camera pulita e confortevole. Colazione buona a buffet, prevalentemente salata , ma anche con qualche dolce. Il condizionatore in camera non si riusciva a regolare la temperatura nè a spegnerlo, ma dopo la segnalazione alla reception lo hanno sistemato in poco tempo. Ristorante interno buono. Ha una piccola piscina ed una piccola palestra ma non le abbiamo utilizzate.

Niets, helaas werd onze vlucht vervroeg waardoor we niet hebben kunne genieten van ontbijt en zwembad.

The hotel went above and beyond giving us two interconnecting rooms which were perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean, shower had hot water and great pressure. It was quiet and the pool was clean

Bel établissement, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Petits déjeuners en buffets et oeufs sur simple demande. L'hôtel se trouve à proximité de l'aéroport un véhicule de l'hôtel vous y emmène gratuitement à 5h et 13h. Personnels enjoués très impliqués.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is nice and it is great value for the price. The rooms are very spacious and ine of the best showers in the last 7 months. There was a free shuttle to the airport.

Coffee was cold and terrible. Wi-Fi was terrible and did not work. Netflix did not work

Nice pool, nice scenery directly by the sea, very close to the airport, calm and quiet. Once you got to the hotel very friendly staff.

Very difficult to communicate beforehand with them to arrange a transfer to the hotel, texted them various times on Booking and tried it via WhatsApp but the number was incorrect and I never got an answer on Booking. Ended up waiting for 30 minutes until we found a taxi which was very inconvenient. Also it was already dark when we arrived, that didn't make it easier (airport felt a bit dodgy). Room was moldy, dirty and and quite old. Would not stay there again for a layover

Clean room, hotel, clean pool. There is a water cooler in the hallway, which is very convenient, you don't have to look for water. Breakfasts are delicious. The hotel is suitable for a relaxing holiday, very quiet and peaceful.

Loved it! Fantastic room, very comfortable and clean. The smart TV had YouTube and lots of streaming apps, free hot/cold water refill was awesome... good to see some eco-friendly environmental care! The pool was lovely & staff very helpful. Highly recommend!

The only downside was same as Neo Puri Indah . Set AC for 19vlc but does not go below 25⁹. Very hot for sleeping. Best gues is hotel had it locked at certain temp.. seen that before but other than. That very nice place.

Staff was good and also breakfast had decent options. Rooms were a little small but well equipped and clean. Drop off to the airport was very smooth and comfortable. Over all would love to be back in the same hotel once i am back.
