The hotel is very dirty and old. im not sure if they really take care of the property because seems like they didnt clean it. and lot of broken. the dont have good air inside and smell bad. the building it self is old. and u can easily hear the room next door make noise. the only good think is the staff still friendly.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel right at home. I absolutely loved the vibe—it was warm, relaxed, and genuinely positive. They really made the whole experience even better.

I didn’t enjoy my stay. The music playing in the hallways was very loud, making it difficult to relax. The hotel also felt poorly maintained—some of the doors didn’t close properly. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, there was a strong musty smell, and I noticed mold on the curtains and in the bathroom. The towels also smelled unpleasant. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance did not meet my expectations, and I don’t think the hotel reflects the price they charge.

Все эти фотографии и описание — просто сущая ложь. Отель нужно полностью ремонтировать. Буквально всё. Начиная со входа: как только заходишь, сразу стоит запах затхлости. Там же находится место для курения, и там же утром люди завтракают. Полная антисанитария. Что касается персонала — они очень сильно стараются. Настолько стараются, что иногда это заметно даже сквозь силу. Делали всё, что могли, и я их понимаю: в таком месте, чтобы нормально работать, нужны ресурсы, которых у них просто нет. Я посмотрел четыре номера и в конечном итоге заселился в люкс, за который ещё и доплатил сверху. Всё скрипит. Скрипит пол, стены, шкафы. Постельное бельё старое, буквально пропитано грязью и уже скоро порвётся. Попросил поменять — ребята сразу поменяли, за что им большое спасибо. Очень отзывчивые. Попросил дать новые полотенца. Именно новые. Принесли вроде бы что-то поновее, потому что те, что были сначала, тоже почти рвались и неприятно пахли. Везде сильный износ. Всё пропитано грязью: стены, углы, мебель. И, как уже говорил, всё скрипит — пол, шкафы, стены. В комнате очень мало света. Просто катастрофически мало. Шторы, видимо, вообще не открывают, чтобы скрыть замазанные стены, которые уже покрыты несколькими слоями штукатурки. Открываешь окно в люксе — перед тобой другая стена и какой-то человек из соседнего здания, который вышел туда покурить. Так же забыл сказать про лобби отеля — там вообще воняет сыростью от ковролана. В общем, я не знаю, почему люди не пишут о таком. Лично я не смог уснуть. И ещё специально сделали через Booking невозвратный тариф. У меня это уже второй такой случай: деньги потом возвращаются очень долго и только после долгого футбола между отелем и самим Booking. Поэтому я решил остаться, но так и не поспал. Просто пролежал до утра и выселился. All the photos and the description are simply a lie. This hotel needs a complete renovation. Literally everything. From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with a musty smell.

The hotel was so close to everything! Very accessible for shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The staff were so helpful and welcoming too! We only stayed one night but we wish we stayed longer. This accomodation would be ideal for both long and short stays. We loved our room design and had everything we needed. A nice extra was the free coffee, tea and cold water available outside the room. Thank you so much!

The location is near with a pub, so noisy with sound. The towel provided moldy, hope the management do a thorough checkup. I dont like the smell of the room, it have a scent of a damp room but u try to covered it with a cheap air freshener. Even the comforter have a stain on it

Good locations to anyway..

I like the location of this hotel, easy access everywhere. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a solo traveler. The amenities in the room were complete, including Sensatia brand shampoo and soap. Check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy at night because it's located in the busy Seminyak area with nightclubs, restaurants, and cafes. The free 24-hour valet parking is very helpful in such a busy area. Nice experience. I will be back soon.

Die Fenster sind nicht gut isoliert und es war sehr laut. Ohropax werden bereits zur Verfügung gestellt, allerdings hört man um Mitternacht immer noch viel Partymusik und Lärm

Very noisy - between the night club music and the construction noise it was almost impossible to sleep. The hotel itself is very old and run down - it looks renovated on the surface but when you look closer it’s terribly old. The basin and toilet were so stained I couldn’t believe it - and that was a Delux Suite Room. Not dirty but very worn.

Great location and easy to get to, though we went during off-peak and the road it was on was quite busy. The receptionists were very helpful and the on-site free valet was a big plus. The room and bed was comfortable.

The hotel seems like it was revamped from an old backpackers and although every effort was made to give it a big facelift, it still felt like a bit of a upmarket backpackers. We could see some spots were not very well constructed and were left as exposed concrete or unfinished.

The Isvara is great if you're looking for an affordable short stay in Seminyak. It's centrally located in a busy area of Seminyak and walkable to great bars and restaurants within the area. The room was a comfortable size and was suitable for a few nights stay.

The room generally could do with an upgrade and the shower was pretty weak and didn't provide hot water.

The only thing I can say that is positive is the front desk had lovely staff

Due to the lack of noise insulation you hear absolutely everything. From the loud bars outside to cleaners talking outside your room. The air conditioning stopped working and the awful smell made me want to avoid flushing. Flush and you have to wait for hours for the sewage smell to dissapear. Awful

I loved the Japanese style room The staff were lovely. Shout our to Pak Burhan who absolutely went above and beyond for me, made sure I got places safely, and got me to the airport on time when I was in a huge rush, I honestly am so grateful, if it wasn't for him running to grab a car and rushing me to the airport I would've missed my flight to Costa Rica. Thank you pak burhan.

No issues really, they are going through renovations atm, so not really a negative, only can see construction workers coming in and out. Excited to see post renovated rooms.

It is located in prime area, in the middle of Seminyak. You can find so many place for eat or just walking around, also it is not too far from Petitenget beach, only around 5 minutes by bike. The staff also very nice and friendly :)

Location. Close to whatever we needed. Friendly staff. Parents mentioned how humble they are. They allowed 3 people to stay in one room, so I didn't need to book extra room for my sister.

The hallway was a bit messy. Room wasn't ready on time. Room looked a bit old Not necessary to mention, but I think It would be great if they put cover between the bed and the bath-up.

The location is good for bar hopping and nightlife

The property is old and worn-out, not like on the pictures: toilet is in a wardrobe, very small, smelly and loud. Fridge didn’t work and they didn’t do anything about it. No soap. Just 2 towels, but both were with ants. Don’t recommend.

Breakfast was not included in the room rate. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. Our room was nicely decorated and reasonably comfortable.

The room did not have any coffee making facilities. Limited toiletries provided, it may be an idea to wall mount shampoo and body wash in the shower. There is a small basin in the toilet, however, no towel provided.

The design was interesting

i've known Cove since i've been to Jakarta staying there, and i always love their design because it's so instagrammable and super neat I think Isvara is new and i have a really good impression the first time i stepped on the lobby, they welcomed us with nice scent refreshing towel & welcome drinks i even asked the staff named "mas Widi" to tell me what the drink is😂 Also not to mention about all the staffs there, they know how to lift up your mood because they smiled at you everytime! I'm coming back again next time i'll be in Bali! Love how it's located near my favorite cafe spot at Nook
