Prima locatie, vanuit het hotel ben je direct in de winkelstraat en dichtbij het winkelcentrum

Wat mij opviel is dat dit hotel wel een update kan gebruiken. De muren zijn vies, verfplekken op het plafond. Gewoon niet netjes afgewerkt. De badkamers zijn ook aan vervanging toe. De douchekop is al een langere tijd niet ontkalkt en ziet er niet fris uit. Ook zaten er beestjes in de kamer.

Sehr nettes personal. Wir haben zB ein Lunchpaket bekommen statt Frühstück, weil wir Mitternacht zum Bromo aufbrechen mussten.

Schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und nicht unbedingt gemütlich

The perfect hotel if you happen to spend some time in Surabaya. The rooms are spacious, and there’s a restaurant and a pool on the top floor. I don’t know about the lower floors, but in the rooms on the upper floors (ours was on the 9th), you can barely hear the fairly busy street below—it was quiet and peaceful. From the window, there’s a view of the river and trees, and from the rooftop terrace, you can see the whole city.

Leuk hotel in het midden van de stad. Zeer vriendelijk personeel!

Personál milý, pomohl se vším. Bazén přišel vhod. Surabaya není hezké město. Pokud chcete na Bromo jeďte třeba do Progoliggo. Surabaya se vyhněte. Všude jsou krysy, švábi a strašně to páchne. Restaurace u bazénu vaří dobře.

Pokoj byl sice uklizený, ale byl špinavý se smyslu plesnivá koupelna, všude prach, špinavá okna s otisky cizích rukou, fleky a špína na zdi. Hodně vybydlený pokoj. Na pokoji nejsou žádné háčky, tak není kam pověsit mokrý ručník od bazénu či ze sprchy. V pokoji je jedna skříň, která nejde zavřít (dveře od skříně jsou zároveň dveře od koupelny) a neustále v ní svítí světlo, které nejde vypnout. Snídaně byli hlavně lokální. Pokud nechcete snídat smažené, tak pro vás budou mít pouze toust a cereálie.

The location was great. Close to the station and close to the mall which was helpful as this was a “restocking” stop for us and we only stayed here for a few hours. Staff were nice and helpful.

We only got 2 bottles of water for free and the rest we had to pay extra. It’s just a bit odd in a place where tap water is not ok to drink. The bathroom did not have soap. Sure there was body wash in the shower which is what we used but it’s still a bit unusual and annoying and I don’t think it’s a very costly issue to solve. The kettle lid was loose so we almost burnt ourselves when pouring hot water out of it. The lighting in the room was poor.

L’emplacement est top. Le petit déjeuné était bien, sans plus mais correct pour le prix. Le lit était grand et confortable.

Par contre la chambre était vraiment dans un sale état. Des traces sur les murs, des taches sur les draps de lit. Ça manque vraiment d’un bon coup de peinture. Même les rideaux était taché. Et lorsque nous sommes montés à la piscine sur le toit nous avons vu un rat, autant vous dire qu’on avait plus envie de manger au bar près de la piscine.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice breakfast and restaurant. Comfy, clean room and great location. Excellent value for money.

Very handy location. Like most Indonesian hotel rooms there was no bedside light so reading was difficult.

I arrived at 9 am, although my room was not due to be ready until 2.00. I finally got it at 3.00. There was no really comfortable lounge to sit and wait.

Potrebbe essere valorizzato molto di più con semplici accorgimenti, tipo mettere una tenda della doccia nuova perché al momento è un po' sporca Riparare il controsoffitto che fiorisce Cambiare le lenzuola quando sono ormai macchiate in maniera in definita (sia chiaro, piccole macchie ma fastidiose da digerire).

Un hotel en mig de la ciutat amb totes les comoditats. El personal molt atent, amb piscina a l'última planta i esmorzar genial.

Une de nos 2 chambres n'a été disponible qu'à 16h30, du coup, j'ai trouvé un peu déplacé le lendemain matin de recevoir un message à 11h30 pour me signifier que notre check out était à midi.

Très belle chambre, le lit est très confortable. Il n'y a aucun bruit. La piscine est sur le toit de l'immeuble et offre une vue incroyable. Le restaurant est très agréable.

Rien c'était parfait

Purtroppo nulla, appena arrivati siamo scappati dopo 5 minuti che siamo entrati in camera e abbiamo dovuto prenotare un altro hotel.

La struttura è abbandonata a se stessa, senza alcuna cura, e appena aperta la porta della camera ci hanno accolto degli insetti. Per curiosità ho aperto il letto ed era pieno di macchie di sangue e le lenzuola, anche se lavate, erano completamente trascurate, il bagno aveva muffa e poca igiene. Purtroppo siamo andati via e, anche se abbiamo chiesto un rimborso, non è stato accettato.

Heerlijk verblijf voor een nachtje in Surabaya. Goede locatie. Lekker ontbijt, goed verzorgd. Goede bedden, we waren erg moe van de Bromo en Ijen dus konden het gebruiken.

Er waren maar twee bedjes aan het zwembad, dat was jammer.

Clairement le meilleur hôtel que j’ai eu ces dernières années. Rapport qualité prix inégalable. Personnel incroyable. Restau au 12e étage avec piscine magnifique ! Et très bon. C’est vraiment une adresse incontournable à Surabaya.

The best value proposition Hotel in Surabaya. It is in the city centre yet away from the city noise. The staff were very polite and based on their hospitality, the hotel earns my best recommendation. Special shoutout to ‘Theresia’. She carries notes with herself which is a key if you need recommendations for possibly anything about the city. If you need suggestions, look for her!

De locatie van het hotel was prima, de kamer had een upgrade gehad dus nieuwe bedsen, heerlijk geslapen.

Het hotel is echt vergane glorie en ook smoezelig met een heel slecht ontbijt als je niet aziatisch wenst te eten. Fruit, yoghurt, melk etc is warm doordat het te lang uit de koeling ligt en toast duurt heeeel lang.

It’s beautifully presented. Every area is spotlessly clean. The room was large and very comfortable with everything you need. The rooftop terrace and pool are also lovely with a great view of the city.

The WiFi was temperamental to say the least. Constantly dropping out so I ended Up using lots of my own data to complete my work.

The hotel was pretty good and great value for money, but the best part about it all was the included buffet breakfast. It was DELICIOUS and unlimited. I had 5 different plates of all different Indonesian breakfasts and tried probably 20 or 30 new things. Great money saving as I didn’t have to pay for lunch either.

Lovely staff, clean, big rooms, near plaza for shopping, very good value for money.

Nothing to do with the property but not easy to walk around the area due to heavy traffic… was fine for us because we only stayed one night after landing at the airport.

De mooie ruime en schone kamers, en heerlijk ontbijt. Vriendelijke staff. Leuke rooftopbar met fijn eten & drinken.

Fijne ligging, prima kamers en goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel Wanner je de tour naar Bromo zonsopgang via de receptie regelt krijg je een ontbijt pakket mee. Prima zwembad op het dak

Wifi is matig, koelkast heeft een glazen deur en het licht blijft branden. Uitzetten betekent ook geen airco. Alhoewel ze vroegen of de kamer dagelijks schoongemaakt moet worden, verschonen ze het beddegoed niet.

Leuke rooftopbar met zwembad zoals op foto's, die niet al te groot. Kamers zijn heel ruim en comfortabel. Keurig en schoon. Het personeel was overal heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Drie sterren voor dit hotel vind ik eigenlijk te weinig, 4 sterren mag wel van mij.

Heel weinig, ze zouden wat meer verschillende broodjes en yoghurt kunnen aanbieden bij ontbijt. Toast en de ene ochtend croissantje en de andere een chocolade broodje is wat weinig keus. Maar 'luxeprobleem' en nu ben ik wel een beetje aan het zoeken naar een nadeel.

De kamer is ruim en mooi. Personeel is vriendelijk. Lokatie is top. Het ontbijt is niet echt uitgebreid maar voor mij voldoende keuze en lekker. Op dak is een zwembad en een kleine bar restaurant met soms live muziek. Top!

Ik zag later dat er in een soort opening tussen de muur en bed ontzettend veel stof en troep lag. Even goed met een stofzuiger daartussen zuigen en schoonmaken.!

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Rooftop bar heeft een mooi skyline overzicht.

I loved my big comfy king bed, the rooftop pool and bar, and the delicious breakfast every morning. The staff is so wonderful and helpful, and they all took such good care of me.
